- the tape 2 is made of a deformable material (for example, nylon, cloth, paper, plastic film, etc.). An adhesive is applied to one surface of the tape 2 and is wound around and fixed to a fixing member described later via the adhesive.
- a deformable material for example, nylon, cloth, paper, plastic film, etc.
- Elastic member 3 is attached to tape 2.
- the elastic member 3 is attached to the tape 2 with an adhesive or the like. Referring also to FIG. 2, this elastic member 3 is elastically deformed by coming into contact with a fixing member described later, and is wound around the fixing member together with the tape 2.
- an example of the elastic member 3 will be described in detail.
- the elastic member 3 takes one of the second shape (FIG. 1) and the first shape (FIG. 2) in a state where no external force is applied.
- the elastic member 3 has a shape in which the longitudinal direction D1 is curved and surrounds the virtual axis P, in other words, a shape that is curved in an arc shape with the longitudinal direction D1 being the circumferential direction. Therefore, hereinafter, the first shape is also referred to as an arc shape.
- the second shape is a shape that is closer to a straight line than the first shape, and is, for example, a long shape that is long in the linear longitudinal direction D1. Therefore, hereinafter, the second shape is referred to as a long shape.
- the thickness of the tape 2 and the elastic member 3 is shown as zero for easy illustration. Of course there is of course thickness. This point is the same in other perspective views to be referred to below, and repeated description is avoided.
- Elastic member 3 is deformed as follows. That is, when the elastic member 3 having a long shape is deformed to some extent by applying an external force so as to approach the circular arc shape, the elastic member 3 is elastically deformed to have an arc shape without any external force. When an external force is applied to the elastic member 3 having an arc shape to cause the elastic member 3 to take a long shape again, the elastic member 3 maintains the long shape without any external force.
- Such an elastic member 3 itself is a known member, and an example of its conceptual configuration is shown in FIGS.
- the shape of the cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction D ⁇ b> 1 of the elastic member 3 varies depending on the shape (long shape or arc shape) of the elastic member 3.
- the section is curved in an arc shape (FIG. 3).
- both side portions of the curve function as ribs, deformation from the long shape to the arc shape is hindered. Therefore, the elastic member 3 which takes a long shape can maintain a long shape as it is.
- the elastic member 3 is deformed by applying an external force so that the cross section is a straight line (in reality, it is thick because it is thick), the function as a rib disappears. Accordingly, the elastic member 3 is deformed into an arc shape by elasticity as shown in FIG. Therefore, in the arc shape, the cross section of the elastic member 3 is substantially linear (or substantially rectangular).
- Such an elastic member 3 can be formed of, for example, a shape memory alloy (or shape memory resin) that returns to its original shape at room temperature.
- the tape 2 Since the elastic member 3 is provided on the tape 2, the tape 2 is deformed according to the shape of the elastic member 3. More specifically, when the elastic member 3 takes an elongated shape, the tape 2 becomes, for example, a flat surface (FIG. 1) accordingly, and when the elastic member 3 takes an arc shape, for example, a tubular shape corresponding thereto. (FIG. 2) is taken.
- the elastic member 3 is provided on the tape 2 so that the adhesive surface of the tape 2 is located on the inner peripheral side in the arc shape.
- FIG. 5 is a perspective view illustrating an example of a schematic configuration of a part of the electric wire group 10 and a part of the corrugated tube 20.
- the fixing tape 1 with an elastic member is shown by a two-dot line.
- the electric wire group 10 is formed by bundling a plurality of electric wires extending in a predetermined direction.
- This electric wire group 10 is routed inside an automobile, for example.
- devices other than the electric wire group 10 for example, electrical components
- a corrugated tube 20 as a protective member is attached to the part of the electric wire group 10.
- the corrugated tube 20 has a cylindrical shape, and both ends thereof in the longitudinal direction D3 are open.
- the electric wire group 10 is arrange
- a wire harness having the electric wire group 50, the corrugated tube 60, and the fixing tape 1 with an elastic member will be described.
- a method of fixing the electric wire group 10 and the corrugated tube 20 using the fixing tape 1 with an elastic member will be described.
- FIGS. 6 and 7 are cross-sectional views perpendicular to the longitudinal direction D3 of the corrugated tube 20 and show how the fixing tape 1 with an elastic member is wound around the corrugated tube 20.
- 8 and 9 are cross-sectional views including the longitudinal direction D3.
- FIG. 8 shows a state in which the fixing tape 1 with an elastic member is wound only on the corrugated tube 20, and FIG. And the state wound around the corrugated tube 20 is shown.
