또한, 내비게이션 등의 전자기기와는 별도로 자동차에 구비된 오디오장치를 이용하여 음악을 듣고자 할 경우에도 예를 들어 자동차와 일체로 설치되는 내비게이션의 경우 역시 내비게이션의 길 안내 화면을 닫은 후 음악재생플레이 화면을 선택한 다음 자동차에 설치된 USB 메모리장치에 저장된 MP3음원을 재생하여 듣거나 또는 라디오 채널을 선택하여 라디오를 청취해야 하는 불편함이 있다.
더욱이, 자동차에는 라디오, 오디오, MP3플레이어, CD 등의 전자기기는 물론 USB 메모리장치를 이용한 음원재생이 가능한 전자기기들이 장착되어 있는 바, 현재 내비게이션과 자동차에 장착된 전자기기들이 상호 연동되는 수단이 전혀 구비되지 않음에 따라 내비게이션의 화면을 이용하여 자동차에 장착된 전자기기를 작동시키지 못하는 실정이다.
이와 같이 내비게이션의 화면을 이용하여 자동차에 장착된 전자기기를 컨트롤 하지 못함에 따라 내비게이션의 조작과는 별개로 자동차에 장착된 전자기기를 조작하여야 함으로써 운전자의 전방주시태만 등의 문제점에 의한 안전사고에 노출되는 문제점이 있다.
따라서, 본 발명의 목적은 자동차에 직접 설치되거나 또는 별도로 설치되는 내비게이션은 물론 이동통신 단말기에 부가적으로 설치되는 내비게이션 등과 같은 전자기기의 내비게이션 서비스를 이용하는 도중에 내비게이션 서비스가 제공되는 전자기기의 화면상에 음악 재생 정보를 표시하는 음악 컨트롤 창을 표시하도록 하고, 음악 컨트롤 창을 이용하여 쉽고 간단하게 음악을 재생하거나 재생되는 음악을 중지하거나 중지된 음악을 다시 재생할 수 있게 함으로써 운전 중 잦은 화면 이동 조작을 최소화하여 안전사고를 예방할 수 있도록 한 내비게이션 서비스 중 음악을 재생하기 위한 전자기기 및 그 방법을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 내비게이션 서비스를 제공하는 전자기기에서 제공될 수 있는 라디오, 오디오, MP3는 물론 인터넷 접속을 통하여 인터넷 상의 음악 제공 사이트에서 제공하는 각종 음악을 재생할 수 있도록 함으로써 다양한 경로를 통한 음악 재생이 가능하도록 한 내비게이션 서비스 중 음악을 재생하기 위한 전자기기 및 그 방법을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 근거리 무선통신을 이용하여 자동차에 직접 설치되거나 또는 별도로 설치되는 내비게이션은 물론 이동통신 단말기에 부가적으로 설치되는 내비게이션 등과 같은 전자기기의 내비게이션 서비스를 이용하는 도중에 자동차에 설치된 라디오, 오디오, CD플레이어, USB 메모리장치, MP3 플레이어 등과 같은 전자기기를 컨트롤 할 수 있는 음악 재생 정보를 표시하는 음악 컨트롤 창을 표시하도록 하는 내비게이션 서비스 중 음악을 재생하기 위한 전자기기 및 그 방법을 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 내비게이션의 길 안내기능 시에 간단하게 음악을 재생하여 길안내 음성과 음악이 동시에 송출되도록 하거나 재생되는 음악을 중지하여 길안내 음성만이 송출되도록 하거나 중지된 음악을 다시 재생할 수 있도록 하는 내비게이션 서비스 중 음악을 재생하기 위한 전자기기 및 그 방법을 제공하는 것이다.
그 외 본 발명의 세부적인 목적은 이하에 기재되는 구체적인 내용을 통하여 이 기술 분야의 전문가나 연구자에게 자명하게 파악되고 이해될 것이다.
상기 목적들을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명의 한 관점에 따른 내비게이션 서비스 중 음악을 재생하기 위한 전자기기는 내비게이션 서비스를 지원하는 내비게이션부와, 상기 내비게이션 서비스를 제공하는 중 음악 재생 기능이 선택되면, 선택된 상기 음악 재생 기능에 따라 음악을 재생하고, 상기 음악 재생 정보를 제공하는 음악 컨트롤 창이 상기 내비게이션 화면 내의 기 설정된 영역에 표시되도록 제어하는 제어부 및, 상기 제어부로부터 제어신호를 받아 화면으로 디스플레이 시키는 디스플레이부를 포함할 수 있다.
