PREVIOUS TECHNIQUE
Nowadays, an indispensable part of hygiene is vacuum cleaner. People used the systems having worked with pumps and having collected dust in buckets, bags or pipes prior to the emergence of vacuum cleaner. These systems were replaced with the electrical motors and nowadays vacuum cleaners consisting of a fan soon after. When the vacuum cleaner was invented for the first time, the people who dealt with the hygiene saw this cleaner as a convenient tool and thought it as "a revolution in hygiene". The fact that the energy is invaluable in the world increases the research and development in the systems of vacuum cleaners. A number of researches have been carried out to decrease the energy consumption and serve more functions in the systems of vacuum cleaners. These researches have contributed to developing the sectors dealing with home electrical tools.

It is mentioned in the abstract section of this application that this is about electrical vacuum cleaners which include a motor fan unit, a dust cup and a hole containing an air passage directing dust-loaded air into an air dust cub. Apart from this patent file in the existing invention, water tank is used. The systems which use dust cups or dust bags decrease the suction power and if the dust bag gets full of dust, an unneeded load is added on the main body of the electrical vacuum cleaner. Besides, dust is stored in the systems with dust bags and microbes get produced indoor areas until the dust bags are filled up. This causes allergy, asthma and so forth. The fact that dust bags or dust cups differ for each device causes a problem for consumers.

THE DETAILED EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION
Here, stick (100), handle (110), on/off switch (11 1), a water tank (200), stick connection area (210), stick channel (220), angled fresh air output area (230), angled clean water input (240), angled clean water input hole (250), motor connection cove (260), polluted air pipe (270), angled first water barrier (271), angled second water barrier (272), angled second water barrier cove (272.1), polluted air director (273), connecting strip (274), motor (300), stick input for motor (301), filter (400), dust tank (500) and vacuum cleaner apparatus (600) are included.
The invented vertical vacuum cleaner with water tank is given in assembled and disassembled in Figures 1 and 2. While the invention is constructed, dust tank (500) is positioned within the filter (400) and this combination is positioned under the motor (300). The vacuum cleaner apparatus (600) is positioned the lower end of the dust tank (500). In this way, the combination of the vacuum cleaner apparatus (600), dust tank (500) and motor (300) are assembled to each other. A stick input for motor (301) is constructed on the motor (300). It is connected to the motor through the stick (100), and stick input for motor (301). A handle (110) is constructed onto the upper end of the stick (100) and the control of the device is gathered at this point. While the water tank (200) is positioned to the stick (100), the stick connection area is used on the water tank (200) as seen in Figure-8. The water tank (200) and motor (300) are presented in Figure-3. The motor connection cove (260) which is constructed at the bottom of the water tank (200) given in detail in Figure -6, is made as a whole by meeting the narrowing structure the upper part of the motor (300). The stick (100) is connected to the stick channel (220) on the top of the water tank (200). In this way, the installation of the whole parts will be completed. The invented device can be worked by any power source. The complete water tank (200) is shown in Figure-4 and the inside of the water tank is shown (200) is indicated in Figure-8, Figure-9 and Figure-10. The water is transmitted from the angled clean water input (240) on the water tank (200) to the water tank (200) which is given in detail in Figure-5 before working the invention. The limitation of the water level is aimed through arrangement of the angle upward from the angled clean water input (240) to the water tank (200). While user puts water into the water tank (200), it is positioned in vertical position on account of the structure of the angled clean water input (240) and the water tank is filled in vertical position. In this way, the water tank is filled beginning from the bottom of the water tank (200) to the level of the angled clean water input (240) with water. The water tank (200) does not get water when the water continues to be filled. The geometrical structure and the direction of the angled clean water input (240) necessitate the water tank (200) to be filled in vertical position. In this way, it is not possible to fill it with more than adequate water. Besides, water will be saved. Again, an angled clean water input hole (250) is used to position the angled clean water input (240) constructed on the water tank (200) inwards. The angled clean water input (240) is built into the surface of water tank (200) through the angled clean water input hole (250). In this way, problems such as installations are overcome. On/off switch (111) constructed on the handle ( 10) starts the invention. When the device is on, the motor (600) starts to work and absorb dust and particulars by being dragged on floor. Dust particular absorbed by the vacuum cleaner apparatus (600) is collected by the means of the filters (400) in the dust tank (500). The dust tank (500) can be emptied easily. The polluted air filtered in the filter (400) goes out from the polluted air pipe (270) in the water tank (200) by passing through the motor (300) and is directed into water by crashing the angled polluted air director (273) on the upper part of the water tank (200). There are at least two connection strips (274) connecting and distancing the polluted air director (273) and the polluted air pipe (274). The air which touches on the surface of water is cleaned and emitted from the angled fresh air output area (230) on the water tank (200) which is given in detail in Figure-7. The angled fresh air output areas (230) are kept higher than the angled polluted air director (273). The reason is that it is to prevent the air directed into water from being emitted without touching water. The angled fresh air output areas (230) are constructed in upper part being angled. The reason why they are constructed in upper part is to prevent dust particulars which are emitted together with air from scattering around and enable them to stay on floors. The reason why they are produced being angled is to blast air not to user and floor directly, but around and upward without disturbing user. There are an angled first water barrier (271) and an angled second water barrier (272) on the top of the polluted air pipe (270) within the water tank (200). The transition of water into the upper part of the water tank is inhibited through the angled first water barrier (271) and angled second water barrier (272). When the device is tipped forward and backward, the angled first water barrier (271) and angled second water barrier (272) inhibit the transition of water. The angled first water barrier (271) and angled second water barrier (272) are attached to the polluted air pipe (270) and to the water tank (200). An angled second water barrier cove is constructed on the angled second water barrier (272). This part is designed in compatible with the stick channel (220) on the water tank (200). The water tank (200) is taken out following the use of the device being over and it is cleaned being emptied the polluted water.
