난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물 및 이로부터 형성된 성형품

폴리카보네이트 수지는 우수한 기계적 강도, 높은 내열성, 투명성 등을 갖는 엔지니어링 플라스틱으로서, 사무 자동화(Office Automation) 기기, 전기/전자 부품, 건축자재 등의 다양한 분야에 사용된다. 상기 전기/전자 부품 분야에서도 특히, 노트북 PC 등의 외장재로 사용되는 수지는 높은 난연성 및 고강성이 요구되며 텔레비젼, 모니터, 노트북 등 제품의 슬림화 및 박막화로 높은 유동성이 요구된다.
일반적으로 고무변성 방향족 비닐계 공중합체 수지는 가공성이 양호하고 충격강도가 우수하며, 외관이 우수하기 때문에 열가소성 폴리카보네이트 수지와 함께 전기/전자 제품 등에 사용되며, 특히, 열을 발산하는 기기에 대해서는 난연성 수지를 적용하여 제조되어 왔다.
이러한 수지 조성물에 난연성을 부여하기 위해 종래에는 할로겐계 난연제와 안티몬 화합물 또는 인계 화합물이 사용되었다. 그러나, 할로겐을 포함하는 화합물은 가공 시 발생하는 할로겐화 수소 가스로 인해 금형이 손상될 수 있고 인체에 치명적인 영향을 끼칠 수 있다. 또한, 할로겐계 난연제의 주를 이루는 폴리브롬화 디페닐에테르는 연소 시에 다이옥신이나 퓨란과 같은 매우 유독한 가스를 발생할 가능성이 높기 때문에 할로겐계 화합물을 적용하지 않는 난연화 방법에 관심이 모아지고 있다.

상기 방향족 비닐계 단량체는 상기 고무질 공중합체에 그라프트 공중합될 수 있는 것으로서, 예를 들면, 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, β-메틸스티렌, p-메틸스티렌, 파라 t-부틸스티렌, 에틸스티렌, 비닐크실렌, 모노클로로스티렌, 디클로로스티렌, 디브로모스티렌, 비닐나프탈렌 등을 사용할 수 있으나, 이에 제한되는 것은 아니다. 이 중, 스티렌이 바람직하다. 상기 방향족 비닐계 단량체의 함량은 그라프트 공중합체 수지(B1) 전체 중량 중, 약 15 내지 약 94 중량%, 바람직하게는 약 20 내지 약 80 중량%, 더욱 바람직하게는 약 30 내지 약 60 중량%일 수 있다. 상기 범위에서 우수한 충격강도와 기계적 물성의 물성 발란스를 얻을 수 있다.
상기 방향족 비닐계 단량체와 공중합 가능한 단량체로는 예를 들면, 아크릴로니트릴 등의 시안화 비닐계 화합물, 에타크릴로니트릴, 메타크릴로니트릴 등의 불포화 니트릴계 화합물 등을 사용할 수 있으며, 단독 혹은 2종 이상 혼합하여 사용할 수 있다. 상기 방향족 비닐계 단량체와 공중합 가능한 단량체의 함량은 그라프트 공중합체 수지(B1) 전체 중량 중 약 1 내지 약 50 중량%, 바람직하게는 약 5 내지 약 45 중량%, 더욱 바람직하게는 약 10 내지 약 30 중량%일 수 있다. 상기 범위에서 우수한 충격강도와 기계적 물성의 물성 발란스를 얻을 수 있다.
상기 가공성 및 내열성을 부여하기 위한 단량체로는 예를 들면, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 무수말레인산, N-치환말레이미드 등을 예시할 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 상기 가공성 및 내열성을 부여하기 위한 단량체의 함량은 그라프트 공중합체 수지(B1) 전체 중량 중 약 0 내지 약 15 중량%, 바람직하게는 약 0.1 내지 약 10 중량%일 수 있다. 상기 범위에서 다른 물성의 저하없이, 가공성 및 내열성을 부여할 수 있다.
