1. 一种卡式断瓣盖, 包括上盖 (1) 和下套筒 (2), 所述下套筒 (2) 通过固定装置固定在容器上, 所述上盖 (1) 和下套筒 (2) 的侧壁上分别设 有凸片 (3) 和凹槽 (4), 所述凹槽 (4) 位于上盖 (1) 或下套筒 (2) 的边 缘, 所述凸片 (3) 位于下套筒 (2) 或上盖 (1) 的边缘, 且位于凹槽 (4) 中, 其特征在于: 所述上盖 (1) 的下边缘与下套筒 (2) 的上边缘相邻且相 分开, 所述凸片 (3) 的内壁上设有多条凸筋 (31), 所述凸片 (3) 通过凸筋 (31) 连接在下套筒 (2) 或上盖 (1) 的边缘。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的卡式断瓣盖, 其特征在于: 所述凸片 (3) 通 过凸筋 (31) 连接在下套筒 (2) 的上边缘上, 所述凹槽 (4) 包括第一凹槽
(41) 和第二凹槽 (42), 所述第一凹槽 (41) 位于上盖 (1) 的外壁, 第二 凹槽 (42) 位于上盖 (1) 的内壁, 所述第一、 第二凹槽 (41、 42) 相连通, 第一凹槽 (41) 沿上盖 (1) 外壁周向延展的宽度大于第二凹槽 (42) 沿上盖
(1) 内壁周向延展的宽度, 所述凸片 (3) 位于第一凹槽 (41) 中, 所述凸 筋 (31) 位于第二凹槽 (42) 中。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的卡式断瓣盖, 其特征在于: 所述凸片通过凸筋 连接在上盖的下边缘上, 所述凹槽包括第一凹槽和第二凹槽, 所述第一凹槽 位于下套筒的外壁, 第二凹槽位于下套筒的内壁, 所述第一、 第二凹槽相连 通, 第一凹槽沿下套筒外壁周向延展的宽度大于第二凹槽沿下套筒内壁周向 延展的宽度, 所述凸片位于第一凹槽中, 所述凸筋位于第二凹槽中。
4、根据权利要求 1-3任一所述的卡式断瓣盖,其特征在于:所述凸筋(31) 设置为两条。
5、根据权利要求 1-3任一所述的卡式断瓣盖,其特征在于:所述凸片(3) 和凹槽 (4) 分别设置两个。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的卡式断瓣盖, 其特征在于: 还包括倾倒出口装 置 (5), 所述倾倒出口装置 (5) 的上部通过螺紋配合在上盖 (1) 内, 倾倒 出口装置 (5) 的下部外壁设有径向向外延伸的连接部 (6), 所述连接部 (6) 的上表面上设有第一齿部, 所述下套筒 (2) 上部内壁上设有径向向内突出部
(7), 所述突出部 (7) 的下表面上设有第二齿部, 所述连接部 (6) 置于突 出部 (7) 的下部且与其相干涉, 所述第一齿部与第二齿部相啮合干涉。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的卡式断瓣盖, 其特征在于: 所述倾倒出口装置 (5) 的下方还设有单向阀, 所述单向阀包括阀座 (8) 和置于阀座 (8) 内的 阀芯 (9), 所述阀座 (8) 的上部紧配合在倾倒出口装置 (5) 的内壁上, 阀 座 (8) 的下部紧配合在容器口部。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的卡式断瓣盖, 其特征在于: 所述下套筒 (2) 的内壁上设有若干纵向凸棱(10)和向上倾斜的凸起(11)构成将下套筒(2) 固定到容器上的固定装置。
9、 一种具有权利要求 1-8任一所述卡式断瓣盖的容器, 其特征在于: 所 述容器的口部适于容纳所述阀座 (8), 容器口部外侧具有一条环形凸起 (12) 和若干纵向凸起 (13), 所述向上倾斜的凸起 (11) 位于环形凸起 (12) 下方 且与其相干涉, 所述纵向凸棱 (10) 分布在纵向凸起 (13) 之间且相互干涉。
