- the evaluation contents corresponding to the emotion index are shown, so that the designer can know what problems are present in the area where the negative index is high. This makes it easy for the designer to consider how to improve the operation screen. Further, by displaying the display unit 25 asking whether the screen needs to be changed together with the above display, the designer can smoothly shift to the process for changing the screen when the screen needs to be improved.
- FIG. 6 is an explanatory diagram showing a screen display in which a process map is displayed together with an emotion index.
- the operation log includes information on screen transition, that is, information indicating how the screen transition has been performed. For example, when a series of processing is completed on the three screens of screen S1, screen S2, and screen S3, if the screen transitions to another screen without transitioning to screen S3, or the screen is closed, could not be achieved, and the negative emotion index increased.
- the emotion index at the transition of screen S1 ⁇ screen S2 ⁇ screen S3 is displayed in the upper part in red when positive and in blue when negative.
- blue indicating negative is displayed as the emotion index of screen S1 ⁇ screen S2 ⁇ screen S3.

Further, when the emotion index calculation unit 24 determines that the negative index is higher than 5.0, the display unit 25 needs to change the screen “Do you want to change the layout to reduce errors?” As shown in FIG. Display a message asking whether or not.
- the screen improvement unit 28 acquires the emotion index of the operation screen from the emotion index calculation unit 24.
- the screen improvement unit 28 uses the average value of the emotion index of each coordinate as the emotion index of the block.
- the improvement plan storage unit Using the improvement type table stored in 30, an improvement type corresponding to the emotion is acquired. Since the button B1 has the negative index 5.2 as described above, the screen improvement unit 28 acquires the improvement type corresponding to the emotion. In the present embodiment, it is assumed that the designer selects a layout as the improvement type among the improvement types shown in FIG.
- the screen improvement unit 28 acquires an improvement plan corresponding to the selected improvement type from the improvement plan table. - an emotion allocation unit 22 that assigns the user's emotions and emotion indexes stored in the emotion storage unit 26 to the organized operation log
- an operation Display unit 25 that displays information indicating the emotion and emotion index of the user assigned to the log
- an improvement plan storage unit 30 that stores an improvement plan of the operation screen corresponding to the user's emotion
- a screen improvement unit 28 that obtains and presents an improvement plan for the operation screen corresponding to the emotion of the user from the improvement plan storage unit 30, and an improvement selected by the designer among the presented improvement plans Based on, and a screen changing section 29 to change the operation screen.
- the improvement plan storage unit stores a plurality of improvement types corresponding to the user's emotion and a plurality of improvement plans corresponding to the improvement type
- the screen improvement unit stores the user's emotion assigned to the operation log.
- a screen change device that acquires a corresponding improvement type from the improvement plan storage unit and presents it on the display unit, and acquires an improvement plan corresponding to the improvement type selected by the designer from the improvement plan storage unit and presents it on the display unit .
- the improvement plan storage unit stores the reason why the improvement plan corresponding to the improvement plan of the operation screen is adopted, and the screen improvement unit presents the reason together with the improvement plan to the display unit. It may be configured as follows. According to such a screen change device, it is possible to improve the function and operability of the operation screen that the designer places importance on.
- the screen changing device includes an influence degree storage unit (for example, an influence degree storage unit 27) that stores the influence degree of the operation log on the emotion, and an influence degree assignment unit (for example, the influence degree) that assigns the influence degree to the operation log.
- the allocation unit 23) and an emotion index calculation unit (for example, the emotion index calculation unit 24) that calculates an emotion index in consideration of the influence degree based on the emotion index and the influence degree may be provided. According to such an emotion visualization device, the affect index can be calculated with higher accuracy in consideration of the degree of influence.
- the screen change device may be configured such that the emotion index calculation unit replaces an emotion index of a certain emotion with an emotion index of another emotion based on a numerical value indicating a predetermined emotion correlation.
- an emotion index desired by the designer can be displayed.
- the screen changing device may be configured such that the display unit (for example, the display unit 25) represents information indicating the user's emotion and emotion index by a color difference. According to such an emotion visualization device, the designer can easily know the user's comfort.
- the present invention can be applied to the design of system operation screens.
