技术领域
本发明涉及牙齿矫治器领域,特别是涉及一种舌侧自锁矫治器。
背景技术
随着正畸技术的发展,舌侧正畸被越来越来多的正畸医生认为是正畸技术的发展方向。目前正畸治疗中,普通托槽需要使用结扎丝或橡皮圈来维持弓丝和托槽之间的接触,因而会对弓丝产生较大的压力,使弓丝与槽沟之间的摩擦力增大,妨碍了弓丝的正常移动,影响正畸治疗的效果。同时,结扎丝结扎或橡皮圈结扎,特别在舌侧狭小的空间中,操作难度较大,医师需要花费较多的时间。
目前市面上已有的舌侧自锁托槽主要有三种,一种是二维的自锁功能的简易自锁托槽,其优点是体积小、厚度薄,但是因为无法对牙齿实现三维的控制,因此只能治疗简单的错颌病例;另外一种是与唇侧托槽类似的舌侧托槽,虽然在底板上做了部分改进,使其更贴合舌侧牙面,但是因为是批量制作,所以托槽的整体厚度以及体积仍然很大,严重影响患者的舒适度;另外最近还出现一种个性化底板的舌侧自锁托槽,但是其自锁的托槽体仍然是批量制作,然后焊接在个性化底板之上,因此,并没有完全解决托槽厚度的问题。
并且以上的托槽并没有充分考虑弓丝在舌侧受力与唇侧受力以及唇舌侧矫治过程中的矫治手段的差别,自锁的结构普遍采用与唇侧一致的方式。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种可有效提高患者舒适度且方便医生临床操作的个性化舌侧自锁矫治器。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
