搜索无线局域网接入点的方法、 装置及系统 技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种搜索无线局域网接入点的方 法、 装置及系统。
背景技术
用户设备( User Equipment, UE )为了接入无线局域网( Wireless Local Area Networks, WLAN ) 网络, 首先需要搜索 WLAN。 其中搜索 WLAN 包括 主动搜索 (active scanning)和被动搜索 (pas s ive scanning)。 主动搜索 中,UE主动发送探:;则请求 列 ^口 probe request),接着 WLAN接入 、( access point, AP ) 回复探测反馈(例如 probe response)则表示搜索成功。 被动 搜索中, WLAN AP 在每个信标周期(beacon interva 1)发送一次信标 ( beacon), UE成功接收 beacon 即表示搜索成功。 通过主动搜索或者被 动搜索搜索 WLAN AP成功后, UE就可以向搜索到的 WLAN AP发起连接请 求 (例如 association reques t)进行连接。
在主动搜索中, 假设 UE每 15s搜索一次 WLAN, —共有 11个 WLAN信 道。 UE在每个 WLAN信道上停留 5ms左右, 其中 lms用于发送探测请求, 能耗为 250mA左右。 剩余时间用于搜索探测反馈, 能耗为 60mA左右。 其 他休眠时间的能耗大约为 180μ A。 因此可以计算得知 15s 内 UE的总 为 8.08 mA*s。 在被动搜索中, UE—直处于搜索探测反馈的过程中, 若 WLAN AP广播信标的周期为 Is, 则最差的情况下在 Is 内的能耗为 60mA*s。 相 对来说, 主动搜索能耗较被动搜索能耗要小。但是有些频点或者场景下禁 止使用主动搜索, 因此, 减少被动搜索能耗是一个需要解决的问题。

本发明实施例提供的搜索无线局域网接入点的方法、 装置及系统, 通 过让无线局域网接入点的信标发送信息与用户设备的测量信息相匹配,使 得用户设备能够只在无线局域网接入点发送信标的时间和频点来搜索无 线局域网接入点,相比于现有技术中用户设备需要持续保持搜索无线局域 网接入点的状态相比, 大大缩短了用户设备在侦听信标的时间, 进而降低 了被动搜索的功耗。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进 行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没 有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的 范围。
本发明实施例提供一种搜索无线局域网接入点的方法,可以应用于如 图 1所示的 3GPP网络和非 3GPP网络的联合架构中,该架构中包括若干个 基站、每个基站下属小区覆盖范围内的若干个无线网络接入点, 基站与无 线局域网接入点均可以与用户设备进行通信,但基站使用 LTE网络与用户 设备进行通信, 无线局域网接入点使用 WLAN与用户设备进行通信。 基于 该 3GPP网络和非 3GPP网络的联合架构, 还可以设置网络设备, 例如无线 网络控制器 (Radio Network Controller, RNC ) , 接入网发现和选择功 能 (Access Network Discovery and Selection Function, ANDSF)节点 等设备, 这些设备可能设置在核心网中, 也可能设置在接入网中, 用于对 基站和无线局域网接入点之间的协同工作提供管理和控制服务。本发明实 施例中的网络设备指用于管理基站与无线局域网接入点之间协同工作的 设备。
其中, 所述基站与所述无线局域网接入点是异制式的, 是指基站、 用 户设备之间通信使用的网络和无线局域网接入点、用户设备之间通信使用 的网络是不同制式的, 在本实施例中, 基站、 用户设备之间通信使用的网 络是 3GPP 网络, 例如 LTE, 无线局域网接入点、 用户设备之间通信使用 的网络是 WLAN。
基于如图 1所示的网络架构,本发明实施例提供了一种搜索无线局域 网接入点的方法, 由基站实现, 如图 2所示, 该方法包括以下内容。
