根据本发明的又一方面,提供了一种用于通过情趣用具进行智能睡眠 唤醒的方法, 所述方法包括如下步骤: a) 监测用户睡眠时的体征, 采集 所述体征信号; b) 对所采集的体征信号进行判断, 以判断是否符合睡眠 唤醒的条件, 若符合则进入步骤 c; 若不符合, 则返回步骤 a持续进行监 测; 和 c) 在符合睡眠唤醒的条件下发出控制指令给所述情趣用具, 以控 制所述情趣用具单元对用户发出刺激信号从而唤醒用户。

'25 动睡眠。 睡眠分为非快速眼动睡眠(賺-rap id eye movement, NREM)和快 速睡眠 (REM ) 。 快速眼动睡眠一般发生在接近早晨的时候。 并且由于绝 大部分的梦是在快速眼动睡眠阶段做的, 所以如果此时叫醒用户, 用户会 记住正在做的梦。 如果在此阶段没醒来, 则梦就会被遗忘。 此外, 如果在 快速眼动睡眠时叫醒用户,用户感受到的睡眠效果也是较好的。与此相对,

优选地, 控制单元 120也可以接收来自所述情趣用具系统 1 00外部的控 制指令给所述情趣用具单元 1 1 0 , 以控制所述情趣用具单元对用户发出刺 激信号从而唤醒用户。 这种外部信号例如可以通过控制单元接入网络来接 收, 例如来自他人的手机发出的智能唤醒信号。

根据本发明的一个实施例, 可以将情趣用具单元 1 30制作为带有震动 单元的片状柔性物, 贴附在用户的内衣内侧上, 接触用户的生殖器和 /或 性敏感区域, 在接收到唤醒信号时发出震动以刺激用户的生殖器和 /或性 敏感区域, 从而以舒适的体感刺激用户进行唤醒, 或者可以刺激将用户带 入到感觉舒适的春梦中, 从而使用户在春梦中醒来, 以产生良好的唤醒效 果。
驱动单元 1 32还可以是其他产生刺激的装置, 例如履带盘、 轮盘、 可充 放气的气嚢、 电极中的至少一种。 下面逐一说明。
履带盘 /转轮: 情趣用具提供的摩擦感可以帮助用户增强体验。 模拟 摩擦感的方式包括转轮或者履带盘, 通过轮子或履带对于皮肤的相对运 动, 会使人产生摩擦的感受。
可充放气的气嚢可以收缩或充大以及其产生的压迫感, 收缩的装置可 以是气嚢 (通过膨胀挤产生内壁的收缩、 挤压) 或其他方式。
电刺激装置: 电刺激可以提供有效的生理刺激, 既可以作为提高性生 活体验的刺激方式, 也具有理疗的医学效果。 实现方式可以通过与皮肤接 触的电极, 进行可控的电压、 电流刺激。

