彩铃平台: 用于向微博彩铃平台发送包含电话号码及铃音编码信息的 微博操作请求。 利用微博彩铃平台对微博用户-手机号码进行映射, 使得二者可以互通信 息, 从而实现了微博彩铃业务, 帮助用户在互联网微博服务和传统电信网 彩铃服务间直接传播信息。 通过应用本发明实施例可以通过彩铃对微博进 行操作, 进而帮助用户打破网络间的界限和用户的互联网社交圏与现实社 交圏间的界限, 促进两种服务在移动互联网时代的协同发展。

具体实施方式 下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图, 对本发明实施例中的技术方案进 行清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没 有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的 范围。 实施例一
本实施例提供了一种实现微博彩铃业务的方法。 微博彩铃业务即微博 和彩铃实现互通、 实现单向或双向传播的业务, 可以是微博向彩铃传播, 也可以是彩铃向微博传播, 还可以是二者相互传播即双向传播。 首先介绍一下本实施例方法所涉及到的各个平台, 参见图 1 , 示出了 本实施例各平台连接示意图。 其中 MCP ( MicroBlog CRBT Platform )即微博 彩铃平台, 用于对接各运营商的彩铃平台, 或 BSS&OSS系统, 以及接入各微 博服务平台,将微博彩铃作为一种微博应用,使得微博服务可以同步用户授权 信息到微博彩铃平台。 本实施例中的彩铃或彩铃业务为泛指, "彩铃" 概念包 含了多媒体彩铃的概念, 包含了被叫彩铃、 主叫彩铃的概念, 而且不但可以是 普通的彩铃或彩铃业务, 还可以是彩印信息等。
需要实现微博彩铃平台与各微博平台、 各运营商彩铃 /BOSS 等系统的对 接,一方面,将微博彩铃登记为各微博服务平台的应用,使之获得发表、收藏、 转发等微博服务权限, 同时, 各微博服务平台同样也接入微博彩铃平台, 获得 在用户授权操作的情况下, 同步微博彩铃用户微博、 个人介绍、 私信等信息到 微博彩铃平台的权限; 另一方面,将微博彩铃平台与各运营商彩铃/ BOSS等系 统进行对接, 实现彩铃业务业务能力的开放和计费结算等功能。上述两个对接 过程可按照各微博服务提供商和各运营商现有业务流程和接口流程实现,这里 不做赘述。
微博彩铃平台的系统结构如图 2所示, 包括:
1 )微博服务平台接口模块, 用来和各微博服务平台对接和认证, 以建立 和定义互访机制与接口。微博服务平台接口模块一方面向微博服务平台提供将 新发布或转发的微博博文 /个人介绍 /私信同步为微博彩铃、 电话号码归属运营 商判定、 电话号码是否可使用微博彩铃业务鉴权等接口功能; 另一方面也同时 实现微博彩铃平台到各微博服务平台的认证鉴权、 发布微博、 转发微博、 收藏 微博、 评论微博、 回复微博、 获取微博信息等微博服务能力的调用。
例如: 微博彩铃平台可以在各微博服务平台上注册微博彩铃应用,使用户 可以以使用微博应用的方式使用微博彩铃业务。
2 )微博彩铃业务调度模块, 按照业务逻辑和流程编排模块指示的流程步 骤或动作, 完成需多模块间协作来实现的业务逻辑和业务流程的调度, 帮助业 务逻辑和流程发起模块实现相应的业务逻辑和流程。
3 ) 业务和基础信息管理模块, 用于内外部业务、 业务属性信息、 业务间 关系信息、 业务基础信息的定义和管理, 是一个业务信息的数据库。 例如: 微博彩铃平台需定义传统电信网彩铃业务, 其业务属性之一的业务 帐号为电话号码, 而电话号码又是全球共享号码资源的, 可以按照号段来区分 不同国家和地区、不同归属运营商,故电话号码的号段信息、国家和地区信息、 运营商信息就是传统电信网彩铃业务用户账号的基础信息,哪些运营商已与本 微博彩铃平台进行了彩铃业务的合作也是基础信息,微博彩铃业务是依赖于彩 铃业务的, 则是业务间的关系信息等等。
4 )服务管理和认证授权模块, 用于定义和管理相关的所有业务的服务、 业务与服务能力的访问权限,同时实现相关的系统间业务和服务能力的授权和 鉴权管理功能。