여기서, 상기 제어부는 상기 내비게이션 서비스를 제공하는 중 음악 재생 기능이 선택되면, 선택된 상기 음악 재생 기능에 따른 음악 재생 정보를 제공하고, 상기 음악 재생 정보를 제공하는 음악 컨트롤 창을 상기 내비게이션 화면 내의 기 설정된 영역에 오버레이 시켜 표시되도록 제어할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제어부는 상기 내비게이션 서비스를 제공하는 중 음악 재생 기능이 선택되면, 선택된 상기 음악 재생 기능에 따른 음악 재생 정보를 제공하고, 내비게이션 실행 화면을 분할하여 상기 음악 재생 정보를 제공하는 음악 컨트롤 창이 표시되도록 제어할 수 있다.
한편, 상기 제어부는 송수신부를 포함하여 상기 제어부가 다른 외부 전자기기와 연결되고, 다른 외부 전자기기를 제어할 수 있는 제어신호를 전송할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제어부는 송수신부를 구비하여 인터넷망을 이용하여 인터넷 음악 서비스 사이트를 통하여 음악을 제공받아 재생할 수 있다.
이에 더하여, 상기 제어부는 상기 디스플레이부에 표시된 상기 음악 컨트롤 창을 터치하거나, 터치한 상태로 슬라이딩하는 방향에 따른 입력신호를 받아, 터치 및 슬라이딩 방향에 따라 각각 다른 제어가 가능할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제어부는 상기 디스플레이부에 표시된 상기 음악 컨트롤 창을 터치한 상태로 좌측 방향으로 슬라이딩되는 신호를 받으면, 즐겨찾기 곡 리스트 또는 음악 파일 위치에 저장되어 있는 곡들 중에서 현재 재생되고 있는 음악 파일을 기준으로 이전곡을 재생하도록 제어할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제어부는 상기 디스플레이부에 표시된 상기 음악 컨트롤 창을 터치한 상태로 우측 방향으로 슬라이딩되는 신호를 받으면, 즐겨찾기 곡 리스트 또는 음악 파일 위치에 저장되어 있는 곡 중에서 현재 재생되고 있는 음악 파일을 기준으로 다음 곡을 재생하도록 제어할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제어부는 상기 디스플레이부에 표시된 상기 음악 컨트롤 창을 터치한 상태로 상측 방향으로 슬라이딩되는 신호를 받으면, 내비게이션 음악 도우미 서비스의 설정화면을 표시하도록 제어할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제어부는 상기 디스플레이부에 표시된 상기 음악 컨트롤 창을 터치한 상태로 하측 방향으로 슬라이딩하게 되면, 화면의 중앙에 노래 제목, 가수 이름을 크게 표시하도록 제어할 수 있다.
한편, 상기 제어부는 상기 음악 재생 정보를 제공하는 음악 컨트롤 창의 투명도를 조절할 수도 있다.
그리고, 상기 제어부는 상기 음악 재생 정보를 제공하는 음악 컨트롤 창의 일부 또는 전체의 색상을 상기 음악 재생 여부에 따라 다르게 표시할 수도 있다.
이에 더하여, 상기 제어부는 내비게이션의 길 안내기능시에 간단하게 음악을 재생하여 길안내 음성과 음악이 동시에 송출되도록 하거나 재생되는 음악을 중지하여 길안내 음성만이 송출되도록 하거나 중지된 음악을 다시 재생 할 수 있도록 제어할 수도 있다.
일예를 들면, 상기 음악 재생 정보는 상기 재생되는 음악의 노래 제목, 가수 이름, 및 앨범의 이미지, 음악 재생 시간 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다.
한편, 상기 제어부는 내비게이션의 길안내 음성의 볼륨은 내비게이션 어플리케이션에서 제공되는 볼륨 컨트롤에 의하여 조절하고, 음악 재생 볼륨은 볼륨 컨트롤부(50)에 의하여 개별적으로 조절할 수 있도록 제어할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일실시예에 의한 내비게이션 서비스 중 음악을 재생하기 위한 방법은 내비게이션부에서 내비게이션 서비스 활성화에 따라 상기 내비게이션 서비스에 상응하는 내비게이션 화면을 표시하는 단계(S1)와, 상기 내비게이션 화면을 표시하는 중 음악 재생 기능이 선택되었는지를 확인하는 단계(S2) 및, 그 확인한 결과로 상기 음악 재생 기능이 선택되면, 상기 내비게이션 화면 내의 기 설정된 영역에 상기 음악 재생 정보를 제공하고 상기 음악 재생 정보를 제공하는 음악 컨트롤 창을 상기 내비게이션 화면 내의 기 설정된 영역에 표시하는 단계(S3)를 포함할 수 있다.