- FIG. 10 is a perspective view showing a state where the fixing tape 1 with an elastic member is wound around the electric wire group 10 and the corrugated tube 20.
- the worker holds one end of the elastic member 3 and holds the fixing tape 1 with the elastic member.
- the corrugated tube 20 and the elastic member 3 are applied to the fixing tape 1 with the elastic member against the corrugated tube 20 such that the corrugated tube 20 and the elastic member 3 intersect substantially perpendicularly, for example.
- the worker applies the fixing tape 1 with an elastic member so that the tape 2 straddles both the electric wire group 10 and the corrugated tube 20 and the adhesive surface faces the corrugated tube 20 side.
- the elastic member 3 comes into contact with the corrugated tube 20, the elastic member 3 is elastically deformed by this contact and is wound around the corrugated tube 20 together with the tape 2.
- the cross section of the elastic member 3 becomes a linear shape at that portion.
- the elastic member 3 is elastically deformed into an arc shape sequentially from the contacted portion toward the tip (see FIGS. 2 and 7).
- the elastic member 3 (and eventually the fixing tape 1 with the elastic member) is wound around the corrugated tube 20.
- the elastic member 3 (and eventually the fixing tape 1 with the elastic member) is completely wound around the corrugated tube 20.
- the worker simply contacts the corrugated tube 20 with the fixing tape 1 with the elastic member, so that the elastic member 3 is elastically deformed and the fixing tape 1 with the elastic member is wound around the corrugated tube 20. Therefore, it is not necessary to wind the fixing tape 1 with an elastic member by an external force of an operator, and the fixing tape 1 with an elastic member can be easily wound around the corrugated tube 20. Therefore, the winding work can be facilitated.
- the fixing between the fixing tape 1 with the elastic member and the corrugated tube 20 may be performed only by the elastic force of the elastic member 3.
- the adhesive may not be applied to the contact surface of the tape 2 with the corrugated tube 20.
- the fixing force can be improved if an adhesive is also applied to the contact surface.
- an adhesive is also applied to the contact surface as an example.
- a groove 21 is formed on the surface of the corrugated tube 20.
- the groove 21 extends in the circumferential direction around the virtual axis P (in other words, the central axis of the corrugated tube 20).
- the groove 21 is formed in a ring shape around the virtual axis P.
- a plurality of the grooves 21 are formed side by side in the longitudinal direction D3 of the corrugated tube 20. Thereby, the corrugated tube 20 can be easily bent.
- the width of the groove 21 is relatively large for easy illustration. The width and pitch of the grooves 21 are set appropriately.
- the elastic member 3 is fitted into the groove 21 in a state of being wound around the corrugated tube 20, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 10, the width of the elastic member 3 in the longitudinal direction D ⁇ b> 3 is shorter than the width of the groove 21, and the entire elastic member 3 is fitted in the groove 21.
- the elastic member 3 is fitted in the groove 21 to prevent the elastic member 3 from moving in the longitudinal direction D3. Therefore, it can suppress that the fixing tape 1 with an elastic member shifts
- the elastic member 3 desirably sandwiches the tape 2 together with the corrugated tube 20.
- the elastic member 3 is provided with the tape 2 on the surface opposite to the adhesive surface.
- the tape 2 can be detached from the elastic member 3 when the adhesion between the tape 2 and the elastic member 3 is weak. Can be suppressed.
- the fixing force between the fixing tape 1 with an elastic member and the corrugated tube 20 can be improved.
- the elastic member 3 may be wound around the wire group 10 instead of the corrugated tube 20, and the tape 2 may be wound around the corrugated tube 20.
- the elastic member 3 is preferably wound around the corrugated tube 20. This is because the corrugated tube 20 is thicker than the electric wire group 10, so that the diameter of the elastic member 3 when taking the arc shape can be large. The larger the diameter, the smaller the amount of deformation when the elastic member 3 is deformed from the elongated shape to the arc shape, and the manufacturing becomes easier.
- the conventional adhesive tape is more easily detached from the corrugated tube 20 than the wire group 10.
- the adhesive tape is detached from the corrugated tube 20 before the electric wire group 10. Therefore, it is desirable that the elastic member 3 is wound around the corrugated tube 20.
- the fixing force between the fixing tape 1 with an elastic member and the corrugated tube 20 can be increased, and as a result, the fixing tape 1 with an elastic member can be prevented from being detached from the corrugated tube 20.
