背光模组的保护盖是用于与模组背板相紧固的板件, 其主要用于保护背 光模组中的元器件, 如 PCB板等。 现有背光模组保护盖的组装通常独立于 整个模组的组装。 如图 5所示, 为现有技术中背光模组保护盖的立体结构示 意图, 其中, 保护盖 9为呈立方状凹腔, 保护盖 9具有凹腔的一侧可朝向背 光模组背板的一侧锁紧安装。
保护盖 9与模组背板的锁固是通过如下方式实施的: 保护盖 9在其凹腔 开口的四周端角上分别延伸出与保护盖 9四周侧壁 91相垂直的连接板 92, 连接板 92上设有多个螺孔 93。此外, 背板对应该多个螺孔 93的位置上设有 与其相适配的螺孔。
在模组全部组装完成后, 通过锁固螺丝的方式, 即将螺丝锁紧在保护盖 9螺孔 93和背板相应位置上的螺孔中实现保护盖 9与模组背板的组装。传统 结构的保护盖, 及其与背板的组装方式具有如下缺陷:
1、 由于保护盖 9的组装独立于背光模组的组装, 需要模组的全部零部 件组装完毕后才能进行保护盖的锁紧作业, 导致整体组装工序繁瑣, 费时费 力, 且在保护盖上耗费的材料较多。
2、 为加强连接可靠性, 需要在保护盖 9开设较多的螺孔 94用以组装, 不利于工序的精筒以及产品的产出。 发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于, 提供一种用于背光模组的保护盖、 背 光模组及液晶显示装置, 能够筒化背光模组的整体组装工序, 节省材料和工 时; 进一步提升模组的组装效率。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明采用的一种技术方案: 一种背光模组的 保护盖, 用于保护背光模组中的元器件, 其中, 所述保护盖包括:
保护盖本体;
弯折设置在所述保护盖本体至少一端部上的卡持板, 所述卡持板可锁紧 在背光模组背板和前框之间的槽腔中, 用以紧固所述保护盖在背板上。
其中, 所述卡持板上开设用于供螺丝穿过的固定孔;
当所述卡持板插置到背光模组背板和前框之间的所述槽腔中时, 所述固 定孔与前框和背板上开设的螺孔对应适配。
其中, 所述卡持板弯折设置在所述保护盖本体相对的两端部上。

本发明所提供的背光模组及其保护盖、 液晶显示装置, 具有如下有益效 果: 由于保护盖包括弯折设置在保护盖本体至少一端部上的卡持板, 其可锁 紧在背光模组背板和前框之间的槽腔中, 将保护盖与背板紧固。 该结构的保 护盖在保证可靠连接的基础上, 可以大幅减少开设在保护盖本体上螺孔的数 量, 降低加工难度、 节约材料成本; 结构合理, 筒化装配工序, 进一步提升 装配效率。 附图说明

结合参见图 1、 图 2所示, 为本发明背光模组组装有保护盖的实施例一。 本实施例中的背光模组包括背板 1、 前框 2、胶框 3以及保护盖 5。 如图

背板 1包括底板 11和侧板 12, 底板 11和侧板 12相互垂直, 在背板的 内部形成用于容置其它背光组件的装配空间。
背板 1、 前框 2以及胶框 3顺序组装后可锁固其它的背光组件。
具体地, 前框 2为截面呈直角状的板材, 其包覆在胶框 3的外周, 前框
2与背板 1大致平行的一侧壁 21和胶框 3共同抵压液晶玻璃 6。胶框 3具有 用于供背板 1的侧板 12紧固的插腔 31 , 插腔 31位于胶框 3的端侧, 背板 1 的侧板 12插置在其中后与胶框 3共同 4氏压背光部材 7。背光部材 7在本实施 例中至少包括扩散板, 棱镜, 扩散板及导光板。

保护盖 5与腔槽 4间的预安装结构是通过如下方式实施的:

本实施例中, 保护盖本体 51是大致呈方状的板件, 在其上多处设有用 以紧固背板 1的螺孔, 如图示中的螺孔 511。 由于该螺孔 511可以在呈板状 的保护盖本体 51上直接设置, 无需额外设置连接件, 可以节省使用保护盖 的工程材料; 此外, 由于保护盖 5和背板 1采用预安装, 可以大大减少在保 护盖本体 51上开设螺孔的数量, 保持可靠连接的基础上, 降低了加工、 安 装等一系列工序。
卡持板 52为设置在保护盖本体 51如图所述左端部的两块间隔一定距离 的板件, 两板件垂直于保护盖本体 51 , 且形状相同, 均呈方状。
在卡持板 52上分别各开设一个预安装用的固定孔 521。在上述前框侧板 22、 及背板 1侧板 12的相应位置上分别开设螺孔 221 , 121。 当卡持板 52 插置到槽腔 4中后, 固定孔 521与前框 2和背板 1上开设的螺孔 221 , 121 的中心轴线在同一直线上。
装配时, 卡持板 52插置在槽腔 4中, 螺丝 8分别穿过螺孔 221、 固定孔 521及螺孔 121后锁紧, 将卡持板 52锁紧在腔槽 4中。 这样, 也相应完成了 保护盖 5与背板 1预紧固。
预紧固后, 保护盖本体 51上的螺孔 511也就能够与背板 1上的其它安 装孔位(图未示)重合, 通过筒单的螺固, 便可加强保护盖 5与背板 1的连 接可靠性。
可以理解的是, 为进一步节省材料和安装工序, 可以在保护盖 5和背板 1 的两端分别设置上述卡持结构。 这样, 就无需在保护盖本体 51 和背板 1 上开设相应的锁固结构。
保护盖 5与背板 1间的预安装结构,使保护盖 5的组装与模组的组装融 为一体, 能够节省材料, 筒化工序, 进一步提升装配的效率。
结合参见图 3、 图 4所示, 为本发明背光模组组装有保护盖的实施例二。 本实施例与上述实施例一的区别在于,保护盖 5与腔槽 4间的锁紧安装 结构是通过如下方式实施的:
卡持板 52在其端部的两侧弯折设有两个卡勾 522,而在上述背板 1侧板 12的相应位置上分别开设有两个卡槽 122。 装配中, 当卡持板 52插置在槽 腔 4中时, 卡勾 522便可分别卡持在卡槽 122中。 这样, 也就相应完成了保 护盖 5与背板 1之间的预紧固。
在紧固后, 保护盖本体 51上具有的螺孔 511同样能够与背板 1上的其 它安装孔位(图未示)相重合, 通过螺固连接, 加强保护盖 5与背板 1之间 的连接可靠性。 可以理解的是, 为进一步节省材料和安装工序, 可以在保护 盖 5和背板 1的两端分别设置该实施例中的卡持结构, 这样, 就无需在保护 盖本体 51和背板 1上开设相应的锁固结构。
本发明还公开了一种液晶显示装置, 包括上述背光模组。 本发明液晶显 示装置可按上述背光模组的任一实施方式实施, 不再赘述。
实施本发明的背光模组及其保护盖、 液晶显示装置, 由于保护盖包括弯 折设置在保护盖本体至少一端部上的卡持板, 其可锁紧在背光模组背板和前 框之间的槽腔中, 将保护盖与背板紧固。 该结构的保护盖在保证可靠连接的 基础上, 可以大幅减少开设在保护盖本体上螺孔的数量, 降低加工难度、 节 约材料成本; 结构合理, 筒化装配工序, 进一步提升装配效率。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已, 当然不能以此来限定本发明 之权利范围, 因此等同变化, 仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种背光模组的保护盖, 用于保护背光模组中的元器件, 其中, 所 述保护盖包括:
保护盖本体;
弯折设置在所述保护盖本体至少一端部上的卡持板, 所述卡持板可锁紧 在背光模组背板和前框之间的槽腔中, 用以紧固所述保护盖在背板上。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的保护盖, 其中, 所述卡持板上开设用于供螺丝 穿过的固定孔;
当所述卡持板插置到背光模组背板和前框之间的所述槽腔中时, 所述固 定孔与前框和背板上开设的螺孔对应适配。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的保护盖, 其中, 所述卡持板弯折设置在所述保 护盖本体相对的两端部上。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的保护盖, 其中 , 所述保护盖本体呈方状, 其上 多处设置有用以紧固背板的螺孔。
5、 如权利要求 2所述的保护盖, 其中, 所述卡持板的端部弯折设有卡 勾, 用以卡持在背板具有的卡槽中。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的保护盖, 其中, 所述卡持板弯折设置在所述保 护盖本体相对的两端部上。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的保护盖, 其中, 所述保护盖本体呈方状, 其上 多处设置有用以紧固背板的螺孔。
8、 一种背光模组, 至少包括背板、 前框、 胶框以及保护盖, 所述背板 具有相互垂直的底板和侧板, 所述前框包覆在所述胶框的外周, 所述侧板紧 固在所述胶框具有的插腔中, 其中, 所述保护盖包括:
保护盖本体;
弯折设置在所述保护盖本体至少一端部上的卡持板, 其中, 所述卡持板 锁紧在所述背板和所述前框之间的槽腔中, 将所述保护盖与所述背板紧固。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述卡持板上开设用于供螺 丝穿过的固定孔;
螺丝穿过所述前框相应位置上的螺孔、 所述固定孔及所述背板上的螺 孔, 将所述卡持板锁紧在所述腔槽中。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述保护盖本体上的多处设 置又用以紧固背板的螺孔, 所述保护盖本体紧固在所述背板的所述底板上。
11、 如权利要求 8所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述卡持板的端部弯折设有 卡勾, 所述卡勾卡持在所述背板开设的卡槽中, 将所述卡持板锁紧在所述腔 槽中。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述保护盖本体上的多处 设置又用以紧固背板的螺孔, 所述保护盖本体紧固在所述背板的所述底板 上。
13、 一种液晶显示装置, 所述液晶显示装置包括背光模组, 其中, 所述 背光模组至少包括背板、 前框、 胶框以及保护盖, 所述背板具有相互垂直的 底板和侧板, 所述前框包覆在所述胶框的外周, 所述侧板紧固在所述胶框具 有的插腔中, 其中, 所述保护盖包括:
保护盖本体;
弯折设置在所述保护盖本体至少一端部上的卡持板, 其中, 所述卡持板 锁紧在所述背板和所述前框之间的槽腔中, 将所述保护盖与所述背板紧固。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述卡持板上开设用 于供螺丝穿过的固定孔;
螺丝穿过所述前框相应位置上的螺孔、 所述固定孔及所述背板上的螺 孔, 将所述卡持板锁紧在所述腔槽中。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述保护盖本体上的 多处设置又用以紧固背板的螺孔, 所述保护盖本体紧固在所述背板的所述底 板上。
16、 如权利要求 13所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述卡持板的端部弯 折设有卡勾, 所述卡勾卡持在所述背板开设的卡槽中, 将所述卡持板锁紧在 所述腔槽中。
17、 如权利要求 16所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述保护盖本体上的 多处设置又用以紧固背板的螺孔, 所述保护盖本体紧固在所述背板的所述底 板上。