5 ) 业务逻辑和流程编排模块, 用于定义各种服务特别是跨模块服务的业 务逻辑和流程, 并向微博彩铃业务调度模块提供流程步骤和动作指示服务。
6 )用户数据管理模块, 用于管理微博彩铃用户信息、 关联的运营商彩铃 平台和各微博服务平台信息、各微博服务平台的微博彩铃应用授权信息、微博 彩铃业务信息、相关微博彩铃铃音内容信息, 并根据微博彩铃业务设计的额度 限制, 进行额度控制和用户相关的微博彩铃铃音内容的清理。
7 ) 内容过滤和自动审核模块, 用来支持对微博博文、 发送文字制作彩铃 铃音的文字、 用户自行制作彩铃 DIY铃音等内容的文字内容进行过滤、 整体 内容进行自动审核。
8 )铃音生成和格式转换模块, 用于将微博博文转换成符合彩铃平台格式 要求彩铃铃音文件, 如将文字微博使用 TTS ( Text To Speech, 文语转换)技 术转换成话音彩铃铃音,将分享视频的微博转换成一个文字界面紧接着原始视 频的多媒体彩铃铃音。
9 )信息和内容管理模块, 用于管理微博信息、 发送文字制作彩铃铃音的 文字相关信息和对应彩铃铃音信息, 进行内容的生命周期管理、信息与内容和 各运营商彩铃平台中彩铃铃音的关联信息管理、 分发和删除控制等业务。
10 )计费和结算业务模块,用于实现微博彩铃业务相关的计费和结算功能。 11 )运营商业务平台接口模块, 用于和各运营商彩铃平台及 BSS&OSS等 运营商业务平台对接和认证。运营商业务平台接口模块一方面向彩铃平台等运 营商业务平台提供发布微博、 转发微博、 收藏微博、 评论微博、 回复微博、 获 取微博信息等微博服务能力的调用;另一方面也同时实现微博彩铃平台到各运 营商业务平台的认证鉴权、 将新发布或转发的微博博文 /个人介绍 /私信等同步 为微博彩铃、 电话号码号段信息同步、 用户电话号码业务鉴权等接口功能。
参见图 3所示, 为本实施例提供的所述实现微博彩铃业务的方法, 该方法 的执行主体即微博彩铃平台, 所述方法包括:
5301 ,接收微博服务平台用户的附带微博信息的微博同步请求。在本发明 某些实施例中, 所述 專信息并不限于传统的 專博文即文字博文的正文, 该 文字博文的正文可以是含有文本和链接、表情等的超文本信息, 所述微博信息 还可以是微博正文的评论、 评论回复、 分组微博博文、 个人介绍、 私信乃至文 字配音频微博、文字配静态单屏画幅图片微博、文字配静态多屏画幅图片微博、 文字配动画图片微博、 文字配视频微博等; 同样地, 所述微博同步请求, 可包 含但不限于用户发布微博博文同步、转发微博博文同步、评论并转发微博博文 同步、 编辑个人介绍同步、 发送 /回复私信同步等同步请求。 当然, 本步骤中
5302, 将所述微博信息转换成多媒体文件。 在某些实施例中, 所述多媒体 文件可以仅包括语音, 还可以是带语音或不带语音的图片、 动画或视频等。 可 以使用各种现有技术将所述微博信息转换成多媒体文件以在手机等终端上以 回铃的形式进行播放。 例如对于传统的彩铃业务, 可以使用现有的 TTS等技 术将微博文字转换成语音, 然后在手机端作为彩铃播放, 当然还可为该语音添 加一些背景音乐。 而对于 3G、 4G等业务, 当微博信息中除了文字之外还包含 图片、动画或视频时,还可以使用现有技术将该微博信息中的文字转换为配音 并与图片、 动画或视频结合在一起在视频电话上作为一种新型彩铃进行播放。 此外当彩铃业务具体为彩印业务时, 所述多媒体文件可以是彩印信息。 当然, 如果终端无法将图片或视频作为回铃时, 可只播放多媒体文件中的声音。
具体的, 在本发明某些实施例中, 步骤 S302可以包括:
当所述微博信息为单纯的微博博文正文时,可以根据该微博的不同形式分 别进行处理: 将正文文字转换为音频铃音文件; 将文字配音频形式的微博, 转 换为音频铃音文件, 音频可作为背景音乐; 将文字配静态单屏画幅图片形式的 微博,转换成静态单屏画幅图片仍静态显示的、且文字信息变作配音播放的多 媒体文件;将文字配静态多屏画幅图片形式的微博转换成静态多屏画幅图片滚 动显示、且文字信息变作配音播放的多媒体文件; 将文字配动画图片形式的微 博转换成文字信息变作配音、且与动画图片同步播放的多媒体文件; 将文字配 视频形式的微博转换成文字信息帧显示一段时间后播放视频的多媒体文件;等 等。
