Description

【技术领域】
本发明属于液晶显示领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种背光模组及液晶显示装 置。
【背景技术】
现有技术中液晶显示装置一般包括液晶显示面板和背光模组, 由于液晶显 示面板不能发光, 所以需要由背光模组提供发光均匀的面光源, 如图 1 所示, 侧光式背光模组的光源一般为 LED灯条 2, 由于 LED灯条 2发热量较高, 所以 需要设置灯条散热件 3以提高散热效率, LED灯条 2的热量通过灯条散热件 3 传递到背板 1上, 再由背板 1散发到周围空气中。
为了使灯条散热件上的热量快速高效地传递到背板上, 一方面灯条散热件 3应采用传热效果好的材料, 比如铝质挤出型材, 另一方面灯条散热件 3与背板 1内侧表面应充分贴合, 以降低灯条散热件 3与背板 1之间的热接触阻抗, 现有 技术中一般在灯条散热件 3上设置第一固定孔 31 , 在背板 1上设置第二固定孔 11 , 采用螺釘 6把灯条散热件 3紧紧地锁附在背板 1上, 当螺釘 6从背板 1内 部安装时, 为了增加螺釘 6的锁附强度, 背板 1一般会在第二固定孔 11处向外 设置翻边 12, 这样会导致背板 1无法满足外观要求, 不能直接共用为液晶显示 装置的后壳; 当螺釘 6从背板 1外部安装时, 只有螺釘 6的头部露在背板 1外 侧, 能够满足外观要求, 当装配时, 需要将背板 1及散热件 3翻转后反向组装, 此时, 散热件 3在背板 1的下面, 由于背板 1尺寸较大, 视觉上无法确定背板 1 与散热件 3的相对位置, 造成组装困难, 效率低下。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种背光模组及液晶显示装置, 所述背 光模组的背板能够满足外观要求, 可直接作为液晶显示装置的后壳。 本发明的技术方案为: 一种背光模组, 包括: 灯条散热件和背板, 所述灯 条散热件上设有第一固定孔, 所述背板上设有第二固定孔, 背光模组还包括连 接件和紧固件, 所述连接件固定在背板的第二固定孔处并向背板内侧伸出, 所 述灯条散热件的第一固定孔套设在连接件上, 所述紧固件与连接件配合把灯条 散热件固定在背板上, 所述连接件从背板外侧安装, 所述第二固定孔处向背板 内侧设有翻边, 所述连接件螺接固定在所述翻边上, 所述翻边上还设有内螺纹, 所述连接件为螺栓, 所述紧固件为螺母。
本发明的另一种技术方案为: 一种背光模组, 包括灯条散热件和背板, 所 述灯条散热件上设有第一固定孔, 所述背板上设有第二固定孔, 背光模组还包 括连接件和紧固件, 所述连接件固定在背板的第二固定孔处并向背板内侧伸出, 所述灯条散热件的第一固定孔套设在连接件上, 所述紧固件与连接件配合把灯 条散热件固定在背板上。
优选的, 所述连接件从背板外侧安装。
优选的, 所述第二固定孔处向背板内侧设有翻边, 所述连接件螺接固定在 所述翻边上。 所述翻边可以使连接件更稳固地固定在背板上, 且能较好地保证 连接件的轴线与背板垂直, 而且不影响背板的外观。
优选的, 所述连接件被位于背板内部的螺母固定在第二固定孔处。
优选的, 所述连接件为螺栓, 所述紧固件为螺母。

