Description

可拆卸的空气过滤网 技术领域
本实用新型涉及空气过滤网, 具体涉及一种可拆卸的空气过滤 网。
背景技术
空气过滤网用于将空气中的尘埃书粒子过滤掉,以提高室内空气的 质量。而现有的空气过滤网包括左支撑架、右支撑架、若干个后滤架、 若干个前滤架;所述后滤架的两端分别固定在左支撑架后侧和右支撑 架后侧上, 前滤架的两端分别固定在左支撑架前侧和右支撑架前侧 上; 所述后滤架和前滤架的开口相对, 且后滤架和前滤架交替排列, 任意一个后滤架罩设在与该后滤架相邻的两个前滤架的开口之上。而 在清洁后滤架和前滤架过程中, 由于该空气过滤网不便于拆卸, 增加 清洁难度, 影响其清洁效率。

针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的旨在于提供一种可拆卸 的空气过滤网, 其便于拆卸, 因此, 更便于清洁前滤架和后滤架。
为实现上述目的, 本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
可拆卸的空气过滤网, 包括在底面上开设有前窗口的前框架、 可 拆卸的套装在前框架内的后框架; 所述后框架的底面上开设有后窗 口,且后框架底面的内侧设置有若干个沿后窗口长度方向排列的后滤 架,所述前框架底面的内侧设置有若干个沿前窗口长度方向排列的前 滤架; 所述后滤架和前滤架的横截面均呈 "U" 形, 且后滤架与前滤 架的开口相对; 前滤架和后滤架交替排列, 任意一个后滤架上的两侧 壁分别插装在与该后滤架相邻的两个前滤架内。
所述后框架与前框架之间通过可拆连接机构连接。
所述可拆连接机构包括锁装在后框架的左侧壁和前框架的左侧 壁上的第一锁紧螺釘,以及锁装在后框架的右侧壁和前框架的右侧壁 上的第二锁紧螺钉。
所述前框架上设置有六个前滤架,所述后框架上设置有五个后滤 架。
所述前框架的上、 下两端均设置有挂环。
该若干个后滤架和若干个前滤架在后框架底面形成一个矩形正 投影 S1 , 后窗口位于矩形正投影 S1内; 该若干个后滤架和若干个前 滤架在前框架底面形成一个矩形正投影 S2 , 前窗口位于矩形正投影 S2内。
任意相邻的两个后滤架之间的间距相等;任意相邻的两个前滤架 之间的间距相等。
所述后滤架的侧壁的底部和与其对应的前滤架的底壁之间设有 间隙;所述前滤架的侧壁的底部和与其对应的后滤架的底壁之间设有 间隙。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:
由于该空气过滤网便于拆卸, 因此, 在清洗过程中, 通过将后框 架和前框架拆分开, 可便于清洁前滤架和后滤架, 并可提高其清洁效 率; 而且, 其结构筒单、 制作成本低, 有利于广泛使用。

