Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a milk dispenser, in detail to dispense milk (for food use) at a pre-set temperature lower than ambient temperature.
  • Said milk dispenser has advantageous use in catering activities for the production and retail sale of beverages in bars, pastry shops and restaurants, canteens, temporary and/or itinerant food stalls or on maritime means of transport such as ferries or cruise ships or on longdistance railway carriages providing on-board catering services.

  • Prior art in the production of hot milk-based beverages provides for the milk being heated from an initial temperature just above freezing level to obtain a creamy component.