当所述微博信息为转发的微博时, 根据除了正文外是否带评论和 /或评论 回复可进一步分为以下两种情况,其中所述评论是指其他人对该微博即被转发 的微博所做的评论, 而评论回复则是指针对该评论又做的回复:
当不带评论 /评论回复信息时, 只需处理被转发的微博的微博博文信息, 转换成多媒体文件时的处理可与上文中当微博信息为单纯的微博博文正文的 情况相同。
当带评论 /评论回复信息时, 微博信息可以选用被转发微博正文所带的评 论 /评论回复信息, 或, 只选用被转发的微博的微博博文信息, 或, 使用转发 微博正文所带评论 /评论回复信息作为话外音内容接续被转发的微博的微博博 文信息后面。 被转发的微博正文所带评论 /评论回复信息为文本信息, 可对照 上文微博信息为单纯的微博博文的情况做转换成多媒体文件。以上都可以根据 用户的选择或用户的预先设置而定, 本发明实施例不做限制。
当微博信息为个人介绍或私信时,转换成多媒体文件时的处理同微博信息 为单纯的微博博文的情况。
S303 ,以所述微博服务平台用户绑定的电话号码发送所述多媒体文件至所 多媒体文件修改所述电话号码的彩铃设置。 首先需要指出的是, 本发明中所述 的彩铃为广义,既包含传统 2G业务中的普通彩铃即纯音频彩铃,还可以是 3G、 4G等业务中的除音频外还包括图片、 动画或视频的彩铃。 在本发明某些实施 例中, 所述彩铃平台不仅可以是普通的彩铃平台, 还可以是 BSS&OSS等运营 商业务平台 作, 或称映射工作, 且微博用户及其电话号码均取得了微博彩铃业务的授权, 也就是说所述微博服务平台用户的电话号码即微博用户在微博平台设置或绑 定过的一个或多个电话号码, 已授权了微博彩铃业务, 当微博用户想将微博作 为彩铃时,微博彩铃平台可以根据该微博用户与电话号码的映射关系查找出其 绑定的电话号码, 然后告知彩铃平台更改该电话号码的彩铃设置。 同理在本发 明其他实施例中, 当彩铃向微博传播时,微博彩铃平台也可以根据彩铃平台提 供的电话号码查找出对应的微博用户。 当然在本发明某些实施例中, 获取所述 映射关系中查找的方式, 换句话说微博彩铃平台也可以不存储所述映射关系, 而是由所述用户发在发出微博同步请求时向微博彩铃平台提供,用户此时所提 供的电话号码也可以看成是用户绑定的电话号码。
而在本发明其他实施例中, 所述方法在步骤 S303之前的任一位置还可以 包括: 存储所述微博服务平台用户与所述电话号码之间的映射关系。 这时 "以 所述微博服务平台用户绑定的电话号码发送所述多媒体文件至所述微博服务 平台用户的电话号码对应的彩铃平台" 的步骤具体包括:
根据所述映射关系获取所述微博服务平台用户绑定的电话号码,并以所述 电话号码发送所述多媒体文件至所述电话号码对应的彩铃平台。当然前提仍是 微博用户取得了微博彩铃业务的授权,换句话说与前面的步骤一样, 本步骤中 的微博用户指的是已开通了微博彩铃业务的用户,其电话号码允许根据所述微 博同步请求来设定彩铃。此时微博服务平台用户的电话号码, 可以通过多种途 径获取, 换句话说所述电话号码可以是:
所述用户在所述微博服务平台绑定的电话号码, 或, 所述用户开通微博彩 铃业务时绑定的电话号码, 等等。 当然所述电话号码可以是一个或多个。
优选的,在本发明某些实施例中 "所述彩铃平台根据所述多媒体文件修改 所述电话号码的彩铃设置" 具体可以包括:
当所述微博信息为微博博文或个人介绍时:将所述多媒体文件加入到所述 电话号码的铃音轮中, 或,新增所述多媒体文件作为新的默认铃音设置以覆盖 原默认铃音设置。 所述默认铃音设置可以是全天时段默认铃音设置。
或者, 当所述微博信息为分组微博博文时: 按照所述用户设置的微博关注 用户分组和彩铃用户群组的映射关系,将所述多媒体文件加入到所述用户的全 天时间段指定群组铃音设置的铃音轮中, 或,新增所述多媒体文件作为全天时 间段指定群组铃音设置以覆盖原全天时间段同一指定群组铃音设置。