일예를 들면, 상기 표시하는 단계(S3)에서는 상기 음악 재생 정보를 제공하는 음악 컨트롤 창을 상기 내비게이션 화면 내의 기 설정된 영역에 오버레이 시켜 표시할 수 있다.
다른 예를 들면, 상기 표시하는 단계(S3)에서는 내비게이션 실행 화면을 분할하여, 상기 분할된 화면에 상기 음악 재생 정보를 제공하는 음악 컨트롤 창을 표시할 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명의 일실시예에 의한 내비게이션 서비스 중 음악을 재생하기 위한 방법은 내비게이션 화면 내의 기 설정된 영역에 표시된 음악 컨트롤 창을 터치하거나, 터치한 상태로 슬라이딩하는 방향에 따른 입력신호를 받아, 터치 및 슬라이딩 방향에 따라 각각 제어하는 단계를 더 포함할 수 있다.
여기서, 상기 음악 컨트롤 창을 터치한 상태로 좌측 방향으로 슬라이딩하게 되면, 즐겨찾기 곡 리스트 또는 음악 파일 위치에 저장되어 있는 곡들 중에서 현재 재생되고 있는 음악 파일을 기준으로 이전 곡을 재생할 수 있다.
한편, 상기 음악 컨트롤 창을 터치한 상태로 우측 방향으로 슬라이딩하게 되면, 즐겨찾기 곡 리스트 또는 음악 파일 위치에 저장되어 있는 곡 중에서 현재 재생되고 있는 음악 파일을 기준으로 다음 곡을 재생할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 음악 컨트롤 창을 터치한 상태로 상측 방향으로 슬라이딩하게 되면, 내비게이션 음악 도우미 서비스의 설정화면을 표시할 수 있다.
이에 더하여, 상기 음악 컨트롤 창을 터치한 상태로 하측 방향으로 슬라이딩하게 되면, 화면의 중앙에 노래 제목, 가수 이름을 크게 표시할 수 있다.
한편, 상기 표시하는 단계(S3)에서는 상기 음악 재생 정보를 제공하는 음악 컨트롤 창의 투명도를 조절할 수도 있다.
또한, 상기 표시하는 단계(S3)에서는 상기 음악 재생 정보를 제공하는 음악 컨트롤 창의 일부 또는 전체의 색상을 상기 음악 재생 여부에 따라 다르게 표시할 수도 있다.
또한, 상기 표시하는 단계(S3)에서는 상기 음악 재생 기능에 따라 내비게이션의 길안내 음성과 음악이 동시에 송출되다가, 상기 디스플레이부에 표시된 음악 컨트롤 창을 한 번 터치하면, 재생되는 음악을 중지하여 길안내 음성만이 송출되도록 하고, 다시 한 번 음악 컨트롤 창을 터치하면 중지된 음악이 다시 재생되도록 제어할 수도 있다.
한편, 상기 표시하는 단계(S3)에서는 내비게이션의 길안내 음성의 볼륨은 내비게이션 어플리케이션에서 제공되는 볼륨 컨트롤에 의하여 조절하고, 음악 재생 볼륨은 볼륨 컨트롤부에 의하여 개별적으로 조절할 수 있도록 제어할 수 있다.
일예를 들면, 상기 음악 재생 정보는 상기 재생되는 음악의 노래 제목, 가수 이름, 및 앨범의 이미지, 음악 재생 시간 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명은 자동차의 실내에 직접 설치되거나 또는 자동차의 실내에 거치대를 이용하여 거치되는 내비게이션 서비스를 이용하거나 또는 스마트폰과 같은 이동통신 단말기의 부가적으로 설치되는 내비게이션 서비스를 이용하는 중 음악 재생 기능이 선택되면 경로안내가 제공되는 화면상에 음악 재생 정보를 표시하는 음악 컨트롤 창을 표시함으로써 부가 기능 사용에 의한 방해를 받지 않고 내비게이션 서비스를 지속적으로 제공받을 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 내비게이션 서비스를 이용하는 중 음악 재생 기능이 선택되면 내비게이션 서비스가 제공되는 화면상에 음악 재생 정보를 표시하는 음악 컨트롤 창을 표시함으로써 사용자의 편리성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 내비게이션의 길안내 음성과 음악이 동시에 송출되다가, 재생되는 음악을 중지하여 길안내 음성만이 송출되도록 하거나, 중지된 음악이 다시 재생되도록 하여 사용자의 편의성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
그 외 본 발명의 효과들은 이하에 기재되는 구체적인 내용을 통하여, 또는 본 발명을 실시하는 과정 중에 이 기술분야의 전문가나 연구자에게 자명하게 파악되고 이해될 것이다.