18、 如权利要求 1所述的情趣用具系统, 其中所述控制单元用于接 收来自所述情趣用具系统外部的控制指令给所述情趣用具单元, 以控制 所述情趣用具单元对用户发出刺激信号从而唤醒用户。
19、 如权利要求 1所述的情趣用具系统, 其中所述控制单元在用户 设定的唤醒时间点附近特定的时间段内发送控制指令给所述情趣用具 单元, 以控制所述情趣用具单元对用户发出刺激信号从而唤醒用户。
20、 一种带有智能睡眠唤醒功能的情趣用具, 所述情趣用具包括信 号接收单元和驱动单元, 其中:
所述信号接收单元用于接收来自外部的控制信号, 所述控制信号用 于驱动所述驱动单元的动作, 所述控制信号是根据所采集的用户体征信 号进行判断并在符合睡眠唤醒的条件下发出的;
所述驱动单元在所述控制信号的驱动下动作, 向用户发出刺激信号 从而唤醒用户。
21、 如权利要求 20所述的情趣用具, 其中所述体征信号选自下列 中的任一种或多种的组合: 用户的脑电波状态、 快速眼动状态、 睡眠运 动状态、 心率状态、 呼吸状态、 体温状态、 生殖器兴奋状态。
22、 如权利要求 21 所述的情趣用具, 其中所述传感单元为脑电扫
描仪, 佩戴在用户头部用于采集所述脑电波状态。
23、 如权利要求 21 所述的情趣用具, 其中所述传感单元为柔性护 目镜式眼动仪, 佩戴在用户眼部用于采集所述眼动状态。
24、 如权利要求 21 所述的情趣用具, 其中所述传感单元为带有加 速度传感器的手环, 佩戴在用户手臂上用于感测用户的睡眠运动状态。
25、 如权利要求 21所述的情趣用具, 其中所述传感单元为心率仪, 用于感测用户的心率。
26、 如权利要求 21所述的情趣用具, 其中所述传感单元为麦克风, 用于采集用户的呼吸声音从而获取用户的呼吸状态。
27、 如权利要求 21所述的情趣用具, 其中所述传感单元为温度计, 佩戴在用户体表用于感测用户的体温。
28、 如权利要求 20所述的情趣用具, 其中所述情趣用具单元为穿 戴和 /或贴附在用户生殖器和 /或性敏感区域的情趣玩具。
29、 如权利要求 28所述的情趣用具, 其中所述生殖器和 /或性敏感 区域选自下述至少一种或多种的组合:生殖器官、生殖器器官周边区域、 阴茎、 睾丸、 阴道、 外阴、 阴蒂、 乳房和肛门。
30、 如权利要求 29 所述的情趣用具, 其中所述情趣用具单元包括 震动驱动单元,在所述控制系统发出的控制信号下发出震动从而刺激用 户的生殖器和 /或性敏感区域。
31、 如权利要求 30所述的情趣用具, 其中所述震动信号的震动强 度是由弱到强进行变化的。
32、 如权利要求 20所述的情趣用具, 其中所述控制单元为带有计 算功能的移动设备。
33、 如权利要求 20所述的情趣用具, 其中所述控制单元、 所述传 感单元和情趣用具单元彼此之间通过无线方式传送信号和 /或数据。
34、 如权利要求 20所述的情趣用具, 其中所述符合睡眠唤醒的条 件包括用户进入快速眼动睡眠和 /或有梦睡眠状态。
35、 如权利要求 20所述的情趣用具, 其中所述控制单元收集用户 对所述控制单元发出的唤醒信号的反馈评价, 用以通过自学习调整唤醒 的时间。
36、 如权利要求 20所述的情趣用具, 其中所述控制单元用于收集 用户的睡眠习惯数据和以往通过所述控制单元被唤醒的时间,从而对未
来的唤醒时间为用户提供建议或预测。
37、 如权利要求 20所述的情趣用具, 其中所述控制单元用于接收 来自所述情趣用具系统外部的控制指令给所述情趣用具单元, 以控制所 述情趣用具单元对用户发出刺激信号从而唤醒用户。
38、 如权利要求 20所述的情趣用具, 其中所述控制单元在用户设 定的唤醒时间点附近特定的时间段内发送控制指令给所述情趣用具单 元, 以控制所述情趣用具单元对用户发出刺激信号从而唤醒用户。
39、 一种用于通过情趣用具进行智能睡眠唤醒的方法, 所述方法包 括如下步骤:
a) 监测用户睡眠时的体征, 采集所述体征信号;
b) 对所采集的体征信号进行判断, 以判断是否符合睡眠唤醒的条 件, 若符合则进入步骤 c ; 若不符合, 则返回步骤 a持续进行监测;
c) 在符合睡眠唤醒的条件下发出控制指令给所述情趣用具, 以控 制所述情趣用具单元对用户发出刺激信号从而唤醒用户。
40、 如权利要求 39 所述的方法, 其中所述体征信号选自下列中的 任一种或多种的组合: 用户的脑电波状态、 快速眼动状态、 睡眠运动状 态、 心率状态、 呼吸状态、 体温状态、 生殖器兴奋状态。
41、 如权利要求 40所述的方法, 其中所述传感单元为脑电扫描仪, 佩戴在用户头部用于采集所述脑电波状态。
42、 如权利要求 40所述的方法, 其中所述传感单元为柔性护目镜 式眼动仪, 佩戴在用户眼部用于采集所述眼动状态。
43、 如权利要求 40所述的方法, 其中所述传感单元为带有加速度 传感器的手环, 佩戴在用户手臂上用于感测用户的睡眠运动状态。
44、 如权利要求 40所述的方法, 其中所述传感单元为心率仪, 用 于感测用户的心率。
45、 如权利要求 40所述的方法, 其中所述传感单元为麦克风, 用 于采集用户的呼吸声音从而获取用户的呼吸状态。
46、 如权利要求 40所述的方法, 其中所述传感单元为温度计, 佩 戴在用户体表用于感测用户的体温。
47、 如权利要求 39所述的方法, 其中所述情趣用具单元为穿戴和 / 或贴附在用户生殖器和 /或性敏感区域的情趣玩具。
48、 如权利要求 47所述的方法, 其中所述生殖器和 /或性敏感区域
选自下述至少一种或多种的组合: 生殖器官、 生殖器器官周边区域、 阴 茎、 睾丸、 阴道、 外阴、 阴蒂、 乳房和肛门。
49、 如权利要求 48 所述的方法, 其中所述情趣用具单元包括震动 驱动单元, 在所述控制系统发出的控制信号下发出震动从而刺激用户的 生殖器和 /或性敏感区域。
50、 如权利要求 49 所述的方法, 其中所述震动信号的震动强度是 由弱到强进行变化的。
51、 如权利要求 39 所述的方法, 其中所述控制单元为带有计算功 能的移动设备。
52、 如权利要求 39 所述的方法, 其中所述控制单元、 所述传感单 元和情趣用具单元彼此之间通过无线方式传送信号和 /或数据。
53、 如权利要求 39 所述的方法, 其中所述符合睡眠唤醒的条件包 括用户进入快速眼动睡眠和 /或有梦睡眠状态。
54、 如权利要求 39 所述的方法, 其中所述控制单元收集用户对所 述控制单元发出的唤醒信号的反馈评价, 用以通过自学习调整唤醒的时 间。
55、 如权利要求 39 所述的方法, 其中所述控制单元用于收集用户 的睡眠习惯数据和以往通过所述控制单元被唤醒的时间, 从而对未来的 唤醒时间为用户提供建议或预测。
56、 如权利要求 39 所述的方法, 其中所述控制单元用于接收来自 所述情趣用具系统外部的控制指令给所述情趣用具单元, 以控制所述情 趣用具单元对用户发出刺激信号从而唤醒用户。
57、 如权利要求 39 所述的方法, 其中所述控制单元在用户设定的 唤醒时间点附近特定的时间段内发送控制指令给所述情趣用具单元, 以 控制所述情趣用具单元对用户发出刺激信号从而唤醒用户。