(B2) 방향족 비닐계 공중합체 수지
본 발명에 사용되는 방향족 비닐계 공중합체 수지(B2)는 상기 그라프트 공중합체 수지(B1)의 성분 중 고무(고무질 중합체)를 제외한 단량체 혼합물을 사용하여 제조할 수 있으며, 단량체의 비율은 상용성 등에 따라 달라질 수 있다. 예를 들면, 상기 공중합 수지(B2)는 상기 방향족 비닐계 단량체 및 상기 방향족 비닐계 단량체와 공중합 가능한 단량체를 공중합시켜 얻을 수 있다.
상기 방향족 비닐계 단량체로는, 예를 들면, 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, β-메틸스티렌, p-메틸스티렌, 파라 t-부틸스티렌, 에틸스티렌, 비닐크실렌, 모노클로로스티렌, 디클로로스티렌, 디브로모스티렌, 비닐나프탈렌 등을 사용할 수 있으나, 이에 제한되는 것은 아니다. 이 중, 스티렌이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 방향족 비닐계 단량체와 공중합 가능한 단량체로는 예를 들면, 아크릴로니트릴 등의 시안화 비닐계 화합물, 에타크릴로니트릴, 메타크릴로니트릴 등의 불포화 니트릴계 화합물 등을 사용할 수 있으며, 단독 혹은 2종 이상 혼합하여 사용할 수 있다.
상기 방향족 비닐계 공중합체 수지(B2)는 필요에 따라, 상기 가공성 및 내열성을 부여하는 단량체를 더욱 포함할 수 있다. 상기 가공성 및 내열성을 부여하기 위한 단량체로는 예를 들면, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 무수말레인산, N-치환말레이미드 등을 예시할 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
상기 방향족 비닐계 공중합체 수지(B2)에 있어서, 상기 방향족 비닐계 단량체의 함량은 방향족 비닐계 공중합체 수지(B2) 전체 중량 중 약 50 내지 약 95 중량%, 바람직하게는 약 60 내지 약 90 중량%, 더욱 바람직하게는 약 70 내지 약 80 중량%일 수 있다. 상기 범위에서 우수한 충격강도와 기계적 물성의 물성 발란스를 얻을 수 있다.
상기 방향족 비닐계 단량체와 공중합 가능한 단량체의 함량은 방향족 비닐계 공중합체 수지(B2) 전체 중량 중 약 5 내지 약 50 중량%, 바람직하게는 약 10 내지 약 40 중량%, 더욱 바람직하게는 약 20 내지 약 30 중량%일 수 있다. 상기 범위에서 우수한 충격강도와 기계적 물성의 물성 발란스를 얻을 수 있다.
또한, 상기 가공성 및 내열성을 부여하기 위한 단량체의 함량은 방향족 비닐계 공중합체 수지(B2) 전체 중량 중 약 0 내지 약 30 중량%, 바람직하게는 약 0.1 내지 약 20 중량%일 수 있다. 상기 범위에서 다른 물성의 저하없이, 가공성 및 내열성을 부여할 수 있다.
상기 방향족 비닐계 공중합체 수지(B2)의 중량평균분자량은 약 50,000 내지 약 500,000 g/mol일 수 있으나, 이에 제한되지 않는다.
본 발명에 사용되는 고무변성 방향족 비닐계 공중합체 수지(B)의 비한정적인 예로는 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌 공중합체 수지(ABS 수지), 아크릴로니트릴-에틸렌프로필렌고무-스티렌 공중합체 수지(AES 수지), 아크릴로니트릴-아크릴고무-스티렌 공중합체 수지(AAS 수지), 이들의 혼합물 등을 예시할 수 있다. 여기서, 상기 ABS 수지는 상기 그라프트 공중합체 수지(B1)로서, 중심부 부타디엔계 고무상 중합체에 방향족 비닐계 화합물인 스티렌 단량체와 불포화 니트릴계 화합물인 아크릴로니트릴 단량체가 그라프트된 공중합체(g-ABS)가 상기 방향족 비닐계 공중합체 수지(B2)로서, 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체 수지(SAN 수지)에 분산된 것일 수 있다.