- the elastic member 3 fits into the groove
- the width W1 in the longitudinal direction D1 of the tape 2 at the position corresponding to the corrugated tube 20 is the tape 2 at the position corresponding to the electric wire group 10. It is larger than the width W2 in the longitudinal direction D1.
- the tape 2 has a shape in which two corners of a quadrilateral are cut out in a state where the tape 2 is a flat surface.
- the elastic member 3 is arrange
- the remainder of the tape 2 can be reduced as described in detail below. That is, the elastic member 3 and the tape 2 are wound with the longitudinal direction D1 as the circumferential direction. And since the outer diameter of the corrugated tube 20 is larger than the outer diameter of the electric wire group 10, the length in the circumferential direction of the corrugated tube 20 is longer than the length in the circumferential direction of the electric wire group 10. Therefore, the width of the tape 2 necessary for winding around the entire circumference of the corrugated tube 20 (width in the longitudinal direction D1) is wider than the width of the tape 2 required for winding around the entire circumference of the electric wire group 10. In other words, when the tape 2 is wound around the electric wire group 10 with the same width that can be wound around the entire circumference of the corrugated tube 20, the tape 2 remains.
- the tape 2 can be sufficiently wound around the corrugated tube 20, while the remainder of the tape 2 generated on the electric wire group 10 side is reduced. This reduces material costs.
- ⁇ Width W3> the smaller the outer diameter of the wire group 10 with respect to the outer diameter of the corrugated tube 20, the wider the gap between the corrugated tube 20 and the wire group 10.
- the width W3 of the tape 2 is indicated by the sum of the width of the portion that is in close contact with the electric wire group 10 and the corrugated tube 20 and the width of the portion that extends over the gap. Therefore, the larger the gap, the smaller the width of the portion that is in close contact with the wire group 10 and the corrugated tube 20.
- the width W3 of the tape 2 in the longitudinal direction D3 is sufficiently longer than the diameter of the corrugated tube 20 (for example, twice or more). Therefore, even if the outer diameter of the electric wire group 10 is small, the tape 2 can be wound with a sufficient width (area) with respect to both the corrugated tube 20 and the electric wire group 10.
- the adhesive has been described as being applied to one surface of the tape 2, but an adhesive may be applied instead of the adhesive.
- the fixing tape 1 with an elastic member according to the second embodiment is different from the fixing tape 1 with an elastic member according to the first embodiment in terms of the shape of the elastic member 3.
- the entire elastic member 3 is fitted in the groove 21 of the corrugated tube 20, for example.
- the second embodiment only a part of the elastic member 3 is fitted in the groove 21.
- FIG. 11 shows a state in which the fixing tape 1 with an elastic member is wound around the electric wire group 10 and the corrugated tube 20 in a cross section including the longitudinal direction D3.
- the elastic member 3 has winding portions 31 and 33 and a protruding portion 32.
- the protrusion 32 fits into the groove 21 of the corrugated tube 20.
- the winding portion 31 is connected to the protruding portion 32 in the longitudinal direction D3 and winds around the surface 22 of the corrugated tube 20 other than the groove 21.
- the surface 22 is the surface of the corrugated tube 20 located between the grooves 21.
- the winding portion 33 is located on the opposite side of the winding portion 31 with respect to the protrusion portion 32, is connected to the protrusion portion 32, and is wound around the surface 22 of the corrugated tube 20. That is, the winding parts 31 and 33 are each wound around the surface 22 at a position sandwiching the groove 21 in the longitudinal direction D3.
- FIG. 12 is a perspective view showing an example of a schematic configuration of the elastic member 3.
- FIG. 12 schematically shows a shape in a state where the elastic member 3 is not wound around the corrugated tube 20.
- the winding parts 31 and 33 are the same as the elastic member 3 demonstrated in 1st Embodiment.
- the winding portions 31 and 33 are arranged so that their longitudinal directions D1 are parallel to each other in a state of taking a long shape.
- FIG. 13 is a cross-sectional view illustrating an example of a conceptual configuration of the elastic member 3 in a state where the winding portions 31 and 33 have an arc shape. As shown in FIG. 13, the winding portions 31 and 33 are curved in the same direction in a state of taking an arc shape. That is, both the winding parts 31 and 33 are curved so as to surround the virtual axis P.
- the protruding portion 32 is disposed between the winding portions 31 and 33 and connects the winding portions 31 and 33.
- the protruding portion 32 protrudes from the winding portions 31 and 33. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 13, the protruding portion 32 protrudes toward the inside of the curve (on the virtual axis P side) in a state where the winding portions 31 and 33 have an arc shape.
