Definitions

  • Present invention is related to the container industry, particularly to glass bottles which are used to package the majority of alcoholic beverages, and on the other hand, to the field of health of those persons who consume these beverages.
  • the tampered beverages with which these bottles are refilled possess several disadvantages among which are the health risks posed, in addition to being bad quality given that during the preparation of the same, raw materials which have no sanitary control are used, thereby causing damage to the organisms of the people who ingest these; additionally causing damages to the original manufacturers of these beverages and to the taxing authorities of the countries where these illicit acts occur, through tax evasion which takes place.
  • Present invention provides a system, by means of which the re-use of glass bottles which are used as packaging for alcoholic beverages, or any other type, is inhibited, thus definitively avoiding that these be use to refill them with tampered products.
  • this model consists of an inviolable cap which serves as a guaranty for bottles or any type of packaging applied to un-refillable stoppers, which comprises a striated upper lid and a lower tube together with a corrugated base, which is characterized by said cap being comprised by: a cylindrical body which completely covers the lid and a neck of a bottle; a pre-cut pattern found along the length of the cylindrical body and radially shaped; a ribbon with a tongue set to be detachable, joined on the lower part of the cylindrical body radially shaped, and a lower flexible flap, set on the final lower part of the cylindrical body.
  • IMPROVEMENTS FOR STOPPERS FOR ANTI- REFILIABLE BOTTLES are protected, characterized by said stoppers comprising in combination a valve seat in shape closely resembling a thimble, open on both ends, from which, the lower part presents an inner border and the upper part of the configuration which allows the coupling of the stopper to the neck of the bottle, without the need of packaging; a valve with a hollow cylindrical shape, open on its lower part, which rests over the lower border of the valve seat, and which contains on the upper surface, a circular recess, a conical trunk counter-weight which it has on the greater circular surface, which remains downwardly, a protrusion which has a bumped cone shape whose vertex rests over the circular recess of the valve and serves to guide the same in centered form, against the valve seat when the bottle is in vertical position, or even oppositely, when the bottle is in an inclined or a horizontal position.
  • Patent application MXPA00012968 refers to a security device for bottles, which operates on the neck of the bottle, not within the interior of the same. Therefore rendering it different from the invention of present patent application.
  • the three inventions described above are examples of a great amount of these devices which exist for the purpose of avoiding bottles from being re-filled, however they have not been successful given to the operations which the people re- filling these bottle fraudulently undertake, which are to break the stopper, re-fill the bottle and place a new stopper on the bottle.
  • An objective of the present invention is to provide a system through which it would be impossible to re-use with tampered products, glass bottles which are used originally as packaging for genuine alcoholic beverages and other types of beverages.
  • Another objective of the present invention is to provide a system which in a safe manner for the user, disables glass bottles, which are originally used as packaging for genuine alcoholic beverages, or other type of beverages, with the end goal of avoiding that they be re- filled with adulterated beverages, simulating the original beverage and causing harm to the consuming public.
  • Yet another objective of the invention is to use a fragile material cartridge, containing substances which mark the glass in an indelible manner, with the end goal of avoiding that the bottles be re-filled with adulterated beverages, simulating the original beverage and causing harm to the consuming public.

  • Both the cartridge (2) as well as the ampoule (9) when introduced into the glass bottle and this is filled with the original alcoholic beverage, are either at the bottom, semi- floating or floating in the liquid which the original alcoholic beverage forms.