또한, 상기 고무변성 방향족 비닐계 공중합체 수지(B)에 있어서, 상기 그라프트 공중합체 수지(B1)의 함량은 약 10 내지 약 100 중량%, 바람직하게는 약 15 내지 약 90 중량%이고, 상기 방향족 비닐계 공중합체 수지(B2)의 함량은 약 0 내지 약 90 중량%, 바람직하게는 약 10 내지 약 85 중량%이다. 상기 범위에서 우수한 충격강도와 기계적 물성의 물성 발란스를 얻을 수 있다.
상기 고무변성 방향족 비닐계 공중합체 수지(B)는 상기 폴리카보네이트 수지(A) 100 중량부에 대하여, 약 5 내지 약 30 중량부, 바람직하게는 약 10 내지 약 25 중량부, 더욱 바람직하게는 약 15 내지 약 20 중량부로 포함될 수 있다. 상기 고무변성 방향족 비닐계 공중합체 수지(B)의 함량이 상기 폴리카보네이트 수지(A) 100 중량부에 대하여, 약 5 중량부 미만이면, 충격이 저하될 우려가 있고, 상기 폴리카보네이트 수지(A) 100 중량부에 대하여, 약 30 중량부를 초과하면, 난연성이 저하될 우려가 있다.
(C) 방향족 인산에스테르계 화합물
본 발명에 사용되는 방향족 인산에스테르계 화합물(C)로는 통상의 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물에 사용되는 방향족 인산에스테르계 난연제를 사용할 수 있으며, 예를 들면, 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 방향족 인산에스테르계 화합물을 사용할 수 있다.

상기 화학식 2에서, R1, R2, R4 및 R5는 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, C6-C20(탄소수 6 내지 20)의 아릴기, 또는 C1-C10의 알킬기가 치환된 C6-C20의 아릴기이고, R3는 C6-C20의 아릴렌기 또는 C1-C10의 알킬기가 치환된 C6-C20의 아릴렌기로서, 레조시놀, 하이드로퀴놀, 비스페놀-A, 비스페놀-S 등의 디알콜로부터 유도된 것이며, n은 0 내지 4의 정수이다.
상기 화학식 2로 표시되는 방향족 인산에스테르계 화합물의 비한정적인 예로는, n이 0인 경우, 디페닐포스페이트 등의 디아릴포스페이트, 트리페닐포스페이트, 트리크레실포스페이트, 트리자이레닐포스페이트, 트리(2,6-디메틸페닐)포스페이트, 트리(2,4,6-트리메틸페닐)포스페이트, 트리(2,4-디터셔리부틸페닐)포스페이트, 트리(2,6-디메틸페닐)포스페이트 등을 예시할 수 있고, n이 1인 경우, 레조시놀 비스(디페닐)포스페이트, 레조시놀 비스(2,6-디메틸페닐)포스페이트, 레조시놀 비스(2,4-디터셔리부틸페닐)포스페이트, 하이드로퀴놀 비스(2,6-디메틸페닐)포스페이트, 하이드로퀴놀 비스(2,4-디터셔리부틸페닐)포스페이트 등을 예시할 수 있다. 상기 방향족 인산에스테르계 화합물은 단독 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물의 형태로 적용될 수 있다. 
상기 방향족 인산에스테르 화합물(C)은 상기 폴리카보네이트 수지(A) 100 중량부에 대하여, 약 10 내지 약 30 중량부, 바람직하게는 약 15 내지 약 25 중량부로 포함될 수 있다. 상기 방향족 인산에스테르계 화합물(C)의 함량이 폴리카보네이트 수지(A) 100 중량부에 대하여, 약 10 중량부 미만이면, 난연성이 저하될 우려가 있고, 약 30 중량부를 초과하면, 강성이 저하될 우려가 있다.
(D) 할로이사이트 튜브(Halloysite tube)
본 발명에 사용되는 할로이사이트 튜브(D)는 난연제로서 상기 방향족 인산에스테르계 화합물(C), 및 충진제(E)를 사용하는 열가소성 수지 조성물에 충격 보강제로서 사용되며, 굴곡탄성률 등의 강성의 저하 없이, 난연성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 상기 할로이사이트 튜브(D)는 미네랄(minerals) 중에서 카올린(kaolin)계열의 알루미늄실리케이트이며, 튜브(tube) 형태로 형성되어 있는 것이다. 상기 할로이사이트 튜브(D)는 폴리머 매트릭스(polymer matrix)에서 분산성을 확보할 수 있고, 중앙이 비워져 있는 나노튜브(nanotube)의 형태로 존재한다.
상기 할로이사이트 튜브(D)의 직경은 약 1 내지 약 500 nm, 바람직하게는 약 300 내지 약 500 nm일 수 있고, 길이는 약 100 내지 약 40,000 nm, 바람직하게는 약 500 내지 약 40,000 nm일 수 있다. 상기 범위에서 강성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
상기 할로이사이트 튜브(D)은 상기 폴리카보네이트 수지(A) 100 중량부에 대하여, 약 0.1 내지 약 5 중량부, 바람직하게는 약 0.5 내지 약 4 중량부로 포함될 수 있다. 상기 할로이사이트 튜브(D)의 함량이 폴리카보네이트 수지(A) 100 중량부에 대하여, 약 0.1 중량부 미만이면, 난연성이 저하될 우려가 있고, 약 5 중량부를 초과하면, 내충격성이 저하될 우려가 있다.
구체예에서, 상기 방향족 인산에스테르계 화합물(C) 및 상기 할로이사이트 튜브(D)의 함량비((C):(D), 중량비)는 약 5 : 약 1 내지 약 150 : 약 1일 수 있다. 상기 범위에서 열가소성 조성물의 굴곡탄성률의 저하 없이, 난연성을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있다.
(E) 충진제
본 발명에 사용되는 충진제(E)는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물의 기계적 특성, 내열성 및 치수안정성 등을 증가시키기 위하여 첨가된다. 상기 충진제(E)로는 구형, 판상형, 원통형, 침상형 등의 다양한 입자 형태를 갖는 통상적인 유기 및/또는 무기 충진제를 사용할 수 있으며, 그 구체적인 예로는, 탄소섬유, 유리섬유, 유리비드, 유리플레이크, 카본블랙, 활석, 클레이, 카올린, 탈크, 마이카, 탄산칼슘 및 이의 혼합물 등을 예시할 수 있다. 바람직하게는 유리섬유, 탈크 또는 활석을 사용할 수 있으며, 더욱 바람직하게는 유리섬유 또는 탈크를 사용할 수 있다. 또한, 상기 충진제(E)는 가장 긴 길이(장경)가 약 5 내지 약 20 ㎛인 것을 사용할 수 있으나, 이에 제한되지 않는다.
상기 충진제(E)는 상기 폴리카보네이트 수지(A) 100 중량부에 대하여, 약 5 내지 약 50 중량부, 바람직하게는 약 10 내지 약 40 중량부, 더욱 바람직하게는 약 15 내지 약 30 중량부로 포함될 수 있다. 상기 충진제(E)의 함량이 폴리카보네이트 수지(A) 100 중량부에 대하여, 약 5 중량부 미만이면, 기계적 특성, 내열성 및 치수안정성 등이 저하될 우려가 있고, 약 50 중량부를 초과하면, 충격이 저하될 우려가 있다.
본 발명에 따른 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물은 상기의 구성 성분 외에도 각각의 용도에 따라 자외선 안정제, 형광증백제, 활제, 이형제, 대전방지제, 안정제, 보강재, 안료 또는 염료 등의 착색제, 이들의 혼합물 등과 같은 첨가제를 더욱 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 상기 첨가제는 상기 폴리카보네이트 수지(A) 100 중량부에 대하여, 약 0.1 내지 약 10 중량부 포함될 수 있으나, 이에 제한되지 않는다.
