步骤 2002, 短消息中心根据目的号码, 到 HLR查询被叫路由信息, 如 果被叫是码分多址 ( CDMA, Code Division Multiple Access ) 网用户, 则 发送 CDMA路由查询请求( SMSREQ , Short Message Service Request )信 令, 如果被叫是全球移动通信系统 (GSM, Global System for Mobile communications ) 网络用 户 则发送 GSM 路由查询 ( SRIREQ, MAP-SEND-ROUTING-INFO-FOR-SM service )信令;
步骤 2003,短消息中心收到 HLR返回的被叫路由信息, 解码后得到被 叫当前的 MSC地址;
步骤 2004, 短消息中心根据配置, 发送被叫预付费扣费请求到在线计 费系统( OCS, Online Charging System )携带被叫当前的 MSC地址、 主被 叫号码等信息;
步骤 2005, 短消息中心收到 OCS返回的被叫预付费扣费响应, 其中携 带有预付费鉴权结果;
步骤 2006,根据预付费鉴权结果,短消息中心给起呼用户回起呼响应; 其中, 如果预付费鉴权结果指示扣费失败(用户欠费等), 则回复失败 起呼响应, 消息流程结束; 如果预付费鉴权结果中指示扣费成功, 则回复 成功的起呼响应。
步骤 2007, 短消息中心发起消息终呼请求;
步骤 2008, 短消息中心收到终呼响应, 并对响应进行解码;
步骤 2009, 短消息中心根据收到的终呼响应, 判断消息发送成功还是 失败, 如果发送成功, 结束消息流程;
步骤 2010, 如果消息发送失败, 根据具体错误码值判断是否配置了重 试策略, 如果配置了重试策略, 消息进入重试流程;
其中, 消息重试后重复步骤 2007-步骤 2010, 直到消息达到最终状态。 如果没有配置重试策略, 消息^:失败处理。
步骤 2011, 如果消息最终发送失败, 需要对起呼流程发起的扣费进行 补款, 短消息中心构造被叫补款请求发送到 OCS;
步骤 2012, 短消息中心收到 OCS的被叫补款响应, 如果补款失败, 需 要出补款话单, 通过文件接口补款。
其次, 结合图 3 将本较佳实施方式所对应的传统的被叫漫游扣费流程 描述如下:
步骤 3001, 短消息中心收到了一条起呼请求消息, 对消息进行解码等 一系列起呼流程处理;
步骤 3002, 短消息中心根据起呼处理结果, 回起呼响应;
步骤 3003,短消息中心向 HLR发送包括目的号码的路由查询请求, 以 此来到 HLR查询被叫路由信息, 如果被叫是 C网, 发送 SMSREQ信令, 如果被叫是 G网发送 SRIREQ信令;
步骤 3004,短消息中心收到 HLR返回的被叫路由信息, 解码后得到被 叫当前的 MSC地址;
步骤 3005, 短消息中心根据配置, 发送被叫预付费扣费请求到 OCS, 携带被叫当前的 MSC地址、 主被叫号码等信息; 步骤 3006, 短消息中心收到 OCS发送的被叫预付费扣费响应, 其中携 带有预付费鉴权结果;
其中, 如果预付费鉴权结果指示扣费失败(用户欠费等), 则不会再发 起终呼请求, 结束消息流程; 如果预付费鉴权结果指示扣费成功, 则执行 步骤 3007。
步骤 3007, 短消息中心发起消息终呼请求;
步骤 3008, 短消息中心收到终呼响应, 并对响应进行解码;
步骤 3009, 短消息中心根据收到的终呼响应, 判断消息发送成功还是 失败, 如果发送成功, 则结束消息流程; 如果失败, 立即执行步骤 3010。
步骤 3010, 短消息中心对上次的扣费发起补款请求, 在补款请求中携 带步骤 3005的被叫预付费扣费请求中携带的被叫当前的 MSC地址;
步骤 3011, 可选地, 短消息中心收到 OCS的补款响应;
步骤 3012,短消息中心根据步骤 3009中收到的终呼响应中的具体错误 码值判断是否配置了重试策略, 如果没有配置重试策略消息做失败处理; 否则消息进入重试流程, 短消息中心返回执行步骤 3003。
其中, 步骤 3012可以替换为: 短消息中心判断消息重试次数是否达到 预设值, 如果是, 则做失败处理; 否则消息进入重试流程, 短消息中心返 回执行步骤 3003。
可见, 本较佳实施方式将被叫扣费点由起呼流程移到终呼流程, 也就 是在本条消息将要终呼到 MSC前发起预付费扣费请求,在发起预付费扣费 前, 业务都先发起一次被叫路由请求, 如果被叫是 CDMA网络用户则采用 SMSREQ信令, 如果被叫是 GSM网络用户则采用 SRIREQ信令, 从 HLR 获取到被叫用户当前的 MSC地址, 在预付费鉴权时, 携带目的用户当前的 MSC地址到计费中心。
如果预付费鉴权失败, 则终止消息, 否则终呼消息。 如果消息终呼失 败, 立即对被叫发起补款。
后续消息发起重试流程, 在每次终呼前, 重复前面的流程, 在每次终 呼前, 先获取到目的用户的当前 MSC地址, 然后发起被叫预付费鉴权, 然 后再终呼消息。 这样就保证了消息每次终呼前都是按照准确的费率扣费, 消息下发失败立即补款, 等消息重试时重新发起扣费。