- FIG. 13 shows the shape of the elastic member 3 in a cross section perpendicular to the virtual axis P.
- a plurality of protrusions 32 are provided, and these are arranged with a gap therebetween along the longitudinal direction D1.
- the winding portions 31 and 33 are deformed from the long shape (FIG. 12) to the arc shape (FIG. 13), so that the plurality of projecting portions 32 positioned on the inner peripheral side are closer to each other.
- the interval is set so that the adjacent protruding portions 32 do not contact each other in the longitudinal direction D1 in a state where the winding portions 31 and 33 are wound around the corrugated tube 20. If the projecting portions 32 come into contact with each other, the wrapping force (elastic force) around the corrugated tube 20 by the winding portions 31 and 33 is reduced, and such a reduction can be avoided.
- the width of the winding portions 31 and 33 (the width in the direction along the virtual axis P (longitudinal direction D3)) is not limited to the width of the groove 21. Therefore, the width of the winding parts 31 and 33 can be made wider than the width of the groove 21. Thereby, the area of the winding parts 31 and 33 can be improved, and the force (elastic force) by which the winding parts 31 and 33 wind around the corrugated tube 20 can be improved. Therefore, the fixing force of the fixing tape 1 with an elastic member can be improved.
- the elastic member 3 takes a long shape in the linear longitudinal direction D1.
- both the winding portions 31 and 33 are provided, only one of them may be provided. This is because the width of one of the winding portions 31 and 33 can be increased without being limited by the width of the groove 21, so that the fixing force of the fixing tape 1 with an elastic member can be improved. However, if both the winding parts 31 and 33 are provided, since both of them wind around the corrugated tube 20, the fixing force can be further improved.
- the elastic member 3 can be formed with a simpler structure than in the second embodiment.
- each of the plurality of projecting portions 32 projects from the winding portions 31 and 33 and has a concave shape that opens to the opposite side (outer peripheral side) from the virtual axis P. As shown in FIG. 14, at least one of the protrusions 32 is inserted with another protrusion 32 from the side opposite to the virtual axis P.
- the projecting portion 32 includes side wall portions 321 and 323 and a connecting portion 322.
- the side wall portions 321 and 323 are plate-like members.
- the side wall part 321 protrudes from the winding part 31 to the virtual axis P side in a state where the elastic member 3 is wound around the corrugated tube 20 (FIG. 11). Further, as the side wall portion 321 approaches the virtual axis P, the side wall portion 321 is inclined so as to move away from the winding portion 31 in the direction along the virtual axis P (longitudinal direction D3).
- the side wall part 323 protrudes from the winding part 33 to the virtual axis P side in a state where the elastic member 3 is wound around the corrugated tube 20.
- the side wall part 323 is inclined so as to move away from the winding part 33 in the direction along the virtual axis P as it approaches the virtual axis P.
- the gap between the side wall portions 321 and 323 narrows as it approaches the virtual axis P side (inner peripheral side).
- the connecting portion 322 is a plate-like member, and connects the side wall portions 321 and 323 on the virtual axis P side.
- the side wall portions 321 and 323 and the connecting portion 322 form a concave shape that opens to the outer peripheral side.
- This structure is suitable when the fixing tape 1 with an elastic member is wound around the corrugated tube 20 more than once. This will be described in detail below.
- the portion of the second turn faces the outermost portion of the elastic member 3 with respect to the portion located on the innermost side (the portion of the first turn).
- the protrusion part 32 of the 1st round has a recessed part shape opened toward an outer peripheral side as mentioned above. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 14, the second round protrusion 32 can be fitted into the first round protrusion 32. Thereby, the size of the radial direction centering on the virtual axis P can be reduced.
- the gap between the side wall portions 321 and 323 becomes narrower as it approaches the imaginary axis P side (inner peripheral side), it is easy to fit the protrusion 32 on the second turn into the protrusion 32 on the first turn.

And has a long shape that is long in a predetermined longitudinal direction when viewed perpendicular to the plane, and is wound around the second fixing member with the longitudinal direction as a circumferential direction, and the elastic member is provided at a position where the elastic member is provided. The width of the tape in the longitudinal direction is larger than the width of the tape at a position where the tape is fixed to the first fixing member.
A first aspect of a wire harness according to the present invention includes a fixing tape with an elastic member according to any one of first to sixth and eighth, an electric wire group serving as the first fixing member, and the second And a corrugated tube as a fixing member.

First embodiment.