상기 자외선 안정제는 UV 조사에 따른 수지 조성물의 색상 변화 및 광반사성 저하를 억제하는 역할을 하는 것으로, 벤조트리아졸계, 벤조페논계, 트리아진계 등의 화합물이 사용될 수 있다.
상기 형광증백제는 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물의 광반사율을 향상시키는 역할을 하는 것으로, 4-(벤조옥사졸-2-일)-4'-(5-메틸벤조옥사졸-2-일)스틸벤 또는 4,4'-비스(벤조옥사졸-2-일)스틸벤 등과 같은 스틸벤-비스벤조옥사졸 유도체가 사용될 수 있다.
상기 이형제로는 불소 함유 중합체, 실리콘 오일, 스테아릴산의 금속염, 몬탄산의 금속염, 몬탄산 에스테르 왁스 또는 폴리에틸렌 왁스가 사용될 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물은, 굴곡탄성률 등의 강성의 저하 없이, 난연성을 향상시킬 수 있는 것으로서, 두께 1.2 mm의 시편을 제조하여, UL-94 vertical test 방법으로 측정한 난연도가 V-0 이상이고, 두께 6.4 mm의 시편을 제조하여, ASTM D790에 의거하여 측정한 굴곡탄성률이 약 35,000 내지 약 45,000 kgf/cm2, 바람직하게는 약 37,000 내지 약 45,000 kgf/cm2일 수 있다.
상기 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물은 상기 구성성분과 기타 첨가제들을 동시에 혼합한 후에, 압출기 내에서 용융 압출하고 펠렛 형태로 제조할 수 있다. 상기 제조된 펠렛은 사출성형, 압출성형, 진공성형, 캐스팅성형 등의 다양한 성형방법을 통해 다양한 성형품으로 제조될 수 있다.
본 발명의 다른 관점은 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물을 성형한 성형품을 제공한다. 상기 성형품은 강성, 난연성 등이 모두 우수하여 전기전자 제품의 부품, 외장재, 자동차 부품, 잡화, 구조재 등에 광범위하게 적용 가능하다.
이하, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 통해 본 발명의 구성 및 작용을 더욱 상세히 설명하기로 한다. 다만, 이는 본 발명의 바람직한 예시로 제시된 것이며 어떠한 의미로도 이에 의해 본 발명이 제한되는 것으로 해석될 수는 없다.
실시예
하기 실시예 및 비교예에서 사용된 각 성분의 사양은 다음과 같다:
(A) 폴리카보네이트 수지
중량평균분자량(Mw)이 25,000 g/mol인 비스페놀-A형의 폴리카보네이트를 사용하였다.
(B) 고무변성 방향족 비닐계 공중합체 수지
하기 (B-1) 스티렌계 그라프트 공중합체 수지 40 중량%와 (B-2) 스티렌 함유 공중합체 수지 60 중량%를 혼련하여 제조한 수지를 사용하였다.
(B-1) 스티렌계 그라프트 공중합체 수지(ABS 그라프트 공중합체 수지)
부타디엔 고무 라텍스를 고형분 기준으로 50 중량부를 반응기에 투입한 후, 스티렌 36 중량부, 아크릴로니트릴 14 중량부와 탈이온수 150 중량부를 첨가하고, 전체 고형분에 대하여, 올레인산칼륨 1.0 중량부, 큐멘하이드로퍼옥사이드 0.4 중량부, 머캅탄계 연쇄이동제 0.2 중량부, 포도당 0.4 중량부, 황산철 수화물 0.01 중량부, 피로포스페이트 나트륨염 0.3 중량부를 투입하고, 5시간 동안 75℃에서 반응시켜 그라프트 공중합체 수지 라텍스를 제조하였다. 제조된 수지 라텍스에 황산을 상기 수지 라텍스의 고형분에 대하여 0.4 중량부 투입하여 수지 라텍스를 응고시킴으로써, 분말 형태의 스티렌계 그라프트 공중합체 수지를 제조하였다.
