And the catcher part surrounding a target object so that the front-end | tip of a pair of elongate arm part rotated in parallel with a running surface can be made to acquire the enclosed target object reliably.
Furthermore, if the collision part is made narrower than the width of the traveling vehicle body, a technique is required to bring the collision part into contact with the target, so that it is possible to increase the difficulty of play and increase the satisfaction of target acquisition.
Also, if the width of the collision part is widened, the acquisition of the target becomes easy, and the enjoyment of obtaining the target can be increased.
Then, by making the forward traveling an inertial traveling with a discharge power, it is possible to easily travel toward the target and to enjoy the object of hitting the traveling toy on the target.

As shown in FIG. 1, the embodiment of the traveling toy according to the present invention is atraveling toy 100 having a catcher portion 200 in front of a vehicle body 105 serving as a traveling vehicle body. The catcher unit 200 is stored so as to be in close contact with the vehicle body 105, and when the catcher unit 200 is extended forward, the toy can travel so as to move backward by the mainspring.
As shown in FIG. 3, the travelingtoy 100 has a mainspring box 120 incorporating a mainspring and a gear train as a driving source in a chassis 110 covered with a vehicle body cover 180, A hook body that has a toothed portion and has a driving gear 121 having an engaging projection 123 projecting on its side surface to rotate a rear wheel 115 as a driving wheel, and locks the catcher portion 200 in the stowed state in the chassis 110. The stopper member 170 having 178 is included.
Thevehicle body cover 180 that covers the chassis 110 has a catcher support portion 185 at the front end, and supports the catcher portion 200 by a mounting shaft 221 so as to be rotatable. Thecatcher unit 200 includes a base arm member 211, an intermediate arm member 212, and a capture member 215, and the base of the base arm member 211 is rotated by a mounting shaft 221 to catcher support portions 185 provided on the left and right of the front end of the vehicle body cover 180. It is fixed so that it can be rotated between a position stored in contact with the upper surface of the body cover 180 and a position extending forward of the body cover 180.
The base of theintermediate arm member 212 is pivotally attached to the distal end of the base arm member 211 by an arm shaft 223, and the capture member 215 is attached to the distal end of the intermediate arm member 212 by a capture rotational shaft 225. .
Thebase arm member 211 is a plate-like body having a width slightly smaller than the width of the vehicle body 105. The base arm member 211 has a base arm opening hole 238 in the center, and the vehicle body 105 is operated when the catcher unit 200 is in the retracted state. The position of the seat is made visible so that the traveling toy 100 does not give an unnatural feeling.
Theintermediate arm member 212 is rotatable between a position extending substantially linearly with respect to the base arm member 211 and a position having a tip slightly above the linear position of the base arm member 211. When housed in contact with the vehicle body cover 180, the distal end of the intermediate arm member 212 is positioned below the distal end of the base arm member 211 along the curved shape of the vehicle body cover 180, and the distal end of the intermediate arm member 212 is placed on the vehicle body cover 180. It can be located near the rear end.
Theintermediate arm member 212 is also a plate-like body having a width substantially equal to that of the base arm member 211, and includes an opening 236 at the center. The opening 236 allows the tip of the hook body 178 to pass therethrough. A part of the base side of 236 serves as a locking portion 235.
Further, thecapture member 215 attached to the distal end of the intermediate arm member 212 is a plate-like body curved in an arc shape, and is attached to the intermediate arm member 212 so as to be rotatable by a capture rotation shaft 225. The capture member 215 is As shown in FIG. 1, a hook shape is formed to form a gap between the tip of the capture member 215 and the tip of the intermediate arm member 212.
Accordingly, when thecatcher portion 200 extends forward of the vehicle body 105, the tip can be brought into contact with the traveling surface, and the tip of the intermediate arm member 212 can be rotated by the capture rotation shaft 225. Thus, in the state where the catcher part 200 is housed, the tip of the capture member 215 is brought into contact with the base part of the intermediate arm member 212 so that the traveling toy 100 can be compactly assembled.
Further, thebase arm member 211 is biased to rotate forward by an elastic member 231 incorporated in the mounting shaft 221, and is substantially linear with the base arm member 211 by an elastic member 232 incorporated in the arm shaft 223 of the intermediate arm member 212. The capture member 215 is also urged in a direction away from the intermediate arm member 212 by an elastic member 233 incorporated in the capture rotation shaft 225.
