Abstract
本发明提供一种聚酰胺复合热水管及其在热量表中的应用,所要解决的技术问题是:目前热量表里的输水管线一般都采用铜管。铜管的缺陷,一是造价高;二是热损耗高;三是经常在高温环境下容易析出铜离子,附着在管内壁上后易结垢,影响输水。本发明的要点是:它是将67的PA66和余下量的PPS混合后,经压铸成型。本发明的积极效果是:它坐冷板凳中了PA66和PPS这两种材料的优点,具有强度高、耐高温、无污染、无结垢和热损耗低的特点,非常适合取代热量表中的铜管。
Description
聚酰胺复合热水管及其在热量表中的应用 技术领域
本发明涉及一种输水管及其在输热量表中的应用, 具体说是聚酰胺复合热水管及其 在热量表中的应用。
背景技术
热量表是计量暖气散热器消耗热量的一种仪表。 目前这种热量表里的输水管(接在热 量表两端的上水管和回水管)一般都采用铜管。铜管的缺陷,一是造价高;二是热损耗高; 三是经常在高温环境下容易析出铜离子, 附着在管内壁上后易结垢, 影响输水。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明的目的是提供一种聚酰胺复合热水管及其在热量表中 的应用。
本发明的目的是这样实现的: 聚酰胺复合热水管以 PA66 (中文名称为聚酰胺 66 ) 为主要材料, 具体是聚酰胺复合热水管 PPS是将 67-73% (重量百分比)的 PA66和余下量 的 PPS (中文名称为聚苯硫醚) 混合后, 经压铸 (或注塑) 成型。 所说的压铸 (或注塑) 工艺为通用的压铸 (或注塑) 工艺。 聚酰胺复合热水管非常适合作为输送热水的输水管, 如暖气管、 饮水管, 也可以取代热量表里的铜管。
与现有的铜管相比,本发明的积极效果是:它集中了 PA66和 PPS这两种材料的优点, 具有强度高、耐高温、无污染、无结垢和热损耗低的特点, 非常适合作为热量表中的输热 水管。
具体实施方式
聚酰胺复合热水管以 PA66为主要材料, 是将 70%的 PA66和 30%的 PPS混合后, 经压 铸 (或注塑) 成型。 所说的压铸工艺为通用的压铸 (或注塑) 工艺。 聚酰胺复合热水管 取代热量表中的铜管。

Claims
1、 一种聚酰胺复合热水管, 其特征是: 它是将 67-73%的 PA66和余下量的 PPS 混合后, 经压铸成型。
2、 按照权利要求 1所述的聚酰胺复合热水管, 其特征是: 它是将 67%的 PA66和 余下量的 PPS混合后, 经压铸成型。
3、 按照权利要求 1所述的聚酰胺复合热水管, 其特征是: 它是将 70%的 PA66和 余下量的 PPS混合后, 经压铸成型。
4、 按照权利要求 1所述的聚酰胺复合热水管, 其特征是: 它是将 73%的 PA66和 余下量的 PPS混合后, 经压铸成型。
5、 一种使用权利要求 1-4中任一项所述的聚酰胺复合热水管的热量表, 它包括 铜管, 其特征是: 用聚酰胺复合热水管取代铜管。