101、 基站获取测量信息。
其中,所述测量信息用于所述基站服务的用户设备搜索无线局域网接 入点。
其中, 所述测量信息包括以下信息中的至少一种:搜索时间信息, 信 标发送时间信息, 无线局域网接入点的频率信息, 无线局域网接入点的标 识信息。 需要说明的是, 在所述测量信息中搜索时间信息和信标发送时间 信息择一选取即可, 也就是说, 在测量信息中不需要同时包括搜索时间信 息和信标发送时间信息两种信息, 而其他信息则不进行任何限制。 例如, 所述测量信息可以包括搜索时间信息、 无线局域网接入点的标识信息, 或 者包括信标发送时间信息、 无线局域网接入点的频率信息。
在上述测量信息中, 所述搜索时间信息包括搜索持续时间, 或者包括 搜索持续时间和搜索周期; 所述信标发送时间信息包括信标发送的时间, 或者包括信标发送的时间和信标发送的周期。 其中, 所述信标发送时间是 指无线局域网接入点向本身覆盖范围内的用户设备发送信标的时间,可以 是时间点, 也可以是基于一个时间点抖动很小的时间段, 用户设备在一个 信标发送时间侦听到某一无线局域网接入点的信标之后,就能够发起建立 与该无线局域网接入点的无线连接。
值得说明的是, 在上述实施例中, 所述基站获取测量信息的实现可以 通过以下三种实现方式 1 - 3任意一种实现。
实现方式 1 : 所述基站获取无线局域网接入点的信标发送信息, 根据 所述信标发送信, ^确定所述 ' j量信息。
实现方式 2 : 所述基站为所述用户设备配置测量信息。
实现方式 3 : 所述基站接收网络设备发送的测量信息。
在上述实现方式 1 中, 所述信标发送信息包括信标发送时间信息, 或 者包括信标发送时间信息和频率信息,所述测量信息中的搜索时间信息对 应于信标发送信息中的信标发送时间信息,所述搜索时间信息中的搜索持 续时间对应与信标发送时间信息中的信标发送时间,所述搜索时间信息中 的搜索周期对应于信标发送时间信息中的信标广播周期。假设基站和无线 局域网接入点保持时间同步, 从数值上来讲, 上述每对参数都是相同或者 相差固定时间差。
并且, 在本实施例中, 所述基站获取无线局域网接入点的信标发送信 息,根据所述信标发送信息确定所述测量信息的实现方法即是将无线局域 网接入点可识别的信标发送信息转化为用户设备可以识别的测量信息。在 此过程中,可以将为每个无线局域网接入点的信标发送信息分别确定一个 对应的测量信息, 并将每个测量信息独立发送至用户设备, 也可以将所有 无线局域网接入点的信标发送信息统一生成一个测量信息,并将这一个测 量信息发送给用户设备。
其中,所述无线局域网接入点的标识信息可以包括基础服务集合标识
( Basic Service Set Identifier, BSSID )和月良务集合标 i只 ( Service Set Identifier, SSID) 两种, 其中, BSS ID为无线局域网接入点的媒体介入 控制 ( Medium Access Control, MAC) 地址, 一个 BSSID唯一对应于一个 无线局域网接入点, 而 SSID为一个可配置的网络名称, 例如, SSID可以 是一个局域网的名称,该诸如局域网等可配置的网络内的多个无线局域网 接入点均可能使用相同的 SSID进行标识,即一个 SSID可以对应于多个无 线局域网接入点。
在此值得说明的是,由于测量信息中所包含的各项参数均对应于信标 发送信息中的各项参数, 因此, 测量信息中所包含的参数数量一般不会多 于信标发送信息中的参数数量。 例如, 若信标发送信息包括频率信息、 信 标发送时间以及信标发送周期, 则测量信息中就可以包括频率信息、搜索 持续时间以及搜索周期, 当然根据实际需要, 测量信息只包含任意一种或 几种参数也是可以的, 但为了尽可能的节省用户设备侧的能量损耗, 在本 发明实施例中, 测量信息通常会包括所有用户设备可能使用到的参数。
在上述实现方式 2中, 所述测量信息的配置不是独立的, 在测量信息 的配置过程中, 基站还需要设置对应的信标发送信息, 以使得无线局域网 接入点按照与用户设备接收到的测量信息对应的信标发送信息进行信标 广播, 只有这样才能够实现本发明中减少用户设备被动搜索功耗之目的。
