Abstract

L'invention concerne une boîte à outil comprenant : un élément de base comportant des parois de base définissant un espace intérieur; et un élément de recouvrement comportant des parois de recouvrement, ledit élément de recouvrement étant articulé par rapport à l'élément de base par un mécanisme d'articulation, l'élément de recouvrement pouvant se déplacer entre une position fermée dans laquelle il s'étend sur l'élément de base et une position ouverte dans laquelle il se déplace par rapport à l'élément de base de façon à permettre l'accès à l'espace intérieur. L'élément de recouvrement comporte au moins un élément d'engagement associé à au moins l'une des parois de recouvrement, et l'élément de base comporte au moins un élément d'engagement associé à au moins une paroi de base respective et conçu, dans la position fermée de l'élément de recouvrement, pour venir en prise avec l'élément d'engagement de l'élément de recouvrement afin de bloquer l'élément de recouvrement contre l'élément de base de sorte qu'il y ait engagement de l'élément de recouvrement et de l'élément de base pour transmettre, entre ces derniers, des forces internes générées par des forces externes appliquées sur au moins un élément de la boîte à outils, ce qui réduit ou élimine sensiblement la transmission des forces internes au mécanisme d'articulation.