本较佳实施方式通过消息每次终呼前 (包括重试)都发起预付费鉴权、 终呼失败则补款的方式, 在消息终呼之前, 发起被叫路由查询, 得到目的 用户的 MSC地址,在预付费鉴权时携带目的用户当前的 MSC到计费中心, 如果消息终呼失败, 立即对终呼前所扣费用进行补款。 等消息重试时, 重 复上述流程, 再次发起路由查询, 再次根据目的用户当前的 MSC地址进行 扣费, 从而保证了消息扣费的准确性。
本发明实施例还提供一种预付费扣费装置, 包括:
第一请求模块, 配置为在针对第一类型业务的面向被叫的终呼过程失 败时, 请求计费中心根据所述被叫的当前费率对所述被叫进行扣费;
发起模块, 配置为在所述扣费成功时, 发起针对所述第一类型业务的 面向所述被叫的终呼过程; 以及
第二请求模块, 配置为请求所述计费中心对终呼过程失败之前对所述 被叫的扣费进行补款。
可见, 通过在终呼过程失败时请求计费中心对被叫扣费, 在扣费成功 时发起面向被叫的终呼过程, 以及请求计费中心对终呼过程失败之前对被 叫的扣费进行补款, 从而在终呼过程失败时被叫的当前费率与之前扣费时 被叫的当前费率相比发生变化的情况下, 能够根据变化后的当前费率对被 叫进行扣费, 从而保证了扣费的正确性。
其中, 所述第一类型业务可以为短消息业务。
此外, 所述装置还可以包括: 返回模块, 配置为在所述第一请求模块请求计费中心根据所述被叫的 当前费率对所述被叫进行扣费之前, 返回成功的起呼响应给主叫。
此外, 所述被叫的当前费率可以与所述被叫的当前位置信息对应。 本发明实施例还提供了一种短消息中心, 所述短消息中心包括以上所 述的预付费扣费装置。
实际应用中, 所述第一请求模块、 所述发起模块、 所述第二请求模块 和所述返回模块, 均可由所述短消息中心中的中央处理器 (CPU, Central Processing Unit ), 数字信号处理器(DSP, Digital Signal Processor )或现场 可编程门阵列 (FPGA, Field Programmable Gate Array ) 实现。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的 普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以作出若干改进 和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种预付费扣费方法, 包括:
在针对第一类型业务的面向被叫的终呼过程失败时, 请求计费中心根 据所述被叫的当前费率对所述被叫进行扣费;
在所述扣费成功时, 发起针对所述第一类型业务的面向所述被叫的终 呼过程; 以及
请求所述计费中心对终呼过程失败之前对所述被叫的扣费进行补款。
2、如权利要求 1所述的方法,其中, 所述第一类型业务为短消息业务。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述请求所述计费中心对终呼过 程失败之前对所述被叫的扣费进行补款, 发生在所述请求计费中心根据所 述被叫的当前费率对所述被叫进行扣费之前。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述请求计费中心根据所述被叫 的当前费率对所述被叫进行扣费之前, 所述方法还包括:
返回成功的起呼响应给主叫。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述被叫的当前费率与所述被叫 的当前位置信息对应。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其中, 所述请求计费中心根据所述被叫 的当前费率对所述被叫进行扣费, 包括:
从位置寄存器获取所述被叫的当前位置信息;
将包括所述被叫的当前位置信息的请求消息发送给所述计费中心, 使 得所述计费中心根据所述被叫的当前位置信息确定所述当前费率, 并根据 所述当前费率对所述被叫进行扣费。
7、 一种预付费扣费装置, 包括:
第一请求模块, 配置为在针对第一类型业务的面向被叫的终呼过程失 败时, 请求计费中心根据所述被叫的当前费率对所述被叫进行扣费; 发起模块, 配置为在所述扣费成功时, 发起针对所述第一类型业务的 面向所述被叫的终呼过程; 以及
第二请求模块, 配置为请求所述计费中心对终呼过程失败之前对所述 被叫的扣费进行补款。
8、如权利要求 7所述的装置,其中, 所述第一类型业务为短消息业务。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括:
返回模块, 配置为在所述第一请求模块请求计费中心根据所述被叫的 当前费率对所述被叫进行扣费之前, 返回成功的起呼响应给主叫。
10、 如权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述被叫的当前费率与所述被 叫的当前位置信息对应。
11、 一种短消息中心, 包括如权利要求 7至 10中任一项所述的预付费 扣费装置。
