提供小区状态的方法及设备 技术领域 本发明实施例涉及通信技术,尤其涉及一种提供小区状态的方法及设备。 背景技术
用户可以根据显示在用户设备 ( User Equipment, 以下简称 UE ) 的图形 用户界面 ( Graphical User Interface , 以下简称 GUI ) 中的无线信号的强弱, 获知当前移动语音业务质量的好坏。 但对于移动数据业务质量而言, 主要由 UE所在小区的网络负荷决定, 网络负荷越低则 UE可被分配到的网络资源越 多, UE获得的移动数据业务质量也越高。 如果用户能够获知所使用的 UE所 在小区的网络负荷等方面的小区状态, 就可以釆取措施提升 UE的移动数据 业务质量, 例如可以订购短期的临时加速套餐包来提高移动数据业务的最大 带宽和优先级等。
现有技术中, 接入网 ( Access Network , 以下简称 AN )检测到小区状态 改变后, 需要通过在上行数据包中携带小区状态信息以通知核心网 (Core Network, 以下简称 CN ) , CN解析小区状态信息并依次通过网络能力开放 网关(Networker Enabler ) 、 网络服务器(Networker Server )和推送服务器 ( Push Server )将小区状态信息传递至 UE的推送代理( Push Agent ) , 推送 代理转发小区状态给网络客户端 ( Networker Client ) , 用户可以通过网络客 户端获知 UE所在小区的小区状态。
然而, 上述方法传输经过的网元多 , 时延大, 在 AN和 CN之间没有上 行数据包或者无空口连接的情况下, 用户无法实时获取小区状态信息。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种提供小区状态的方法及设备, 用以使用户实时获 取小区状态。

媒介访问控制协议数据单元 ( Medium Access Control Protocol Data Unit, 以下简称 MAC PDU )通常可以包括 MAC头 ( MAC header ) 、 MAC控制单 元(MAC control element ) 、 MAC 业务数据单元(MAC SDU ) 以及填充 ( adding ) 。 MAC控制单元用于传输 MAC层的控制信息, 而 MAC业务数 据单元可以用于携带下行数据。 本实施例可以定义小区状态 MAC控制单元, 小区状态 MAC控制单元作为 MAC控制单元的一种,用于传输小区状态信息。
LTE中的接入网设备检测到小区的状态发生变化后, 如果存在需要发送 给用户设备的下行数据,则将小区状态信息和下行数据分别携带在 MAC PDU 的小区状态 MAC控制单元和 MAC业务数据单元中,发送给用户设备; 如果 没有需要发送给用户设备的下行数据, 则通过包含小区状态 MAC控制单元 的 MAC PDU将小区状态信息发送给用户设备, MAC PDU可以不包含 MAC 业务数据单元。

简言之, 接入网设备通过小区状态 MAC控制单元向用户设备发送小区 状态信息前, 可以通过查询确定该用户设备支持小区状态 MAC控制单元的 接收和解析。
S430、 用户设备根据小区状态信息确定所接入的小区的状态变化。
用户设备接收到小区状态信息后, 可以根据小区状态信息确定所接入的 小区的状态变化。 用户设备也可以向用户显示该小区状态信息。
本实施例提供的提供小区状态的方法, 接入网设备通过 MAC PDU直接 向用户设备提供小区状态信息, 可以缩短用户获取小区状态信息的时延, 提 高用户获取小区状态信息的实时性。
图 5为本发明提供的接入网设备实施例一的结构示意图, 如图 5所示, 本实施例提供的接入网设备 500包括: 检测模块 510、 发送模块 520和接收 模块 530, 具体地:
检测模块 510, 用于检测小区的状态发生变化;
发送模块 520, 用于向接入小区的用户设备发送小区状态信息。
本实施例的接入网设备 500 , 可以用于执行图 1所示方法实施例的技 术方案, 其实现原理和技术效果类似, 此处不再赘述。
进一步地, 发送模块 520具体用于: 向用户设备发送广播消息, 广播消 息中携带小区状态信息。
进一步地, 发送模块 520还用于: 向用户设备发送寻呼消息, 寻呼消息 用于指示用户设备接收携带小区状态信息的广播消 , ¾。

图 7为本发明提供的接入网设备实施例二的结构示意图, 如图 7所示, 该接入网设备 700包括至少一个处理器 710, 例如 CPU, 发送器 720、 接 收器 730以及用户接口 703 , 存储器 704, 至少一个通信总线 705以及操 作系统 706。通信总线 705用于实现这些装置之间的连接通信。存储器 704 可能包含高速 RAM存储器, 也可能还包括非易失性存储器 (non-volatile memory ) , 例如至少一个磁盘存储器。 存储器 704可选的可以包含至少一 个位于远离前述处理器 710的存储装置。 操作系统 706, 包含各种程序, 用于实现各种基础业务以及处理基于硬件的任务。
处理器 710, 用于检测小区的状态发生变化;
发送器 720, 用于向接入小区的用户设备发送小区状态信息。
本实施例的接入网设备 700 , 可以用于执行图 1所示方法实施例的技 术方案, 其实现原理和技术效果类似, 此处不再赘述。

