Abstract

本发明实施例提供了一种媒体转移的方法、装置及系统,涉及通信领域,用于提高网络效率。所述方法,包括:获取本地设备的媒体描述信息;其中,本地设备包括:媒体转移设备和至少一个第一设备;将获取的至少一个第一设备的媒体描述信息与已获取的远端设备的媒体描述信息进行匹配,根据匹配结果从所述至少一个第一设备中确定出转移接收设备;将媒体转移设备的媒体描述信息及转移接收设备的媒体描述信息发送至网关,以使得所述网关根据所述媒体转移设备的媒体描述信息及所述转移接收设备的媒体描述信息更新用于与所述远端设备通信的地址映射表,以便所述网关将所述远端设备发送的媒体信息转发至所述转移接收设备。本发明适用于媒体转移业务的场景。

Description

一种媒体转移的方法、 装置及系统 本申请要求于 2013年 2月 4日提交中国专利局、申请号为 201310042705.5 中国专利申请的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。 技术领域 本发明涉及通信领域, 尤其涉及一种媒体转移的方法、 装置及系 统。 背景技术 随着数字通信的发展,人们的沟通方式不再局限于传统的语音电 话。 越来越多的终端产品支持视频通话, 语音和视频同步传输, 拉近 了人们的沟通^巨离。 为了实现基于 IP ( Internet Protocol, 互联网 十办议 ) 的语音业务, IETF ( Internet Engineering Task Force , 互 联网工程任务组) 组织制定了 SIP ( Session Initiation Protocol , 会话发起协议)协议。 目前, 基于 SIP协议的媒体会话, 可以实现呼 叫转移的业务。
基于 SIP协议的呼叫转移方案的具体内容为:
SIP UA ( User Agent, 用户代理) 向注册服务器发起注册消息, 该消息在经过 ALG ( Application Layer Gateway, 应用层网关) 后 被修改, 增加了 WAN ( Wide Area Network, 广域网) 侧 IP地址, 服 务器根据注册消息建立地址映射关系。
当被叫方发起呼叫转移时, 被叫方需保持住当前会话, 并向主叫 方发起一个 Refer (参考)请求消息, Refer请求消息中 Refer to (参 考值) 字段携带转移接收方的 URL ( Uniform / Universal Resource Locator, 统一资源定位符) 。
主叫方接收到被叫方发起的 Refer请求消息后, 才艮据 Refer to 字段的 URL重新发起一个 SIP请求, 建立一个新的会话, 从而实现呼 叫转移业务。
在实现上述基于 S I P协议的呼叫转移的过程中,发明人发现现有 技术中至少存在如下问题: 基于 S IP协议的呼叫转移过程, 必须经过 ALG , 经过 ALG后的 S IP报文头域将被修改, 降低了网络效率。 进一 步的, 在实现呼叫转移时, 需要依赖 WAN 侧的服务器重新建立一个 S IP会话, 也降低了网络效率。 发明内容 本发明的实施例提供一种媒体转移的方法、装置及系统, 用以提 高网络效率。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的实施例采用如下技术方案: 第一方面, 本发明实施例提供了一种媒体转移的方法, 包括: 获 取本地设备的媒体描述信息;所述媒体描述信息用于指示设备的通信 相关的信息, 包括: 设备的互联网协议 IP地址、 端口号及编解码能 力信息; 其中, 所述本地设备包括: 媒体转移设备和至少一个第一设 备;将获取的所述至少一个第一设备的媒体描述信息与已获取的远端 设备的媒体描述信息进行匹配,根据匹配结果从所述至少一个第一设 备中确定出转移接收设备;将所述媒体转移设备的媒体描述信息及所 述转移接收设备的媒体描述信息发送至网关,以使得所述网关根据所 述媒体转移设备的媒体描述信息及所述转移接收设备的媒体描述信 息更新用于与所述远端设备通信的地址映射表,以便所述网关将所述 远端设备发送的媒体信息转发至所述转移接收设备。
在第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式中, 所述方法还包括: 将所 述远端设备的媒体描述信息发送至所述转移接收设备,以使得所述转 移接收设备根据所述远端设备的媒体描述信息确定所述远端设备的 接收端口的端口号,以便根据所述远端设备的接收端口的端口号检测 接收的媒体信息是否是所述远端设备发送的媒体信息。
结合第一方面或第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式,在第二种可 能的实现方式中, 所述媒体描述信息还包括: 传输协议和 /或媒体格 式。
结合第一方面或第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式或第一方面 的第二种可能的实现方式, 在第三种可能的实现方式中, 在所述获取 本地设备的媒体描述信息之前, 还包括: 接收所述媒体转移设备发送 的业务转移请求消息,所述业务转移请求消息携带所述媒体转移设备 请求进行转移的业务的信息; 检测本地网络, 确定所述本地设备, 获 取所述本地设备的服务描述信息;所述服务描述信息是设备支持的业 务的信息;将所述服务描述信息与所述媒体转移设备进行转移的业务 的信息进行匹配; 所述获取本地设备的媒体描述信息包括: 获取所述 服务描述信息与所述媒体转移设备进行转移的业务的信息相匹配的 本地设备的媒体描述信息。

