Description

Car Scent Cartridge
The present invention relates to a vehicle fragrance cartridge, and more particularly to a vehicle fragrance cartridge for discharging aroma components generated in the vehicle air conditioner with the air conditioning air to discharge the vehicle interior.
The vehicle air conditioner is a device for cooling or heating the vehicle interior by heating or cooling the air outside the vehicle into the vehicle interior or circulating air in the vehicle interior, and blows the air into the air conditioning case by the blower unit. The inside of the air conditioning case is provided with an evaporator for cooling action and a heater core for heating action, and the air cooled or heated by the evaporator or heater core is transferred to each part of the vehicle interior by using a blower mode switching door. It is made to blow selectively.
Recently, when operating the air conditioner when driving a vehicle, various harmful substances such as dust and soot gas generated from the road are introduced into the vehicle interior, and bacteria such as molds inhabiting the air conditioner duct are operated when the air conditioner is operated in wet weather. Foreign substances flow into the vehicle as it is, and a fragrance generator for purifying the air inside the vehicle is installed and used.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2003-237364 has already disclosed a fragrance generator provided in a conventional vehicle air conditioner. As shown in FIG. 1, the conventional fragrance generator 10 is attached to the corner 14 of the glove box 12 via a support plate 20. The fragrance generator 10 is composed of a main body 68, a cartridge 78, a support plate 20, an actuator 24, and the like.
In this case, the support plate 20 has a circular sheet having an opening through which air is introduced or discharged, and is provided with an inlet pipe 38 and a discharge pipe 40 communicating with the opening. In addition, in order to receive air from the air conditioning device is made of a structure for extending the connection pipe between the inlet pipe 38 and the air conditioning device to extend.
However, the conventional incense generator for a vehicle is continuously exposed to the air flowing inside the air conditioner, and after a certain period of time, the direction strength decreases, and thus it is not possible to maintain a continuous and stable fragrance divergence performance. There was a problem.
In order to solve such a conventional problem, an object of the present invention is to provide a fragrance generating cartridge for a vehicle that optimizes the structure and the carrier configuration of the cartridge to not only have a good fragrance support of the carrier but also have a stable and continuous fragrance dissipation performance .

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, a fragrance generating cartridge for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a cartridge body 110, a first carrier 150, a second carrier 140, and a third carrier. 130 and the dispersion 120.
The cartridge body 110 has a pair of vent holes 111 and 112 for introducing and discharging air on one side thereof, and a space portion that is a flow path through which the introduced air flows is formed. In more detail, the pair of vent holes 111 and 112 are arranged side by side on the upper portion of the cartridge body 110, and the flow path formed by the inner space of the cartridge body 110 is discharged from the introduced air. It is formed to have at least one bending section. In this case, the cartridge body 110 is combined with the lower body 160 to form a single body.
The cartridge body 110 is formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, and a pair of vent holes 111 and 112 are formed in parallel directions. Stepped between the pair of vent holes 111 and 112 has a bending section. That is, the pair of vent holes 111 and 112 forming the air inlet and the outlet of the cartridge body 110 are disposed on one side and the other side of the cartridge body 110, respectively, and the vent hole 111 is provided. Air passages connecting the 112 are formed to have at least one bending section.
Therefore, the flow air in the limited space stays in the cartridge body 110 for as long as possible, thereby increasing the effect of the fragrance divergence. In this case, the cartridge body 110 is not necessarily limited to the rectangular parallelepiped shape, and may be implemented in other shapes.
The cartridge body 110 is installed by arranging a plurality of carriers for holding and releasing incense along the air flow path. The plurality of carriers are formed to have different fragrance supporting structures so that the periods of retaining and releasing fragrance are different.
The first carrier 150 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape and is provided in the cartridge main body 110 and positioned at the bottom of the cartridge main body 110. The first carrier 150 has a honeycomb structure and has a gel with concentrated aroma. The first carrier 150 is made to retain the fragrance for a relatively long time. This honeycomb structure and concentrated gel retention can contribute to retaining the first carrier 150 for a long time.
In addition, the first carrier 150 is formed in a pair and spaced apart from each other. As a result, the pair of first carriers 150 are positioned below the pair of vent holes 111 and 112, respectively. Therefore, the air introduced into one vent hole 111 is discharged through the other vent hole 112 while sufficiently passing through the pair of first carriers 150, respectively. In this case, the coating layer 151 may be formed on at least one surface of the first carrier 150. The coating layer 151 keeps the fragrance component contained in the first carrier 150 longer.
The second carrier 140 is stacked on top of the first carrier 150. The second carrier 140 is made of porous ceramics and a porous resin such as a polymer to contain a liquid scent. The second carrier 140 is configured to retain a relatively short period of time. Through the porous structure and the liquid fragrance retention, the second carrier 140 may contribute to retaining a short term fragrance.
In addition, the second carrier 140 is formed in a plate shape to completely cover the upper portion of the first carrier 150. Therefore, the air introduced into one of the air vents 111 and 112 becomes a structure passing through the second carrier 140 via the first carrier 150, and thus has a second fragrance retention property. As the flowing air passes through the carrier 140 and the first carrier 150 having a long-term fragrance retention property, the aromatic carboxylic acid is made stable and continuously.
The third carrier 130 is formed in a pellet form, and has a hollow shape and contains a gel having concentrated aroma. The third carrier 130 has a smaller size than the first carrier 150, and a plurality of third carriers 130 are filled in the upper space of the second carrier 150. The third carrier 130 is made to retain a relatively medium flavor. That is, the third carrier 130 retains the fragrance of the gel form in a relatively long period of time compared to the liquid flavor, and has a smaller unit shape and size than the first carrier 150 of the honeycomb structure. It is made of a phosphorus form to have a shorter period of time compared to the first carrier 150.
As a result, the air introduced into one of the air vents 111 and 112 necessarily passes through the third carrier 130 and the second carrier 140 to pass through the first carrier 150. Flowing air passes through the third carrier 130 having the medium-term fragrance retention property, the second carrier 140 having the short-term fragrance retention property, and the first carrier 150 having the long-term fragrance retention property. Hyangbalsan is more stable and consistent.
In addition, it is preferable that the third carrier 130 is additionally filled in the space between the pair of first carriers 150. As a result, the third carrier 130 fills the other space that is not occupied by the first carrier 150 and the second carrier 140 in the inner space of the cartridge body 110 to provide more continuous and stable fragrance emission. Make it possible. In addition, a coating layer may be formed on at least one surface of the third carrier 130. The coating layer 131 maintains the fragrance component contained in the third carrier 130 to last longer.
In summary, the carriers are arranged adjacent to the first carrier 150 disposed on the air flow path of the cartridge body 110 and the pair of air vents 111 and 112 forming air inlets and outlets.
