Abstract

El presente dispositivo de unión para recipientes ligeros está formado por una lengüeta de dos láminas dobladas y unidas que se adhiere sobre un vaso formando un perfil en forma de gancho, pudiendo también la lengüeta formar parte del cuerpo del mismo, como una prolongación de éste, para ser introducida por una ranura vertical u horizontal practicada en un segundo recipiente, efectuando una unión estable entre ambos.

Dispositivo de unión para recipientes ligeros
El presente modelo de utilidad se refiere a un sistema y dispositivo de soporte adosado a recipientes de papel o plástico, especialmente diseñado para sujetar otros recipientes ligeros que se enganchan a través de ranuras que presentan en su superficie lateral y que permite al usuario disponer de libertad de movimiento de una de sus manos. Hasta el momento, no se conocen dispositivos similares para mantener unidos recipientes ligueros, especialmente en recipientes utilizados en comercios de comidas rápidas o salas de cine donde es usual combinar vasos con bebidas refrescantes y recipiente con palomitas de maíz.
El nuevo dispositivo presenta numerosas características que le hacen realmente útil en la asistencia a salas de cine, teatros y en situaciones que ocurren normalmente en eventos lúdicos como celebraciones públicas, verbenas, etc.. donde se sirven recipientes desechables y combinan vasos con bebidas y recipientes con alimentos, actos de cualquier tipo que transcurren la mayor parte del tiempo de pié ya que, al permitir sostener el vaso junto con el recipiente de alimentos, se dispone de una de las manos para degustar el contenido del recipiente, intercambiar saludos de cortesía, etc.. Así mismo el usuario podrá contar con la comodidad de al llegar a su asiento poder enganchar el envase de palomitas en una lengüeta dispuesta en el asiento para tal fin, de forma que tenga las manos completamente libres, evitando que el envase acabe en el suelo, rodando debajo de los asientos y derramando los restos de palomitas sobrantes. De ésta forma quedará la zona más limpia, resultando más fácil, rápido y cómodo de recoger por parte del usuario y del personal de limpieza.
Para comprender mejor el alcance de este modelo vamos a describirlo sobre los dibujos adjuntos en los que se ha materializado un diseño preferido del mismo dado a título de ejemplo sin carácter limitativo. En los dibujos:
La fig. 1 muestra una vista de las partes de la lengüeta de enganche del modelo, La fig. 2 muestra una vista de dos recipientes separados y La fig. 3 muestra una vista de los recipientes unidos por la lengüeta de unión.
Como se puede observar en la figura 1, la lengüeta base (b) está formada por dos láminas iguales (a), que al ser dobladas por la línea interior (c) y aplicarse adhesivo entre las hojas formadas, adquiere la forma final (b).
En la figura 2 se puede observar que la lengüeta (b) se adhiere al recipiente en forma de vaso (e) conformando un gancho y en el recipiente complementario (f) se ha realizado una ranura (d) vertical, por la que puede ser introducida la lengüeta (b). En la figura 3 se observa cómo el sistema de enganche de ambos recipientes se lleva a la práctica, permitiendo a los usuario mantener ambos recipientes a la vez, es decir, al mantener el vaso (e) sostiene el recipiente complementario (f), conservando la otra mano disponible para poder tomar los alimentos u objetos del recipiente complementario, o asir otro par de recipientes de manera sencilla y cómoda. La unión de los recipientes es muy sencilla ya que basta con introducir la lengüeta (b) del vaso (e) por la ranura (d) del otro recipiente. La lengüeta también podría tener forma horizontal introduciéndose en la ranura horizontal inversa del otro recipiente.
Dentro de lo esencial de la invención, cabe la variante de detalle, asimismo protegida y podrá variar tipo la configuración de los relieves de la lengüeta así como el tamaño de los distintos componentes y, desde luego, el material empleado. Igualmente la lengüeta podrá ser pegada de forma independiente ó formar parte del cuerpo del cono del vaso como una prolongación de éste.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES i.- Sistema y dispositivo de unión para recipientes ligeros., esencialmente caracterizado por estar formado por una lengüeta formada por dos láminas dobladas y unidas por perfiles complementarios y que es adherida a su vez sobre un recipiente en forma de vaso por las hojas solapas restantes conformando un perfil en forma de gancho, pudiendo también la lengüeta, formar parte del cuerpo del vaso como una prolongación de éste, y porque puede ser introducida por una ranura vertical u horizontal practicada en un segundo recipiente, efectuando una unión estable de ambos recipientes.
