Abstract
La présente invention concerne différents types de pompes à entraînement magnétique dans lequel un élément rotatif est relié à un aimant entraîné logé dans un logement d'aimant, l'aimant y étant mouillé par le fluide pompé par la pompe. Selon un mode de réalisation représentatif, un ensemble de pompe comprend un sous-ensemble de tête de pompe à entraînement magnétique et un sous-ensemble d'entraînement de pompe accouplé au sous-ensemble de tête de pompe. Le sous-ensemble de tête de pompe comprend un aimant rotatif contenu dans une coupelle magnétique, laquelle comprend une paroi d'extrémité distale et s'étend dans l'enceinte de l'entraînement de pompe. Le sous-ensemble d'entraînement de pompe comprend également au moins une carte de circuit imprimé et un stator adjacent à la carte de circuit imprimé. Le stator entoure coaxialement la coupelle magnétique. La carte de circuit imprimé comprend un circuit d'entraînement de stator et au moins un circuit de traitement du signal. La carte de circuit imprimé définit également un vide qui se trouve en relation avec la paroi d'extrémité distale de manière à exposer au moins la moitié de la paroi d'extrémité distale. De plus, l'enceinte d'entraînement de pompe a un rapport de forme inférieur ou égal à un (unité).