Theintermediate arm member 212 has a plate-like engagement body 131 projecting in a direction orthogonal to the intermediate arm member 212 at a substantially central position on the side, and the engagement body 131 is in a state where the catcher portion 200 is stored. In addition, it penetrates through the engagement hole 181 of the vehicle body cover 180 and engages with the engagement protrusion 123 of the drive gear 121 attached to the chassis unit 110 described later.
The engagingbody 131 has a substantially straight shape on one side and a curved shape on the other side. As shown in FIG. 5A, the engaging body 131 has a groove 132 substantially in parallel with the straight side. The pressing part 135 is formed with one side of the shape being thick, and the inclined part 137 is formed with the vicinity of the distal end 139 of the pressing part 135 being successively thin, and the curved side is engaged with the vicinity of the base of the engaging body 131 being thick. The thick part 133 is formed.
Further, a capturemember locking projection 229 is provided on the distal end side of the base arm member 211. When the catcher portion 200 is in the retracted state as shown in FIG. It is possible to maintain the distal end of the capture member 215 at the distal end position of the base arm member 211 against the elastic force of the elastic member 233 incorporated in the rotation shaft 225, and to capture the capture member locking projection 229 and the capture with a slight impact. The engagement with the tip of the member 215 is disengaged, and the capture member 215 rotates so as to separate the tip from the second arm as shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 3, thechassis 110 has a front wheel 111 as a free wheel provided at both ends of the front wheel shaft 113 and a rear wheel as a drive wheel provided at both ends of a rear wheel shaft 117 having a driven gear 127. A wheel 115, a spring as a drive source and a mainspring box 120 incorporating a reduction gear train, a drive gear 121 protruding to the side of the mainspring box 120, an intermediate gear 125 for transmitting the rotation of the drive gear 121 to the driven gear 127, and upward A stopper member 170 and the like for projecting the hook body 178 are attached.
As shown in FIG. 4, thefront wheel shaft 113 is supported by a plate-like front wheel bearing 141 formed to protrude upward in the front left and right sides of the chassis 110, and is formed at the upper end of the front wheel bearing 141. It is rotatably mounted in the recess, and is sandwiched between a front wheel shaft presser and a front wheel bearing 141 provided inside a vehicle body cover 180 (not shown) so as not to be removed from the recess.
Therear wheel shaft 117 is also supported by a plate-like rear wheel bearing 145 formed so as to protrude upward on both rear sides of the chassis 110, and is rotated in a recess formed at the upper end of the rear wheel bearing 145. It is placed in such a manner that it is sandwiched between a rear wheel shaft presser provided inside the vehicle body cover 180 (not shown) and a rear wheel bearing 145 of the chassis 110 so as not to be removed from the recess.
Then, as shown in FIG. 4, themainspring box 120 is inserted into the frame-shaped box fixing wall 153 provided substantially at the center of the chassis section 110 by inserting the lower end of the mainbox 120 into the predetermined position of the chassis section 110. The mainspring drive mechanism is provided with a drive gear 121 fixed to the position and coaxial with the final gear of the reduction gear train housed in the mainspring box 120 on the outside of the side of the mainspring box 120. .
Themainspring box 120 includes a mainspring spring as a drive source, one end of the mainspring spring is fixed inside the box, and the other end of the mainspring spring is fixed to the mainspring shaft. The mainspring box 120 is a gear provided on the mainspring shaft. Are incorporated as a reduction gear train, and the rotational speed of the mainspring shaft can be made smaller than the rotational speed of the final gear.
Therefore, the traveling distance of the travelingtoy 100 can be increased by the small spring by increasing the rotational speed of the final gear, and hence the driving gear 121, more than the rotational speed of the mainspring shaft rotated by the restoring force of the wound spring. It is something that can be done.
Thedrive gear 121 is a spur gear having teeth around it, and includes a plurality of engagement protrusions 123 on the side surface as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. By engaging with the engaging body 131 as described above, the rotation of the drive gear 121 is prevented.
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, thestopper member 170 has a bar-shaped collision portion 173 extending in the lateral direction at the tip of the flat-plate-shaped main body portion 171, and the rear side of the main body portion 171 is upward. The extended step portion 175 has a plate-like extension portion 176 extending rearward from the upper end of the step portion 175, and a rod-like hook body 178 extending upward is provided on the rear upper surface of the extension portion 176. It is what.
Note thatside walls 177 that cover the left and right of the mainspring box 120 are provided on the left and right of the extended portion 176 so as to hang down from the extended portion 176.
As shown in FIG. 3, themain body 171 of the stopper member 170 is placed on the front half of the chassis 110 so as to be disposed below the front wheel shaft 113, and the left and right are sandwiched between the front wheel bearings 141. The elastic member 174 accommodated in the notch 172 is arranged between the front end of the box fixing wall 153 and is urged forward.
Themain body 171 urged forward by the elastic member 174 is disposed so that the front collision portion 173 protrudes slightly forward from the front end of the chassis 110, and as shown in FIG. The cover 180 projects slightly forward from the front end.
Further, the extendingportion 176 is disposed above the mainspring box 120, and the hook body 178 provided at the rear of the extending portion 176 is passed through the hook hole 183 of the vehicle body cover 180 so that the hook body 178 The front end protrudes above the vehicle body cover 180.
The front end of thehook body 178 has a locking projection 179 that protrudes forward, and when the intermediate arm member 212 is placed along the top surface of the vehicle body cover 180 with the upper surface of the locking projection 179 as an inclined portion, the second When the engaging portion 235 which is a part of the base side edge of the opening 236 of the arm contacts the inclined portion, the hook body 178 and thus the stopper member 170 are slightly moved backward.
When the lockingportion 235 further descends to the vehicle body 105 side with respect to the locking projection 179, the stopper member 170 moves forward by the elastic force of the elastic member 174, and the second arm is moved to the vehicle body cover 180 by the locking projection 179. It can be locked to the upper surface of.
Further, theintermediate gear 125 is a spur gear having tooth portions around it, and meshes with the drive gear 121 and the driven gear 127 to transmit the rotation of the drive gear 121 to the driven gear 127. It is fixed to one end of the intermediate gear shaft 118 that passes through the two intermediate gear bearings 151 that are erected.
Theintermediate gear shaft 118 is rotatable with respect to the intermediate gear bearing 151 and is slidable in the axial direction, and passes through the intermediate gear bearing 151. The intermediate gear shaft 118 is attached to the intermediate gear shaft 118 and is connected to the intermediate gear 125. An intermediate gear 125 is attached to the other end of the intermediate gear shaft 118 while the intermediate gear 125 is biased to the side of the vehicle body 105 by a gear return elastic member 129 inserted between the intermediate gear bearing 151 and the intermediate gear. The shaft 118 is prevented from coming off from the intermediate gear bearing 151.
When theintermediate gear 125 is positioned on the side, the intermediate gear 125 meshes with the drive gear 121 and the driven gear 127 and is pressed by the pressing portion 135 of the engagement body 131, so that the intermediate gear 125 is rotated by the gear return elastic member 129. When the intermediate gear 125 moves to the center side of the vehicle body 105 against the elastic force, the intermediate gear 125 is disengaged from at least the driven gear 127.
That is, as shown in FIG. 5, the engagingbody 131 is folded with a pressing portion 135 having a slope portion 137 from the distal end portion 139 and having a thick base portion side, as shown in FIG. When the vehicle body cover 180 is penetrated, the intermediate gear 125 is pressed toward the center of the vehicle body 105 by the inclined portion 137 formed at the front end portion 139 of the pressing portion 135, and the intermediate gear 125 is removed from meshing with the driven gear 127 by the pressing portion 135. The intermediate gear 125 is disengaged from the driven gear 127 so that the driven gear 127, the rear wheel shaft 117, and the rear wheel 115 can be freely rotated.
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, when theengaging body 131 provided on the intermediate arm member 212 is inserted into the vehicle body 105 through the vehicle body cover 180 by bringing the catcher portion 200 along the outside of the vehicle body cover 180, A part of the engaging projection 123 is inserted into the groove 132 of the engaging body 131, and the engaging thick part 133 engages with the other engaging projection 123 provided on the side surface of the drive gear 121, thereby rotating the drive gear 121. Will be blocked.
Therefore, the travelingtoy 100 extends the catcher portion 200 forward of the vehicle body 105, holds the vehicle body 105 with the fingertip, and grounds the front wheel 111 and the rear wheel 115 to the traveling surface as shown in FIG. 105 is moved forward, the rotation of the rear wheel 115 is pushed and lifted with a finger, and at least the rear wheel 115 is grounded and the vehicle body 105 is moved forward. The mainspring of the mainspring box 120 can be wound up by transmitting to the drive gear 121 via
Then, as shown in FIG. 7 (b), when thecatcher portion 200 is housed along the vehicle body 105 and the engaging portion 235 of the intermediate arm member 212 is engaged with the engaging protrusion 179 of the stopper portion. The engagement body 131 is inserted into the vehicle body 105, the engagement thick portion 133 of the engagement body 131 engages with the engagement protrusion 123 of the drive gear 121, and the intermediate gear 125 is moved to the center side of the vehicle body 105 by the pressing portion 135. The intermediate gear 125 and the driven gear 127 are disengaged by being moved.