도 1은 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 의한 내비게이션 서비스 중 음악을 재생하기 위한 전자기기를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 1을 참조하면, 본 실시예에 의한 내비게이션 서비스 중 음악을 재생하기 위한 전자기기는 매립형 또는 거치형 내비게이션 전용기기 또는 휴대기기로서, 송수신부(110), 입력부(120), 내비게이션부(130), 제어부(140), 오디오 출력부(150), 디스플레이부(160), 및 메모리(170) 등을 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명에서의 전자기기는 자동차의 대시보드 패널에 직접 매립 설치되는 매립형 내비게이션 전용기기, 자동차의 실내에 거치대를 이용하여 별도로 거치되는 거치형 내비게이션 전용기기 및, 이동통신 망을 이용하여 이동통신 서비스를 제공받을 수 있는 스마트폰 등의 휴대기기를 모두 의미하는 것으로, 상기 휴대기기는 예컨대, 휴대폰, 스마트폰, 노트북, PDA 등을 포괄하는 개념일 수 있다.
상기 송수신부(110)는 유선 또는 무선 통신을 통해 각종 정보를 송수신하는 것으로, 인터넷망의 신호 또는 라디오 수신 또는 DMB 신호 수신 등 다양한 정보를 송수신 할 수 있다.
상기 입력부(120)는 사용자의 키 또는 메뉴 조작에 따른 정보를 입력받을 수 있다. 사용자는 입력부(120)를 통해 내비게이션 서비스를 이용하는 중 음악 재생 기능이 선택될 때 음악 재생에 관련된 정보들을 표시하기 위한 음악 재생 기능 등을 설정할 수 있다.
상기 내비게이션부(130)는 내비게이션 서비스를 지원하는 것으로, 내비게이션부(130)는 GPS 위성으로부터 위치 정보를 수신하고 수신된 위치 정보와 기 저장된 지도 데이터를 이용하여 차량 등의 이동체의 주행 정보 등을 제공하는 것으로 이는 공지된 기술로 이에 대한 구체적인 설명은 생략한다.
상기 제어부(140)는 내비게이션부(130)로부터 주행 정보 등을 제공받아 제공받은 주행 정보 등을 오디오 출력부(150)와 디스플레이부(160) 등에 출력하도록 제어할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제어부(140)는 송수신부(110)를 이용한 근거리 무선통신을 통하여 라디오, 오디오, CD플레이어, USB 메모리장치, MP3플레이어, 스마트폰이나 태블릿 PC 등의 이동통신 단말기 등의 외부 전자기기와 연동하여 외부 전자기기를 컨트롤하여 플레이시킴으로써 외부 전자기기를 통해 음악을 재생하거나 또는 라디오를 청취할 수 있도록 이루어질 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제어부(140)는 송수신부(110)를 이용하여 인터넷망을 통하여 인터넷 음악 서비스 사이트에서 제공하는 음악을 재생하도록 제어할 수 있다.
특히, 상기 제어부(140)는 스마트폰과 같은 이동통신 단말기 등의 외부 전자기기를 이용하여 내비게이션 서비스를 이용할 경우, 내비게이션 서비스에 영향이 미치지 않도록 음악 재생 정보를 제공할 수 있다.
예를 들면, 음악 재생 정보는 노래 제목, 가수 이름, 및 앨범 이미지, 음악 재생 시간 등을 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제어부(140)는 내비게이션의 길안내 음성과 음악이 동시에 송출되도록 할 수 있으며, 필요에 따라 길안내 음성만을 집중하여 듣고자 할 경우에 재생되는 음악을 중지하였다가, 다시 중지된 음악을 재생시켜 길안내 음성의 송출과 음악이 다시 재생되도록 할 수 있다.
상기 오디오 출력부(150)는 내비게이션 서비스를 이용하는 경우 경로 안내 음성을 출력하고, 음악 재생 기능이 선택되는 경우에 음악을 출력할 수 있다. 이때, 오디오 출력부(150)는 내비게이션 서비스를 이용하는 중에 경로 안내 음성이 출력될 경우에는 음악 재생 기능에 따른 음원의 출력을 줄이거나 정지하고, 경로 안내 음성의 출력이 정지되면 다시 설정된 음량으로 음악을 출력하게 된다.
상기 디스플레이부(160)는 내비게이션 서비스를 이용하는 경우 내비게이션 화면(30)을 표시할 수 있다. 특히, 디스플레이부(160)는 내비게이션 서비스 중에 음악 재생 기능이 선택되면 내비게이션 화면(30) 내의 기 설정된 영역에 음악 재생 정보를 제공하는 음악 컨트롤 창(40)을 표시할 수 있다.