<Fixing tape with elastic member>
FIG. 1 shows a conceptual configuration of a
The tape 2 is made of a deformable material (for example, nylon, cloth, paper, plastic film, etc.). An adhesive is applied to one surface of the tape 2 and is wound around and fixed to a fixing member described later via the adhesive.
Elastic member 3 is attached to tape 2. For example, the elastic member 3 is attached to the tape 2 with an adhesive or the like. Referring also to FIG. 2, this elastic member 3 is elastically deformed by coming into contact with a fixing member described later, and is wound around the fixing member together with the tape 2. Hereinafter, an example of the elastic member 3 will be described in detail.
Here, the elastic member 3 takes one of the second shape (FIG. 1) and the first shape (FIG. 2) in a state where no external force is applied. In the first shape, the elastic member 3 has a shape in which the longitudinal direction D1 is curved and surrounds the virtual axis P, in other words, a shape that is curved in an arc shape with the longitudinal direction D1 being the circumferential direction. Therefore, hereinafter, the first shape is also referred to as an arc shape. The second shape is a shape that is closer to a straight line than the first shape, and is, for example, a long shape that is long in the linear longitudinal direction D1. Therefore, hereinafter, the second shape is referred to as a long shape. In the perspective view of FIG. 2, the thickness of the tape 2 and the elastic member 3 is shown as zero for easy illustration. Of course there is of course thickness. This point is the same in other perspective views to be referred to below, and repeated description is avoided.
Elastic member 3 is deformed as follows.
Such an elastic member 3 itself is a known member, and an example of its conceptual configuration is shown in FIGS. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the shape of the cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction D <b> 1 of the elastic member 3 varies depending on the shape (long shape or arc shape) of the elastic member 3. For example, in a long shape, the section is curved in an arc shape (FIG. 3). According to such a shape, since both side portions of the curve function as ribs, deformation from the long shape to the arc shape is hindered. Therefore, the elastic member 3 which takes a long shape can maintain a long shape as it is. On the other hand, if the elastic member 3 is deformed by applying an external force so that the cross section is a straight line (in reality, it is thick because it is thick), the function as a rib disappears. Accordingly, the elastic member 3 is deformed into an arc shape by elasticity as shown in FIG. Therefore, in the arc shape, the cross section of the elastic member 3 is substantially linear (or substantially rectangular).
Such an elastic member 3 can be formed of, for example, a shape memory alloy (or shape memory resin) that returns to its original shape at room temperature.
Since the elastic member 3 is provided on the tape 2, the tape 2 is deformed according to the shape of the elastic member 3. The elastic member 3 is provided on the tape 2 so that the adhesive surface of the tape 2 is located on the inner peripheral side in the arc shape.
<Fixing member>
An electric wire group and a corrugated tube as an example of the fixing member will be described. FIG. 5 is a perspective view illustrating an example of a schematic configuration of a part of theelectric wire group 10 and a part of the corrugated tube 20. In FIG. 5, the fixing tape 1 with an elastic member is shown by a two-dot line.

The electric wire group 10 is formed by bundling a plurality of electric wires extending in a predetermined direction. This electric wire group 10 is routed inside an automobile, for example. In addition, devices other than the electric wire group 10 (for example, electrical components) are also provided inside the automobile. In such a state, a part of the electric wire group 10 may be in contact with the device and wear. Therefore, a corrugated tube 20 as a protective member is attached to the part of the electric wire group 10. The corrugated tube 20 has a cylindrical shape, and both ends thereof in the longitudinal direction D3 are open. And the electric wire group 10 is arrange | positioned through the corrugated tube 20 along the longitudinal direction D3. Thereby, the corrugated tube 20 will be located around the said part of the electric wire group 10, and can thereby protect the said part.

The details will be described below with reference to FIGS. 6 and 7 are cross-sectional views perpendicular to the longitudinal direction D3 of the corrugated tube 20 and show how the fixing tape 1 with an elastic member is wound around the corrugated tube 20. 8 and 9 are cross-sectional views including the longitudinal direction D3. FIG. 8 shows a state in which the fixing tape 1 with an elastic member is wound only on the corrugated tube 20, and FIG. And the state wound around the corrugated tube 20 is shown. FIG. 10 is a perspective view showing a state where the fixing tape 1 with an elastic member is wound around the electric wire group 10 and the corrugated tube 20.