第二方面, 本发明实施例提供了一种媒体转移的方法, 包括: 接 收控制点发送的媒体转移设备的媒体描述信息及转移接收设备的媒 体描述信息; 所述媒体描述信息用于指示设备的通信相关的信息, 包 括: 设备的互联网协议 IP地址、 端口号及编解码能力信息; 根据所 述媒体转移设备的媒体描述信息及所述转移接收设备的媒体描述信 息更新用于与远端设备通信的地址映射表;接收远端设备发送的媒体 信息; 根据更新的用于与远端设备通信的地址映射表, 将接收的所述 远端设备发送的媒体信息发送至所述转移接收设备。
在第二方面的第一种可能的实现方式中,所述根据所述媒体转移 设备的媒体描述信息及所述转移接收设备的媒体描述信息更新用于 与所述远端设备通信的地址映射表包括:根据所述媒体转移设备的媒 体描述信息, 将所述地址映射表中存储的所述媒体转移设备的 IP地 址及接收端口的端口号与公网的 IP地址及端口号间的映射关系的表 项删除; 根据所述转移接收设备的媒体描述信息, 建立所述转移接收 设备的 IP地址及接收端口的端口号与公网 IP地址及端口号间的映射 关系, 并存储至所述地址映射表中。

第三方面, 本发明实施例提供了一种媒体转移的方法, 包括: 向 控制点发送媒体描述信息,以使得所述控制点在接收到所述媒体描述 信息后,将所述媒体描述信息与已获取的远端设备的媒体描述信息进 行匹配,在所述媒体描述信息与已获取的远端设备的媒体描述信息相 匹配的情况下, 则将所述媒体描述信息发送至网关, 以便所述网关根 据所述媒体描述信息及所述控制点发送的媒体转移设备的媒体描述 信息更新用于与所述远端设备通信的地址映射表,以便所述网关将所 述远端设备发送的媒体信息转发至所述转移接收设备;所述媒体描述 信息用于指示设备的通信相关的信息, 包括: 设备的互联网协议 I P 地址、 端口号及编解码能力信息; 接收所述网关转发的来自所述远端 设备的媒体信息。
在第三方面的第一种可能的实现方式中,在所述接收所述网关转 发的来自所述远端设备的媒体信息之前, 还包括: 接收所述控制点发 送的远端设备的媒体描述信息;根据所述远端设备的媒体描述信息确 定所述远端设备的接收端口的端口号,以便根据所述远端设备的接收 端口的端口号检测接收的媒体信息是否是所述远端设备发送的媒体 信息。

结合第三方面的第一种可能的实现方式或第三方面的第二种可 能的实现方式, 在第三种可能的实现方式中, 所述媒体信息包括: 数 据报文头及数据报文体; 所述数据报文头包括: 源 IP地址、 源端口 号、 目的 IP地址及目的端口号; 所述源 IP地址为所述远端设备的 IP 地址; 所述源端口号为所述远端设备的接收端口的端口号; 所述 目的 IP地址为转移接收设备的 IP地址;所述目的端口号为所述转移 接收设备的接收端口的端口号;在所述接收所述网关转发的来自所述 远端设备的媒体信息之后, 还包括: 检测所述媒体信息的所述数据报 文头中的源端口号与根据所述远端设备的媒体描述信息所确定的所 述远端设备的接收端口的端口号是否相同;若检测出所述数据报文头 中的源端口号与所述远端设备的接收端口的端口号不相同,则丟弃所 述媒体信息;若检测出所述数据报文头中的源端口号与所述远端设备 的接收端口的端口号相同, 则处理所述媒体信息。

第四方面, 本发明实施例提供了一种媒体转移的方法, 包括: 接 收控制点发送的获取媒体能力消息; 向控制点发送媒体描述信息, 以 使得在所述控制点在确定出转移接收设备的情况下,将所述媒体描述 信息及所述转移接收设备的媒体描述信息发送至网关,以便所述网关 根据所述媒体描述信息及所述转移接收设备的媒体描述信息更新用 于与远端设备通信的地址映射表,以便所述网关将所述远端设备发送 的媒体信息转发至所述转移接收设备;所述媒体描述信息用于指示设 备的通信相关的信息, 包括: 设备的互联网协议 IP地址、 端口号及 编解码能力信息。
在第四方面的第一种可能的实现方式中,在所述向控制点发送媒 体描述信息之前, 还包括: 向所述控制点发送业务转移请求消息, 所 述业务转移请求消息携带所述媒体转移设备请求进行转移的业务的 信息。
第五方面, 本发明实施例提供了一种控制点, 包括: 获取单元, 用于获取本地设备的媒体描述信息;所述媒体描述信息用于指示设备 的通信相关的信息, 包括: 设备的互联网协议 IP地址、 端口号及编 解码能力信息; 其中, 所述本地设备包括: 媒体转移设备和至少一个 第一设备; 处理单元, 用于将所述获取单元获取的所述至少一个第一 设备的媒体描述信息与已获取的远端设备的媒体描述信息进行匹配, 根据匹配结果从所述至少一个第一设备中确定出转移接收设备;收发 单元,用于将所述媒体转移设备的媒体描述信息及所述转移接收设备 的媒体描述信息发送至网关,以使得所述网关根据所述媒体转移设备 的媒体描述信息及所述转移接收设备的媒体描述信息更新用于与所 述远端设备通信的地址映射表,以便所述网关将所述远端设备发送的 媒体信息转发至所述转移接收设备。

本发明实施例提供了一种媒体转移的方法、装置及系统, 控制点 通过获取本地设备的媒体描述信息,将获取的本地设备的媒体描述信 息与已获取的远端设备的媒体描述信息进行匹配,根据匹配结果确定 出转移接收设备。向网关发送转移接收设备的媒体描述信息及媒体转 移设备的媒体描述信息,以使得网关根据转移接收设备的媒体描述信 息及媒体转移设备的媒体描述信息更新地址映射表。 这样, 网关接收 到远端设备发送的媒体信息时,根据更新的地址映射表可以确定出应 接收远端设备发送的媒体信息的转移接收设备,并将媒体信息发送至 转移接收设备。实现远端设备与媒体转移设备的通信转移至远端设备 与转移接收设备的通信时,无需更改与网络侧远端设备间建立的通信 链接, 提高了网络效率。 并且, 远端设备发送的媒体信息, 在网络侧 传输时, 没有被更改, 从而进一步提高了网络效率。 附图说明 为了更清楚地说明本发明实施例或现有技术中的技术方案,下面 将对实施例或现有技术描述中所需要使用的附图作筒单地介绍,显而 易见地, 下面描述中的附图仅仅是本发明的一些实施例, 对于本领域 普通技术人员来讲, 在不付出创造性劳动的前提下, 还可以根据这些 附图获得其他的附图。