본 실시예에서 상기 음악 컨트롤 창(40)은 내비게이션의 내비게이션 화면(30)과 오버레이 되는 상태로 표시될 수 있다.
이 때, 음악 컨트롤 창(40)이 오버레이 되어 표시되면 자동차의 대시보드 패널에 직접 매립 설치되는 내비게이션기기이나 자동차의 실내에 거치대를 이용하여 별도로 거치되는 내비게이션기기 또는 스마트폰 등의 이동통신 단말기에 부가적으로 구비되는 내비게이션은 물론, 자동차에 장착되는 라디오, 오디오, CD플레이어, USB 메모리장치, MP3플레이어, 등의 전자기기는 음악 컨트롤 창이 오버레이 된 내비게이션의 경로안내음성과는 무관하게 출력되거나 또는 경로안내음성과 음악을 선택적으로 출력할 수 있다.
또한, 길안내 음성과 음악이 동시에 출력되도록 하거나 음악을 중지하고 내비게이션 길안내 음성만 듣고 싶거나 중지된 음악을 재생하여 길안내 음성과 음악을 동시에 듣고자 할 경우에 상기 음악 컨트롤 창(40)을 터치하면 된다.
이때, 디스플레이부(160)는 화면상에서 조작이 가능하도록 터치스크린으로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다.
메모리(170)는 내비게이션 애플리케이션과 지도 데이터, 음악 재생 애플리케이션, 내비게이션 음악 도우미 애플리케이션, 그리고 음악 파일, 앨범의 이미지나 영상 등을 저장할 수 있다.
도 2는 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 의한 내비게이션 서비스 중 음악을 재생하기 위한 방법을 나타내는 순서도이고, 도 3은 전자기기의 부팅 시 표시되는 메인 메뉴화면을 보인 도면이며, 도 4는 내비게이션 음악도우미 애플리케이션의 설정화면을 보인 도면이고, 도 5 내지 도 8은 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 의한 음악 재생 상태를 표시하는 화면을 나타내는 도면이다.
도 2 내지 도 8을 참조하면, 본 실시예에 의한 내비게이션 서비스 중 음악을 재생하기 위한 방법은 전자기기가 부팅된 상태에서 도 3에 도시한 바와 같이 내비게이션 애플리케이션 아이콘(11)과 내비게이션 음악도우미 애플리케이션 아이콘(12)을 포함하는 메인 메뉴화면(10)이 표시되는 단계(S101)를 포함한다.
이하의 설명에서 '내비게이션 음악도우미'를 "네음도"로 약칭한다.
상기 메인 메뉴화면(10)은 내비게이션 기기인 경우에는 부팅 시 표시되는 메인화면이며, 휴대기기인 경우에는 홈 화면 일 수 있다.
상기 메인 메뉴화면(10)의 네음도 애플리케이션 아이콘(12)의 선택이 확인되면(S201), 네음도 애플리케이션이 실행되어 도 4에 도시한 바와 같은 네음도 서비스 설정화면(20)이 표시된다(S202).
상기 네음도 서비스 설정화면(20)은 재생대상, 음악파일 위치, 컨트롤 창 다시 보이기 시간, 음악 정보 표시 시간, 컨트롤 창 안보일 때 재생 음악중지 여부 등을 설정할 수 있다.
도 4는 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 내비게이션 서비스 중 음악을 재생하기 위한 전자기기를 이용하여 내비게이션 음악 도우미 서비스를 통한 음악 재생 기능의 설정 화면을 보인 것이다.
1) 항목 에서 기기내의 모른 음악을 자동 검색하거나 특정폴더를 선택하거나 또는 인터넷 스트리밍(예: 멜론, 올레뮤직)을 선택할 수 있다.
2) 항목 에서 음악 파일의 위치를 설정할 수 있다. 즉, 음악 파일이 저장된 위치를 미리 설정해 두면 음악 재생 시 해당 위치에 저장되어 있는 음악 파일을 재생하게 된다. 이때 상기 항목 에서 인터넷 스트리밍이 선택되었으면 가상폴더 위치이고, 인터넷 라디오가 선택된 경우에는 인터넷 라디오 채널이 된다.
3) 항목 에서 음악 컨트롤 창(40)의 다시 보이기 시간을 설정할 수 있다.
내비게이션 화면을 터치하여 음악 컨트롤 창(40)이 일정시간 동안 사라지도록 하며, 다시 일정시간이 지나면 자동으로 음악 컨트롤 창(40)이 내비게이션 화면에 다시 오버레이 된다.
