Abstract
Description
本発明の第1の実施形態における通信システムについて、図1を参照して説明する。
図3は基地局20の構成を示す。基地局20は、無線通信部201と、制御部202とを有する。無線通信部201は、第一のチャネルC1または第二のチャネルC2を通じて移動局10へ警報を報知しまた送信する。無線通信部201は、警報受信情報を受信する。制御部202は、無線通信部201が、警報受信情報を受信した場合に、無線通信部201に第二のチャネルC2を用いて、移動局10に対して警報を報知または送信させる。
MME30はコアネットワークを構成するノードの一つであり、S1インタフェースを介して基地局20と通信を行う。コアネットワークは、MME30に加えて、CBC40やCBS50などから構成される。
第2の実施形態は、第1の実施形態の変形例である。第1の実施形態では、第一のチャネルC1を用いた警報の報知が1つのセグメントで行われている。これに対し、第2の実施形態では、第一のチャネルC1を用いた警報の報知が複数のセグメントで行われている。また、第1の実施の形態では、警報受信情報は1つのセグメントの受信についての情報を含んでいる。これに対して、第2の実施形態では、警報受信情報は複数のセグメントの全てまたは一部の受信についての情報を含んでいる。警報受信情報の構成により、第二のチャネルC2を用いた警報の報知(送信)も、第一のチャネルC1で報知(送信)されるセグメントの全てまたは一部が対象となる。
第3の実施形態では、複数種類の警報のうち、第二のチャネルC2で報知すべき警報にフラグを設定し、そのフラグを第二のチャネルC2を介した報知の要否の判定に用いる。
第1の場合は、警報の優先度が第一の閾値を上回った場合である。
第2の場合は、警報の送信周期が第二の閾値を上回った場合である。
第3の場合は、無線リソースの使用度が第三の閾値を下回った場合である。
なお、警報の優先度、警報の送信周期、無線リソースの使用度は、MME30など上位装置によって設定されてもよいし、基地局20が局データとして保持していてもよい。また、フラグの設定は、固定でも可変でもよい。例えば、フラグの設定を無線リソースの使用度等に応じて可変とすることにより、基地局20が警報以外のサービスに対して使用するリソースが第三の閾値を上回るときに、第二のチャネルC2を介した警報の報知を行わないようにしてもよい。
第4の実施形態に係る基地局20は、第3の実施形態のようなフラグの設定を行わない。一方で、第4の実施形態に係る基地局20は、警報受信情報を受信すると、第二のチャネルC2を介した警報の報知を行うか判断する。
第5の実施形態では、第3の実施形態のように警報を複数のセグメントに分割して複数のセグメントが送信される。以下においては、一例としてCMASが適用される通信システムを詳細に説明する。第一のチャネルC1として報知チャネル、第二のチャネルC2として個別チャネルまたは共通チャネルが用いられる。より具体的には、報知チャネルはBCCHであり、個別チャネルおよび共通チャネルはDCCH(Dedicated Control Channel)またはCCCH(Common Control Channel)である。
フラグは、BCCHで報知された警報またはセグメントの復号を失敗した際に、基地局20からDCCHまたはCCCHで警報またはセグメントの送信を行うことを示す。フラグが警報単位で設定された場合、警報単位で優先度が決まる。優先度の一例は、緊急度である。優先度は、第3の実施形態で説明したように、警報の報知周期、無線リソースの使用度等に基づいて設定されてもよい。また、基地局20は、フラグを、一つの警報を分割して得られたセグメントの全て(本例では四つ)で共通に設定(または未設定)してもよい。ある一つの警報の全てのセグメントでフラグが共通に設定されている場合、移動局10は、一つのセグメントのみを受信することで、その警報にフラグが設定されていることを判断することができる。
基地局20は、ステップS906で送信された、送信要求を受信した場合には、セグメントE3をDCCHで送信する(ステップS907)。
基地局20は、ステップS908で送信された、送信要求を受信した場合には、セグメントE3をCCCHで送信する(ステップS909)。
(付記1)移動局と通信を行う基地局であって、第一のチャネルを用いて前記移動局に対して警報を周期的に送信し、前記警報の受信に関する警報受信情報を前記移動局から受信し、前記第一のチャネルとは異なる第二のチャネルとを用いて前記移動局に対して前記警報の少なくとも一部を送信する無線通信部と、前記警報受信情報に応答して、前記第二のチャネルを用いて前記警報の少なくとも一部を前記移動局に対して送信するように前記無線通信部に指示する制御部とを含む基地局。
(付記2)前記警報受信情報は、前記警報の送信を要求する情報を含む、付記1に記載の基地局。
(付記3)前記制御部は、前記第二のチャネルを用いた警報の送信要否を決定する情報を、所定の条件に基づいて前記警報に付与するか判断する、付記1または2に記載の基地局。
(付記4)前記所定の条件は、前記警報の優先度、前記警報の送信周期、および前記基地局が使用するリソースの使用度の少なくとも一つである、付記3に記載の基地局。
(付記5)前記無線通信部は、複数の種類の警報を前記第一のチャネルを用いて送信する、付記1から4のいずれか1項に記載の基地局。
(付記6)前記制御部は、前記警報を複数のセグメントに分割するセグメント分割部を有する、付記1から5のいずれか1項に記載の基地局。
(付記7)前記所定の条件は、前記基地局が送信する信号の輻輳度である、付記3に記載の基地局。

