Description

一种灯具接线装置及具有该灯具接线装置的灯具 技术领域
本发明是涉及一种接线装置, 尤其指一种用于灯具的接线装置。 背景技术
灯具需要外接电源线才能正常使用。 现有技术中, 灯具普遍采用先接线 然后再将灯具安装在固定装置上, 或者先将灯具的一部分安装在固定装置, 接线后再将灯具的另一部分进行组装。 这样的灯具安装麻烦。
因此, 为了克服上述缺陷, 有必要提供一种改进的灯具接线装置。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供操作方便的灯具接线装置。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明采用如下技术方案: 一种灯具接线装置, 灯 具接线装置为抽屉式结构, 包括侧壁以及与侧壁连接的连接部, 侧壁具有固 定灯具接线装置的固定装置。
相较于现有技术,本发明灯具接线装置有以下优点:由于抽屉式的结构, 使得灯具的接线安装十分方便。
本发明的目的还在于提供具有操作方便的接线装置的灯具。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明采用如下技术方案: 一种灯具, 包括壳体和 灯具接线装置, 灯具接线装置为抽屉式结构, 灯具接线装置包括连接部, 灯 具接线装置至少具有第一位置和第二位置, 在第一位置, 连接部位于壳体内 部, 在第二位置, 至少部分连接部位于灯具外部。
相较于现有技术, 本发明灯具有以下优点: 由于接线装置的抽屉式的结 构, 使得灯具外接线缆十分方便。 附图说明

参照图 1和图 2所示, 本发明灯具接线装置 100为抽屉式结构, 安装于 灯具 200中用于连接外部线缆(未图示)与灯具 200的内部电源线缆 12, 灯 具 200具有壳体 1, 灯具接线装置 100位于壳体 1侧面。 灯具接线装置 100 包括位于壳体 1内部的连接部 102以及与连接部 102连接的侧壁 104。 侧壁 104的表面是壳体 1的表面 10的一部分。 连接部 102包括连接件 106, 电源 线缆 12位于壳体 1内部, 连接件 106—端与线缆 12连接, 另一端与外部线 缆连接。 本实施例中, 灯具接线装置 100的连接部 102为矩形盒状结构, 其 他实施例中,连接部 102也可以为其他形状, 只要提供足够支撑连接线缆 12 和外部线缆即可。
灯具接线装置 100和壳体 1包括对应的固定装置 108、 14, 灯具接线装 置 100的固定装置 108与壳体 1的固定装置 14相配合将灯具接线装置 100 固定于壳体 1。 灯具接线装置 100的侧壁 104具有通孔 1042, 外部线缆连接 于连接件 106并且从通孔 1042穿出灯具接线装置 100而与外部电源 (未图 示) 连接。 壳体 1具有支撑结构 16, 支撑结构 16支撑灯具接线装置 100。 本实施例中, 灯具接线装置 100的固定装置 108为安装孔, 壳体 1的固定装 置 14也为安装孔, 灯具接线装置 100通过螺钉穿过灯具接线装置 100和壳 体 1的安装孔将灯具接线装置 100固定于壳体 1上。 其他实施例中, 也可以 通过其他固定结构来固定灯具接线装置 100和壳体 1。
壳体 1包括上盖 18和下盖 19, 下盖 19支撑灯具接线装置 100。 其他实 施例中, 壳体 1可以没有下盖, 只需要设置对应的支撑结构来支撑灯具接线 装置 100即可。 灯具接线装置 100还包括密封圈 103、 密封盖 105以及防水缩节 107。 密封圈 103和密封盖 105固定于灯具接线装置的连接部 102, 防水缩节 107 固定于灯具接线装置 100的侧壁 104。 其他实施例中, 由于防水等级不受限 制等原因, 灯具接线装置 100也可以不包括密封圈 103、 密封盖 105、 防水 缩节 107等用于防水防潮的装置。
本实用新型也提供一种灯具 200, 灯具 200包括壳体 1和灯具接线装置 100。 灯具接线装置 100为抽屉式结构, 包括连接部 102, 灯具接线装置 100 至少具有如图 2所示的第一位置和图 1所示的第二位置。 在第一位置, 连接 部 102位于壳体 1内部, 在第二位置, 至少部分连接部 102位于灯具 200外 部。 本实施例中灯具接线装置 100还包括与连接部 102连接的侧壁 104, 侧 壁 104的一个侧面构成所述壳体侧面一部分, 即侧壁 104的外表面为壳体 1 外表面的一部分,其他实施例中,灯具接线装置 100也可以不包括侧壁 104, 只需要在壳体 1设置一个可拆卸的组装片 (未图示), 在灯具接线装置 100 的连接部 102上设置一握持部供手持将灯具接线装置 100拉出推进即可。侧 壁 104的一个侧面构成所述壳体 1侧面一部分, 从而灯具接线装置 100可从 壳体 1侧面拉出和推进。
本实施例中, 灯具 200为一用于船舱内的 LED灯具, 还包括 LED光源 板 2、 面罩 3、 前盖 4以及密封带 5。
LED光源板 2安装于壳体 1的下盖 19上, 且位于面对面罩 3的位置。 面罩 3与壳体 1组装。 密封带 5用于防潮防水, 位于壳体 1和面罩 3之间。 壳体 1为一个内部具有容置空间 11的腔体, 壳体 1的内部还具有驱动电源 110以驱动 LED光源板 2发光、 线缆 12以及若干固定部 13。 固定部 13用 于固定壳体与光源板 2以及将壳体 1与密封带 5、面罩 3以及前盖 4相组装。 灯具 200还包括固定件 201, 灯具 200通过固定件 201固定于其他装置上。 固定件 201包括固定片 2010以及若干螺钉 2012。固定片 2010大致呈几字形, 包括与壳体 1组装的连接部 2015以及自连接部 2015两端分别向相反方向延 仲的一对安装臂 2014。 连接部 2015具有若千固定孔 2013, 壳体 1具有若干 与连接部 2015的固定孔 2013对应的固定孔 180, 螺钉 2012自连接部 2015 的固定孔 2013穿入直至插入壳体 1的固定孔 180中从而将固定片 2010与壳 体 1相组装。固定片 2010的每一安装臂 2014分别具有安装孔 2016。螺钉(未 图示) 穿过安装孔 2016将固定片 2010固定于其他装置上 (如船舱顶), 从 而将灯具 200固定于其他装置上。防水缩节 107固定于灯具接线装置 100的 侧壁 104的通孔 1042。外部线缆从防水缩节 107穿出使得灯具 200能够更好 的防水防潮。
其他实施例中, 灯具 200也可以是具有其他用途的灯具, 因此, 灯具不 一定需要防水防潮的密封圈、 密封带等。
本发明灯具接线装置 100位于灯具的侧面, 当灯具 200安装时, 可以先 将灯具 200通过固定件 201固定于其他固定装置 (如房顶) 上。 然后, 将灯 具接线装置 100从灯具 200的壳体中拉出, 将外接线缆(未图示)连接到灯 具接线装置 100的连接件 106上, 外接线缆通过灯具接线装置 100的通孔 1042穿出灯具 200。 最后将灯具接线装置 100推入, 将灯具接线装置 100固 定于壳体 200上,灯具接线装置 100的侧壁 104的外表面 1041作为壳体 200 表面的一部分。 这种结构使得灯具 200外接线缆的操作简单、 方便, 不用先 将线缆连接好之后再安装面罩, 并且, 针对船舱内的灯具等, 能够更好的防 水防潮。 同时, 本实施例中灯具接线装置 100为抽屉式的结构, 方便推拉, 也可以不需要专门的导槽来引导灯具接线装置 100的运动轨迹, 使得灯具接 线装置 100整体结构简单。 当然, 其他实施例中, 灯具接线装置 100也可以 不包括侧壁 104, 只需要在壳体 1设置一个可拆卸的组装片(未图示), 在灯 具接线装置 100的连接部 102上设置一握持部供手持将灯具接线装置 100拉 出推进即可。

