一种 LED恒流电源电路
技术领域
本发明涉及一种应用于 LED的交流恒流电源电路, 特别涉及一种 LED恒流电源电路。
背景技术
LED灯作为替代荧光灯, 在商业照明, 办公照明使用广泛性, 给人们的日常生活工作 带来极大的方便。 LED灯一大特点是不能用市电直接供电, 因此 LED灯要作为照明灯就需 要提供相应的电源驱动, 第二为了保证 LED灯恒流不变的电路设计,, 现在市场上常用的 LED电源通常用 RC电路或集成 IC控制电源作为 LED电源。 RC电路优点是外围器件少、 线 路简单、 PCB板尺寸小。 缺点 RC电路是稳压电源而非恒流电源, 需要用增加大功率电阻控 制输出电流、 恒流精度低、 效率低、 调节性差、 适合高电压低电流 LED灯珠。 集成 IC控 制电源优点电流精度高、 效率高、 调节性好, 适用于任意不同的 LED灯珠。 缺点为外围器 件多、 线路复杂、 成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的为了克服现有 LED恒流电源电路的缺点, 提供一种外围器件少, 线路简 单, 成本低廉, 电流控制精度高的 LED恒流电源电路。
本发明的技术方案是, 一种 LED恒流电源电路, 其特点是, 该电路是由交流电压经整 流桥堆整流, 再经滤波器使输入电压波形平滑, 通过电解电容滤波器后的输入电压转变成 一个直流电压, 该直流电压经过一个恒流的 IC芯片后加载到 LED上, 通过与恒流 IC芯片 连接的电阻 R2、 R3调节 LED上的电流范围, 在所述电解电容滤波器和恒流的 IC芯片之间 设置一个由稳压二极管 ZD1 , 三极管 Q1 , 电阻 R1构成的恒流 IC芯片保护电路。
所述的整流桥堆由 4个两极管 BD1组成桥路而成; 滤波器为电解电容滤波器。
本发明的有益效果是所提供的 LED恒流驱动电路外围器件少, 线路简单, 成本低廉, 电流控制精度高。

具体实施方式
本发明 LED恒流电源电路由图 1所示, 交流电压经保险丝 Fl、 并联压敏电阻 RV输入 到由四个二极管 BD1组成的整流桥堆整流, 经由电解电容 C1构成的滤波器滤波, 电解电 容 C1的输出一端分别和三极管 Q1集电极和与三极管 Q1的基极电阻 R1连接, 电解电容 C1 输出的另一端接地, 所述三极管 Q1的发射极和恒流 IC芯片 U1输入端 Vin连接, 三极管 Q1的基极通过稳压管 ZD1和恒流 IC芯片 U1输出端 Vout连接,恒流 IC芯片 U1输出端 Vout 通过采样电阻 R2、 R3分别和恒流 IC芯片 U1的 1端及 LED1、 LED2、 LED3和 LED4串联的 正极相连接, LED1、 LED2、 LED3和 LED4串联的负极和电解电容滤波器的电解电容 CI的接 地端连接。
本发明的工作原理: 当交流电压逐步上升过程中, 恒流 IC芯片 U1为了保证流过其电 路的电流恒定, 恒流 IC芯片 U1的 Vin与 Vout两端上的电压逐渐升高。但恒流 IC芯片 U1 最高承受的电压较输入电压低, 当超过恒流 IC芯片 U1 的输入电压限值时会导致恒流 IC 芯片 U1的烧毁, 所以需要在电路上增加恒流 IC芯片保护电路。 使用稳压二极管 ZD1, 三 极管 Ql, 电阻 R1构成恒流 IC芯片 U1的保护电路, 当输入电压逐步上升过程中, 当恒流 IC芯片 U1的 Vin与 Vout两端电压没有超过稳压二极管 ZD1耐压电压时, 恒流 IC芯片 U1 正常工作, 当恒流 IC芯片 U1的 Vin与 Vout两端电压超过稳压二极管 ZD1电压后, 交流 电压继续升高, 使得三极管 Q1上电压逐渐升高, 但此时恒流 IC芯片 U1上保持电压不变。 此时三极管 Q1应选用高压三级管, 可以承受高电压, 以保证三极管 Q1不会因为承受高压 而导致三极管 Q1击穿。
由于提供 LED供电电压是交流电压通过电解电容转换成直流电压, 所以应用于该电路 的 LED必须是高压恒流灯珠。 该电路适合于高电压低电流的 LED。

权利要求:
1. 一种 LED恒流电源电路, 其特征在于, 该电路是由交流电压经整流桥堆整流, 再经电 解电容滤波器使输入电压波形平滑, 通过电解电容滤波器后的输入电压转变成一个直流电 压, 该直流电压经过一个恒流的 IC芯片后加载到 LED上, 通过与恒流 IC芯片连接的电阻 R2、 R3调节 LED上的电流范围, 在所述的电解电容滤波器和恒流的 IC芯片之间设置一个 由稳压二极管 ZD1 , 三极管 Ql, 电阻 R1构成的恒流 IC芯片保护电路。
