[0012] 本发明设计构思以及工作原理是: 由于现有的扭式盖帽采血针在使用后的两种针尖 插入针帽的方式较繁琐并且较不安全, 本发明总体设计构思是当使用者把针帽扔在工作台 上时, 针帽对于使用后的采血针始终处于插装针尖的准备状态, 为此本发明的双面盖帽式 一次性采血针在针帽被扔在工作台上时针帽的开口端始终朝上, 此外针帽呈扁平结构, 使 针帽不容易被人手拿起, 这样在进行插装针尖时使用者一只手就可以将针尖插装到位于工 作台上的针帽中。
[0013] 本发明具体设计构思以及工作原理如下, 所述针帽的主体为一块状体, 该块状体上 设有第一面和第二面, 第一面和第二面两者均为平面, 其中一者朝上, 另一者朝下, 而且 两者在空间中的夹角小于 45 ° ; 第一面上设有第一盲孔, 第二面上设有第二盲孔, 第一盲 孔和第二盲孔均与针柄的第一端之间在插接关系上相匹配, 这样, 针帽的双面具有用于插 接针柄的第一端的盲孔; 所述块状体上, 除第一面和第二面而外的其余外表面均为向外凸 起的弧形面或 /和向外凸起的棱角面, 当针帽被扔在工作台上时不利于针帽在其余外表面停 留而停留在第一面或第二面上, 从而保持针帽的开口端始终朝上, 其中针帽的开口端指的 第一面或第二面上具有盲孔的一端; 此外, 当所述块状体为扁平结构时, 扁平结构的顶面 为第一面, 底面为第二面, 使得针帽的高度较低并且针帽的横截面积相对较大, 这样也会 不利于针帽在其余外表面停留而有助于针帽的开口端始终朝上, 另一方面使针帽不容易被 人手拿起, 迫使使用者用一只手将针柄的第一端插装到位于工作台上的针帽中, 从而保证 了使用者的安全。

实施例一: 一种双面盖帽安全便捷式一次性采血针
参见附图 5至附图 10所示, 该采血针包括带针尖 4的针体 1、 针柄 2和针帽 3, 针体 1固 定在针柄 2内, 针尖 4从针柄 2的第一端伸出并插在针帽 3上。 所述针帽 3的主体为一块 状体, 该块状体上设有第一面 5和第二面 6, 第一面 5和第二面 6两者均为平面, 其中一者 朝上, 另一者朝下, 而且两者在空间中的夹角小于 45 ° ; 第一面 5上设有第一盲孔 7, 第 二面 6上设有第二盲孔 8,第一盲孔 7和第二盲孔 8均与针柄 2的第一端之间在插接关系上 相匹配。 所述块状体上, 除第一面 5和第二面 6而外的其余外表面均为向外凸起的弧形面 和向外凸起的棱角面。 所述第一盲孔 7与第二盲孔 8在孔轴方向上同轴布置。

参见附图 11至附图 21所示, 该采血针包括带针尖 4的针体 1、 针柄 2和针帽 3, 针体 1固 定在针柄 2内, 针尖 4从针柄 2的第一端伸出并插在针帽 3上。 所述针帽 3的主体为一块 状体, 所述块状体为扁平结构, 扁平结构的顶面为第一面 5, 底面为第二面 6, 第一面 5和 第二面 6两者均为平面, 其中一者朝上, 另一者朝下, 而且两者在空间中的夹角小于 45 ° ; 第一面 5上设有第一盲孔 7, 第二面 6上设有第二盲孔 8, 第一盲孔 7和第二盲孔 8均与针 柄 2的第一端之间在插接关系上相匹配。 所述块状体上, 除第一面 5和第二面 6而外的其 余外表面均为向外凸起的棱角面。 所述第一盲孔 7与第二盲孔 8在孔轴方向上偏心布置。
[0019] 以上两个实施例的具体工作过程如下: 在准备采血时, 拔出采血针上的针帽 3露出 针尖 4, 以进行采血, 使用后应该把带有针尖 4的针柄 2的第一端插接到针帽 3中, 以防止 对家庭其他成员产生伤害。 由于针帽 3的双面均具有用于插接针柄 2第一端的盲孔, 即第 一盲孔 7和第二盲孔 8,同时除第一面 5和第二面 6而外的其余外表面均为向外凸起的弧形 面或 /和向外凸起的棱角面, 因此当针帽 3被扔在工作台上时不利于针帽 3在其余外表面停 留而停留在第一面 5或第二面 6上; 此外, 当所述块状体为扁平结构时, 扁平结构的顶面 为第一面 5, 底面为第二面 6, 使得针帽 3的高度较低并且针帽 3的横截面积相对较大, 这 样也会不利于针帽 3在其余外表面停留而有助于针帽 3的开口端始终朝上, 另一方面使针 帽 3不容易被人手拿起, 迫使使用者用一只手将针柄 2的第一端插装到位于工作台上的针 帽 3中, 从而保证了使用者的安全。

1. 一种双面盖帽安全便捷式一次性采血针, 包括带针尖 (4) 的针体 (1 )、 针柄 (2) 和 针帽 (3 ), 针体 (1 ) 固定在针柄 (2) 内, 针尖 (4) 从针柄 (2) 的第一端伸出并插在针 帽 (3 ) 上, 其特征在于- 所述针帽(3 )的主体为一块状体, 该块状体上设有第一面(5 )和第二面(6), 第一面(5 ) 和第二面 (6) 两者均为平面, 其中一者朝上, 另一者朝下, 而且两者在空间中的夹角小 于 45 ° ; 第一面 (5 ) 上设有第一盲孔 (7), 第二面 (6) 上设有第二盲孔 (8), 第一盲 孔 (7) 和第二盲孔 (8) 均与针柄 (2) 的第一端之间在插接关系上相匹配;
所述块状体上, 除第一面(5 )和第二面(6)而外的其余外表面均为向外凸起的弧形面或 /和向外凸起的棱角面。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的一次性采血针, 其特征在于: 所述块状体为扁平结构, 扁平结 构的顶面为第一面 (5 ), 底面为第二面 (6)。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的一次性采血针,其特征在于:所述第一盲孔(7)与第二盲孔(8) 在孔轴方向上同轴布置。