本发明公开一种液晶显示装置, 包括背光模组, 作为本发明背光模组的实 施例一, 如图 2和图 3所示, 背光模组包括灯条散热件 3和背板 1 , LED灯条 2 设置在灯条散热件 3上, 所述灯条散热件 3上设有第一固定孔 31 , 所述背板 1 上设有第二固定孔 11 , 背光模组还包括连接件 4和紧固件 5, 所述连接件 4固 定在背板的第二固定孔 11处并向背板 1内侧伸出, 所述灯条散热件 3的第一固 定孔 31套设在连接件 4上, 所述紧固件 5与连接件 4配合把灯条散热件 3固定 在背板 1上。 在本实施例中, 所述连接件 4从背板 1外侧安装。
本发明背光模组是预先把连接件 4固定设置在背板 1 ,所述连接件 4可以从 背板 1 内部安装, 也可以从背板 1外部安装, 连接件 4向背板 1 内侧伸出, 然 后再把灯条散热件 3放置在背板 1上, 第一固定孔 31套设在连接件 4上, 最后 从背板 1内部安装紧固件 5 ,利用连接件 4与紧固件 5之间的配合把灯条散热件 3固定在背板 1上, 由于不在背板外侧设置翻边, 所以背板可以满足外观要求, 可以直接共用为液晶显示装置的后壳, 而且背板 1和散热件 3为正向装置, 背 板 1与灯条散热件 3的相对位置容易对齐, 所以锁附效率高。
在本实施例中, 所述连接件 4为螺栓, 所述紧固件 5为螺母, 所述第二固 定孔 11处向背板 1内侧设有翻边 12, 所述翻边 12上还可以设置内螺纹, 连接 件 4螺接固定在所述翻边 12上, 所述翻边 12可以使连接件 4更稳固地固定在 背板 1上, 且能较好地保证连接件 4的轴线与背板 1垂直。
作为本发明背光模组的实施例二, 如图 4所示, 与实施例一不同之处在于 所述连接件 4为螺栓, 所述紧固件 5为设有内螺纹 51的螺釘, 所述螺栓与螺釘 的内螺纹 51相配合, 紧固件 5把灯条散热件 3锁附在背板 1上, 其它结构、 装 配方法及有益效果均与实施例——致, 此处不再赘述。
作为本发明背光模组的实施例三, 如图 5所示, 与实施例一不同之处在于 所述连接件 4为螺栓, 所述螺栓一端还设有内螺纹 41 , 所述紧固件 5为螺釘, 与连接件 4的内螺纹 41相配合, 紧固件 5把灯条散热件 3锁附在背板 1上, 其 它结构、 装配方法及有益效果均与实施例——致, 此处不再赘述。
作为本发明背光模组的实施例四, 如图 6所示, 与实施例一不同之处在于 所述背板 1第二固定孔 11处不设置翻边, 连接件 4被位于背板 1内部的螺母 6 固定在第二固定孔 11处, 紧固件 5是从上向下进行锁附, 所以锁附效率高, 其 它结构、 装配方法及有益效果均与实施例——致, 此处不再赘述。

8、 根据权利要求 2所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述连接件为螺栓, 所述紧固 件为设有内螺纹的螺釘, 所述螺栓与螺釘的内螺紋相配合。
9、 根据权利要求 4所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述翻边上还设有内螺纹。
10、 一种液晶显示装置, 包括背光模组, 所述背光模组包括: 灯条散热件 和背板, 所述灯条散热件上设有第一固定孔, 所述背板上设有第二固定孔, 背 光模组还包括连接件和紧固件, 所述连接件固定在背板的第二固定孔处并向背 板内侧伸出, 所述灯条散热件的第一固定孔套设在连接件上, 所述紧固件与连 接件配合把灯条散热件固定在背板上。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述连接件从背板外侧 安装。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述第二固定孔处向背 板内侧设有翻边, 所述连接件螺接固定在所述翻边上。
13、 根据权利要求 11所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述连接件被位于背板 内部的螺母固定在第二固定孔处。
14、 根据权利要求 10所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述连接件为螺栓, 所 述紧固件为螺母。
15、 根据权利要求 10所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述连接件为螺栓, 所 述螺栓一端还设有内螺纹, 所述紧固件为螺釘, 与连接件的内螺紋相配合。
16、 根据权利要求 10所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述连接件为螺栓, 所 述紧固件为设有内螺纹的螺釘, 所述螺栓与螺釘的内螺紋相配合。
17、 根据权利要求 12所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述翻边上还设有内螺 纹。。
18、 根据权利要求 10所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述背板共用为液晶显 示装置的后壳。