4) 항목 에서 음악 정보의 표시 시간을 설정할 수 있다. 예컨대, 음악 컨트롤 창(40)을 아래로 슬라이딩시키면 화면에 노래 제목과 가수 이름을 크게 표시하는 시간을 설정한다.
5) 항목 에서 음악 컨트롤 창이 안보일 때 재생 음악중지 여부를 설정할 수 있다.
6) 항목 에서 네음도에 대한 도움말을 볼 수 있다.
상기 네음도 서비스 설정화면(20)에서 설정(S203)된 후, 내비게이션 애플리케이션의 선택이 확인되면(S301), 내비게이션 화면(30)이 표시된다(S302).
상기 내비게이션 화면(30)에서 경로 탐색이 확인되면(S303), 내비게이션 화면(30)에 경로가 표시된다(S304).
아울러 내비게이션 화면(30)에 음악 컨트롤 창(40)이 오버레이 되어 표시된다(S401).
상기 메인 메뉴화면(10)에서 음악도우미 아이콘(12)이 선택되지 않고 내비게이션 애플리케이션 아이콘(11)을 선택한 경우에는 내비게이션 화면(30)만 표시되는 것은 물론이다.
이때, 음악 컨트롤 창(40)에는 음악 재생 정보 예컨대, 노래 제목, 가수 이름, 앨범 이미지 등이 표시되며, 음악 컨트롤 창(40)의 색상이 제1 색상으로 표시되고 음악재생을 대기하게 된다.
이 상태에서는 마지막으로 들었던 음악에 대한 정보만 표시되며 음악이 바로 재생되는 것은 아니다.
상기 네음도 서비스 설정 단계(S203)에서 음악 재생이 선택되었으면(S402), 도 6에 도시한 바와 같이 음악을 재생함과 아울러 음악 재생 중임을 알 수 있도록 음악 컨트롤 창(40)의 색상이 제2 색상으로 변경하여 표시된다(S403).
예컨대, 상기 단계(S402)에서는 빨간색으로 표시되고, 상기 단계(S403)에서는 녹색으로 표시되도록 할 수 있다.
예를 들면, 상기 단계(S401)에서 제1 색상인 빨간색으로 표시된 음악 컨트롤 창(40)을 터치하게 되면 음악이 재생되면서 음악 컨트롤 창(40)이 제2 색상인 녹색으로 변경되어 표시되도록 할 수 있다.
즉, 음악 컨트롤 창(40)이 빨간색(제1 색상)으로 표시되면 음악이 중지된 상태이고, 녹색(제2 색상)으로 표시되면 음악이 재상되는 상태인 것이다. 단, 상기 제1 색상과 제2 색상은 빨간색과 녹색으로 한정되는 것은 물론 아니다.
상기 네음도 서비스 설정 단계(S203)에서 설정된 음악정보 표시시간이 되었음이 확인(S404)되면, 음악정보표시가 감춰진다(S405). 즉, 음악정보표시 없이 음악 컨트롤 창(40)만 내비게이션 화면(30)에 오버레이 되어 표시된다.
또한, 음악 컨트롤 창(40)이 표시된 상태에서 내비게이션 화면(30)을 터치(S406)하면 음악 컨트롤 창(40)이 감춰지고, 내비게이션 화면(30)만 표시된다(S407).
음악 재생 기능이 종료되었는지를 확인하고(S408), 음악 재생 기능이 종료되면 음악 재생이 종료된다(S409).
음악 재생 기능 종료는, 상술한 네음도 서비스 설정 단계(S203)에서 "음악 컨트롤 창 안보일 때 재생 음악중지"로 설정되어 있는 경우와, 내비게이션 화면(30)을 터치하여 음악 컨트롤 창(40)이 감춰지도록 한 경우를 포함한다.
또한 상기 네음도 서비스 설정 단계(S203)에서 "재생 중이던 음악 계속 재생하기"로 설정된 경우에는, 음악 컨트롤 창(40)이 감춰진 상태에서도 음악 재생이 계속된다.
이때 상기 네음도 서비스 설정 단계(S203)에서 음악 컨트롤 창 다시보이기 시간이 설정된 경우, 설정된 시간이 경과하면(S410), 다시 음악 컨트롤 창(40)이 다시 표시된다(S403).
다시, 도 2 내지 도 8을 참조하여 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 음악 컨트롤 창의 동작 원리를 설명한다.
도2 내지 도 8을 참조하면, 내비게이션 서비스 중에 음악 재생 기능이 선택되면 내비게이션 화면(30) 내의 기 설정된 영역에 음악 재생 정보를 제공하는 음악 컨트롤 창을 오버레이 하여 표시한다.