或者, 当所述微博信息为私信时: 将所述多媒体文件加入到所述用户针对 所述私信接收用户的全天时间段个人铃音设置的铃音轮中, 或,新增所述多媒 体文件作为针对所述私信接收用户的全天时间段个人铃音设置以覆盖所述用 户针对该私信接收用户的原全天时间段个人铃音设置。彩铃平台可以通过微博 彩铃平台查找到该私信接收用户的电话号码,然后在彩铃平台针对该私信接收 用户的电话号码做上述设置,这样当该私信接收用户拨打所述微博服务平台用 户的电话时, 就可以 "听" 到微博用户发给他 /她的私信了, 而其他用户拨打 时则听不到。本步骤默认私信接收用户也开通了微博彩铃平台业务, 即微博彩 铃平台也存储有该私信接收用户及其电话号码的映射关系,可以根据该私信接 收用户查找到其电话号码。 当然该私信接收用户也可以未开通微博彩铃业务, 此时该用户可以将该私信接收用户的电话号码告知微博彩铃平台,以便微博彩 铃平台告知彩铃平台。
此外, 在本发明某些实施例中, 所述彩铃设置可以包括传统的彩铃设置, 也可以包括多媒体彩铃铃音设置, 或彩铃加加铃音设置、 彩话 /酷秀铃音设置、 VP+铃音设置、 VN铃音设置、 彩印设置、 接通预录提示设置等。
优选的,在本发明某些实施例中所述方法在步骤 S301和 S302之间还可以 包括:
对所述微博信息进行过滤、 替换和 /或内容审核。 这样转换成多媒体文件 时就可以避免出现一些敏感、 不通顺或不恰当等的内容。

微博彩铃用户做发布文字微博并同步到微博彩铃应用的操作后,微博服务 平台接口模块请求微博彩铃业务调度模块提供服务,微博彩铃业务调度模块根 据事先从业务逻辑和流程编排模块获取的常规业务流程设置信息,首先调度博 文过滤和自动审核模块进行微博博文内容的智能过滤和自动审核处理,后者可 以拒绝同步具有敏感信息、内容形式不适合同步为彩铃的微博博文同步为彩铃 的请求;然后调度铃音生成和格式转换模块对微博博文内容自动转换以生成彩 铃铃音,再交由信息和内容管理模块登记微博信息和微博彩铃铃音等信息,接 着调度用户数据管理模块, 为用户登记微博彩铃铃音信息。
此外,在本发明某些实施例中, 在以上所有步骤之前还包括对所述用户即 所述微博服务平台用户进行微博彩铃业务授权的步骤, 即步骤 S301之前, 还 可以包括 S300:
获取请求开通微博彩铃业务的微博服务平台用户绑定的电话号码归属的 运营商;
根据所述运营商获取所述电话号码归属的彩铃平台;

以上步骤也可以用于彩铃加加, 只是铃音类型不同而已,彩铃加加可以在 彩铃的前和 /或后增一段自定义的内容; 同样以上步骤还可以用于集团微博彩 铃和集团微博彩铃加加, 此时微博服务平台用户的 "微博服务帐号"对应 "单 位组织微博服务帐号", "电话号码" 对应 "集团产品编码"。 另外以上步骤也 可以用于彩话 /酷秀( Avatar )、 VP+ (增强视频电话)、 VN (视频通知)、 接通 预录提示等业务。
本发明实施例通过微博彩铃平台将微博服务和彩铃服务进行了整合,利用 微博彩铃平台对微博用户-手机号码进行映射, 使得二者可以互通信息, 从而 实现了微博彩铃业务,帮助用户在互联网微博服务和传统电信网彩铃服务间直 接传播信息。通过应用本发明实施例可以向微博用户提供在电话用户群中以语 音方式传播特定微博信息的服务, 以实现用户从看微博到听微博的体验转变。 实施例二

5408, 报告同步结果。 微博彩铃平台向微博服务平台报告同步结果, 微博 服务平台响应。
5409, 提示同步结果。 微博彩铃平台向用户提示, 如短信提示, 文字微博 同步为微博彩铃的结果。
此外, 个人介绍的流程与上述流程和操作相同; 私信的流程只是所做的彩 铃铃音设置不是全天默认铃音设置, 而是针对特定个人的全天时间段设置, 所 以也要求私信接收方至少绑定了电话号码。
