Abstract

Envase (1) de comida portabebidas que comprende: -una parte superior (2) formada por un conjunto de paredes laterales (8) y una superficie de apoyo (9), unida y articulada a, -una parte inferior (3), formada por un conjunto de paredes laterales (8) y una superficie de apoyo (9), donde al menos una de las superficies de apoyo (9) comprende un orificio (6) el cual forma parte del envase en el que se inserta un vaso (5), de forma que al estar vaso (5) y comida ubicados en el mismo envase (1), permite al consumidor poder llevarlo todo con una sola mano o brazo. La sujeción del vaso (5) determina la sujeción del envase (1). El orificio (6) puede ser circular, poligonal o de diferentes formas geométricas y siempre complementario a la forma del vaso (5).

Description

ENVASE DE COMIDA PORTABEBIDAS DESCRIPCIÓN OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
El objeto de la presente invención se refiere a un envase para comida que comprende un orificio el cual forma parte del envase, adaptado para soportar un vaso. De esta manera, al estar vaso y comida ubicados en el mismo envase, permite al consumidor poder llevarlo todo con una sola mano o brazo.
Encuentra especíal aplicación en el ámbito de la industria alimentaria, específicamente en restauración, hostelería y uso doméstico.
PROBLEMA TÉCNICO A RESOLVER Y ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Hoy en día es cada vez más común ver a gente con un estiío de alimentación donde el alimento se prepara y sirve para consumir rápidamente en establecimientos especializados, ya sea en restaurantes de comida rápida, cines, teatros, conciertos, etc.
A menudo ocurre que un cliente individual al ir a uno de dichos establecimientos, compra uno o más combinados de comida y bebida, encontrándose con el inconveniente de no poder abarcar todo únicamente con las dos manos, corriendo el riesgo de que se le pueda caer debido a la dificultad de llevarlo todo junto, de forma que el cliente tiene que ideárselas para poder transportar todo a la vez ayudándose del conjunto de brazos y cuerpo.
El objeto de la presente invención solventa estos inconvenientes, presentando un envase para comida que comprende un orificio, el cual forma parte del envase, adaptado para soportar un vaso.
Por tanto, la presente invención viene a solucionar ios problemas anteriormente mencionados presentando la ventaja de proporcionar un envase para comida con el que, comida y bebida, pueden ser transportados juntos, en una sola mano o brazo, aportando una mayor comodidad al usuario.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención se refiere a un envase de comida portabebidas que comprende: una parte superior y una parte inferior, formadas cada una de ellas por un conjunto de paredes laterales y una superficie de apoyo, unidas y articuladas ambas partes entre sí,
donde al menos una de las superficies de apoyo comprende un orificio, el cual forma parte del envase en el que se inserta un vaso, de forma que al estar vaso y comida ubicados en el mismo envase, permite al consumidor poder llevarlo todo con una sola mano o brazo.
En una realización preferente el orificio está centrado en la superficie de apoyo, pudiendo ser dicho orificio, circular o poligonal, complementario a la forma del vaso.
Se dan tres formas distintas de realización:
El orificio queda definido por una la línea de troquelado cerrada, el orificio está tapado por una lámina de papel transparente, - el orificio viene abierto de fábrica.
La sujeción del vaso determina la sujeción del envase.
En otras realizaciones el orificio puede estar colocado en cualquier posición descentrada respecto de las superficies de apoyo y puede tener diferentes formas geométricas, para adaptarse a la forma del vaso.
El envase puede presentar cualquier forma geométrica y estar fabricado en cualquier material, siendo la realización preferente de cartón. BREVE DESCRIPCIÓN DE LAS FIGURAS
Para completar la descripción y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características de la invención, se acompaña a esta memoria descriptiva, como parte integrante de la misma, un conjunto de dibujos en dónde con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo, se ha representado lo siguiente:
La figura 1 , correspondiente a la primera forma de realización, donde se puede ver el envase de comida de la invención dotado con un vaso insertado en el orificio existente en la parte inferior del envase, donde dicho orificio queda definido al romper la línea de troquelado cerrada y donde se puede apreciar como una lámina sobrante queda sujeta por un extremo. La figura 2, correspondiente a la segunda forma de realización muestra el envase de comida de la figura anterior, pero en este caso el orificio esta recubierto por una lámina de papel transparente que ha sido quitada para insertar el vaso y por lo tanto no representada en la figura.
La figura 3, correspondiente a la tercera forma de realización donde el orificio ya venía abierto de fábrica. Se muestra una imagen de una aplicación de la invención en la que se ve una mano sujetando al vaso sin falta de tener que sujetar también la parte superior con la otra mano.
A continuación se proporciona una lista de los distintos elementos representados en las figuras que integran la invención:

DESCRIPCIÓN DETALLADA
El objeto de la presente invención se refiere a un envase (1) para comida que comprende un orificio (6) el cual forma parte del envase (1), adaptado para soportar un vaso (5). De esta manera, al estar vaso (5) y comida ubicados en el mismo envase (1), permite al consumidor poder llevarlo todo con una sola mano o brazo.
El envase (1) de comida portabebidas comprende una parte superior (2) y una parte inferior (3), donde cada parte (2, 3) está formada por un conjunto de paredes laterales (8) y una superficie de apoyo (9) y en donde cualquiera de las dos partes (2, 3) comprenden un orificio (6) en el que se inserta un vaso (5). El envase (1) para comida puede contener patatas fritas, hamburguesas, u otras comidas rápidas para comer en el restaurante o para llevar.
El orificio (6) en una realización preferente está centrado respecto a cualquiera de las superficies de apoyo (9) de las dos partes, superior o inferior (2, 3), de forma que el vaso (5) no haga perder la estabilidad del conjunto,
En otras realizaciones el orificio (6) puede estar colocado en cualquier posición descentrada respecto de las superficies de apoyo (9).
Dicho orificio (6) puede tener diferentes formas geométricas, para adaptarse a la forma del vaso (5), siendo la forma de realización preferente circular.
En una primera forma de realización, tal y como puede verse en la figura 1 , el orificio (6) queda definido por una línea de troquelado cerrada (4). A la pequeña porción de envase (1) que queda designada dentro de la línea de troquelado cerrada (4) se le denomina lámina sobrante (7). Se deja a gusto del consumidor la opción de dejar la lámina sobrante (7) colgando o quitarla del todo. En la figura 1 se ve como cuelga la lámina sobrante (7) por un extremo.
La rotura de la línea de troquelado cerrada (4) se lleva a cabo mediante presión ejercida con los dedos, de forma fácil y sencilla. El orificio (6) que queda, tiene la capacidad suficiente para soportar firmemente el peso de un vaso (5) con hielos u otro artículo, como es el caso de botellas, etc.
En el caso de que no se adquiriese una bebida junto con la compra de comida, la lámina sobrante (7) se puede dejar sin romper en su configuración inicial, es decir, formando parte del envase (1). En una segunda forma de realización, el orificio (6) está tapado por una lámina de papel transparente, la cual puede ir pegada al envase (1) o simplemente se rompe, de forma que ambas configuraciones permitan que dicha lámina de papel transparente pueda ser retirada fácilmente. Obviamente el orificio (6) puede estar tapado por una lámina de cualquier otro material. En una tercera forma de realización, el orificio (6) viene abierto de fábrica.
En la figura 3 , correspondiente a la tercera forma de realización donde el orificio (6) viene abierto de fábrica, se observa como el usuario sujeta el vaso (5) de plástico con la mano que, por lo general, suele ser lo más pesado, sin falta de tener que sujetar también la parte superior (2) del envase.
El envase (1) en una realización preferente es de cartón y se dobla por las esquinas, teniendo por lo tanto la construcción típica de este tipo de envases (1). Obviamente el envase (1) puede presentar cualquier forma geométrica y estar fabricado en cualquier material.
En las diferentes formas de realización, la superficie de apoyo (9) puede tener diferentes formas geométricas, siendo la forma de realización preferente plana. Las bebidas que se compran para consumir junto a la comida suelen venderse en vasos (5) de forma troncocónica. Además como para ese tipo de comidas rápidas se suele dar vasos (5) con pajita, permitiría beber sin verterlo todo.
La presente invención no debe verse limitada a la forma de realización aquí descrita. Otras configuraciones pueden ser realizadas por los expertos en la materia a la vista de la presente descripción. En consecuencia, el ámbito de la invención queda definido por las siguientes reivindicaciones.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
1. Envase (1) de comida portabebidas que comprende:
una parte superior (2) formada por un conjunto de paredes laterales (8) y una superficie de apoyo (9), unida y articulada a,
una parte inferior (3), formada por un conjunto de paredes laterales (8) y una superficie de apoyo (9), caracterizado por que dicho envase (1) comprende en:
- al menos una de las superficies de apoyo (9) un orificio (6) el cual forma parte del envase (1) en el que se inserta un vaso (5), de forma que ai estar vaso y comida ubicados en e! mismo envase (1 ), permite al consumidor poder llevarlo todo con una sola mano o brazo, donde la sujeción del vaso (5) determina la sujeción del envase (1).
2. Envase (1) de comida portabebidas según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado por que el orificio (6) está centrado en la al menos superficie de apoyo (9).
3. Envase (1) de comida portabebidas según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 o 2, caracterizado por que el orificio (6) es circular y complementario a la forma del vaso (5).
4. Envase (1) de comida portabebidas según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 o 2, caracterizado por que el orificio (6) es poligonal y complementario a la forma del vaso (5).
5. Envase (1) de comida portabebidas según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 3 o 4, caracterizado por que el orificio (6) está definido por una línea de troquelado cerrada (4).
6. Envase (1) de comida portabebidas según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 3 o 4, caracterizado por que el orificio (6) está tapado por una lámina de papel transparente.
7. Envase (1) de comida portabebidas según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 3 o 4, caracterizado por que el orificio (6) viene abierto de fábrica.