이 때, 본 발명인 내비게이션 서비스 중 음악을 재생하기 위한 전자기기를 이용하여 전자기기에 저장된 음원이나 오디오, CD플레이어, USB 메모리장치, MP3플레이어에 의한 음악을 재생하는 예로써 설명하는 것으로, 예컨대 라디오의 청취나 인터넷망을 이용하여 멜론 등과 같은 인터넷 음악 서비스 사이트에서 제공하는 음악을 재생하는 경우에는 상기 음악 컨트롤 창(40)을 이용한 컨트롤이 다를 수 있음은 당연하며, 표시된 음악 컨트롤 창(40)의 투명도는 선택적으로 조절할 수 있다.
1) 음악 컨트롤 창(40)을 터치한 상태로 좌측 방향 즉, 방향으로 슬라이딩하게 되면, 즐겨찾기 곡 리스트 또는 음악 파일 위치에 저장되어 있는 곡들 중에서 현재 재생되고 있는 음악 파일을 기준으로 이전 곡을 재생하게 된다.
2) 음악 컨트롤 창(40)을 터치한 상태로 우측 방향 즉, 방향으로 슬라이딩하게 되면, 즐겨찾기 곡 리스트 또는 음악 파일 위치에 저장되어 있는 곡 중에서 현재 재생되고 있는 음악 파일을 기준으로 다음 곡을 재생하게 된다.
3) 음악 컨트롤 창(40)을 터치한 상태로 상측 방향 즉, 방향으로 슬라이딩하게 되면, 내비게이션 음악 도우미 서비스의 설정화면을 표시하게 된다. 이렇게 표시된 설정화면을 통해 내비게이션 음악 도우미 서비스의 이용 여부, 음악 컨트롤 창(40)의 다시 보이기 시간, 음악 정보의 표시 시간, 및 음악 파일의 위치 등을 설정하게 된다.
4) 음악 컨트롤 창(40)을 터치한 상태로 하측 방향 즉, 방향으로 슬라이딩하게 되면, 음악 컨트롤 창(40)의 중앙에 노래 제목, 가수 이름 등을 기존보다 더 크게 표시하게 된다. 이는, 음악 컨트롤 창(40)에 표시되는 노래 제목, 가수 이름 등이 작아서 알아볼 수 없을 경우 노래 제목, 가수 이름 등을 크게 표시하여 알아볼 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다.
또한 음악 컨트롤 창(40)에서의 조작 방향은 상술한 것으로 한정되는 것이 아니고, 그 반대로 할 수도 있는 것이다.
이와 같이 음악 컨트롤 창(40)을 터치하여 음악을 재생하는 과정에서 내비게이션의 길안내 음성 송출과 음악 재생이 동시에 이루어지도록 할 수 있으며, 내비게이션의 길안내 음성만을 송출하고자 할 경우에는 음악 컨트롤 창을 터치함으로써 재생되는 음악을 일시중지할 수 있으며, 다시 한 번 음악 컨트롤 창을 터치하여 일시중지된 음악을 다시 재생 하여 길안내 음성 송출과 음악 재생이 같이 이루어질 수 있도록 할 수 있다.
즉, 본 발명은 제어부(140)에 의해 제어되는 음악 컨트롤 창(40)을 터치하는 동작에 의해 각각 음악을 재생하거나 중지할 수 있기 때문에, 사용자의 필요에 따라 음악 재생과 길안내 음성이 같이 송출되도록 하거나 길안내 음성만이 송출되도록 하거나 또는 중지된 음악을 다시 재생 할 수 있다.
<제2 실시예>
도 9는 본 발명의 제2 실시예에 의한 음악 재생 상태를 표시하는 화면을 나타내는 도면이다.
도 9를 참조하면, 본 실시예에 의한 내비게이션 서비스 중 음악을 재생하기 위한 전자기기 및 그 방법은 상기 디스플레이부(160)를 좌우로 분할하여 제1 분할영역(161)에는 내비게이션 화면(30)을 표시하고, 제2 분할영역(162)에는 음악 컨트롤 창(40)이 표시되도록 한 것이다.
본 실시예에서는 상기 음악 컨트롤 창(40)은 내비게이션 화면(30)과 함께 상시 화면상에 표시되므로 음악 재생 컨트롤을 보다 간편하게 수행할 수 있게 된다.
또한, 도 5와 관련하여 이전 곡 선택, 다음 곡 선택, 노래 제목, 가수 이름 등을 기존보다 더 크게 표시하도록 하는 기능은 본 발명의 제1 실시예와 동일하게 하되, 상기 음악 컨트롤 창(40)은 내비게이션 화면(30)을 터치하더라도 사라지지 않고 분할된 창에 그대로 표시되도록 한 것이다.