First, the worker holds one end of the elastic member 3 and holds the fixing tape 1 with the elastic member. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the corrugated tube 20 and the elastic member 3 are applied to the fixing tape 1 with the elastic member against the corrugated tube 20 such that the corrugated tube 20 and the elastic member 3 intersect substantially perpendicularly, for example. At this time, the worker applies the fixing tape 1 with an elastic member so that the tape 2 straddles both the electric wire group 10 and the corrugated tube 20 and the adhesive surface faces the corrugated tube 20 side. When the elastic member 3 comes into contact with the corrugated tube 20, the elastic member 3 is elastically deformed by this contact and is wound around the corrugated tube 20 together with the tape 2.
More specifically, when the elastic member 3 comes into contact with the corrugated tube 20, the cross section of the elastic member 3 becomes a linear shape at that portion. The elastic member 3 is elastically deformed into an arc shape sequentially from the contacted portion toward the tip (see FIGS. 2 and 7). As a result, as shown in FIG. 7, the elastic member 3 (and eventually the fixing tape 1 with the elastic member) is wound around the corrugated tube 20. When the worker releases his / her hand from the elastic member 3, the elastic member 3 (and eventually the fixing tape 1 with the elastic member) is completely wound around the corrugated tube 20.
As described above, the worker simply contacts the corrugated tube 20 with the fixing tape 1 with the elastic member, so that the elastic member 3 is elastically deformed and the fixing tape 1 with the elastic member is wound around the corrugated tube 20. Therefore, it is not necessary to wind the fixing tape 1 with an elastic member by an external force of an operator, and the fixing tape 1 with an elastic member can be easily wound around the corrugated tube 20. Therefore, the winding work can be facilitated.
Now, at the stage where the elastic member 3 is wound around the corrugated tube 20, there is a space between the wire group 10 and the tape 2 as illustrated in FIG. This is because the outer diameter of the electric wire group 10 is smaller than the outer diameter of the corrugated tube 20. Therefore, the worker deforms the tape 2 and attaches it to the electric wire group 10 (FIGS. 9 and 10). Thereby, the fixing tape 1 with an elastic member and the electric wire group 10 can be fixed, and by extension, the electric wire group 10 and the corrugated tube 20 can be fixed.
Note that the fixing between the fixing tape 1 with the elastic member and the corrugated tube 20 may be performed only by the elastic force of the elastic member 3. In other words, the adhesive may not be applied to the contact surface of the tape 2 with the corrugated tube 20. However, the fixing force can be improved if an adhesive is also applied to the contact surface. In the following, it is assumed that an adhesive is also applied to the contact surface as an example.
この溝21は仮想軸P(換言すればコルゲートチューブ20の中心軸)を中心とした周方向に延在する。 <Corrugated tube groove>
In the illustration of FIG. 5, agroove 21 is formed on the surface of the corrugated tube 20. The groove 21 extends in the circumferential direction around the virtual axis P (in other words, the central axis of the corrugated tube 20). For example, the groove 21 is formed in a ring shape around the virtual axis P. In the illustration of FIG. 5, a plurality of the grooves 21 are formed side by side in the longitudinal direction D3 of the corrugated tube 20. Thereby, the corrugated tube 20 can be easily bent. In FIG. 5, the width of the groove 21 is relatively large for easy illustration. The width and pitch of the grooves 21 are set appropriately.

In the illustration of FIG. 5, a
For the corrugated tube 20 having such a groove 21, it is desirable that the elastic member 3 is fitted into the groove 21 in a state of being wound around the corrugated tube 20, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 10, the width of the elastic member 3 in the longitudinal direction D <b> 3 is shorter than the width of the groove 21, and the entire elastic member 3 is fitted in the groove 21.
Thus, the elastic member 3 is fitted in the groove 21 to prevent the elastic member 3 from moving in the longitudinal direction D3. Therefore, it can suppress that the fixing tape 1 with an elastic member shifts | deviates to the longitudinal direction D3, and remove | deviates from the corrugated tube 20. FIG.
<Positional relationship amongtape 2, elastic member 3, and fixing member>
As shown in FIG. 8, theelastic member 3 desirably sandwiches the tape 2 together with the corrugated tube 20. In other words, it is desirable that the elastic member 3 is provided with the tape 2 on the surface opposite to the adhesive surface. For example, conversely, if the elastic member 3 is disposed between the tape 2 and the corrugated tube 20, the tape 2 can be detached from the elastic member 3 when the adhesion between the tape 2 and the elastic member 3 is weak. Can be suppressed. In other words, the fixing force between the fixing tape 1 with an elastic member and the corrugated tube 20 can be improved.

<Object on whichelastic member 3 is wound>
Theelastic member 3 may be wound around the wire group 10 instead of the corrugated tube 20, and the tape 2 may be wound around the corrugated tube 20. However, the elastic member 3 is preferably wound around the corrugated tube 20.