本发明实施例通过微博彩铃平台将微博服务和彩铃服务进行了整合,利用 微博彩铃平台对微博用户-手机号码进行映射, 使得二者可以互通信息, 从而 实现了微博彩铃业务,帮助用户在互联网微博服务和传统电信网彩铃服务间直 接传播信息。通过应用本发明实施例可以向微博用户提供在电话用户群中以语 音方式传播特定微博信息的服务, 以实现用户从看微博到听微博的体验转变。 实施例三

微博服务平台 1502: 用于接收微博服务平台发起的更新微博请求, 根据 所述更新微博请求中的彩铃文字信息更新所述相应微博用户的微博; 彩铃平台 1503: 用于向微博彩铃平台发送包含电话号码及彩铃文字信息 的彩铃同步请求。
本发明实施例通过微博彩铃平台将微博服务和彩铃服务进行了整合,利用 微博彩铃平台对微博用户-手机号码进行映射, 使得二者可以互通信息, 从而 实现了微博彩铃业务,帮助用户在互联网微博服务和传统电信网彩铃服务间直 接传播信息。可以向彩铃用户提供制作彩铃铃音时同步发布铃音所载荷信息到 微博的服务, 以扩大彩铃信息的传播, 进而帮助用户打破网络间的界限和用户 的互联网社交圏与现实社交圏间的界限,促进两种服务在移动互联网时代的协 同发展。 实施例十四
本实施例提供了一种微博彩铃系统, 所述微博彩铃系统包括微博彩铃平 台、 微博服务平台和彩铃平台;
微博彩铃平台 1601 : 用于接收彩铃平台发送的包含电话号码及铃音编码 信息的微博操作请求;获取与所述电话号码关联的微博服务平台及相应微博用 户;根据所述铃音编码匹配出被操作的微博信息和所述微博信息归属的微博服 务平台; 向与所述关联的微博服务平台发起微博操作请求, 以通过所述关联的 微博服务平台执行所述微博操作;
微博服务平台 1602: 用于接收微博彩铃平台发送的微博操作请求并执行 所述微博操作;
彩铃平台 1603: 用于向微博彩铃平台发送包含电话号码及铃音编码信息 的微博操作请求。
本发明实施例通过微博彩铃平台将微博服务和彩铃服务进行了整合,利用 微博彩铃平台对微博用户-手机号码进行映射, 使得二者可以互通信息, 从而 实现了微博彩铃业务,帮助用户在互联网微博服务和传统电信网彩铃服务间直 接传播信息。通过应用本发明实施例可以通过彩铃对微博进行操作, 进而帮助 用户打破网络间的界限和用户的互联网社交圏与现实社交圏间的界限,促进两 种服务在移动互联网时代的协同发展。 可以理解的是, 本发明可用于众多通用或专用的计算系统环境或配置中。 例如: 个人计算机、 服务器计算机、 手持设备或便携式设备、 平板型设备、 多 处理器系统、 基于微处理器的系统、 置顶盒、 可编程的消费电子设备、 网络 PC、 小型计算机、 大型计算机、 包括以上任何系统或设备的分布式计算环境 等等。
本发明可以在由计算机执行的计算机可执行指令的一般上下文中描述,例 如程序模块。一般地,程序模块包括执行特定任务或实现特定抽象数据类型的 例程、 程序、 对象、 组件、 数据结构等等。 也可以在分布式计算环境中实践本 发明,在这些分布式计算环境中, 由通过通信网络而被连接的远程处理设备来 执行任务。在分布式计算环境中,程序模块可以位于包括存储设备在内的本地 和远程计算机存储介质中。

1、 一种实现微博彩铃业务的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 接收微博服务平台用户的附带微博信息的微博同步请求;
将所述微博信息转换成多媒体文件;
以所述微博服务平台用户绑定的电话号码发送所述多媒体文件至所述 电话号码对应的彩铃平台, 以使所述彩铃平台根据所述多媒体文件修改所 述电话号码的彩铃设置。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述以所述微博服务平 台用户绑定的电话号码发送所述多媒体文件至所述电话号码对应的彩铃平 台之前, 还包括:
存储所述微博服务平台用户与所述电话号码之间的映射关系; 所述以所述微博服务平台用户绑定的电话号码发送所述多媒体文件至 所述电话号码对应的彩铃平台包括:
根据所述映射关系获取所述微博服务平台用户绑定的电话号码, 并以 所述电话号码发送所述多媒体文件至所述电话号码对应的彩铃平台。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述电话号码包括: 所述用户在所述微博服务平台绑定的电话号码, 或, 所述用户开通微 博彩铃业务时绑定的电话号码。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述彩铃平台根据所述 多媒体文件修改所述电话号码的彩铃设置包括:
当所述微博信息为微博博文或个人介绍时: 将所述多媒体文件加入到 所述电话号码的铃音轮中, 或, 新增所述多媒体文件作为新的默认铃音设 置以覆盖原默认铃音设置; 或者,
当所述微博信息为分组微博博文时: 按照所述用户设置的微博关注用 户分组和彩铃用户群组的映射关系, 将所述多媒体文件加入到所述用户的 全天时间段指定群组铃音设置的铃音轮中, 或, 新增所述多媒体文件作为 全天时间段指定群组铃音设置以覆盖原全天时间段同一指定群组铃音设 置; 或者,
当所述微博信息为私信时: 将所述多媒体文件加入到所述用户针对所 述私信接收用户的全天时间段个人铃音设置的铃音轮中, 或, 新增所述多 媒体文件作为针对所述私信接收用户的全天时间段个人铃音设置以覆盖所 述用户针对该私信接收用户的原全天时间段个人铃音设置。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将所述微博信息转 换成多媒体文件之前, 还包括:
对所述微博信息进行过滤、 替换和 /或内容审核。
6、 一种实现微博彩铃业务的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 接收彩铃平台发送的包含电话号码及彩铃文字信息的彩铃同步请求; 获取与所述电话号码关联的微博服务平台及相应微博用户;
向所述微博服务平台发起更新微博请求, 以使所述微博服务平台根据 所述彩铃文字信息更新所述相应微博用户的微博。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述向所述微博服务平 台发起更新微博请求, 以使所述微博服务平台根据所述彩铃文字信息更新 所述相应微博用户的微博包括:
当所述彩铃在彩铃平台为默认铃音设置时, 向所述微博服务平台发起 更新微博信息请求, 以使所述微博服务平台根据所述彩铃文字信息更新所 述相应微博用户的微博博文; 或者,
当所述彩铃在彩铃平台为群组铃音设置时, 按照所述相应微博用户的 微博关注用户分组和彩铃用户群组的映射关系, 向所述微博服务平台发起 更新微博信息请求, 以使微博服务平台根据所述彩铃文字信息更新所述微 博关注用户分组的分组博文; 或者,
当所述彩铃在彩铃平台为指定个人铃音设置时, 向所述微博服务平台 发起更新微博信息请求, 以使所述微博服务平台根据所述彩铃文字信息更 新所述相应 博用户的个人介绍信息。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述向所述微博服务平 台发起更新微博请求, 以使所述微博服务平台根据所述彩铃文字信息更新 所述相应微博用户的微博之前, 还包括:
对所述彩铃文字信息进行过滤、 替换和 /或内容审核。
9、 一种实现微博彩铃业务的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 接收彩铃平台发送的包含电话号码及铃音编码信息的微博操作请求; 获取与所述电话号码关联的微博服务平台及相应微博用户;
根据所述铃音编码匹配出被操作的微博信息和所述微博信息归属的微 博服务平台;
向与所述关联的微博服务平台发起微博操作请求, 以通过所述关联的 微博服务平台执行所述微博操作。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述向与所述关联的微 博服务平台发起微博操作请求, 以通过所述关联的微博服务平台执行所述 微博操作包括:
当所述微博操作为微博转发时, 向所述关联的微博服务平台发起转发 博直接转发、 对于来自于其他微博服务平台的微博先创建一个本微博服务 平台的微博然后再转发。
