技术领域
本发明涉及包装材料领域,尤其涉及一种用于货物周转的栈板。
背景技术
为了提高液晶模组包装的装柜率,在装柜时通常进行多层堆栈。目前塑胶栈板的墩角多选用川字型,以便于手动叉车与电动叉车的叉取。但是这种结构会带来以下问题,当在栈板上堆栈的纸箱的尺寸与塑胶栈板长宽尺寸差要小于塑胶栈板的墩角的宽度,堆栈时上层的栈板在倒栈后,会压坏下层纸箱内液晶模组。具体参照图1至图3,图1为现有技术中栈板与纸箱尺寸匹配时的结构示意图;图2为现有技术中单层栈板与纸箱尺寸不匹配时的结构示意图;图3为现有技术中堆栈时栈板与纸箱尺寸不匹配时的结构示意图。
如图1所示,现有的栈板1在堆栈时,当纸箱3尺寸与栈板1匹配时,纸箱3固定完好。参照图2,纸箱3尺寸与栈板1不匹配时,纸箱3的尺寸与栈板1尺寸差H大于等于栈板1的墩角2的宽度L时,栈板1在堆栈装柜后,在运输过程中下层栈板1上的纸箱3会因振动及车子摇晃有可能向栈板1的一侧倾靠,图3所示的A处的墩角2可能从下层纸箱3的边缘滑落,从而使栈板1失去支撑点,出现倒栈的现象。
此外,因液晶模组有多种不同尺寸的产品,对应地用于包装液晶模组的纸箱尺寸也有差异。若采用不同尺寸的塑胶栈板以适应不同尺寸的纸箱堆栈需求,会造成产线上栈板尺寸繁多,而且塑胶栈板开模费较高。若不同尺寸的液晶模组采用通用的纸箱,又会造成包装材料的成本上升。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种栈板,旨在适应多尺寸包装箱堆栈需求,使不同尺寸的包装箱都能被稳定地固定。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提出一种栈板,包括本体;设置在本体上且开设有卡位槽的卡位装置;以及安装在所述卡位槽上的多卡板,其中,所述卡位槽上对应所述卡板设有多组用于卡合所述卡板的槽位,所述卡板与对应的所述槽位配合以固定多种尺寸的包装箱。
优选地,所述卡板呈L型设置且所述卡板的厚度大于或等于所述槽位的宽度。
优选地,所述卡位槽由多个平行设置的横向槽与多个平行设置的纵向槽相交而成。
优选地,所述卡板的高度延伸至堆栈时最上层的包装箱。
优选地,所述卡位装置设置在所述本体的四个角上。
优选地,所述卡板设置两个,两所述卡板分别固定在包装箱的两个对角上。

本发明提出的栈板,通过在卡位槽上设置多组用于卡合卡板的槽位,卡板与对应的槽位配合以固定多种尺寸的包装箱,通过调整卡板固定在不同的槽位上,使本栈板可以固定不同尺寸的包装箱。这样,对应不同尺寸的包装箱,只用生产一种栈板即可,提高了栈板的通用性,从而节约了运输成本,也省去多套栈板开模的成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例就本发明的技术方案做进一步的说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。

