技术领域
本发明涉及电子与机械技术领域,特别涉及一种个性化签名装置以及具有个性化签名装置的手机。
背景技术
在电子技术迅速发展的今天,消费者越来越多地使用电子产品,以满足不同的需要,例如消费者越来越多地使用手机进行通讯。
消费者出于安全、个性化或其它目的,经常需要对电子产品进行个性化签名。然而随着电子产品尤其是手机的同质化越来越严重,消费者的个性化需求越来越得不到满足。因此,需要一种具有个性化签名装置以及具有个性化签名装置的手机,能够方便满足消费者的个性化签名需求,提高消费者使用体验。
发明内容
本发明实施例第一目的在于提供一种个性化签名装置,应用该技术方案能够方便满足消费者的个性化签名需求,提高消费者使用体验。
本发明实施例第二目的在于提供一种具有个性化签名装置的手机,应用该技术方案能够方便满足消费者的个性化签名需求,提高消费者使用体验。
第一方面,本发明提供了一种个性化签名装置,包括:面板层、签名片以及背光元件层;
所述面板层包括透明层和油墨层,所述油墨层附在所述透明层下表面,用于减少所述面板层下方的透光率;
所述签名片活动嵌入于所述油墨层和所述背光元件层之间,所述签名片包括透明薄片和透明薄片上表面的光阻油墨层;
所述背光元件层固定置于所述面板层的下方,用于点亮时作为面光源发光照向所述签名片。
结合第一方面,在第一种实现方式下,所述背光元件层包括发光电路以及导光片;
所述发光电路置于所述导光片的一侧。
结合第一方面的第一种实现方式,在第二种实现方式下,所述导光片为透明太空镜片。
结合第一方面的第二种实现方式,在第三种实现方式下,所述透明太空镜片的表面设有导光点。

第二方面,本发明提供了一种具有个性化签名装置的手机,所述个性化签名装置为第一方面提供的个性化签名装置。
结合第二方面,在第一种实现方式下,所述面板层与所述手机壳体形成一卡槽,所述背光元件层紧固安装于所述卡槽中。
结合第二方面的第一种实现方式,在第二种实现方式下,所述面板层为所述手机的触摸屏玻璃盖板或电池盖板或手机侧面盖板。
由上可见,应用本实施例技术方案,面板层包括透明层和油墨层,油墨层附在透明层下表面,用于减少所述面板层下方的透光率,在背光元件层不发光的情况下,从面板层上方看不见签名图案;签名片包括透明薄片和透明薄片上表面的光阻油墨层,可以用笔在光阻油墨层上签名,以去除部分光阻油墨形成可透光的签名图案,签名片活动嵌入在油墨层和背光元件层之间,方便更换;当背光元件层发光时,就能从面板层上方看见签名图案。
相比于现有技术,采用本发明实施例技术手段,能能够方便满足消费者的个性化签名需求,提高消费者使用体验。

