上述缓冲热能衡温件 8材料为人造的陶瓷、玉石、宝石、碳化物、 金属一种或多种混合制成, 其厚度为 lmm-20mm。 缓冲热能衡温件为 可更换地硬质衡温件, 乃为一高热容比材料, 它接触皮肤后除把热能 平均渗透皮肤下, 也能缓衡皮肤表层温度约在 45 °C下以避免表皮过 热。与此同时, 用者可用手施加过当按压以配合个别人士的体质工穴 位深度, 得出更佳保健效果。
此保健仪内的电动风扇 4所造出之气流会经过发热丝并快速加热, 然后保健器内的聚能件 6把热能则经由侧边的特设排气口 9排出。
缓冲热能衡温件 8 为全密闭或含最少一个中空小孔以配合不同 厚度、 粗糙度和热力敏感度的使用者的皮肤特质。
缓冲热能衡温件 8根据不同人体皮肤特质更换,所述皮肤体质包 括皮肤神经反应、 肌肉过劳程度、 皮肤敏感度、 皮肤粗糙度、 皮肤厚 度、 皮肤热感应度, 如对于神经反应比较迟钝、 肌肉过劳、 皮肤厚度 较大较粗糙的选择温度比较高的缓冲热能衡温件 8。
上述保健仪送出的热风温度由所述电子线路板 2监控和调节,其 温度不会超过设定范围。 所述热风衡定值在 30-60 °C, 再配合上述因 应不同人体皮肤特质而自由更换不同设计的缓冲热能衡温件 8, 便可 达致不同程度的改善用途和功效,更换缓冲热能衡温件 8为手动模式, 毋需任何辅助工具, 总括以上各项设计特点, 热能传导将有效地渗透 到人体皮肤下, 且确保用者皮肤在使用中不被烫伤。 因此这产品适合 大众在家中或专业保健师职业场所使用,上述安全措施能保障使用者 的安全,再者本发明所需要能量可以从一般家庭交流电压或内置充电 池取得, 本发明保健仪内设置有电池组 3为本发明提供需要的能量, 因此大大提高了使用方便程度。
本发明更可在聚能件 6与缓冲热能衡温件 8中间,又或缓冲热能 衡温件 8与人体皮肤中间两处位置, 放置含量化学成份(如精油、 微 量元素等)的填充薄块以加强舒缓疼痛功效, 所以它能演变为一理疗 及份子导入的混合聚能保健仪器。
应当理解的是, 对本领域普通技术人员来说, 可以根据上述说明 加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要 求的保护范围。

权利要求书
1、 一种多用途聚能理疗保健仪, 包括壳体 (10)、 发热件 (5)、 开关(1)、聚能件(6)、 电子线路板(2)、风扇(4), 所述壳体(10) 包括连接于一起的手柄部分和主体部分, 其特征在于, 其还包括缓冲 热能衡温件(8), 所述壳体(10)主体部分由出口端向内依次设有缓 冲热能衡温件(8)、探测感应风的温度的温度探头(7)、发热件(5)、 聚能件 (6)、 风扇 (4), 所述缓冲热能衡温件 (8) 设于壳体 (10) 主体部分端口处, 所述风扇 (4) 另一侧设有电池组 (3), 所述壳体
(10)手柄部分内侧设有控制启动关闭的开关(1), 内部设有监控和 调节的电子线路板 (2), 所述风扇 (4) 转动形成的风经过所述发热 件加热到 60-9CTC后, 经所述聚能件 (6) 聚集, 所述缓冲热能衡温 件(8)调整缓冲所述聚能件(6)聚集的热风温度, 并传导到人体皮 肤上, 所述风扇 (4)和所述发热件(5)之间对应的壳体上设有排气 口 (9), 剩余的热风和热能经由所述排气口 (9) 排出。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种多用途聚能理疗保健仪, 其特征 在于, 在所述聚能件(6)与缓冲热能衡温件(8) 中间或缓冲热能衡 温件 (8) 与皮肤中间放置有含为精油或微量元素的填充簿块, 以加 强舒缓疼痛功效。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种多用途聚能理疗保健仪, 其特征 在于, 所述聚能件 (6) 材料为人造的陶瓷、 玉石、 宝石、 碳化物、 金属一种或多种混合制成, 其厚度为 0.5mm_10mm。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种多用途聚能理疗保健仪, 其特征 在于, 所述缓冲热能衡温件 (8 ) 材料为高比热容材料, 为人造的陶 瓷、玉石、宝石、碳化物、金属一种或多种混合制成,其厚度为 lmm-20mm。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种多用途聚能理疗保健仪, 其特征 在于, 所述缓冲热能衡温件 (8 ) 为全密闭或含最少一个中空小孔以 配合不同厚度、 粗糙度和热力敏感度的使用者的皮肤特质。
