Abstract

Ce procédé consiste à (a) comprimer à une basse pression l'eau d'alimentation; (b) filtrer l'eau d'alimentation; (c) comprimer le courant d'eau filtré à une moyenne pression; (d) amener ledit courant d'eau filtré, comprimé à moyenne pression, dans la phase liquide d'un réservoir de détente instantanée; (e) dans le réservoir, réchauffer ledit courant de l'étape (d) par mélange avec le courant recyclé (h); (f) recomprimer à une haute pression la fraction liquide dans ledit réservoir et l'adresser à l'entrée d'un échangeur thermique; (g) chauffer la fraction liquide dans l'échangeur en la maintenant à l'état liquide; (h) recycler la fraction provenant de l'étape (g) dans ledit réservoir; et (i) détendre le courant de l'étape (h) dans ledit réservoir de détendre, générer par détente instantanée la vapeur d'eau recherchée; et (j) séparer les particules solides formées sous la forme d'une seconde purge formée d'eau et desdites particules.
