步骤 304 , 启动后, 设置多终端设备互连需要的开关项, 如开启 WLAN、 蓝牙等。
步骤 306, 通过有线连接方式 (如 MHL、 HDMI等技术) , 或利用无 线连接方式 (如 DLAN、 无线通信等技术) 来实现多终端之间的连接。
步骤 308 , 当切换到不同的界面时, 显示终端将界面转换指令传送到 控制终端, 告知控制终端切换后的界面信息。
步骤 310, 控制终端接收到界面转换指令后, 实时智能地根据从中获 取的当前显示终端的界面信息, 来调整相应的界面控制界面。
步骤 312 , 同步更新控制终端上的控制界面, 并通过更新后的控制界 面将界面交互操作信号传送回显示终端。
步骤 314, 显示终端接收控制终端发出的界面交互操作信号, 实时执 行相应的控制操作, 进而实现多终端之间的交互过程。
步骤 316, 操作完成后, 待下次触发唤起, 从而通过重复上述控制过 程, 实现控制终端与显示终端之间的信息交互和界面切换过程。
下面结合图 4A至图 4E, 对基于本发明的技术方案下, 根据显示终端 的显示界面调整控制终端的控制界面的过程, 其中, 图 4A 至图 4E 示出 了根据本发明的实施例的对终端界面进行调整时的界面示意图。
首先启动需要互动的多终端设备, 并在它们之间建立连接。 具体地, 在多个终端之间可以采用多种连接方式, 包括有线连接方式, 如连接数据 线 (包括采用 HDMI接口技术、 MHL接口技术等) , 或无线连接方式, 如蓝牙、 红外、 DLAN、 WIFI等技术。 连接完成后, 即可通过控制终端对 显示终端进行控制, 具体地, 控制终端可以包括如手机, 显示终端可以包 括如智能电视或其他手机。
如图 4A至图 4C所示, 用户可以通过移动控制终端 404上的控制界 面 406, 实现对显示终端 402上的显示界面 408的控制。 具体地, 可以通 过在控制界面 406 上设置相应的虚拟按键 405 (如 "上" 、 "确认" 、
"菜单" 等) , 从而控制显示界面 408上的光标 407的位置等。 比如当将 光标 407 移动至 "音乐" 上面后, 点击 "确认" , 即可进入相应的 "音
乐" 界面, 具体如图 4B所示。
如果将图 4A所示的显示界面 408作为第一级界面, 则图 4B所示的 显示界面 408可以作为第二级界面。 此时, 一方面, 用户仍然可以通过控 制界面 406上的虚拟按键 405控制光标 407, 从而实现对显示界面 408的 控制和操作; 另一方面, 由于显示界面 408 上的内容变化, 在控制界面 406 上相应地发生了变化, 具体地, 除了图 4A 所示的 "上" 、 "下" 、
"左" 、 "右" 、 "确认" 等之外, 还新增了 "菜单" 、 "主页" 、 "返 回" 等其他的虚拟按键 405。 通过这些新增的虚拟按键 405 , 用户可以从 第二级界面轻松实现向主页、 上级界面等的切换操作等, 筒化用户的操作 过程。
当用户在图 4B 中点播了某个歌曲后, 则显示界面 408 变化为图 4C 所示的播放界面, 假定为第三级界面。 相应的, 在控制界面 406上, 针对 播放界面的操作控制, 又新增了 "快退" 、 "播放 /暂停" 、 "快进" 等 虚拟按键 405 , 由于 "上" 、 "下" 等在图 4A至图 4C的各个层级的控制 界面 406 中均存在, 属于所有界面都需要使用到的按键, 属于通用功能控 件 405A, 而 "快退" 、 "快进" 等则仅在第三级界面中出现, 是针对第 三级界面中的显示内容专门设置的按键, 属于特殊功能控件 405B。 可 见, 在控制界面 406随显示界面 408而变化的过程中, 主要是针对显示界 面 408 上不同的被控对象来调整特殊功能控件 405B , 而对通用功能控件 405A而言, 则并不需要进行调整。
另外, 从图 4A至图 4C中还可以看出, 对于是否更新控制界面 406 , 可以根据显示界面 408所述的应用和层级来进行判断, 其中, 在同一应用 中, 若属于同一层级的不同界面, 则相应的控制界面 406可以是相同的, 比如同属 "播放器" 下的不同歌曲的播放界面; 在同一应用中, 若属于不 同层级的不同界面, 则相应的控制界面 406需要进行更新, 比如图 4B和 图 4C之间; 在不同应用的不同界面, 则相应的控制界面 406需要进行更 新, 比如 "播放器" 和 "游戏" 下的界面。
移动控制终端 404获知显示终端 402上当前的显示界面 408的内容信 息的方式有多种, 比如在一种情况下, 可以由移动控制终端 404对显示终
端 402进行控制操作之后, 显示终端 402将操作后的显示界面 408的信息 发送给移动控制终端 404; 在另一种情况下, 当移动控制终端 404 向显示 终端 402 发送操作控制指令时, 主动根据该操作控制指令对应的控制效 果, 推测移动控制终端 404的显示界面 408的切换情况, 并据此实现对控 制界面 406的更新操作。
在另一个具体的实施例中, 如图 4D 和图 4E 所示, 用户通过移动控 制终端 404上的控制界面 406, 实现对显示终端 402上的显示界面 408的 控制, 具体地, 该显示界面 408可以为网页。
比如在图 4D 中, 是用户对该网页的主页进行浏览, 可以认为此时的 显示界面 408为第一级界面; 当用户将光标 407移动至该网页上的搜索框 并选中该搜索框之后, 可以认为此时进入了第二级界面, 则控制界面 406 相应地发生变化, 更新为输入界面, 便于用户输入搜索关键词。
以上结合附图详细说明了本发明的技术方案, 考虑到相关技术中, 移 动控制终端不能根据当前显示终端上显示的界面来同步切换到相应的触控 操作台, 同步性很差, 智能操作性也较差。 因此, 本发明提供了一种终端 和终端控制界面的显示方法。 通过本发明的技术方案, 可以根据被控终端 当前显示的界面, 对终端上的控制界面进行同步切换, 从而便于更好的实 现对于被控终端的控制过程, 从而提升用户体验及多终端交互的便捷性。
