所述控制单元,还用于在所述卸载用户进行语音呼叫时, 确定优先使用高 速编解码。
36、 一种移动管理实体 MME, 其特征在于, 所述 MME为支持基于分组 交换 PS会话的互联网协议 IP 多媒体子系统 IMS语音 IMS Voice Over PS session的移动网络的 MME, 所述 MME包括:
控制单元, 用于确定一个或多个用户设备, 其中所述一个或多个用户设备 为支持基于 LTE的语音 VoLTE的用户设备;
接收单元,用于接受所述一个或多个用户设备发送的注册请求消息或者联 合注册请求消息;
所述控制单元,还用于确定注册接受消息或者联合注册接受消息, 所述注 册接受消息或所述多个联合注册消息用于指示所述一个或多个用户设备基于 互联网协议 IP多媒体子系统 IMS的语音 VoIMS可用;
发送单元,用于向所述一个或多个用户设备发送所述注册接受消息或者所 述联合注册接受消息。
37、 如权利要求 36所述的 MME, 其特征在于,
所述发送单元,还用于向所述一个或多个用户设备发送通知消息, 以便触 发所述一个或多个用户设备向所述 MME发送所述注册请求消息或者所述联 合注册请求消息。
38、 如权利要求 37所述的 MME, 其特征在于,
所述发送单元, 具体用于向所述一个或多个用户设备发送所述通知消息, 其中所述通知消息为国际移动用户识别 IMSI分离消息, 以便触发所述一个或 多个用户设备向所述 MME发送所述联合注册请求消息,其中所述联合注册请 求消息为联合跟踪区更新 TAU消息;
所述接收单元, 具体用于接受所述联合 TAU消息;
所述控制单元, 具体用于将所述联合注册接受消息中的支持基于 PS会话 和 IMS的语音的指示 IMS Voice over PS session supported Indication设置为肯定, 用于指示 VoIMS可用, 其中所述联合注册接受消息为联合 TAU接受消息; 所述发送单元, 具体用于向所述一个或多个用户设备发送所述联合 TAU 接受消息。
39、 如权利要求 37所述的 ΜΜΕ, 其特征在于,
所述发送单元, 具体用于向所述一个或多个用户设备发送所述通知消息, 其中所述通知消息为带无效的 TAI list的全局唯一的临时标识 GUTI重分配消 息, 以便触发所述一个或多个用户设备向所述 MME发送注册请求消息, 其中 所述注册请求消息为 TAU消息;
所述接收单元, 具体用于接收所述一个或多个用户设备发送的所述 TAU 消息;
所述控制单元, 具体用于将所述注册接受消息中的支持基于 PS 会话和
IMS的语音的指示 IMS Voice over PS session supported Indication设置为肯定, 用于指示 VoIMS可用, 其中所述注册接受消息为 TAU接受消息;
所述发送单元, 具体用于向所述一个或多个用户设备发送所述 TAU接受 消息。
40、 如权利要求 37所述的 MME, 其特征在于,
所述发送单元, 具体用于向所述一个或多个用户设备发送所述通知消息 , 其中所述通知消息为演进的分组系统 EPS分离消息, 以便触发所述一个或多 个用户设备向所述 MME发送注册请求消息,其中所述注册请求消息为附着消 息;
所述接收单元,具体用于接收所述一个或多个用户设备发送的所述附着消 息;
所述控制单元, 具体用于将所述注册接受消息中的支持基于 PS 会话和 IMS的语音的指示 IMS Voice over PS session supported Indication设置为肯定, 用于指示 VoIMS可用, 其中所述注册接受消息为附着接受消息;
所述发送单元,具体用于向所述一个或多个用户设备发送所述附着接受消 息。
41、 如权利要求 36-40任一项所述的 ΜΜΕ, 其特征在于,
所述发送单元,还用于向移动交换中心 MSC发送国际移动用户识别 IMSI 分离消息。
42、 一种移动交换中心 MSC, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收移动管理实体 ΜΜΕ发送的恢复指示;