本发明实施例提供了一种媒体转移的方法, 如图 1所示, 包括: 101、 获取本地设备的媒体描述信息。
其中, 所述媒体描述信息用于指示设备的通信相关的信息, 可以 包括: 设备的 IP ( Int erne t Pro t oco l , 互联网十办议) 地址、 端口号 及编解码能力信息。 所述本地设备包括: 媒体转移设备和至少一个第 一设备。 需要说明的是, 本地设备是指控制点管理的设备。 所述媒体转移 设备是指本地设备中,要进行媒体转移的设备。 第一设备是指本地设 备中, 除媒体转移设备之外的设备。
进一步的, 所述媒体描述信息还可以包括: 传输协议和 /或媒体 格式。
需要说明的是,媒体描述信息还可包括其他信息, 本发明对此不 做限制。
需要说明的是,媒体描述信息中的端口号是设备用于接收其他设 备发送的媒体信息的端口号。
其中, 获取本地设备的媒体描述信息包括: 获取媒体转移设备的 媒体描述信息及至少一个第一设备的媒体描述信息。

需要说明的是, 在本发明所有实施例中,控制点可以集成在本地 设备中。 若控制点集成在某个本地设备中, 此时, 控制点中存储了集 成此控制点的本地设备的媒体描述信息,所以控制点在获取本地设备 的媒体描述信息时,可以获取没有集成此控制点的其他本地设备的媒 体描述信息。 例如, 控制点可以集成在媒体转移设备中, 由于控制点 已经获知了媒体转移设备的媒体描述信息,则控制点获取第一设备的 媒体描述信息。 控制点也可以不集成在任何一个设备中, 而是单独的 设备, 此时控制点获取本地设备中所有设备的媒体描述信息。
1 02、 将获取的所述至少一个第一设备的媒体描述信息与已获取 的远端设备的媒体描述信息进行匹配,根据匹配结果从所述至少一个 第一设备中确定出转移接收设备。
其中, 所述远端设备是与媒体转移设备进行通信的网络侧设备。 所述转移接收设备是指在本地设备中,要与媒体转移设备进行媒体转 移的设备。
需要说明的是, 在媒体转移设备与远端设备进行通信时,控制点 已获取了远端设备的媒体描述信息。
具体的, 控制点在获取了本地设备的媒体描述信息后, 根据预先 获取的远端设备的媒体描述信息,将本地设备中的至少一个第一设备 的媒体描述信息与预先获取的远端设备的媒体描述信息进行匹配,根 据匹配结果确定出转移接收设备。
例如,控制点将本地设备中的至少一个第一设备的媒体描述信息 的传输协议、媒体格式、 编解码能力信息与预存的远端设备的媒体描 述信息的传输协议、 媒体格式、 编解码能力信息进行匹配, 若本地设 备的某个第一设备的媒体描述信息的传输协议、媒体格式、 编解码能 力信息与预存的远端设备的媒体描述信息的传输协议、媒体格式、 编 解码能力信息相匹配, 则将此第一设备确定为转移接收设备。
在控制点只获取了媒体转移设备和一个第一设备的情况下,若此 第一设备的媒体描述信息与远端设备的媒体描述信息相匹配,则将此 第一设备确定为转移接收设备。
若此第一设备的媒体描述信息与远端设备的媒体描述信息不匹 配, 则控制点生成媒体转移失败消息, 可以通过媒体转移设备反馈至 用户。
在控制点获取了媒体转移设备和至少两个第一设备的情况下,若 所述至少两个第一设备中有至少两个第一本地设备 ,则将所述至少两 个第一本地设备中的一个第一本地设备确定为转移接收设备。
需要说明的是,所述第一本地设备是指媒体描述信息与远端设备 的媒体描述信息相匹配的第一设备。
其中,控制点将至少两个第一本地设备中的一个第一本地设备确 定为转移接收设备的方法,可以是控制点将至少两个第一本地设备反 馈至用户, 由用户进行选择后, 将用户选择的第一本地设备确定为转 移接收设备。也可以是控制点任意选择一个第一本地设备作为转移接 收设备。
需要说明的是,控制点将至少两个第一本地设备中的一个第一本 地设确定为转移接收设备的方法, 还可是其他方法, 本发明对此不做 限制。
可选的, 控制点根据匹配结果, 可以将至少一个第一本地设备生 成将当前媒体转移业务转移到本地设备的选择列表。在选择列表中选 择一个本地设备作为转移接收设备。
103、 将所述媒体转移设备的媒体描述信息及所述转移接收设备 的媒体描述信息发送至网关,以使得所述网关根据所述媒体转移设备 的媒体描述信息及所述转移接收设备的媒体描述信息更新用于与所 述远端设备通信的地址映射表,以便所述网关将所述远端设备发送的 媒体信息转发至所述转移接收设备。
具体的, 控制点可以通过会话转移消息 ( SessionTransfer ) 将 所述媒体转移设备的媒体描述信息及所述转移接收设备的媒体描述 信息发送至网关。
示例性的, 若媒体转移设备为 phone (手机) , 转移接收设备为 TV ( Television, 电视) , phone要进行转移的媒体转移业务为视频 会话,则远端的媒体描述信息可以是与语音或视频相关的信息。此时, 控制点将 phone的媒体描述信息及 TV的媒体描述信息通过会话转移 消息 (SessionTransfer ) , 利用 HTTP的 POST方法发送至网关, 具 体信令如下:

本发明实施例提供了一种媒体转移的方法, 如图 2所示, 包括:
201、 接收控制点发送的媒体转移设备的媒体描述信息及转移接 收设备的媒体描述信息。
其中,所述媒体描述信息用于指示设备的通信相关的信息,包括: 所述本地设备的互联网协议 IP地址、 端口号及编解码能力信息。
所述转移接收设备是在本地设备中,要与媒体转移设备进行媒体 转移的设备。 所述媒体转移设备是指要进行媒体转移的设备。 所述远 端设备是与媒体转移设备进行通信的网络侧设备。
进一步的, 所述媒体描述信息还包括: 媒体格式和 /或传输协议。 具体的, 网关可以通过会话转移消息 ( Se s s i onTrans fer ) 接收 控制点发送的媒体转移设备的媒体描述信息及所述转移接收设备的 媒体描述信息。
202、 根据所述媒体转移设备的媒体描述信息及所述转移接收设 备的媒体描述信息更新用于与远端设备通信的地址映射表。
具体的, 网关可以根据所述媒体转移设备的媒体描述信息, 将所 述地址映射表中存储的所述媒体转移设备的 IP地址及接收端口的端 口号与公网的 IP地址及端口号间的映射关系的表项删除。 根据所述 转移接收设备的媒体描述信息, 建立所述转移接收设备的 IP地址及 接收端口的端口号与公网 IP地址及端口号间的映射关系, 并存储至 所述地址映射表中。
如上例所述, 网关的内网侧的内网 I P地址是 192. 168. 1. 1 , 公 共网侧的公共 IP地址是 10.11.20.240。网关内网侧的本地设备的 IP 地址通过 DHCP ( Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol , 动态主机 设置协议)获取。 其中,媒体转移设备为 phone, 转移接收设备为 TV phone的媒体描述信息包括: phone的 IP地址为 192.168.1.2, phone 的接收端口的端口号为 5060 TV的媒体描述信息包括: TV的 IP地 址为 192.168.1.3, TV的接收端口的端口号为 5060
网关根据 phone的 IP地址及接收端口的端口号, 建立的 phone 的 IP地址及接收端口的端口号与公网 IP地址及端口号间的映射关 系, 作为地址映射表的一个表项, 存储在地址映射表中。 如下表 1 所示。

网关接收到控制点发送的 phone及 TV的媒体描述信息, 则网关 根据 phone的媒体描述信息中 phone的 IP地址及接收端口的端口号, 查找地址映射表, 并将地址映射表中与 phone的 IP地址及接收端口 的端口号相匹配的一项删除,并根据 TV的媒体描述信息中的 IP地址 及接收端口的端口号,建立 TV的 IP地址及接收端口的端口号与公网 IP地址及端口号间的映射关系, 并将新建立的 TV的 IP地址及接收 端口的端口号与公网 IP地址及端口号间的映射关系作为地址映射表 的一个表项存储至地址映射表中, 如下表 2所示。

204、 根据更新的用于与远端设备通信的地址映射表, 将接收的 所述远端设备发送的媒体信息发送至所述转移接收设备。
具体的, 网关接收到远端设备发送的媒体信息后, 解析出媒体信 息中的数据报文头, 根据数据报文头中的目的 IP地址及目的端口号 查找更新后的用于与远端设备通信的地址映射表,从而获取到转移接 收设备的 IP地址及端口号。根据获取的转移接收设备的 IP地址及端 口号, 将接收到的远端设备发送的媒体信息发送至媒体转移设备。
如上例所述, 网关接收到远端设备发送的媒体信息, 解析出媒体 信息中的数据报文头中的源 IP地址为 173. 194. 64. 147 , 源端口号为 6060 , 目的 IP地址为 10. 1 1. 20. 240 , 目的端口号为 1234 , 才艮据目的 IP地址为 1 0. 11. 20. 240 , 目的端口号为 1234查找地址映射表, 参考 表 2 , 查找到 IP地址为 10. 11. 20. 240 , 端口号为 1234 , 对应的转移 接收设备的 IP地址为 192. 168. 1. 3 , 端口号为 5060 , 则网关根据查 找的到 IP地址为 192. 168. 1. 3 , 端口号为 5060 , 将媒体信息发送至 转移接收设备。

