Abstract

L'invention concerne un système d'implant dentaire comprenant au moins un implant destiné à être fixé dans un maxillaire, une prothèse sur laquelle au moins une dent artificielle peut être posée et fixée, et au moins une vis permettant de fixer de manière amovible la prothèse sur ledit au moins un implant, ladite au moins une vis présentant un filetage et une prise permettant de faire tourner la vis, laquelle prise est située du côté de la vis opposé au filetage, et la vis présentant une surface d'appui orientée en direction du filetage. Lorsque le système d'implant dentaire est complètement assemblé, la surface d'appui de ladite au moins une vis plaque la prothèse sur ledit au moins un implant, et la prothèse, ledit au moins un implant et ladite au moins une vis reposent les uns contre les autres de manière affleurante. L'invention concerne également une vis pour un tel système d'implant dentaire, dans lequel la vis présente une symétrie de révolution jusqu'à la prise et jusqu'au filetage, le diamètre de la vis augmentant à partir du filetage jusqu'à l'extrémité opposée ou le diamètre de la vis augmentant à partir du filetage jusqu'à l'extrémité opposée au moins dans la zone de la surface d'appui et restant par endroits identique, de sorte que de préférence la vis est cylindrique jusqu'à la prise et jusqu'au filetage par rapport à l'axe de la vis ou est conique en direction de son filetage, l'implant présentant une partie cylindrique ou s'ouvrant en cône en direction de la surface d'assemblage avec la prothèse, laquelle partie éloigne un taraudage de l'implant vis-à-vis de la surface d'assemblage avec la prothèse, la surface intérieure de l'implant correspondant à la surface extérieure de la vis, de sorte que ces deux surfaces sont affleurantes lorsque la vis est complètement vissée dans l'implant. L'invention concerne par ailleurs un procédé de fabrication d'une prothèse pour un système d'implant dentaire.