Accordingly, while maintaining the mainspring of themainspring box 120 in a wound state, the rear wheel 115 that is a driving wheel can be freely rotated, and the traveling toy 100 is configured by the front wheel 111 that is a free wheel and the rotatable rear wheel 115. Inertia traveling by hand can be performed.
In this way, the travelingtoy 100 that is capable of inertial traveling by hand pushing is pushed by force toward the target 250, which is a small prize on the traveling surface, and released to release the hand. When the traveling toy 100 is caused to collide with the target object 250 so that the collision part 173 of the stopper member 170 contacts the target object 250 as shown in FIG. ), The stopper member 170 is slightly retracted.
Accordingly, the lockingprojection 179 of the hook body 178 moves backward to disengage the locking portion 235 and the locking projection 179 of the intermediate arm member 212, and as shown in FIG. The base arm member 211 rotates the front end in front of the vehicle body 105 by the elastic member incorporated in 221.
Further, theelastic member 232 incorporated in the arm shaft 223 rotates the intermediate arm member 212 so as to extend on the extension of the base arm member 211, and the capture member is affected by the impact of the rotation of the base arm member 211 and the intermediate arm member 212. The engagement between the distal end of 215 and the capture portion locking projection 229 of the base arm member 211 is released, and the elastic member 233 incorporated in the capture rotational shaft 225 rotates the distal end of the capture member 215 away from the intermediate arm member 212. To do.
In this way, thecatcher unit 200 rotates about the mounting shaft 221 as a rotation center along a surface substantially perpendicular to the traveling surface, and the catcher unit 200 is rotated by the rotation of the base arm member 211, the intermediate arm member 212, and the capture member 215. As shown in FIG. 9B, the catch member 215 extends forward of the vehicle body 105 and lowers the front of the target 250 as a prize.
Then, when thecatcher portion 200 extends forward of the vehicle body 105 and the engagement body 131 provided on the intermediate arm member 212 comes out of the engagement hole 181 of the vehicle body cover 180, the engagement thick portion 133 of the engagement body 131 and the drive gear 121 is disengaged from the engagement protrusion 123, and the drive gear 121 starts rotating by the restoring force of the mainspring.
At this time, theintermediate gear 125 removed from the driven gear 127 by the pressing portion 135 of the engagement body 131 is pushed out to the side of the vehicle body 105 by the elastic force of the gear return elastic member 129 and meshed with the drive gear 121. The intermediate gear 125 meshes with the driven gear 127, and the rotation of the drive gear 121 is transmitted to the driven gear 127.
Accordingly, therear wheel 115, which is a driving wheel, is rotated by the restoring force of the mainspring incorporated in the mainspring box 120, and the traveling toy 100 is caused to travel backward. As shown in FIG. The target 250 as a prize is captured by the capture member 215 of the catcher unit 200 extended forward of the vehicle body 105 by the reverse travel, and returned to the player who is the player.

In thecatcher unit 200, it is possible to easily enjoy the pleasure of acquiring the target object 250 by holding the target object 250 from the side by the capture member 215.
And when the travelingtoy 100 collides with the target object 250 so that the collision part 173 contacts the target object 250 in this way, the catcher part 200 is rotated and released from the stored state to acquire the target object 250. Therefore, the difficulty level of acquiring the target 250 can be adjusted according to the size of the collision portion 173, and the collision portion 173 is made wider than the width of the vehicle body 105 as in the embodiment shown in FIGS. When the contact with the target object 250 is facilitated, or as shown in FIG. 14 or 15, the collision part 173 is made narrower than the width of the vehicle body 105, and the collision part even if the traveling vehicle body 105 collides with the target object 250. The target 250 may not be acquired without the 173 contacting the target 250.
Therefore, it can be set as the travelingtoy 100 in which the difficulty level of acquiring the target object 250 as a prize is adjusted by the width of the collision part 173 and the shape of the catcher part 200, and a play without getting tired can be performed.
Note that thechassis 110 of the traveling toy 100 is provided with a rear wheel 115 as a driving wheel and a front wheel 111 as a free wheel. The front wheel 111 and the rear wheel 115 are covered with a vehicle body cover 180, and FIG. As shown in FIG. 15, when forming the shape of a pseudo wheel or traveling device on the vehicle body cover 180 and adjusting the appearance of the traveling toy 100, a plurality of front wheels 111 that are free wheels as shown in FIG. There are cases where it is provided.
As shown in FIG. 1, the embodiment of the traveling toy according to the present invention is a