在上述实现方式 3中,所述网络设备发送的测量信息为所述网络设备 为所述用户设备配置的测量信息; 或, 所述网络设备发送的测量信息为所 述网络设备根据所述无线局域网接入点的信标发送信息确定的所述用户 设备的测量信息。
进一步值得说明的是, 在上述第一种方法中, 所述基站获取无线局域 网接入点的信标发送信息的实现具体可以通过以下三种实现方式 4-6 任 意一种实现, 包括:
实现方式 4 : 所述基站为所述无线局域网接入点配置信标发送信息。 实现方式 5 : 所述基站接收所述无线局域网接入点发送的信标发送信 息。
实现方式 6 : 所述基站接收所述网络设备发送的信标发送信息。
在实现方式 4-6中, 所述信标发送信息的有关描述与上述实现方式 1 中的有关描述相同。
在上述实现方式 4中,所述基站为所述无线局域网接入点配置信标发 送信息的过程中,需要尽可能地将每个无线局域网接入点在不同频点上和 不同的时间点发送各自的信标, 例如, 可为每个无线局域网接入点配置不 同的信标发送时间和不同的频率信息; 或者, 为每个无线局域网接入点配 置相同的信标发送周期和不同的信标发送时间和不同的频率信息; 或者, 为每个无线局域网接入点配置不同的信标发送周期、不同的信标发送时间 和不同的频率信息,但需要尽可能避免出现不同的无线局域网接入点在同 一时间上发送信标。
在上述实现方式 6中, 所述网络设备发送的信标发送信息包括: 所述 无线局域网接入点发送至所述网络设备的信标发送信息,或所述网络设备 为所述无线局域网接入点配置的信标发送信息。
值得说明的是,在使用实现方式 4获取无线局域网接入点的信标发送 信息, 则在执行实现方式 4之后, 所述基站将所述信标发送信息发送至无 线局域网接入点,以使得所述无线局域网接入点根据所述信标发送信息发 送信标。 这一步骤可以通过以下两种实现方式 7或 8实现, 包括:
实现方式 7 : 所述基站直接向所述无线局域网接入点发送所述信标发 送信息; 实现方式 8 : 所述基站向网络设备发送所述信标发送信息, 并由所述 网络设备将所述信标发送信息发送至所述无线局域网接入点。
1 02、 所述基站将所述测量信息发送至用户设备。
其中,所述基站将所述测量信息发送至用户设备可以通过以下两种实 现方式 9或 1 0实现, 包括:
实现方式 9 : 基站通过广播的形式将测量信息发送至该基站下属小区 覆盖范围内的用户设备。
实现方式 1 0 :基站釆用无线资源控制(Rad i o Re s our ce Con t ro l , RRC) 信令将测量信息发送至该基站下属小区覆盖范围内的用户设备。
值得说明的是, 在上述实现方式 9中, 基站可以将测量信息发送给与 基站处于空闲态和 /或连接态的用户设备。 而在上述实现方式 1 0中, 基站 只能将测量信息发送给与基站处于连接态的用户设备。
另外, 值得说明的是, 由于上述步骤 1 01、 1 02 中记载的技术方案仅 为基站将测量信息发送至用户设备, 一般情况下, 用户设备会直接根据这 些信息搜索无线局域网接入点。 但在特殊情况下, 用户设备也可以将测量 信息进行存储, 并不执行搜索无线局域网接入点的流程, 在这种情况下, 基站还可以主动向用户设备发送测量指示信息或者将网络设备发送的测 量指示信息透传给用户设备,以使得接收到所述测量指示信息的用户设备 根据已存储的测量信息搜索无线局域网接入点。
进一步使得说明的是, 若网络设备直接向用户设备发送测量信息时, 则基站需要将所述网络设备发送至所述用户设备的测量信息透传至所述 用户设备。 在此透传过程中, 基站仅具有转发功能, 并不对测量信息的具 体内容进行识别和获取, 也就是说, 在此情况下, 基站是不能够获取到测 量信息的。 并且, 所述网络设备透传至所述用户设备的测量信息包括: 所 述网络设备为所述用户设备配置的测量信息;或所述网络设备根据所述无 线局域网接入点的信标发送信息确定的所述用户设备的测量信息。
本发明实施例提供的搜索无线局域网接入点的方法,通过让无线局域 网接入点的信标发送信息与用户设备的测量信息相匹配,使得用户设备能 够只在无线局域网接入点发送信标的时间和频点来搜索无线局域网接入 点,相比于现有技术中用户设备需要持续保持搜索无线局域网接入点的状 态相比, 大大缩短了用户设备在侦听信标的时间, 进而降低了被动搜索的 功耗。
基于如图 1所示的网络架构,本发明实施例提供了一种搜索无线局域 网接入点的方法, 由用户设备实现, 如图 3所示, 该方法包括:
2 01、 用户设备获取测量信息。
其中, 所述测量信息与步骤 1 01 中的有关描述相同。
其中, 所述用户设备获取测量信息可以通过以下实现方式 1 1 或 1 2 来实现, 具体包括:
实现方式 1 1 : 所述用户设备接收基站发送的测量信息。
实现方式 1 2 : 所述用户设备接收基站透传的由网络设备发送的测量 信息。
此处的测量信息与基站侧执行流程中描述的测量信息是相同的。
2 02、 所述用户设备根据所述测量信息, 搜索无线局域网接入点。 其中,所述用户设备根据不同的测量信息可以以不同的方式搜索无线 局域网接入点。 例如, 当所述测量信息为搜索时间信息时, 则在搜索时间 信息指示的时间信息来搜索无线局域网接入点; 当所述测量信息为信标发 送时间信息时,则在信标发送时间信息指示的时间信息来搜索无线局域网 接入点; 当所述测量信息为无线局域网接入点的频率信息时, 则在无线局 域网接入点的频率信息指示的频点信息来搜索无线局域网接入点; 当所述 测量信息为无线局域网接入点的标识信息时,则搜索标识信息对应的无线 局域网接入点。
进一步的, 当搜索时间信息仅包括搜索持续时间时, 则用户设备在所 述搜索持续时间搜索无线局域网接入点;而当搜索时间信息还包括搜索周 期时, 用户设备在每个搜索周期的搜索持续时间, 均搜索无线局域网接入 点。 但由于用户设备需要在每个搜索周期都要进行搜索, 因此为了减少搜 索功耗,当在所述测量信息中的一个搜索持续时间搜索到一个或多个无线 局域网接入点时,则所述用户设备在当前搜索周期的后续周期中的所述一 个搜索持续时间均停止搜索无线局域网接入点,并在当前搜索周期的后续 周期中的剩余的搜索持续时间, 继续搜索无线局域网接入点, 所述剩余的 搜索持续时间为所述测量信息中除所述一个搜索持续时间外剩余的搜索 持续时间。
在用户设备中存储测量信息时,可以使用如下表 1所示的测量信息表 进行存储。

其中, Π和 f2为两种不同的无线局域网接入点的工作频点, BSSID1 和 BSSID2与 Π具有对应关系, 表示在 Π频点可搜索到的无线局域网接 入点有两个,标识信息分别为 BSSID1和 BSSID2。BSSID1、BSSID3和 BSSID4 与 f 2具有对应关系,表示在 f 2频点可搜索到的无线局域网接入点有三个, 标识信息分别为 BSSID1、 BSSID3和 BSSID4。 T1-T5则是 5个不同的搜索 持续时间, P1至 P5是 5个不同的搜索周期。
另外,当接收到基站发送的测量指示信息或接收到基站透传的由网络 设备发送的测量信息时,所述用户设备根据已存储的测量信息搜索无线局 i或网接入点。
本发明实施例提供的搜索无线局域网接入点的方法,通过让用户设备 接收到的测量信息与无线局域网接入点的信标发送信息与相匹配,使得用 户设备能够只在无线局域网接入点发送信标的时间和频点来搜索无线局 域网接入点,相比于现有技术中用户设备需要持续保持搜索无线局域网接 入点的状态相比, 大大缩短了用户设备在侦听信标的时间, 进而降低了被 动搜索的功耗。
基于如图 1所示的网络架构,本发明实施例提供了一种搜索无线局域 网接入点的方法, 由无线局域网接入点实现, 如图 4所示, 该方法包括: 301、 无线局域网接入点获取信标发送信息。

在无线局域网接入点使用上述实现方式 1 3获取信标发送信息之后, 将信标发送信息发送至基站, 或者将信标发送信息发送至网络设备。 网络 设备接收到无线局域网接入点发送的信标发送信息之后,就可以将所述信 标发送信息发送至所述基站; 或者, 根据所述信标发送时间信息确定所述 测量信息, 并将所述测量信息发送至所述基站, 并由所述基站发送至所述 用户设备; 或者, 根据所述信标发送时间信息确定所述测量信息, 并将所 述测量信息经由基站透传至用户设备。
302、 所述无线局域网接入点根据所述信标发送信息发送信标。
本发明实施例提供的搜索无线局域网接入点的方法,为保证用户设备 能够只在无线局域网接入点发送信标的时间和频点来搜索无线局域网接 入点, 无线局域网接入点需要按照获取特定的信标发送信息来发送信标, 需要相比于现有技术中用户设备需要持续保持搜索无线局域网接入点的 状态相比, 大大缩短了用户设备在侦听信标的时间, 进而降低了被动搜索 的功耗。