在本发明中, 术语"第一"、 "第二 "仅用于描述目的, 而不能理解为指 示或暗示相对重要性。 术语"多个"指两个或两个以上, 除非另有明确的限 定。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于 本领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精 神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明 的保护范围之内。
Claims
1. 一种终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
连接建立单元, 用于与被控终端建立连接, 以实现对所述被控终端进 行控制;
界面更新单元, 用于根据所述被控终端的实时显示界面, 对所述终端 上的控制界面进行更新。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括:
关联设置单元, 用于将所述被控终端中的至少一个显示界面与所述终 端中的至少一个控制界面进行关联; 以及
界面查找单元, 用于根据所述实时显示界面, 查找相关联的控制界 面, 以由所述界面更新单元对所述终端上的控制界面进行更新。
3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述界面更新单元包 括:
第一指令发送子单元, 用于向所述被控终端发送控制指令;
信息接收子单元, 用于接收来自所述被控终端的信息, 其中, 所述信 息为所述被控终端在所述控制指令的控制下发生界面切换的情况下, 由所 述被控终端发送的切换后的实时显示界面的信息; 以及
所述界面查找单元用于: 根据所述切换后的实时显示界面的信息, 查 找相关联的控制界面, 以由所述界面更新单元对所述终端上的控制界面进 行更新。
4. 根据权利要求 2 所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述界面更新单元包 括:
第二指令发送子单元, 用于向所述被控终端发送控制指令;
指令解析子单元, 用于根据所述控制指令判断所述被控终端将会发生 的实时显示界面的切换动作; 以及
所述界面查找单元用于: 在所述指令解析子单元判定所述实时显示界 面将会发生切换的情况下, 查找相关联的控制界面, 以由所述界面更新单 元对所述终端上的控制界面进行更新。
5. 根据权利要求 2 至 4 中任一项所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述控 制界面中包含通用功能控件和特殊功能控件, 则所述界面更新单元包括: 控件替换子单元, 用于对控制界面中的特殊功能控件进行替换, 从而 实现对所述控制界面的更新。
6. 根据权利要求 2 至 4 中任一项所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述界 面更新单元还包括:
界面关系判断子单元, 用于在所述实时显示界面在所述控制指令的作 用下发生界面切换动作的情况下, 判断切换前界面与切换后界面的关系, 其中,
所述界面更新单元在判断结果为所述切换前界面与所述切换后界面属 面更新所述控制界面, 在所述判断结果为所述切换前界面与所述切换后界 面属于相同应用程序的相同层级, 则不对所述控制界面进行更新。
7. 一种终端控制界面的显示方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
步骤 202 , 在终端与被控终端之间建立连接, 以由所述终端对所述被 控终端进行控制;
步骤 204, 根据所述被控终端的实时显示界面, 对所述终端上的控制 界面进行更新。
8. 根据权利要求 7 所述的终端控制界面的显示方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 204之前, 还包括:
将所述被控终端中的至少一个显示界面与所述终端中的至少一个控制 界面进行关联; 以及
所述步骤 204包括:
根据所述实时显示界面, 查找相关联的控制界面, 以对所述终端上的 控制界面进行更新。
9. 根据权利要求 8 所述的终端控制界面的显示方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 204包括:
所述终端向所述被控终端发送所述控制指令;
若所述被控终端在所述控制指令的控制下发生界面切换, 则所述被控 终端将切换后的实时显示界面的信息发送至所述终端; 以及
所述终端根据所述切换后的实时显示界面的信息, 查找相关联的控制 界面, 以对所述终端上的控制界面进行更新。
10. 根据权利要求 8所述的终端控制界面的显示方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 204包括:
所述终端向所述被控终端发送所述控制指令;
所述终端根据所述控制指令判断所述被控终端将会发生的实时显示界 面的切换动作;
若判定所述实时显示界面将会发生切换, 则所述终端查找相关联的控 制界面, 以对所述终端上的控制界面进行更新。
11. 根据权利要求 8 至 10 中任一项所述的终端控制界面的显示方 法, 其特征在于, 所述控制界面中包含通用功能控件和特殊功能控件, 其 中, 所述终端通过对控制界面中的特殊功能控件进行替换, 从而实现对所 述控制界面的更新。
12. 根据权利要求 8 至 10 中任一项所述的终端控制界面的显示方 法, 其特征在于, 当所述实时显示界面在所述控制指令的作用下发生界面 切换动作时, 其中,
若切换前界面与切换后界面属于不同应用程序或相同应用程序的不同 层级, 则根据所述切换后界面更新所述控制界面;
若所述切换前界面与所述切换后界面属于相同应用程序的相同层级, 则不对所述控制界面进行更新。