实施例 1
参见图 1 ,实施例 1 提供了一种个性化签名装置,包括:面板层 11 、签名片 12 以及背光元件层 13 ;
面板层 11 包括透明层 111 和油墨层 112 ,油墨层 112 附在透明层 111 下表面,用于减少所述面板层下方的透光率;
签名片 12 活动嵌入于油墨层 112 和背光元件层 13 之间,签名片 12 包括透明薄片 122 和透明薄片 122 上表面的光阻油墨层 121 ;
背光元件层 13 固定置于面板层 11 的下方,用于点亮时作为面光源发光照向所述签名片。
在本实施例中,签名片 12 为透明片状零件,上表面涂覆有光阻油墨层 121 ,用笔或其它坚硬的物体在光阻油墨层 121 上签名或画画后,可以去除笔尖或其它物体经过位置处的油墨,形成可以透光的签名图案,签名片 12 活动嵌入在油墨层 112 和背光元件层 13 之间,可以方便取出更换签名。
面板层 11 包括透明层 111 和油墨层 112 ,透明层 111 可以但不限于是透明玻璃,油墨层 112 中的油墨为低透光率油墨,可以预先设置好油墨层 112 的厚度或密度,在背光元件层 13 未点亮时,从面板层 11 的上面无法看清面板层 11 下方的签名图案,当背光元件层 13 点亮时,又能够清晰地看清面板层 11 下方的签名图案。
背光元件层 13 可以通过软件设置间断性点亮发光,作为面光源均匀发光透过签名图案,在面板层 11 的外部即可看见签名图案,在具体实施的时候,背光元件层 13 包括发光电路 131 以及导光片 132 ,发光电路 131 置于导光片 132 的一侧,导光片 132 可以使发光电路 131 水平发出的光散射为垂直方向的光线。导光片可以选用任意透明材料,为了发光均匀,使导光片形成较好的面光源,导光片 132 为透明太空镜片,进一步的,透明太空镜片的表面设有导光点,设置导光点的方式包括印刷或模压。光电路 131 可以内置控制芯片或外接其它形式的控制电路,发光电路 131 包括 1~2 只发光二极管,节省了设计花费。
由上可见,应用本实施例技术方案,面板层 11 包括透明层 111 和油墨层 112 ,油墨层 112 附在透明层 111 下表面,用于减少所述面板层下方的透光率,在背光元件层 13 不发光的情况下,从面板层 11 上方看不见签名图案;签名片 12 包括透明薄片 122 和透明薄片 122 上表面的光阻油墨层 121 ,可以用笔在光阻油墨层上签名,以去除部分光阻油墨形成可透光的签名图案,签名片 12 活动嵌入在油墨层 112 和背光元件层 13 之间,方便更换;当背光元件层 13 发光时,就能从面板层 11 上方看见签名图案。
相比于现有技术,采用本实用新型实施例技术手段,能能够方便满足消费者在电子产品上的个性化签名需求,提高消费者使用体验。
实施例 2
参见图 2~ 图 5 ,本实施例提供了 一种具有个性化签名装置的手机,个性化签名装置包括:面板层 11 、签名片 12 以及背光元件层 13 ;
面板层 11 包括透明层和油墨层(图中未示出),油墨层附在透明层下表面,用于减少所述面板层下方的透光率;
签名片 12 活动嵌入在油墨层和背光元件层 13 之间,签名片 12 包括透明薄片和透明薄片上表面的光阻油墨层(图中未示出);
背光元件层 13 固定置于面板层 11 的下方,用于点亮时作为面光源发光照向所述签名片。
在本实施例中,参见图 3 和图 4 ,面板层 11 与手机壳体 31 形成一卡槽,背光元件层 13 紧固安装于卡槽中
在本实施例中,签名片 12 为透明片状零件,上表面涂覆有光阻油墨层 121 ,用笔或其它坚硬的物体在光阻油墨层 121 上签名或画画后,可以去除笔尖或其它物体经过位置处的油墨,形成可以透光的签名图案,签名片 12 活动嵌入在油墨层 112 和背光元件层 13 之间,可以方便取出更换签名。
面板层 11 包括透明层 111 和油墨层 112 ,透明层 111 可以但不限于是透明玻璃,油墨层 112 中的油墨为低透光率油墨,可以预先设置好油墨层 112 的厚度或密度,在背光元件层 13 未点亮时,从面板层 11 的上面无法看清面板层 11 下方的签名图案,当背光元件层 13 点亮时,又能够清晰地看清面板层 11 下方的签名图案。
背光元件层 13 可以通过软件设置间断性点亮发光,作为面光源均匀发光透过签名图案,在面板层 11 的外部即可看见签名图案,在具体实施的时候,背光元件层 13 包括发光电路 131 以及导光片 132 ,发光电路 131 置于导光片 132 的一侧,导光片 132 可以使发光电路 131 水平发出的光散射为垂直方向的光线。导光片可以选用任意透明材料,为了发光均匀,使导光片形成较好的面光源,导光片 132 为透明太空镜片,进一步的,透明太空镜片的表面设有导光点,设置导光点的方式包括印刷或模压。光电路 131 可以内置控制芯片或外接其它形式的控制电路,发光电路 131 包括 1~2 只发光二极管,节省了设计花费。
面板层 11 为手机的触摸屏玻璃盖板或电池盖板或手机侧面盖板,也可以是其它形式的装饰件。参见图 2 ,在背光元件层未点亮时,从面板层外部看不见签名图案,对比参见图 5 ,在背光元件层点亮时,从面板层外部可以看见签名图案。
由上可见,应用本实施例技术方案,面板层包括透明层和油墨层,油墨层附在透明层下表面,用于减少所述面板层下方的透光率,在背光元件层不发光的情况下,从面板层上方看不见签名图案;签名片包括透明薄片和透明薄片上表面的光阻油墨层,可以用笔在光阻油墨层上签名,以去除部分光阻油墨形成可透光的签名图案,签名片活动嵌入在油墨层和背光元件层之间,方便更换;当背光元件层发光时,就能从面板层上方看见签名图案。
相比于现有技术,采用本实用新型实施例技术手段,能能够方便满足消费者在手机产品上的个性化签名需求,提高消费者使用体验。

  1. 一种个性化签名装置,其特征在于,包括:面板层、签名片以及背光元件层;
    所述面板层包括透明层和油墨层,所述油墨层附在所述透明层下表面,用于减少所述面板层下方的透光率;
    所述签名片活动嵌入于所述油墨层和所述背光元件层之间,所述签名片包括透明薄片和透明薄片上表面的光阻油墨层;
    所述背光元件层固定置于所述面板层的下方,用于点亮时作为面光源发光照向所述签名片。
  2. 如权利要求 1 所述的个性化签名装置,其特征在于,所述背光元件层包括发光电路以及导光片;
    所述发光电路置于所述导光片的一侧。
  3. 如权利要求 2 所述的个性化签名装置,其特征在于,所述导光片为透明太空镜片。
  4. 如权利要求 3 所述的个性化签名装置,其特征在于,所述透明太空镜片的表面设有导光点。

  6. 一种具有个性化签名装置的手机,其特征在于,包括权利要求 1-5 之任一所述个性化签名装置。
  7. 如权利要求 6 所述的手机,其特征在于,所述面板层与所述手机壳体形成一卡槽,所述背光元件层紧固安装于所述卡槽中。
  8. 如权利要求 7 所述的手机,其特征在于,所述面板层为所述手机的触摸屏玻璃盖板或电池盖板或手机侧面盖板。