在图 1所示的网络架构中,本发明实施例提供了一种搜索无线局域网 接入点的方法, 由网络设备实现, 如图 5所示, 该方法包括:

本发明提供了一种基站, 可用于实现上述如图 2-14所示的基站侧的 方法流程, 如图 15所示, 包括: 获取单元 1401和发送单元 1402。
获取单元 1401, 用于获取测量信息。
发送单元 1402, 用于将所述获取单元 1401获取的测量信息发送至用 户设备,所述测量信息用于所述基站服务的用户设备搜索无线局域网接入 点。
其中, 所述测量信息包括以下信息中的至少一种:搜索时间信息, 信 标发送时间信息, 无线局域网接入点的频率信息, 无线局域网接入点的标 识信息。
可选的是, 所述搜索时间信息包括搜索持续时间, 或者包括搜索持续 时间和搜索周期; 所述信标发送时间信息包括信标发送的时间, 或者包括 信标发送的时间和信标发送的周期。
可选的是, 所述获取单元 1401具体用于获取无线局域网接入点的信 标发送信息, 根据所述信标发送信息确定所述测量信息; 还用于所述基站 为所述用户设备配置测量信息; 还用于接收网络设备发送的测量信息, 所 述网络设备用于管理基站与无线局域网接入点之间协同工作。
可选的是, 所述网络设备发送的测量信息包括: 所述网络设备为所述 用户设备配置的测量信息,或所述网络设备根据所述无线局域网接入点的 信标发送信息确定的所述用户设备的测量信息。

本发明实施例提供的搜索无线局域网接入点的装置及系统,通过让无 线局域网接入点的信标发送信息与用户设备的测量信息相匹配,使得用户 设备能够只在无线局域网接入点发送信标的时间和频点来搜索无线局域 网接入点,相比于现有技术中用户设备需要持续保持搜索无线局域网接入 点的状态相比, 大大缩短了用户设备在侦听信标的时间, 进而降低了被动 搜索的功耗。

本发明实施例提供的搜索无线局域网接入点的装置,通过让无线局域 网接入点的信标发送信息与用户设备的测量信息相匹配,使得用户设备能 够只在无线局域网接入点发送信标的时间和频点来搜索无线局域网接入 点,相比于现有技术中用户设备需要持续保持搜索无线局域网接入点的状 态相比, 大大缩短了用户设备在侦听信标的时间, 进而降低了被动搜索的 功耗。

29、 根据权利要求 28所述的基站, 其特征在于, 所述网络设备发送的 信标发送信息包括: 所述无线局域网接入点发送至所述网络设备的信标发 送信息, 或所述网络设备为所述无线局域网接入点配置的信标发送信息。
30、 根据权利要求 29所述的基站, 其特征在于, 所述发送单元还用于 将所述信标发送信息发送至无线局域网接入点, 以使得所述无线局域网接 入点根据所述信标发送信息发送信标。
31、 根据权利要求 30所述的基站, 其特征在于, 所述发送单元进一步 用于向所述无线局域网接入点发送所述信标发送信息; 以及用于向网络设 备发送所述信标发送信息, 并由所述网络设备将所述信标发送信息发送至 所述无线局域网接入点。
32、 根据权利要求 28-31任意一项所述的基站, 其特征在于, 所述信 标发送信息包括信标发送时间信息, 或者包括信标发送时间信息和频率信 息。
33、 根据权利要求 26-32任意一项所述的基站, 其特征在于, 所述发 送单元还用于将所述网络设备发送至所述用户设备的测量信息透传至所述 用户设备;
其中, 所述网络设备透传至所述用户设备的测量信息包括所述网络设 备为所述用户设备配置的测量信息; 或所述网络设备根据所述无线局域网 接入点的信标发送信息确定的所述用户设备的测量信息。
34、 根据权利要求 24-33任意一项所述的基站, 其特征在于, 所述发 送单元还用于向用户设备发送测量指示信息; 还用于将网络设备发送至所 述用户设备的测量指示信息透传给用户设备, 以使得接收到所述测量指示 信息的用户设备根据已存储的测量信息搜索无线局域网接入点。
35、 一种用户设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
获取单元, 用于获取测量信息, 所述测量信息包括以下信息中的至少 一种:搜索时间信息, 信标发送时间信息, 无线局域网接入点的频率信息, 无线局域网接入点的标识信息; 和
搜索单元, 用于根据所述获取单元获取的测量信息, 搜索无线局域网 接入点。
36、 根据权利要求 35所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述搜索时间信 息包括搜索持续时间, 或者包括搜索持续时间和搜索周期; 所述信标发送 时间信息包括信标发送的时间, 或者包括信标发送的时间和信标发送的周 期。
37、 根据权利要求 36所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述获取单元用 于所述用户设备接收基站发送的测量信息; 还用所述用户设备接收基站透 传的由网络设备发送的测量信息, 所述网络设备用于管理基站与无线局域 网接入点之间协同工作。
38、 根据权利要求 35-37任意一项所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所 述搜索单元还用于在接收到基站发送的测量指示信息或接收到基站透传的 由网络设备发送的测量信息时, 根据已存储的测量信息搜索无线局域网接 入点。
39、 一种无线局域网接入点, 其特征在于, 包括:
获取单元, 用于获取信标发送信息; 和
发送单元, 用于根据所述获取单元获取的信标发送信息发送信标。
40、 根据权利要求 39所述的无线局域网接入点, 其特征在于, 所述信 标发送信息包括信标发送时间信息, 或者包括信标发送时间信息和频率信 息; 其中, 所述信标发送时间信息包括信标发送的时间, 或者包括信标发 送的时间和信标发送周期。
41、 根据权利要求 40所述的无线局域网接入点, 其特征在于, 所述获 取单元具体用于为自身配置信标发送信息; 还用于所述无线局域网接入点 接收基站发送的信标发送信息; 还用于所述无线局域网接入点接收网络设 备发送的信标发送信息, 所述网络设备用于管理基站与无线局域网接入点 之间协同工作。
42、 根据权利要求 41所述的无线局域网接入点, 其特征在于, 所述网 络设备发送的信标发送信息包括所述基站发送至所述网络设备的信标发送 信息, 或所述网络设备为所述无线局域网接入点配置的信标发送信息。
43、根据权利要求 42所述的无线局域网接入点,其特征在于,还包括: 发送单元,用于将信标发送信息发送至基站;还用于所述无线局域网接 入点将信标发送信息发送至所述网络设备, 以使得所述网络设备将所述信 标发送信息发送至所述基站; 还用于所述无线局域网接入点将信标发送信 息发送至所述网络设备, 以使得所述网络设备根据所述信标发送时间信息 确定所述测量信息, 并将所述测量信息发送至所述基站, 并由所述基站发 送至所述用户设备; 还用于所述无线局域网接入点将信标发送信息发送至 所述网络设备, 以使得所述网络设备根据所述信标发送时间信息确定所述 测量信息, 并将所述测量信息经由基站透传至用户设备。
44、 一种网络设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
获取单元, 用于获取测量信息, 所述测量信息包括以下信息中的至少 一种:搜索时间信息, 信标发送时间信息, 无线局域网接入点的频率信息, 无线局域网接入点的标识信息; 和
发送单元, 用于将所述获取单元获取的测量信息发送至用户设备, 所 述测量信息用于所述网络设备管理的基站服务的用户设备搜索无线局域网 接入点。
45、 根据权利要求 44所述的网络设备, 其特征在于, 所述搜索时间信 息包括搜索持续时间, 或者包括搜索持续时间和搜索周期; 所述信标发送 时间信息包括信标发送的时间, 或者包括信标发送的时间和信标发送的周 期。
46、 根据权利要求 45所述的网络设备, 其特征在于, 所述发送单元具 体用于将所述测量信息发送至基站, 以使得所述基站将所述测量信息发送 至所述用户设备; 还用于将所述测量信息通过基站透传至所述用户设备。
47、 一种搜索无线局域网接入点的系统, 其特征在于, 包括如权利要 求 24至 34任意一项所述的基站、 如权利要求 35至 38任意一项所述的用 户设备、 如权利要求 39至 43任意一项所述的无线局域网接入点和如权利 要求 44至 46任意一项所述的网络设备。