301、 向控制点发送媒体描述信息, 以使得所述控制点在接收到 所述媒体描述信息后,将所述媒体描述信息与已获取的远端设备的媒 体描述信息进行匹配,在所述媒体描述信息与已获取的远端设备的媒 体描述信息相匹配的情况下, 则将所述媒体描述信息发送至网关, 以 便所述网关根据所述媒体描述信息及所述控制点发送的媒体转移设 备的媒体描述信息更新用于与所述远端设备通信的地址映射表,以便 所述网关将所述远端设备发送的媒体信息转发至所述转移接收设备。
其中,所述媒体描述信息用于指示设备的通信相关的信息,包括: 所述本地设备的互联网协议 IP地址、 端口号及编解码能力信息。
进一步的, 所述媒体描述信息还包括: 传输协议和 /或媒体格式。 具体的, 转移接收设备可以向控制点发送获取媒体能力响应消 息, 所述获取媒体能力响应消息中携带有媒体描述信息。 也就是说, 转移接收设备在接收到控制点发送的获取媒体能力 消 息 ( Ge tMed i aCapab i l i t i e s )后, 将转移接收设备的媒体描述信息添加 至获取媒体能力响应消息中,并将获取媒体能力响应消息发送至控制 点。
302、 接收所述网关转发的来自所述远端设备的媒体信息。
具体的, 在网关更新完用于与所述远端设备通信的地址映射表 后, 在网关接收到远端设备发送的媒体信息后, 网关查找更新后的地 址映射表, 获取到转移接收设备的 I P地址及端口号, 根据转移接收 设备的 IP地址及端口号将远端设备发送的媒体信息发送至转移接收 设备, 转移接收设备接收网关转发的远端设备发送的媒体信息。
本发明实施例一种媒体转移的方法,转移接收设备向控制点发送 媒体描述信息, 使得所述控制点在接收到所述媒体描述信息后, 将所 述媒体描述信息与已获取的远端设备的媒体描述信息进行匹配,在所 述媒体描述信息与已获取的远端设备的媒体描述信息相匹配的情况 下, 则将所述媒体描述信息发送至网关, 以便所述网关根据所述媒体 描述信息及所述控制点发送的媒体转移设备的媒体描述信息更新用 于与所述远端设备通信的地址映射表,以便所述网关将所述远端设备 发送的媒体信息转发至所述转移接收设备。 这样, 转移接收设备通过 网关接收远端设备发送的媒体信息,实现远端设备与媒体转移设备的 通信转移至远端设备与转移接收设备的通信时,无需更改与网络侧远 端设备间建立的通信链接, 提高了网络效率。 并且, 远端设备发送的 媒体信息, 在网络侧传输时, 没有被更改, 从而进一步提高了网络效 本发明实施例提供了一种媒体转移的方法, 如图 4所示, 包括:
401、 接收控制点发送的获取媒体能力消息。
402、 向控制点发送媒体描述信息, 以使得在所述控制点在确定 出转移接收设备的情况下,将所述媒体描述信息及所述转移接收设备 的媒体描述信息发送至网关,以便所述网关根据所述媒体描述信息及 所述转移接收设备的媒体描述信息更新用于与远端设备通信的地址 映射表,以便所述网关将所述远端设备发送的媒体信息转发至所述转 移接收设备。
其中,所述媒体描述信息用于指示设备的通信相关的信息,包括: 设备的互联网协议 IP地址、 端口号及编解码能力信息。
进一步的, 所述媒体描述信息还包括: 传输协议和 /或媒体格式。 具体的, 媒体转移设备可以向控制点发送获取媒体能力响应消 息。 所述获取媒体能力响应消息中携带有媒体描述信息。 也就是说, 媒体转移设备在接收到控制点发送的获取媒体能力 消 息 ( Ge tMed i aCapab i l i t i e s )后, 将媒体转移设备的媒体描述信息添加 至获取媒体能力响应消息中,并将获取媒体能力响应消息发送至控制 点。
进一步的, 在控制点集成在媒体转移设备的情况下, 用户通过媒 体转移设备向控制点发送业务转移请求;肖 , ,以使得控制点进行业务 转移。
本发明实施例一种媒体转移的方法,媒体转移设备将媒体描述信 息发送至控制点,以使得在所述控制点在确定出转移接收设备的情况 下,将所述媒体描述信息及所述转移接收设备的媒体描述信息发送至 网关,以便所述网关根据所述媒体描述信息及所述转移接收设备的媒 体描述信息更新用于与远端设备通信的地址映射表, 这样, 以便所述 网关将所述远端设备发送的媒体信息转发至所述转移接收设备。实现 远端设备与媒体转移设备的通信转移至远端设备与转移接收设备的 通信时, 无需更改与网络侧远端设备间建立的通信链接, 提高了网络 效率。 并且, 远端设备发送的媒体信息, 在网络侧传输时, 没有被更 改, 从而进一步提高了网络效率。
本发明实施例提供了一种媒体转移的方法, 如图 5所示, 包括: 501、 媒体转移设备与远端设备进行通信。
具体的, 若由媒体转移设备向远端设备发送媒体信息, 则媒体转 移设备先将要发送至远端设备的媒体信息发送至网关,再由网关将媒 体信息发送至远端设备。 其中, 媒体信息中包括: 数据报文头和数据 报文体。 媒体转移设备发送的媒体信息的数据报文头包括: 源 IP地 址, 源端口号, 目的 IP地址, 目的端口号。
其中, 媒体转移设备发送的媒体信息的数据报文头中的源 IP地 址为媒体转移设备的 IP地址, 源端口号为媒体转移设备的用于接收 远端设备发送的媒体信息的端口号,即为媒体转移设备的接收端口的 端口号, 目的 IP地址为远端设备的 I P地址, 目的端口号为远端设备 的接收端口的端口号。
网关接收到媒体转移设备发送的媒体信息,根据媒体信息中的数 据 4艮文头的源 IP地址及源端口号, 查找地址映射表, 在地址映射表 中查找到与源 IP地址及源端口号相匹配的表项, 根据此表项, 将数 据报文头的源 IP地址及源端口号由媒体转移设备的 IP地址及媒体转 移设备的端口号更改为公网的 IP地址及公网的端口号,目的 IP地址 及目的端口号不变。 此时, 媒体信息的数据报文头包括: 源 IP地址 为公网 IP地址, 源端口号为公网端口号, 目的 IP地址为远端设备的 IP 地址, 目的端口号为远端设备的接收端口的端口号, 将此媒体信 息发送至远端设备。
示例性的, 媒体转移设备为 phone , phone 与远端设备 CP ( Central Processor , 中央处理机) 进行视频通信。 phone 与 CP 间发送的媒体信息为视频数据报文。
若网关的内网侧的内网 IP地址是 192.168.1.1, 公共网侧的公 共 IP地址是 10.11.20.240。 网关内网侧的本地设备的 IP地址通过 DHCP获取。 其中, phone的 IP地址为 192.168.1.2, 用于接收远端 设备发送的媒体信息的端口号为 5060。 远端设备 CP 的 IP 地址为 173.194.64.147, 远端设备 CP的接收端口的端口号为 6060。
如图 6所示, phone向网关发送视频数据报文。 其中, 视频数据 艮文中的 4艮文头的源 IP地址为 192.168.1.2, 源端口号为 5060, 目 的 IP地址为 173.194.64.147,目的端口号为 6060。网关接收到 phone 发送的视频数据报文后, 根据视频数据报文的报文头中的源 IP地址 192.168.1.2, 源端口号 5060, 查找地址映射表, 查找到地址映射表 中与源 IP地址 192.168.1.2, 源端口号 5060相匹配的表项, 获取到 与源 IP地址 192.168.1.2, 源端口号 5060相对应的公网的 IP地址 与公网的端口号。 支如, 查找到的与源 IP地址 192.168.1.2对应的 公网的 IP地址为 10.11.20.240, 查找到的与源端口号 5060相对应 的公网端口号为 1234, 此时, 网关将视频数据报文的报文头中的源 IP地址及源端口号修改为公网的 IP地址, 公网的端口号。 即为, 将 视频数据报文的报文头中的源 IP 地址由 192.168.1.2 修改为 10.11.20.240, 将源端口号由 5060修改为 1234, 此时, 视频数据报 文的 4艮文头包括的源 IP地址为 10.11.20.240, 源端口号为 1234, 目 的 IP地址为 173.194.64.147, 目的端口号为 6060。 网关将此视频数 据报文发送至远端设备。
若由远端设备向媒体转移设备发送媒体信息,则远端设备先将要 发送至媒体转移设备的媒体信息发送至网关,再由网关将媒体信息发 送至媒体转移设备。
其中, 远端转移设备发送的媒体信息的数据报文头中的源 IP地 址为远端设备的 IP地址,源端口号为远端设备的接收端口的端口号, 目的 IP地址为媒体转移设备所属的公网的 IP地址, 目的端口号为媒 体转移设备的所属的公网的端口号。
网关接收到远端设备发送的媒体信息,根据媒体信息中的数据报 文头的目的 IP地址及目的端口号, 查找地址映射表, 在地址映射表 中查找到与目的 IP地址及目的端口号相匹配的表项, 根据此表项, 可选的,将数据报文头的目的 IP地址及目的端口号由公网的 IP地址 及公网的端口号更改为媒体转移设备的 IP地址及媒体转移设备的接 收端口的端口号, 源 IP地址及源端口号不变。 此时, 媒体信息的数 据报文头包括: 目的 IP地址为媒体转移设备 IP地址, 目的端口号为 媒体转移设备的接收端口的端口号,源 IP地址为远端设备的 IP地址, 源端口号为远端设备的接收端口的端口号。 根据媒体转移设备的 I P 地址及媒体转移设备的接收端口的端口号,将此媒体信息发送至媒体 转移设备。
需要说明的是,网关的地址映射表中存储的媒体转移设备的接收 端口的端口号为媒体转移设备用来接收远端设备发送的媒体信息的 端口号。
如上例所示, 参考图 6所示, 远端设备先向网关发送视频数据报 文。 其中, 4艮文中的 ·^艮文头的源 IP地址为 173. 194. 64. 147 , 源端口 号为 6060 , 目的 IP地址为 10. 11. 20. 240 , 目的端口号为 1234。 网 关接收到远端设备 CP发送的视频数据报文后, 根据视频数据报文的 艮文头中的目的 IP地址 10. 11. 20. 240 , 目的端口号 1234 , 查找地址 映射表, 查找到地址映射表中与目的 IP地址 10. 11. 20. 240 , 目的端 口号 1234相匹配的表项, 获取到与目的 IP地址 10. 11. 20. 240 , 目 的端口号 1234相对应的 IP地址为 192. 168. 1. 2 , 相对应的端口号为 5060。 此时, 可选的, 网关将视频数据 ^艮文的 4艮文头中的目的 IP地 址及目的端口号修改为在地址映射表中查找到的相移的 IP地址, 相 对应的端口号。 即为, 将视频数据报文的报文头中的目的 IP地址由 10. 11. 20. 24 4爹改为 192. 168. 1. 2 , 将目的端口号由 1234 4爹改为 5060 , 此时, 视频数据报文的报文头包括的源 IP 地址为 173. 194. 64. 147 , 源端口号为 6060 , 目的 IP地址为 192. 168. 1. 2 , 目 的端口号为 5060。 网关地址映射表中查找到的 IP 地址为 192. 168. 1. 2 , 相对应的端口号为 5060 , 将此视频数据报文发送至媒 体转移设备。
502、 媒体转移设备向所述控制点发送业务转移请求消息, 控制 点接收所述媒体转移设备发送的业务转移请求消息。 其中,所述业务转移请求消息携带所述媒体转移设备请求进行转 移的业务的信息。
进一步的,业务转移请求消息中还携带有媒体转移设备的标识信 息。
具体的, 当用户决定将媒体转移设备的业务进行媒体转移时, 用 户通过媒体转移设备向控制点发送业务转移请求消息,控制点接收媒 体转移设备发送的业务转移请求消息。
控制点接收到业务转移请求消息后,可以根据业务转移请求消息 中携带有媒体转移设备的标识信息,进行转移的业务信息确定出控制 点管理的本地设备中确定出媒体转移设备,并在媒体转移设备正在运 行的业务中确定出需要进行转移的业务。
需要说明的是,用户也可通过其他方法向控制点发送业务转移请 求消息, 例如用户可直接通过控制点的控制器发送业务转移请求消 息, 本发明对此不做限制。
503、 控制点检测本地网络, 确定所述本地设备, 获取所述本地 设备的服务描述信息。
其中, 所述服务描述信息是设备支持的业务的信息。 例如, 服务 描述信息包括: 视频信息, 语音信息等。
具体的, 控制点检测本地网络, 确定本地设备时, 可以获取所述 本地设备中所有设备的 URL ( Uniform / Universal Resource Locator, 统一资源定位符) 。 控制点根据获取的 URL可以获取本地 设备中所有设备的 UPnP ( Universal Plug and Play, 通用即插即用) 描述。 由于 UPnP描述分为设备描述和设备支持的服务描述, 所以, 控制点在获取 UPnP描述时, 可以获取本地设备中所有设备的描述, 即为获取设备的类型, 标识符等信息。 并可以获取本地设备中所有设 备支持的服务描述, 即为获取设备的服务描述信息。
其中, 本地设备包括: 媒体转移设备和至少一个第一设备。
控制点可以通过 HTTP协议获本地取设备的 URL, 具体信令如下:

需要说明的是, 在本发明所有实施例中, 网关可以集成在本地设 备中。 例如, 转移接收设备为 TV , 则网关可以集成在 TV中, 此时, 网关可以是机顶盒。 网关也可以不集成在任何一个设备中, 而是单独 的设备, 在图 5中只表示出控制点为单独的设备的一种情况, 本发明 对此不做限制。
5 04、 控制点将所述服务描述信息与所述媒体转移设备进行转移 的业务进行匹配。
具体的, 控制点需根据媒体转移设备要进行转移的业务,检测获 取的第一设备的服务描述信息是否支持媒体转移设备要进行转移的 业务。
示例性的, 若媒体转移设备为 phone , 需进行转移的业务为视频 业务, 则此时需要转移设备支持视频业务。 控制点检测本地网络, 发 现本地网络中有一个 TV设备, 打印机设备。 控制点获取了 TV设备的 服务描述信息, 及打印机设备的服务描述信息。 其中, TV 设备的服 务描述信息中包括视频业务信息, 则说明 TV设备支持视频业务。 打 印机设备的服务描述信息中没有包括视频业务信息,则说明打印机设 备不支持视频业务。
由于 phone需进行媒体转移的业务是视频业务,所以控制点根据 phone需进行媒体转移的视频业务, 检测 TV设备的服务描述信息, 查看所述 TV设备的服务描述信息是否与 phone需进行媒体转移的视 频业务相匹配。 即为, 控制点查看 TV设备的服务描述信息中是否包 括视频业务。同样的,控制点根据 phone需进行媒体转移的视频业务, 打印机的服务描述信息, 查看打印机的服务描述信息是否与 phone 需进行媒体转移的视频业务相匹配。
由于 TV设备的服务描述信息包括视频业务信息, 控制点检测到 TV设备的服务描述信息与 phone需进行媒体转移的视频业务相匹配 , 则继续下面步骤。由于打印机的服务描述信息不包括:视频业务信息, 控制点检测到打印机设备的服务描述信息与 phone 需进行媒体转移 的视频业务不匹配, 则不继续下面步骤。
需要说明的是,若控制点检测到本地所有设备均与媒体转移设备 要进行转移的业务不匹配, 则可向媒体转移设备发送转移失败消息。
5 05、 控制点获取本地设备的媒体描述信息。
具体的,控制点在步骤 5 04能够检测出哪些本地设备的服务描述 信息与媒体转移设备进行转移的业务相匹配,则获取所述服务描述信 息与所述媒体转移设备进行转移的业务相相匹配的本地设备的媒体 描述信息。控制点具体获取所述服务描述信息与所述媒体转移设备进 行转移的业务相匹配的本地设备的媒体描述信息的过程,可参考步骤 1 01 , 在此不再赘述。 进一步的, 本地设备向控制点返回媒体描述信 息时, 可参考步骤 301、 401及 402 , 在此不再赘述。