1. 一种灯具接线装置,其特征在于:所述灯具接线装置为抽屉式结构, 包括侧壁以及与所述侧壁连接的连接部, 所述侧壁具有固定灯具接线装置 的固定装置。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的灯具接线装置, 其特征在于: 所述灯具接线装 置安装于所述灯具上, 且位于所述灯具的侧面, 所述灯具具有支撑结构, 所述支撑结构支撑所述接线装置。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的灯具接线装置, 其特征在于: 所述灯具连接部 包括连接件, 所述灯具内部具有线缆, 所述连接件一端与所述灯具内部的 所述线缆连接。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的灯具接线装置, 其特征在于: 所述接线装置的 侧壁具有通孔, 所述灯具接线装置还包括连接于所述连接件并且从通孔穿 出的线缆。
5. 一种灯具, 包括壳体和灯具接线装置, 其特征在于: 所述灯具接线 装置为抽屉式结构, 所述灯具接线装置包括连接部, 所述灯具接线装置至 少具有第一位置和第二位置,在第一位置,所述连接部位于所述壳体内部, 在第二位置, 至少部分所述连接部位于所述灯具外部。
6. 如权利要求 5所述的灯具, 其特征在于: 所述灯具接线装置还包括 与连接部连接的侧壁, 所述侧壁的一个侧面构成所述壳体侧面一部分, 从 而所述灯具接线装置可从所述壳体侧面拉出和推进。
7. 如权利要求 6所述的灯具, 其特征在于: 所述连接部包括连接件, 所述灯具的壳体内具有线缆, 所述连接件一端与所述壳体内的线缆连接。
8. 如权利要求 7所述的灯具, 其特征在于: 所述灯具接线装置的侧壁 具有通孔, 所述灯具接线装置还包括连接于所述连接件并且从通孔穿出的 线缆。
9. 如权利要求 8所述的灯具,其特征在于:所述壳体包括上盖和下盖, 所述下盖支撑所述灯具接线装置。
10. 如权利要求 6所述的灯具, 其特征在于: 所述灯具接线装置还包 括密封圈、 密封盖以及防水縮节, 所述密封圈和密封盖固定于所述灯具接 线装置的连接部, 所述防水缩节固定于所述灯具接线装置的侧壁。