Also, it has been empirically found that the conventional adhesive tape is more easily detached from the corrugated tube 20 than the wire group 10. For example, when the electric wire group 10 is sharply bent at one end side of the corrugated tube 20, the adhesive tape is detached from the corrugated tube 20 before the electric wire group 10. Therefore, it is desirable that the elastic member 3 is wound around the corrugated tube 20. Thereby, the fixing force between the fixing tape 1 with an elastic member and the corrugated tube 20 can be increased, and as a result, the fixing tape 1 with an elastic member can be prevented from being detached from the corrugated tube 20. And if the elastic member 3 fits into the groove | channel 21, it can further suppress that the fixing tape 1 with an elastic member remove | deviates from the corrugated tube 20. FIG.
<Shape oftape 2>
<Relationship between widths W1 and W2>
In the illustration of FIG. 1, the width W1 in the longitudinal direction D1 of thetape 2 at the position corresponding to the corrugated tube 20 (in other words, the position where the elastic member 3 is provided) is the tape 2 at the position corresponding to the electric wire group 10. It is larger than the width W2 in the longitudinal direction D1. As an example of a more detailed shape, the tape 2 has a shape in which two corners of a quadrilateral are cut out in a state where the tape 2 is a flat surface. And the elastic member 3 is arrange | positioned in the vicinity of the two corners different from the two corners, and in parallel with the side which connects the other corners.
<Shape of
<Relationship between widths W1 and W2>
In the illustration of FIG. 1, the width W1 in the longitudinal direction D1 of the
Thereby, the remainder of the tape 2 can be reduced as described in detail below.
Therefore, by making the width W1 wider than the width W2, the tape 2 can be sufficiently wound around the corrugated tube 20, while the remainder of the tape 2 generated on the electric wire group 10 side is reduced. This reduces material costs.
<幅W3>
<Width W3>
Further, the smaller the outer diameter of thewire group 10 with respect to the outer diameter of the corrugated tube 20, the wider the gap between the corrugated tube 20 and the wire group 10. The width W3 of the tape 2 is indicated by the sum of the width of the portion that is in close contact with the electric wire group 10 and the corrugated tube 20 and the width of the portion that extends over the gap. Therefore, the larger the gap, the smaller the width of the portion that is in close contact with the wire group 10 and the corrugated tube 20.
<Width W3>
Further, the smaller the outer diameter of the
Referring to FIGS. 1, 5 and 8, here, the width W3 of the tape 2 in the longitudinal direction D3 is sufficiently longer than the diameter of the corrugated tube 20 (for example, twice or more). Therefore, even if the outer diameter of the electric wire group 10 is small, the tape 2 can be wound with a sufficient width (area) with respect to both the corrugated tube 20 and the electric wire group 10.
Therefore, even if the corrugated tube 20 having the same diameter is attached to each of the electric wire group 10 having a large outer diameter and the electric wire group 10 having a small outer diameter, these can be appropriately fixed using the fixing tape 1 with an elastic member.
In the present embodiment, the adhesive has been described as being applied to one surface of the tape 2, but an adhesive may be applied instead of the adhesive.

Second embodiment.
The fixingtape 1 with an elastic member according to the second embodiment is different from the fixing tape 1 with an elastic member according to the first embodiment in terms of the shape of the elastic member 3. In the example of the first embodiment, the entire elastic member 3 is fitted in the groove 21 of the corrugated tube 20, for example. In the second embodiment, only a part of the elastic member 3 is fitted in the groove 21.

FIG. 11 shows a state in which the fixing tape 1 with an elastic member is wound around the electric wire group 10 and the corrugated tube 20 in a cross section including the longitudinal direction D3. As shown in FIG. 11, the elastic member 3 has winding portions 31 and 33 and a protruding portion 32. The protrusion 32 fits into the groove 21 of the corrugated tube 20. The winding portion 31 is connected to the protruding portion 32 in the longitudinal direction D3 and winds around the surface 22 of the corrugated tube 20 other than the groove 21. The surface 22 is the surface of the corrugated tube 20 located between the grooves 21. The winding portion 33 is located on the opposite side of the winding portion 31 with respect to the protrusion portion 32, is connected to the protrusion portion 32, and is wound around the surface 22 of the corrugated tube 20. That is, the winding parts 31 and 33 are each wound around the surface 22 at a position sandwiching the groove 21 in the longitudinal direction D3.
