Abstract

본 발명은 산림잔여물을 탄화하는 장치에 있어서: 내통체(11)와 외통체(12)의 사이에 격벽판(14)을 구비하고, 내통체(11)의 내부에 이송스크류(22)를 수용하며, 높이의 변동이 가능한 다수의 조절다리(35)와 함께 조절다리(35) 중의 적어도 일부는 완충기(37)를 구비하는 연소통(10); 상기 격벽판(14)으로 구분되는 가열공간의 내부에 각각 설치되는 다수개의 버너(31); 및 상기 연소통(10)의 하류단에 배출관(28)을 개재하여 연결되고, 이송스크류(42)로 이송하면서 냉각을 수행하며, 하류단에서 생성된 연료를 설정된 형태의 펠렛으로 생성하도록 배출다이(48)를 구비하는 냉각통(40);을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 본 발명은 대량의 산림잔여물을 수평으로 원활하게 이송하면서 순차적인 열분해 과정을 거쳐 원하는 형태의 연료를 연속적으로 생성할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
