现有技术的另一种方法是:在室外机高、低压截止阀的接头上分别连接单体快速接头,连接管两端分别焊接配套的单体快速接头,室内机的铜接头上分别连接单体快速接头。空调器安装时,室内机和室外机快速接头分别与连接管的快速接头用螺纹连接,再打开截止阀阀芯即可使室内机和室外机连通。由于室内机及连接管均已充制冷液(冷媒),因此连机后即可开机运行,不需要抽真空或排空。这种安装方式,操作较为简便,对照说明书非专业人员可安装,但制造成本相对要高不少,且快速接头通体用黄铜制作,拧在截止阀接头上,使接头的承重增加。

本发明涉及一种分体式空调器用带法兰的快速接头,如图1—图8所示,包括连接室外机的高压侧快速接头、连接室外机的低压侧快速接头、连接室内机的室内快速接头和安装在连接管两头上的连接管快速接头,其特征在于:所述的高压侧快速接头包括阀体6、密封盖1、O形圈2、弹簧3、堵塞4、挡圈5和连接管7,所述的阀体中制有阀腔11,阀体的一头连接密封盖1,并在两者之间设置O形圈2,阀腔中设置弹簧3和堵塞4,堵塞由挡圈5固定在阀体中,弹簧3的两头分别与密封盖1和堵塞4相接触,在阀体的一侧制有法兰10,法兰孔12与阀腔11相通,法兰孔12中安装连接管7,法兰制有安装孔13,法兰10与室外机的截止阀面板相连接。
所述的低压侧快速接头包括阀体6、密封盖1、O形圈2、弹簧3、堵塞4、挡圈5、连接管7、气门芯14和气门芯封盖15,所述的阀体中制有阀腔11,阀体的一头连接密封盖1,并在两者之间设置O形圈2,阀腔中设置弹簧3和堵塞4,堵塞由挡圈5固定在阀体中,弹簧3的两头分别与密封盖1和堵塞4相接触,在阀体的一侧制有法兰10,法兰孔12与阀腔相通,法兰孔12中安装连接管7,法兰制有安装孔13,法兰10与室外机的截止阀面板相连接,在阀体的另一侧制有气门芯安装管16,气门芯安装管16中设置气门芯14,气门芯安装管头上有气门芯封盖15。
所述的室内快速接头包括接头主体21、密封圈22、堵头23、第一弹簧24、挡板25、后接头26、接头管27和垫圈28,所述的接头主体21与后接头26相连,两者之间有垫圈28,后接头26中安装接头管27,在接头主体21中设置堵头23、第一弹簧24和挡板25,堵头23与接头主体21之间有密封圈22,第一弹簧24的两头分别与堵头23和挡板25相接触。
所述的连接管快速接头包括接头螺母31、活动套32、管接头33、密封环34、第二弹簧35、中心轴36、垫圈37、接头体38和制冷液连接管39,接头体38的一头与制冷液连接管39相连接,接头体的另一头连接管接头33,管接头33连接接头螺母31,接头体内设置垫圈37,管接头33内设置第二弹簧35,第二弹簧35的两头分别与垫圈37和活动套32相接触,活动套32设置在接头螺母31内,活动套32与管接头33相连。
连接管快速接头与室内机的室内快速接头的连接是:将接头主体21的外螺纹211与接头螺母31的内螺纹311相接触后,转动接头螺母31,中心轴36顶开堵头23,达到连接管快速接头与室内机的室内快速接头互相连接的目的。
连接管快速接头与室外机的高压侧快速接头的连接是:将阀体6的外螺纹61与接头螺母31的内螺纹311相接触后,转动接头螺母31,使中心轴36顶开堵塞4,达到连接管快速接头与室外机的高压侧快速接头互相连接的目的。
连接管快速接头与室外机的低压侧快速接头的连接,是与连接管快速接头与室外机的高压侧快速接头的连接相同。
其结构的改进是:
1、室外机部分:
将截止阀与单体快速接头整合在一起,用来取代截止阀+快速接头的组合。快速接头的阀体自带法兰,便于快速接头安装在室外机的壳体固定座上(截止阀面板)。法兰处内部中空,便于制冷液(冷媒)流通,阀体内部装有阀芯等快速接头所需的零件。空调器未安装时,带法兰的快速接头自密封,室外机内的冷媒不会泄漏;空调器空装时,带法兰的快速接头与配套的连接管快速接头(与连接管焊接)通过螺纹连接,即可同时打开两个快速接头,实现快速连通。
2、室内机部分:
直接取消铜接头,室内快速接头尾部自带一段供焊接用的焊口,相当于铜接头+快速接头的组合。室内快速接头内部装有快速接头所需的零件。空调器未安装时,室内机的室内快速接头自密封,室内机内的冷媒不会泄漏;空调器空装时,室内机的室内快速接头与配套的连接管快速接头(与连接管焊接)通过螺纹连接,即可同时打开两个快速接头,实现快速连通。
3、连接管部分:
连接管有两根,每根连接管两端各焊有一个连接管快速接头,空调器未安装时,连接管快速接头自密封,连接管内的冷媒不会泄漏;空调器空装时,连接管的连接管快速接头与配套的另一部分快速接头(分别是室内机和室外机的快速接头)通过螺纹连接,即可同时打开两个快速接头,实现快速连通。
室外机带法兰的快速接头分为两种,一种是带有气门芯接头的适用于低压侧,另一种不带气门芯接头的适用于高压侧。
快速接头阀体部分自带法兰,并有两安装孔,预留与空调器室外机的截止阀面板安装。
阀体法兰处有法兰孔12,底部焊接铜连接管,冷媒从铜连接管内经法兰孔进入,至阀腔11内,未使用时堵塞4与阀体密封口关闭密封,冷媒不会泄漏;与连接管快速接头对接后,堵塞4离开阀体密封口,形成通道,冷媒从此通道流通。

