Abstract

一种绝对式磁旋转编码器,包括旋转轴(107),多个可随所述旋转轴(107)旋转的转轮(101,102,103,104,105),与所述多个转轮(101,102,103,104,105)一一对应的多个编码单元,和为所述多个编码单元提供磁场偏置的一个或多个永磁体组件(114)。每个编码单元包括其上的结构设置可使其磁导率随相对于所述旋转轴(107)的位置的不同而不同的导磁性编码器圆盘(110),和包括多个磁传感器(116)的传感器单元。传感器单元用于感应导磁性编码器圆盘(110)的导磁率,输出表征所述导磁性编码器圆盘(110)相对位置的感应信号。根据所述传感器单元的感应信号,每个编码单元输出表征所对应转轮选定的旋转位置的数值,可以得到成本更低,更简单,具有更精确的磁编码器圆盘的绝对式磁旋转编码器。