(B-2) 스티렌 함유 공중합체 수지(SAN 공중합체 수지)
반응기에 스티렌 72 중량부, 아크릴로니트릴 28 중량부, 탈이온수 120 중량부, 아조비스이소부티로니트릴 0.2 중량부, 트리칼슘포스페이트 0.4 중량부, 및 머캅탄계 연쇄이동제 0.2 중량부를 투입하고, 실온에서 80℃까지 90분 동안 승온 시킨 후, 이 온도에서 240분을 유지하여, 아크릴로니트릴 함량 25 중량%의 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체 수지(SAN)을 제조하였다. 이를 수세, 탈수, 및 건조하여 분말 상태의 스티렌 함유 공중합체 수지를 제조하였다. 상기 스티렌 함유 공중합체 수지의 중량평균분자량은 180,000 내지 200,000 g/mol이었다.
(C) 방향족 인산에스테르계 화합물: 디아릴포스페이트(제품명: PX-200, 제조사: DAIHACHI사)를 사용하였다.
(D) 충격보강제
(D-1) 할로이사이트 나노튜브: Applied mineral사의 Dragonite XR을 사용하였다.
(D-2) 폴리디메틸실록산 고무 혼합체: 미치비시 레이온 화학(Mistubishi Rayon chemical)사의 Metablene S-2001을 사용하였다.
(E) 충진제
탈크(제품명: UPN HS-T 0.5 제조사: HAYASHI사)를 사용하였다.
실시예 1~3 및 비교예 1~10
하기 표 1의 함량에 따라, 각 구성 성분을 첨가하고 240 내지 280℃로 가열된 이축 용융압출기 내에서 용융 및 혼련시켜 칩 상태의 수지 조성물을 제조하였다. 이와 같이 얻어진 칩을 80℃의 온도에서 5 시간 이상 건조시킨 다음, 240 내지 280℃로 가열된 스크류식 사출기를 이용하여 난연성 측정용 시편과 기계적 특성 평가용 시편을 제조하였다. 제조된 시편에 대해 하기 방법으로 물성을 평가하고, 그 결과를 하기 표 1에 나타내었다.
물성 측정 방법
(1) 난연도: 두께 1.5 mm 및 1.2 mm의 시편을 제조하여, UL-94 vertical test 방법으로 측정하였다.
(2) Vicat 연화온도(VST): ASTM D1525에 의거, 5 kgf 하중에서 측정하였다(단위: ℃).
(3) 아이조드 충격강도: ASTM D256에 의거 두께 3.2 mm의 아이조드 시편에 노치(Notch)를 만들어 측정하였다(단위: kgfㆍcm/cm).
(4) 굴곡탄성률: 두께 6.4 mm의 시편을 제조하여, ASTM D790에 의거 측정하였다(단위: kgf/cm2).

상기 표 1의 결과로부터, 본 발명에 따른 실시예 1~3의 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물은 강성(굴곡탄성률)을 저하시키지 않으면서, 충격강도 및 난연성이 뛰어남을 알 수 있다.
반면, 고무변성 방향족 비닐계 공중합체 수지(B)를 사용하지 않은 비교예 1은 충격강도가 저하되었고, 고무변성 방향족 비닐계 공중합체 수지(B)를 과량 사용한 비교예 2는 난연성 및 내열성(VST)이 저하되었으며, 방향족 인산에스테르계 화합물(C)을 소량 사용한 비교예 3은 난연성이 저하되었고, 방향족 인산에스테르계 화합물(C)을 과량 사용한 비교예 4는 충격강도 및 내열성(VST)이 저하되었음을 알 수 있다. 또한, 비교예 5로부터, 할로이사이트 튜브(D-1) 등의 충격보강제(D)를 사용하지 않을 경우, 난연성, 및 충격강도 저하됨을 알 수 있고, 할로이사이트 튜브(D-1)를 과량 또는 소량 사용 시, 오히려 충격강도가 저하됨을 비교예 6 및 10으로부터 알 수 있다. 또한, 비교예 7로부터, 충진제(E)를 사용하지 않을 경우, 난연도, 내열성 및 굴곡탄성률이 저하됨을 알 수 있고, 비교예 8로부터, 충진제(E)를 과량 사용할 경우, 충격강도가 저하됨을 알 수 있다. 특히, 비교예 9로부터, 충격보강제(D)로서 본 발명의 할로이사이트 튜브(D-1)가 아닌 폴리디메틸실록산 고무 혼합체(D-2)를 사용할 경우, 난연성 및 굴곡탄성률이 저하됨을 확인할 수 있었다.