Claims (2)

  1. 分体式空调器用带法兰的快速接头,包括连接室外机的高压侧快速接头、连接室外机的低压侧快速接头、连接室内机的室内快速接头和安装在连接管两头上的连接管快速接头,其特征在于:所述的高压侧快速接头包括阀体(6)、弹簧(3)、堵塞(4)和连接管(7),所述的阀体中制有阀腔(11),阀腔中设置弹簧(3)和堵塞(4),在阀体的一侧制有法兰(10),法兰孔(12)与阀腔(11)相通,法兰孔(12)中安装连接管(7),法兰制有安装孔(13),法兰(10)与室外机的截止阀面板相连接;所述的低压侧快速接头包括阀体(6)、弹簧(3)、堵塞(4)、连接管(7)、气门芯(14)和气门芯封盖(15),所述的阀体中制有阀腔(11),阀腔中设置弹簧(3)和堵塞(4),在阀体的一侧制有法兰(10),法兰孔(12)与阀腔相通,法兰孔(12)中安装连接管(7),法兰制有安装孔(13),法兰(10)与室外机的截止阀面板相连接,在阀体的另一侧制有气门芯安装管(16),气门芯安装管(16)中设置气门芯(14),气门芯安装管头上有气门芯封盖(15);所述的连接管快速接头包括接头螺母(31)、活动套(32)、管接头(33)、密封环(34)、第二弹簧(35)、中心轴(36)、垫圈(37)、接头体(38)和制冷液连接管(39),接头体(38)的一头与制冷液连接管(39)相连接,接头体的另一头连接管接头(33),管接头(33)连接接头螺母(31),接头体内设置垫圈(37),管接头(33)内设置第二弹簧(35),第二弹簧(35)的两头分别与垫圈(37)和活动套(32)相接触,活动套(32)设置在接头螺母(31)内,活动套(32)与管接头(33)相连;连接管快速接头与室外机的高压侧快速接头的连接是:将阀体(6)的外螺纹(61)与接头螺母(31)的内螺纹(311)相接触后,转动接头螺母(31),使中心轴(36)顶开堵塞(4),达到连接管快速接头与室外机的高压侧快速接头互相连接的目的;连接管快速接头与室外机的低压侧快速接头的连接,是与连接管快速接头与室外机的高压侧快速接头的连接相同。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的分体式空调器用带法兰的快速接头,其特征在于:所述的室内快速接头包括接头主体(21)、堵头(23)、第一弹簧(24)、挡板(25)、后接头(26)、接头管(27)和垫圈(28),所述的接头主体(21)与后接头(26)相连,两者之间有垫圈(28),后接头(26)中安装接头管(27),在接头主体(21)中设置堵头(23)、第一弹簧(24)和挡板(25),堵头(23)与接头主体(21)之间有密封圈(22),第一弹簧(24)的两头分别与堵头(23)和挡板(25)相接触;连接管快速接头与室内机的室内快速接头的连接是:将接头主体(21)的外螺纹(211)与接头螺母(31)的内螺纹(311)相接触后,转动接头螺母(31),中心轴(36)顶开堵头(23),达到连接管快速接头与室内机的室内快速接头互相连接的目的。
