Abstract

Il existe des procédures chirurgicales nombreuses et différentes du glaucome pour réduire la pression intraoculaire (PIO). Des implants de drainage du glaucome sont largement utilisés pour contrôler la PIO dans le glaucome compliqué ou réfractaire. La chirurgie d'implants de drainage de glaucome a été associée à de nombreuses complications comprenant la migration de tube, l'exposition de tube ou de plaque, un trouble de la motilité oculaire, une hypotonie aiguë, une lésion cornéenne, un décollement et une infection de la cornée. L'invention concerne un implant tubulaire en forme de T dans la chambre antérieure et le canal de Schlemm après sclérotomie profonde pour obtenir une autofixation et une autorégulation.