FIG. 12 is a perspective view showing an example of a schematic configuration of the elastic member 3. FIG. 12 schematically shows a shape in a state where the elastic member 3 is not wound around the corrugated tube 20. The winding parts 31 and 33 are the same as the elastic member 3 demonstrated in 1st Embodiment. The winding portions 31 and 33 are arranged so that their longitudinal directions D1 are parallel to each other in a state of taking a long shape.
FIG.
The protruding portion 32 is disposed between the winding portions 31 and 33 and connects the winding portions 31 and 33. The protruding portion 32 protrudes from the winding portions 31 and 33. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 13, the protruding portion 32 protrudes toward the inside of the curve (on the virtual axis P side) in a state where the winding portions 31 and 33 have an arc shape. FIG. 13 shows the shape of the elastic member 3 in a cross section perpendicular to the virtual axis P.
12 and 13, a plurality of protrusions 32 are provided, and these are arranged with a gap therebetween along the longitudinal direction D1. According to such a structure, the winding portions 31 and 33 are deformed from the long shape (FIG. 12) to the arc shape (FIG. 13), so that the plurality of projecting portions 32 positioned on the inner peripheral side are closer to each other. However, the interval is set so that the adjacent protruding portions 32 do not contact each other in the longitudinal direction D1 in a state where the winding portions 31 and 33 are wound around the corrugated tube 20. If the projecting portions 32 come into contact with each other, the wrapping force (elastic force) around the corrugated tube 20 by the winding portions 31 and 33 is reduced, and such a reduction can be avoided.
In a state where the elastic member 3 is wound around the corrugated tube 20, the protruding portion 32 is fitted into the groove 21, and the winding portions 31 and 33 are wound around the surface 22 of the corrugated tube 20. In other words, the winding parts 31 and 33 do not fit into the groove 21. Therefore, the width of the winding portions 31 and 33 (the width in the direction along the virtual axis P (longitudinal direction D3)) is not limited to the width of the groove 21.
In the second embodiment as well, when the tape 2 is flat and viewed perpendicular to the plane, it can be understood that the elastic member 3 takes a long shape in the linear longitudinal direction D1.
Further, in the examples of FIGS. 11 to 13, although both the winding portions 31 and 33 are provided, only one of them may be provided.
On the other hand, if the entire elastic member 3 is fitted in the groove 21 as in the first embodiment, the elastic member 3 can be formed with a simpler structure than in the second embodiment.
11 and 12, each of the plurality of projecting portions 32 projects from the winding portions 31 and 33 and has a concave shape that opens to the opposite side (outer peripheral side) from the virtual axis P. As shown in FIG. 14, at least one of the protrusions 32 is inserted with another protrusion 32 from the side opposite to the virtual axis P.
As a more detailed example, the projecting portion 32 includes side wall portions 321 and 323 and a connecting portion 322. The side wall portions 321 and 323 are plate-like members. The side wall part 321 protrudes from the winding part 31 to the virtual axis P side in a state where the elastic member 3 is wound around the corrugated tube 20 (FIG. 11). Further, as the side wall portion 321 approaches the virtual axis P, the side wall portion 321 is inclined so as to move away from the winding portion 31 in the direction along the virtual axis P (longitudinal direction D3). The side wall part 323 protrudes from the winding part 33 to the virtual axis P side in a state where the elastic member 3 is wound around the corrugated tube 20. Further, the side wall part 323 is inclined so as to move away from the winding part 33 in the direction along the virtual axis P as it approaches the virtual axis P. In other words, the gap between the side wall portions 321 and 323 narrows as it approaches the virtual axis P side (inner peripheral side). The connecting portion 322 is a plate-like member, and connects the side wall portions 321 and 323 on the virtual axis P side.
According to such a shape, the side wall portions 321 and 323 and the connecting portion 322 form a concave shape that opens to the outer peripheral side. This structure is suitable when the fixing tape 1 with an elastic member is wound around the corrugated tube 20 more than once. This will be described in detail below.
In this case, the portion of the second turn faces the outermost portion of the elastic member 3 with respect to the portion located on the innermost side (the portion of the first turn). And the protrusion part 32 of the 1st round has a recessed part shape opened toward an outer peripheral side as mentioned above. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 14, the second round protrusion 32 can be fitted into the first round protrusion 32. Thereby, the size of the radial direction centering on the virtual axis P can be reduced. Moreover, since the gap between the side wall portions 321 and 323 becomes narrower as it approaches the imaginary axis P side (inner peripheral side), it is easy to fit the protrusion 32 on the second turn into the protrusion 32 on the first turn.