또한, 도 4와 관련하여 네음도 서비스 설정화면(20)에서 컨트롤 창 다시 보이기 시간, 컨트롤 창 안보일 때 재생 음악중지 항목은 비 활성화된다.
또한, 상기 분할 창(50)에는 볼륨 컨트롤부(60)를 표시할 수도 있다.
본 실시예에서 여타 부분은 본 발명의 제1 실시예에서와 실질적으로 동일하므로 이에 대한 구체적인 설명은 생략한다.
<제3 실시예>
도 10은 본 발명의 제3 실시예에 의한 음악 재생 상태를 표시하는 화면을 나타내는 도면이다.
도 10을 참조하면, 본 실시예에 의한 내비게이션 서비스 중 음악을 재생하기 위한 전자기기 및 그 방법은 상기 제1 분할영역(161)을 우측에, 제2 분할영역(162)를 좌측에 위치하도록 한 것이며, 여타 구성은 본 발명의 제2 실시예와 실질적으로 동일하므로 이에 대한 구체적인 설명은 생략한다.
<제4 실시예>
도 11은 본 발명의 제4 실시예에 의한 음악 재생 상태를 표시하는 화면을 나타내는 도면이다.
도 11을 참조하면, 본 실시예에 의한 내비게이션 서비스 중 음악을 재생하기 위한 전자기기 및 그 방법은 상기 제1 분할영역(161)을 상측에, 제2 분할영역(162)를 하측에 위치하도록 한 것이며, 여타 구성은 본 발명의 제2 실시예와 실질적으로 동일하므로 이에 대한 구체적인 설명은 생략한다.
본 실시예에서는 분할 창(50)이 하측에 표시되므로 노래 제목, 가수 이름 등의 음악 정보를 보다 많이 보여줄 수 있다.
또한 내비게이션의 길안내 음성의 볼륨은 내비게이션 어플리케이션에서 제공되는 볼륨 컨트롤에 의하여 조절하고, 음악 재생 볼륨은 볼륨컨트롤부(50)에 의하여 개별적으로 조절할 수 있도록 구성할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 음악 재생 볼륨을 조절하는 경우 내비게이션 길안내 음성의 볼륨과 대비하여 상대적으로 크거나 작게 조절할 수 있다.
한편, 상술한 본 발명의 실시예들은 컴퓨터에서 실행될 수 있는 프로그램으로 작성가능하고, 컴퓨터로 읽을 수 있는 기록매체를 이용하여 상기 프로그램을 동작시키는 범용 디지털 컴퓨터에 서 구현될 수 있다. 상기 컴퓨터로 읽을 수 있는 기록매체는 마그네틱 저장매체(예를 들면, 롬, 플로피 디스크, 하드 디스크 등), 광학적 판독 매체(예를 들면, 시디롬, 디브이디 등)와 같은 저장매체를 포함한다.
이상에서 설명한 실시예들은 일 예로로서, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 본 발명의 본질적인 특성에서 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능할 것이다. 따라서 본 발명에 개시된 실시예들은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 한정하기 위한 것이 아니라 설명하기 위한 것이고, 이러한 실시예에 의하여 본 발명의 기술 사상의 범위가 한정되는 것은 아니다. 본 발명의 보호 범위는 아래의 청구범위에 의하여 해석되어야 하며, 그와 동등한 범위 내에 있는 모든 기술 사상은 본 발명의 권리범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.

  26. 제16 항에 있어서,
    상기 표시하는 단계(S3)에서는,
    상기 음악 재생 기능에 따라 내비게이션의 길안내 음성과 음악이 동시에 송출되다가,
    상기 디스플레이부에 표시된 음악 컨트롤 창을 한 번 터치하면, 재생되는 음악을 중지하여 길안내 음성만이 송출되도록 하고, 다시 한번 음악 컨트롤 창을 터치하면 중지된 음악이 다시 재생되도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내비게이션 서비스 중 음악을 재생하기 위한 방법.
  27. 제16 항에 있어서,
    상기 표시하는 단계(S3)에서는,
    내비게이션의 길안내 음성의 볼륨은 내비게이션 어플리케이션에서 제공되는 볼륨 컨트롤에 의하여 조절하고, 음악 재생 볼륨은 볼륨 컨트롤부(50)에 의하여 개별적으로 조절할 수 있도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내비게이션 서비스 중 음악을 재생하기 위한 방법.
  28. 제16 항에 있어서,
    상기 음악 재생 정보는,
    상기 재생되는 음악의 노래 제목, 가수 이름, 및 앨범의 이미지, 음악 재생 시간 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 내비게이션 서비스 중 음악을 재생하기 위한 방법.
