Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé comprenant l'éclairage, avec une lumière à large bande, d'une molécule de détection disposée en contact fonctionnel avec un analyte. La molécule de détection peut se lier de manière réversible à l'analyte. Le procédé comprend en outre la mesure de l'absorbance de la lumière transmise à travers la molécule de détection à deux longueurs d'onde différentes pour déterminer une première valeur d'absorbance et une seconde valeur d'absorbance. Le procédé comprend en outre le calcul d'un rapport entre la première valeur d'absorbance et la seconde valeur d'absorbance, et le calcul de la concentration de l'analyte au moins en partie sur la base du rapport.