下面,结合附图以及具体实施方式,对本实用新型做进一步描述, 以便于更清楚的理解本实用新型所要求保护的技术思路。
如图 1、 2、 4所示, 为本实用新型可拆卸的空气过滤网, 包括在 底面上开设有前窗口 11的前框架 1、 可拆卸的套装在前框架 1 内的 后框架 2 ; 所述后框架 2的底面上开设有后窗口 21 , 且后框架 2底面 的内侧设置有若干个沿后窗口 21长度方向排列的后滤架 22。优选的, 任意相邻的两个后滤架 22之间的间距相等。 所述前框架 1底面的内 侧设置有若干个沿前窗口 11长度方向排列的前滤架 12 , 任意相邻的 两个前滤架 12之间的间距相等。 如图 5所示, 所述后滤架 22和前滤 架 12的横截面均呈 "U" 形, 也就是, 后滤架 22和前滤架 12均包 括两侧壁 221、以及连接在两侧壁 221之间的底壁 121 ,该两侧壁 221 与底壁 121之间形成一具有开口的空腔。后滤架 22与前滤架 12的开 口相对, 所述前滤架 12和后滤架 22交替排列, 任意一个后滤架 22 上的两侧壁 221分别插装在与该后滤架 22相邻的两个前滤架 12内。 所述后滤架 22的侧壁 221的底部和与其对应的前滤架 12的底壁 121 之间设有间隙; 所述前滤架 12的侧壁 221的底部和与其对应的后滤 架 22的底壁 121之间设有间隙。 通过采用上述结构, 可使空气过滤 网便于拆卸, 因此, 在清洁过程中, 通过将后框架 2和前框架 1拆分 开, 可便于清除后滤架 22和前滤架 12内的尘埃粒子等, 提高其清洁 效率; 而通过合理设置后滤架 22和前滤架 12的结构, 以及两者的连 接结构, 可对空气的流动进行导向, 有效改善其过滤效果。
如图 3所示, 该若干个后滤架 22和若干个前滤架 12在后框架 2 底面形成一个矩形正投影 S1 , 后窗口 21位于矩形正投影 S 1 内; 该 若干个后滤架 22和若干个前滤架 12在前框架 1底面形成一个矩形正 投影 S2 , 前窗口 11位于矩形正投影 S2内。
在本实施例后, 前框架 1上设置有六个前滤架 12 , 所述后框架 2 上设置有五个后滤架 22。 当然, 前滤架 12的个数并不仅限于六个, 还可依据实际需求, 设置为多于六个或者少于六个, 而后滤架 22的 个数则与前滤架 12的个数相适配。
所述后框架 2与前框架 1之间通过可拆连接机构连接。所述可拆 连接机构包括锁装在后框架 2的左侧壁和前框架 1的左侧壁上的第一 锁紧螺釘 3 , 以及锁装在后框架 2的右侧壁和前框架 1的右侧壁上的 第二锁紧螺釘。在使用时,通过利用第一锁紧螺釘 3和第二锁紧螺釘, 可避免出现后框架 2与前框架 1脱离的情况。 而在清洁时, 通过拆下 第一锁紧螺釘 3和第二锁紧螺釘,便可轻松拆分后框架 2和前框架 1。
当然, 所述可拆连接机构还可采用其他结构, 例如, 采用两组相 互匹配的卡座和卡钩, 同样可实现后框架 2和前框架 1之间的连接, 而在清洁时, 便于两者的拆分。 具体的, 其后一组卡座和卡钩分别设 置在后框架 2的左侧壁和前框架 1的左侧壁上,而另一组卡座和卡钩 分别设置在在后框架 2的右侧壁和前框架 1的右侧壁上。 在使用时, 通过将卡钩卡扣在与其匹配的卡座上,可实现后框架 2与前框架 1之 间的连接, 而在清洁时, 通过拨动卡钩使其脱离卡座, 便可轻松拆分 后框架 2和前框架 1。
所述前框架 1的上、下两端均设置有挂环 4。而为了减轻其重量, 后框架 2和前框架 1可采用纸皮制成。
如图 5所示, 在过滤过程中, 可将后框架 2的后窗口 21作为空 气的入口, 则空气从后框架 2的后窗口 21进入至前滤架 12内, 并经 前滤架 12流至后滤架 22内, 最后经后滤架 22从前框架 1的前窗口 11流出。 而在空气的流动过程中, 空气中的尘埃粒子留在后滤架 22 和前滤架 12内, 从而达到过滤目的。 当然, 还可将前框架 1的前窗 口 11作为空气的入口, 空气的流动路径则相反, 空气从前框架 1的 前窗口 11进入至后滤架 22内, 并经后滤架 22流至前滤架 12内, 最 前经前滤架 12从后框架 2的后窗口 21流出。
对本领域的技术人员来说, 可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构 思, 做出其它各种相应的改变以及形变, 而所有的这些改变以及形变 都应该属于本实用新型权利要求的保护范围之内

Claims

1、 可拆卸的空气过滤网, 其特征在于: 包括在底面上开设有前窗口 的前框架、 可拆卸的套装在前框架内的后框架; 所述后框架的底面上 开设有后窗口,且后框架底面的内侧设置有若干个沿后窗口长度方向 排列的后滤架,所述前框架底面的内侧设置有若干个沿前窗口长度方 向排列的前滤架; 所述后滤架和前滤架的横截面均呈 "U" 形, 且后 滤架与前滤架的开口相对; 前滤架和后滤架交替排列, 任意一个后滤 架上的两侧壁分别插装在与该后滤架相邻的两个前滤架内。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的可拆卸的空气过滤网, 其特征在于: 所述后 框架与前框架之间通过可拆连接机构连接。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的可拆卸的空气过滤网, 其特征在于: 所述可 拆连接机构包括锁装在后框架的左侧壁和前框架的左侧壁上的第一 锁紧螺釘,以及锁装在后框架的右侧壁和前框架的右侧壁上的第二锁 紧螺釘。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的可拆卸的空气过滤网, 其特征在于: 所述前 框架上设置有六个前滤架, 所述后框架上设置有五个后滤架。

7、 如权利要求 1所述的可拆卸的空气过滤网, 其特征在于: 任意相 邻的两个后滤架之间的间距相等;任意相邻的两个前滤架之间的间距 相等。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的可拆卸的空气过滤网, 其特征在于: 所述后 滤架的侧壁的底部和与其对应的前滤架的底壁之间设有间隙;所述前 滤架的侧壁的底部和与其对应的后滤架的底壁之间设有间隙。