5 07、所述控制点发送远端设备的媒体描述信息至转移接收设备, 以使得所述转移接收设备根据所述远端设备的媒体描述信息确定远 端设备的接收端口的端口号,以便根据所述远端设备的接收端口的端 口号检测接收的媒体信息是否是所述远端设备发送的媒体信息。转移 接收设备接收远端设备的媒体描述信息。
具体的, 控制点在确定出转移接收设备后, 将远端设备的媒体描 述信息发送至转移接收设备。由于远端设备的媒体描述信息中包含有 端口号信息, 所以, 转移接收设备可以根据远端设备的媒体描述信息 确定出远端设备的接收端口的端口号,以便转移接收设备根据远端设 备的接收端口的端口号, 对通过网关接收的媒体信息进行检测, 以确 定是否是所述远端设备发送的媒体信息。
可选的, 控制点可以通过会话建立消息( SessionSetup )将所述 远端设备的媒体描述信息发送至所述转移接收设备。

获取本地设备的媒体描述信息;所述媒体描述信息用于指示设备 的通信相关的信息, 包括: 设备的互联网协议 IP地址、 端口号及编 解码能力信息; 其中, 所述本地设备包括: 媒体转移设备和至少一个 第一设备;
将获取的所述至少一个第一设备的媒体描述信息与已获取的远 端设备的媒体描述信息进行匹配 ,根据匹配结果从所述至少一个第一 设备中确定出转移接收设备;
将所述媒体转移设备的媒体描述信息及所述转移接收设备的媒 体描述信息发送至网关,以使得所述网关根据所述媒体转移设备的媒 体描述信息及所述转移接收设备的媒体描述信息更新用于与所述远 端设备通信的地址映射表,以便所述网关将所述远端设备发送的媒体 信息转发至所述转移接收设备。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 将所述远端设备的媒体描述信息发送至所述转移接收设备,以使 得所述转移接收设备根据所述远端设备的媒体描述信息确定所述远 端设备的接收端口的端口号,以便根据所述远端设备的接收端口的端 口号检测接收的媒体信息是否是所述远端设备发送的媒体信息。