本发明提出栈板的第一实施例。本实施例中,栈板包括本体10;设置在本体10上且开设有卡位槽21的卡位装置20;以及安装在卡位槽21上的卡板30。其中,在卡位槽21上对应卡板30设有多组用于卡合卡板30的槽位,卡板30与对应的槽位配合以固定多种尺寸的包装箱40。
具体在使用本栈板时,将要固定的包装箱40放置于本体10上且多个卡位装置20之间。然后,根据包装箱40的尺寸选择合适的槽位,将卡板30插入对应的槽位中即可。使用本栈板固定的包装箱40可以为纸箱、塑料箱等,本发明对此不作限定。包装箱40为底面为四边形的六面体,卡板30可只设置两个,分别固定在包装箱40的两个对角上即可,就可达到简单固定包装箱40的效果,另外卡板30的数量与卡位槽21的数量相同。优选将卡板30设置四个,固定包装箱40的底面的四个角,从而使包装箱的固定更加稳定。如图7所示,卡板30固定在卡位槽21上可以有多种位置。这样,根据不同的包装箱40的尺寸可以灵活地选择不同的槽位与卡板30配合。
本发明提出的实施例,通过在卡位槽21上设置多组用于卡合卡板30的槽位,卡板30与对应的槽位配合以固定多种尺寸的包装箱40,通过调整卡板30固定在不同的槽位上,使本栈板可以固定不同尺寸的包装箱40。这样,对应不同尺寸的包装箱40,只用生产一种尺寸的栈板即可,提高了栈板的通用性,从而节约了运输成本,也省去原来要生产多套尺寸栈板开模的成本。
本发明中,卡板30可设置为一字型,这时,在固定包装箱40的一个角可采用两个卡板30组合固定。优选卡板30为L型设置且卡板30的厚度大于或等于槽位的宽度。卡板30的厚度大于或等于槽位的宽度,使卡板30与槽位的配合紧密,从而避免卡板30插入卡位槽21中卡板30可能产生的松动。另外,设置L型卡板30,使卡板30固定很简单,方便,同时使用多个L型卡板30将包装箱40的四个角固定,可以很稳定的固定住包装箱40,从而使包装箱40相对于本体10不容易松脱。
具体地,卡位槽21由多个平行设置的横向槽与多个平行设置的纵向槽相交而成。如卡位槽21可以为多个田字形并列设置的结构,也可设置成多个井字形并列设置的结构,本发明对此不作限制,只要是卡位槽21上有多种槽位的组合使卡板30可插入其中即可。本实施例提出一种结构,卡位槽21是由多个F形并列设置的结构。如图8本实施例中,卡位槽21有多个槽位与卡板30配合的情况。
具体地,优选将卡位装置20设置在本体10的四个角上。另外,当使用本栈板堆栈时,如需要在本体10的一个平面上放置多个包装箱40时,卡位装置20可根据设置包装箱40的个数而定。如图8所示,堆栈时每层放置两个包装箱40时就要设置八个卡位装置20。每四个卡位装置20固定一个包装箱40。
本发明中,卡板30的高度大于槽位的深度。卡板30的高度可根据栈板上装载的纸箱的尺寸而定。本发明中,卡板30的高度可以适当加长。参照图8,卡板30安装好后,卡板30的高度最高可延伸至堆栈时最上层的包装箱40。这种结构可以使在中间层固定的包装箱40可以被很好地固定,从而防止在堆栈时,因栈板在运输过程中可能产生的晃动,使中间层的包装箱40倾斜或滑动,发生包装箱40压溃的现象。
本实施例中,卡位装置20与本体10呈一体设置。优选本体10为塑胶材质。塑胶材质的本体10成型更加方便,这样,卡位装置20在注塑时可与本体10一体成型,从而使栈板上的卡位装置20生产更加方便,从而节约生产成本。
本发明中,卡板30的材质可选用高密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯或纸质等。优选卡板30与本体10的材质相同。将卡板30与本体10设置为材质相同,使卡板30与卡位槽21之间的贴合更加稳定,从而使卡板30与栈板之间的连接更稳固。
参照图9,图9为本发明栈板第二实施例的结构示意图
本发明提出的栈板的第二实施例。与第一实施例不同的是,本实施例中卡位装置20与本体10为分体设置,卡位装置20可通过粘接或卡扣连接与本体10固定连接。当卡位装置20使用多次后,卡位槽21因反复多次与卡板30的接触摩擦,使卡位槽21的宽度会有所变宽,导致卡板30无法紧密地与卡位槽21贴合,这样,卡板30插入卡位槽21中会出现松动。这时,可将旧的卡位装置20拆卸下来,更换上新的卡位装置20,这样可避免了更换整个栈板,从而达到了节约了成本的目的。另外,优选卡位装置20与本体10通过卡扣连接,可以简化卡位装置20的安装与拆卸过程。

Claims (20)
- 一种栈板,其特征在于,包括本体;设置在本体上且开设有卡位槽的卡位装置;以及安装在所述卡位槽上的多卡板,其中,所述卡位槽上对应所述卡板设有多组用于卡合所述卡板的槽位,所述卡板与对应的所述槽位配合以固定多种尺寸的包装箱。
- 如权利要求1所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述卡板呈L型设置且所述卡板的厚度大于或等于所述槽位的宽度。
- 如权利要求2所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述卡位槽由多个平行设置的横向槽与多个平行设置的纵向槽相交而成。
- 如权利要求3所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述卡板的高度延伸至堆栈时最上层的包装箱。
- 如权利要求3所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述卡位装置设置在所述本体的四个角上。
- 如权利要求1所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述卡板设置两个,两所述卡板分别固定在包装箱的两个对角上。
- 如权利要求1所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述卡位槽为多个田字形并列设置的结构。
- 如权利要求1所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述卡位槽为多个井字形并列设置的结构。
- 如权利要求1所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述卡位槽是由多个F形并列设置的结构。
- 如权利要求5所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述卡板的高度大于所述槽位的深度。
- 如权利要求10所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述卡位装置与所述本体呈一体设置。
- 如权利要求11所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述本体为塑胶材质。
- 如权利要求11所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述卡板与所述本体材质相同。
- 如权利要求11所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述卡板的材质为高密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯或纸质。
- 如权利要求10所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述卡位装置与所述本体分体设置,所述卡位装置通过粘接或卡扣连接与所述本体固定连接。
- 如权利要求15所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述本体为塑胶材质。
- 如权利要求15所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述卡板与所述本体材质相同。
- 如权利要求15所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述卡板的材质为高密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯或纸质。
- 如权利要求1所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述卡板的数量与所述卡位槽的数量相同。
- 如权利要求1所述的栈板,其特征在于,所述卡板设置为一字型。