(付記27)基地局と移動局を含む無線通信システムであって、前記基地局は、第一のチャネルを用いて前記移動局に対して警報を周期的に送信し、前記警報の受信に関する警報受信情報を前記移動局から受信し、前記第一のチャネルとは異なる第二のチャネルとを用いて前記移動局に対して前記警報の少なくとも一部を送信する無線通信部と、前記警報受信情報に応答して、前記第二のチャネルを用いて前記警報の少なくとも一部を前記移動局に対して送信するように前記無線通信部に指示する制御部とを含む無線通信システム。

第一のチャネルを用いて移動局に対して警報を周期的に送信し、前記警報の受信に関する警報受信情報を前記移動局から受信し、前記第一のチャネルとは異なる第二のチャネルとを用いて前記移動局に対して前記警報の少なくとも一部を送信し、前記警報受信情報に応答して、前記第二のチャネルを用いて前記警報の少なくとも一部を前記移動局に対して送信するように指示することをコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラム。

Claims (10)
- 移動局と通信を行う基地局であって、
第一のチャネルを用いて前記移動局に対して警報を周期的に送信し、前記警報の受信に関する警報受信情報を前記移動局から受信し、前記第一のチャネルとは異なる第二のチャネルとを用いて前記移動局に対して前記警報の少なくとも一部を送信する無線通信部と、
前記警報受信情報に応答して、前記第二のチャネルを用いて前記警報の少なくとも一部を前記移動局に対して送信するように前記無線通信部に指示する制御部とを含む基地局。 - 前記警報受信情報は、前記警報の送信を要求する情報を含む、請求項1に記載の基地局。
- 前記制御部は、前記第二のチャネルを用いた警報の送信要否を決定する情報を、所定の条件に基づいて前記警報に付与するか判断する、請求項1または2に記載の基地局。
- 前記所定の条件は、前記警報の優先度、前記警報の送信周期、および前記基地局が使用するリソースの使用度の少なくとも一つである、請求項3に記載の基地局。
- 前記無線通信部は、複数の種類の警報を前記第一のチャネルを用いて送信する、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の基地局。
- 前記制御部は、前記警報を複数のセグメントに分割するセグメント分割部を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の基地局。
- 移動局と通信を行う基地局のための通信方法であって、
第一のチャネルを用いて前記移動局に対して警報を周期的に送信し、
前記警報の受信に関する警報受信情報を前記移動局から受信し、
前記第一のチャネルとは異なる第二のチャネルとを用いて前記移動局に対して前記警報の少なくとも一部を送信し、
前記警報受信情報に応答して、前記第二のチャネルを用いて前記警報の少なくとも一部を前記移動局に対して送信するように指示することを含む通信方法。 - 前記警報受信情報は、前記警報の送信を要求する情報を含む、請求項7に記載の通信方法。
- 基地局と通信を行う移動局であって、
第一のチャネル用いて前記基地局から警報を周期的に受信し、前記警報の受信に関する警報受信情報を前記基地局に対して送信し、前記第一のチャネルとは異なる第二のチャネルとを用いて前記基地局から前記警報の少なくとも一部を受信する無線通信部と、
前記警報を復号し、前記警報が正しく復号できたか判断し、前記警報が正しく復号できなかったと判断した場合、前記警報受信情報を前記基地局に対して送信するように前記無線通信部に指示する制御部とを含む移動局。 - 前記警報受信情報は、前記警報の送信を要求する情報を含む、請求項9に記載の移動局。