接收远端设备发送的媒体信息;
根据更新的用于与远端设备通信的地址映射表,将接收的所述远 端设备发送的媒体信息发送至所述转移接收设备。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述媒 体转移设备的媒体描述信息及所述转移接收设备的媒体描述信息更 新用于与所述远端设备通信的地址映射表包括:
根据所述媒体转移设备的媒体描述信息,将所述地址映射表中存 储的所述媒体转移设备的 IP地址及接收端口的端口号与公网的 IP地 址及端口号间的映射关系的表项删除;
根据所述转移接收设备的媒体描述信息,建立所述转移接收设备 的 IP 地址及接收端口的端口号与公网 IP 地址及端口号间的映射关 系, 并存储至所述地址映射表中。

若检测出所述数据报文头中的源端口号与所述远端设备的接收 端口的端口号不相同, 则丟弃所述媒体信息;
若检测出所述数据报文头中的源端口号与所述远端设备的接收 端口的端口号相同, 则处理所述媒体信息。

向控制点发送媒体描述信息,以使得在所述控制点在确定出转移 接收设备的情况下,将所述媒体描述信息及所述转移接收设备的媒体 描述信息发送至网关,以便所述网关根据所述媒体描述信息及所述转 移接收设备的媒体描述信息更新用于与远端设备通信的地址映射表, 以便所述网关将所述远端设备发送的媒体信息转发至所述转移接收 设备; 所述媒体描述信息用于指示设备的通信相关的信息, 包括: 设 备的互联网协议 IP地址、 端口号及编解码能力信息。

31、 一种转移接收设备, 其特征在于, 包括: 收发单元, 用于向控制点发送媒体描述信息, 以使得所述控制点 在接收到所述媒体描述信息后,将所述媒体描述信息与已获取的远端 设备的媒体描述信息进行匹配,在所述媒体描述信息与已获取的远端 设备的媒体描述信息相匹配的情况下,则将所述媒体描述信息发送至 网关,以便所述网关根据所述媒体描述信息及所述控制点发送的媒体 转移设备的媒体描述信息更新用于与所述远端设备通信的地址映射 表,以便所述网关将所述远端设备发送的媒体信息转发至所述转移接 收设备; 所述媒体描述信息用于指示设备的通信相关的信息, 包括: 设备的互联网协议 IP地址、 端口号及编解码能力信息; 所述收发单元,还用于接收网关转发的来自所述远端设备的媒体 信息。
32、 根据权利要求 31所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述收发单元,还用于接收所述控制点发送的远端设备的媒体描 述信息;
所述转移接收设备还包括:
处理单元,用于根据所述收发单元接收的所述远端设备的媒体描 述信息确定所述远端设备的接收端口的端口号,以便根据所述远端设 备的接收端口的端口号检测接收的媒体信息是否是所述远端设备发 送的媒体信息。
33、 根据权利要求 32所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述收发单元具体通过会话建立消息接收所述控制点发送的远 端设备的媒体描述信息。
34、 根据权利要求 32或 33所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述媒体信息包括: 数据报文头及数据报文体; 所述数据报文头 包括: 源 IP地址、 源端口号、 目的 IP地址及目的端口号; 所述源 IP 地址为所述远端设备的 IP地址; 源端口号为所述远端设备的接收端 口的端口号; 所述目的 IP地址为转移接收设备的 IP地址; 所述目的 端口号为所述转移接收设备的接收端口的端口号;
所述处理单元,还用于检测所述收发单元接收的所述媒体信息的 所述数据报文头中的源端口号与根据所述远端设备的媒体描述信息 所确定的所述远端设备的接收端口的端口号是否相同;在检测出所述 数据报文头中的源端口号与所述远端设备的接收端口的端口号不相 同的情况下, 丟弃所述媒体信息; 在检测出所述数据报文头中的源端 口号与所述远端设备的接收端口的端口号相同的情况下,处理所述媒 体信息。
35、 根据权利要求 31 -34任一项所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述收发单元具体通过向控制点发送获取媒体能力响应消息来 向所述控制点发送媒体描述信息,所述获取媒体能力响应消息中携带 有所述媒体描述信息。
36、 一种媒体转移设备, 其特征在于, 包括: 收发单元, 用于接收控制点发送的获取媒体能力消息;
所述收发单元,还用于向控制点发送媒体描述信息, 以使得在所 述控制点在确定出转移接收设备的情况下,将所述媒体描述信息及所 述转移接收设备的媒体描述信息发送至网关,以便所述网关根据所述 媒体描述信息及所述转移接收设备的媒体描述信息更新用于与远端 设备通信的地址映射表,以便所述网关将所述远端设备发送的媒体信 息转发至所述转移接收设备;所述媒体描述信息用于指示设备的通信 相关的信息, 包括: 设备的互联网协议 IP地址、 端口号及编解码能 力信息。
37、 根据权利要求 36所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述收发单元,还用于在向控制点发送媒体描述信息之前, 向所 述控制点发送业务转移请求消息,所述业务转移请求; i肖息携带所述媒 体转移设备请求进行转移的业务的信息。
38、 一种媒体转移的系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 媒体转移设备, 转移接收设备, 控制点, 网关;
所述控制点为权利要求 20-25任一项所述的控制点;
所述网关为权利要求 26 - 30任一项所述的网关;
所述转移接收设备为权利要求 31 -35 任一项所述的转移接收设 备;
所述媒体转移设备为权利要求 36或 37所述的媒体转移设备。
39、 根据权利要求 38所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述控制点集 成在所述媒体转移设备中。
40、 根据权利要求 38所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述控制点集 成在所述转移接收设备中。
41、 根据权利要求 38-40任一项所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 网关集成在所述转移接收设备中。