본 발명의 단순한 변형 내지 변경은 이 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의하여 용이하게 실시될 수 있으며, 이러한 변형이나 변경은 모두 본 발명의 영역에 포함되는 것으로 볼 수 있다.

Claims (10)

  1. (A) 폴리카보네이트 수지 약 100 중량부;
    (B) 고무 변성 방향족 비닐계 공중합체 수지 약 5 내지 약 30 중량부;
    (C) 방향족 인산에스테르계 화합물 약 10 내지 약 30 중량부;
    (D) 할로이사이트 튜브 약 0.1 내지 약 5 중량부; 및
    (E) 충진제 약 5 내지 약 50 중량부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무변성 방향족 비닐계 그라프트 공중합체 수지(B)는 (B1) 고무질 중합체 약 5 내지 약 65 중량%, 방향족 비닐계 단량체 약 15 내지 약 94 중량%, 및 시안화비닐계 화합물 약 1 내지 약 50 중량%를 포함하는 그라프트 공중합체 수지 약 10 내지 약 100 중량%; 및 (B2) 방향족 비닐계 단량체 약 50 내지 약 95 중량%, 및 시안화비닐계 화합물 약 5 내지 약 50 중량%를 포함하는 방향족 비닐계 공중합체 수지 약 0 내지 약 90 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무변성 방향족 비닐계 공중합 수지(B)는 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌 공중합체 수지(ABS 수지), 아크릴로니트릴-에틸렌프로필렌고무-스티렌 공중합체 수지(AES 수지) 및 아크릴로니트릴-아크릴고무-스티렌 공중합체 수지(AAS 수지) 중 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 인산에스테르계 화합물(C)은 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물:

    상기 화학식 2에서, R1, R2, R4 및 R5는 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, C6-C20의 아릴기, 또는 C1-C10의 알킬기가 치환된 C6-C20의 아릴기이고, R3는 C6-C20의 아릴렌기 또는 C1-C10의 알킬기가 치환된 C6-C20의 아릴렌기이며, n은 0 내지 4의 정수이다.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 할로이사이트 튜브(D)는 직경이 약 1 내지 약 500 nm이고, 길이가 약 100 내지 약 40,000 nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 충진제(E)는 탄소섬유, 유리섬유, 유리비드, 유리플레이크, 카본블랙, 활석, 클레이, 카올린, 탈크, 마이카, 및 탄산칼슘 중 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 인산에스테르계 화합물(C) 및 상기 할로이사이트 튜브(D)의 함량비((C):(D), 중량비)는 약 5 : 약 1 내지 약 150 : 약 1이고, 상기 할로이사이트 튜브(D) 및 상기 충진제(E)의 함량비((D):(E), 중량비)는 약 1 : 약 5 내지 약 1 : 약 250인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물은 자외선 안정제, 형광증백제, 활제, 이형제, 대전방지제, 안정제, 보강재, 안료, 및 염료 중 1종 이상을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물은 UL-94 vertical test 방법으로 측정한 난연도가 V-0 이상이고, ASTM D790에 의거하여 측정한 굴곡탄성률이 약 35,000 내지 약 45,000 kgf/cm2이며, ASTM D256에 의거하여 측정한 아이조드 충격강도가 약 10 내지 약 16 kgfㆍcm/cm인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물로부터 형성된 성형품.