图 8为本发明提供的用户设备实施例二的结构示意图, 如图 8所示, 本 实施例提供的用户设备 800包括: 至少一个存储器 801、 接收器 810、 处 理器 820以及发送器 830。可选地,还可以包括:芯片 802、I/O( Input/Output, 输入 /输出, 简称 I/O )子系统 803、 音频电路 804、 外部接口 805、 存储器 控制器以及操作系统等。 处理器 820, 如可以为中央处理器 (Central Processing Unit, 简称 CPU ) 。
上述组件通过一条或多条通信总线或信号线进行通信, 用户设备 800 可以包括但不限于移动电话或平板电脑等。图 8所示的各组件可以用硬件、 软件或软硬件的组合来实现, 包括一个或多个信号处理和 /或专用集成电 路。 存储器 801可包括高速随机存取存储器、 非易失性固体存储设备等。 存储器控制器可控制用户设备 800的诸如处理器等其它组件对存储器 801 的访问, 以调用存储器 801中的各模块执行相应功能。
接收器 810, 用于接收接入网设备发送的小区状态信息;
处理器 820, 用于根据小区状态信息确定所接入的小区的状态变化。 本实施例的用户设备 800, 可以用于执行图 2所示方法实施例的技术 方案, 其实现原理和技术效果类似, 此处不再赘述。
进一步地, 接收器 810具体用于: 接收接入网设备发送的广播消息, 广 播消息中携带小区状态信息。
进一步地, 接收器 810还用于: 接收接入网设备发送的寻呼消息, 寻呼 消息用于指示用户设备接收携带小区状态信息的广播消息。
进一步地, 接收器 810具体用于: 接收接入网设备发送的媒介访问控制 协议数据单元 MAC PDU, MAC PDU中的小区状态 MAC控制单元中携带小 区状态信息。
进一步地, 接收器 810还用于: 接收接入网设备发送的用户设备能力查 询消息, 用户设备能力查询消息用于查询用户设备是否支持通过小区状态 MAC控制单元接收小区状态信息;发送器 830用于向接入网设备发送用户设 备能力响应消息, 用户设备能力响应消息用于指示用户设备支持通过小区状 态 MAC控制单元接收小区状态信息。
进一步地, 小区状态信息包括上行小区状态信息和 /或下行小区状态信 息。

综上所述, 本发明实施例提供的提供小区状态的方法及设备, 接入网设 备通过广播消息或者单播消息直接向用户设备提供小区状态信息, 可以缩短 用户获取小区状态信息的时延, 提高用户获取小区状态信息的实时性。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解: 实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤 可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成, 前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读 取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤; 而前述 的存储介质包括: ROM, RAM, 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介 质。
最后应说明的是: 以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案, 而非对 其限制; 尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通 技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改, 或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换; 而这些修改或者替换, 并 不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

接入网设备检测到小区的状态发生变化;

2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接入网设备向接入所 述小区的用户设备发送小区状态信息, 包括:
所述接入网设备向所述用户设备发送广播消息, 所述广播消息中携带所 述小区状态信息。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接入网设备向所述用 户设备发送广播消息之前, 还包括:
所述接入网设备向所述用户设备发送寻呼消息, 所述寻呼消息用于指示 所述用户设备接收携带所述小区状态信息的广播消息。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接入网设备向接入所 述小区的用户设备发送小区状态信息, 包括:

6、 根据权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述小区状 态信息包括上行小区状态信息和 /或下行小区状态信息。
7、 一种提供小区状态的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
用户设备接收接入网设备发送的小区状态信息;
所述用户设备根据所述小区状态信息确定所接入的小区的状态变化。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户设备接收接入网 设备发送的小区状态信息, 包括:
所述用户设备接收所述接入网设备发送的广播消息, 所述广播消息中携 带所述小区状态信息。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户设备接收所述接 入网设备发送的广播消息之前, 还包括:

13、 一种接入网设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
检测模块, 用于检测小区的状态发生变化;
发送模块, 用于向接入所述小区的用户设备发送小区状态信息。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的接入网设备, 其特征在于, 所述发送模块具 体用于:
向所述用户设备发送广播消息 ,所述广播消息中携带所述小区状态信息。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的接入网设备, 其特征在于, 所述发送模块还 用于:
向所述用户设备发送寻呼消息, 所述寻呼消息用于指示所述用户设备接 收携带所述小区状态信息的广播消息。
16、 根据权利要求 13所述的接入网设备, 其特征在于, 所述发送模块具 体用于:
