Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé qui introduit un premier courant à proximité d'une pluralité de fibres placées à l'intérieur d'un appareil à conduit de fibres de telle sorte que le premier courant constitue une phase sensiblement contrainte sur la surface des fibres. Le procédé introduit en outre une enzyme dans l'appareil et introduit un second courant dans l'appareil, qui est sensiblement non miscible au premier courant. Le premier courant, l'enzyme et le second courant sont introduits dans l'appareil de telle sorte que l'enzyme interagit avec une espèce précise de l'un parmi le premier et le second courant et les compositions du premier et du second courant sont modifiées. L'invention concerne un appareil qui comprend une pluralité de fibres placées longitudinalement à l'intérieur d'un conduit entre deux entrées de fluide et une sortie de fluide, la pluralité de fibres ayant une ou plusieurs enzymes immobilisées sur elles.