11、 根据权利要求 1~10任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所有步骤之 前, 还包括:
获取请求开通微博彩铃业务的微博服务平台用户绑定的电话号码归属 的运营商;
根据所述运营商获取所述电话号码归属的彩铃平台;
获得所述彩铃平台的彩铃业务授权;
为所述微博服务平台用户开通微博彩铃业务。
12、 一种微博彩铃平台, 其特征在于, 所述微博彩铃平台包括: 微博同步请求接收单元, 用于接收微博彩铃平台用户的附带微博信息 的微博同步请求;
微博信息转换单元, 用于将所述微博信息转换成多媒体文件; 多媒体文件发送单元, 用于以所述微博彩铃平台用户绑定的电话号码 发送所述多媒体文件至所述电话号码对应的彩铃平台, 以使所述彩铃平台 根据所述多媒体文件修改所述电话号码的彩铃设置。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的微博彩铃平台, 其特征在于, 所述微博彩 铃平台还包括:
用户信息存储单元, 用于存储所述微博服务平台用户与所述电话号码 之间的映射关系;
所述多媒体文件发送单元具体用于:
根据所述用户信息存储单元存储的所述映射关系获取所述微博服务平 台用户绑定的电话号码, 并以所述电话号码发送所述多媒体文件至所述电 话号码对应的彩铃平台, 以使所述彩铃平台根据所述多媒体文件修改所述 电话号码的彩铃设置。
14、 根据权利要求 12所述的微博彩铃平台, 其特征在于, 所述微博彩 铃平台还包括:
微博信息过滤单元, 用于在所述微博信息转换单元将所述微博信息转 换成多媒体文件前, 对所述微博信息进行过滤、 替换和 /或内容审核。
15、 一种微博彩铃平台, 其特征在于, 所述微博彩铃平台包括: 彩铃同步请求接收单元, 用于接收彩铃平台发送的包含电话号码及彩 铃文字信息的彩铃同步请求;
微博用户获取单元, 用于获取与所述电话号码关联的微博服务平台及 相应微博用户;
微博更新单元, 用于向所述微博服务平台发起更新微博请求, 以使所 述微博服务平台根据所述彩铃文字信息更新所述相应微博用户的微博。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的微博彩铃平台, 其特征在于, 所述微博彩 铃平台还包括: 起更新微博请求前, 对所述彩铃文字信息进行过滤、 替换和 /或内容审核。
17、 一种微博彩铃平台, 其特征在于, 所述微博彩铃平台包括: 微博操作请求接收单元, 用于接收彩铃平台发送的包含电话号码及铃 音编码信息的微博操作请求;
操作用户获取单元, 用于获取与所述电话号码关联的微博服务平台及 相应微博用户;
被操作微博获取单元, 用于根据所述铃音编码匹配出被操作的微博信 息和所述微博信息归属的微博服务平台; 操作请求, 以通过所述关联的微博服务平台执行所述微博操作。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的微博彩铃平台, 其特征在于, 当所述微博 操作为微博转发时, 所述微博操作请求发送单元具体用于:
向所述关联的微博服务平台发起转发微博请求, 以使所述关联的微博 博服务平台的微博先创建一个本微博服务平台的微博然后再转发。
19、 一种微博彩铃系统, 其特征在于, 所述微博彩铃系统包括微博彩 铃平台、 微博服务平台和彩铃平台;
微博彩铃平台: 用于接收微博服务平台用户的附带微博信息的微博同 步请求; 将所述微博信息转换成多媒体文件; 以所述微博服务平台用户绑 定的电话号码发送所述多媒体文件至所述电话号码对应的彩铃平台, 以使 所述彩铃平台根据所述多媒体文件修改所述电话号码的彩铃设置;

20、 一种微博彩铃系统, 其特征在于, 所述微博彩铃系统包括微博彩 铃平台、 微博服务平台和彩铃平台;
微博彩铃平台: 用于接收彩铃平台发送的包含电话号码及彩铃文字信 息的彩铃同步请求; 获取与所述电话号码关联的微博服务平台及相应微博 用户; 向所述微博服务平台发起更新微博请求, 以使所述微博服务平台根 据所述彩铃文字信息更新所述相应微博用户的微博;
