The base sheet has the following: an attachment section (93) that is attached to a side flap; and a tip section (96). The length (L11) of the tip section (96) in the widthwise direction of the product is 5-12 mm. The distance (L12), in the lengthwise direction of the product, between the outer edge (in the lengthwise direction of the product) of the attachment section and the outer edge (in the lengthwise direction of the product) of the hook sheet is 2-12 mm. The length (L13), in the lengthwise direction of the product, of the boundary between the hook sheet and the tip section (96) is at least twice the distance (L14), in the lengthwise direction of the product, between the inner edge (in the lengthwise direction of the product) of the base sheet and the inner edge (in the lengthwise direction of the product) of the hook sheet. The hook sheet (92) extends further outwards, in the lengthwise direction of the product, then the point (C1) midway between the outer edge (in the lengthwise direction of the product) of the inner edge (in the widthwise direction of the product) of the hook sheet and the outer edge (in the lengthwise direction of the product) of the inner edge (in the widthwise direction of the product) of the tip section (96).

Description

Disposable diapers
The present invention relates to a disposable diaper having a fastening tape for fastening a front waistline region and a rear waistline region.
Conventionally, a disposable diaper having a fastening tape for fastening a front waistline region and a rear waistline region is known (for example, see Patent Document 1). The fastening tape of patent document 1 is equipped with a base material and the hook material adhere | attached on a part of surface of a base material. One end of the base material becomes a joint part joined to the disposable diaper. On the other hand, the other end of the base material becomes an extending portion that extends to the outer end portion in the width direction as compared with the disposable diaper. The hook material is provided in the extending portion, and the hook material is not disposed on the outer end portion in the width direction of the extending portion, and a gripping portion that is gripped with a finger when worn is provided.
Moreover, the manufacturing method of a fastening tape is manufactured by cut | disconnecting the laminated body on which the continuous body with which the base material continued, and the continuous body with which the hook material continued were laminated | stacked, as shown in FIG. The cutting trajectory of the continuum is a boundary between the distal end of the extended portion of one fastening tape and the proximal end portion of the adjacent extended portion of the fastening tape. There is no waste material between one fastening tape and the adjacent fastening tape, and materials can be used effectively.
However, the above-mentioned fastening tape has the following problems.
The above-mentioned fastening tape is formed by continuously forming the fastening tape, and the distal end shape of the extending portion of one fastening tape is the base end shape of the extending portion of the adjacent fastening tape. For example, in order to make it easy to grip one end of a fastening tape, it is conceivable to manufacture with an interval between adjacent fastening tapes widened in order to increase the area of one end. However, when the interval between the adjacent fastening tapes is widened, the area of the joint portion of the fastening tape also increases.
Fastening tape is generally composed of a member having higher rigidity than a nonwoven fabric constituting a surface sheet of a disposable diaper, pulp constituting an absorbent body, and the like. The fastening tape is joined to a side flap or the like of the disposable diaper, and the rigidity of the region to which the fastening tape is joined is higher than the surroundings. The fastening tape is joined to a side flap or the like in the vicinity of the wearer's waist and legs. Therefore, when the joining part of a fastening tape becomes long, the area | region where rigidity is high increases and there exists a possibility that the discomfort at the time of wear may become high.
On the other hand, if the interval between adjacent fastening tapes is made narrow in order to reduce the area of the joint portion, the area of the extending portion to be gripped becomes small, and the operability during mounting may be deteriorated.
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a disposable diaper having a fastening tape that can improve operability at the time of wearing while suppressing a sense of incongruity at the time of wearing.

The core wrap 40b is a sheet that covers the absorbent core 40a. At least a part on the skin surface side of the core wrap 40b is constituted by various fiber nonwoven fabrics or tissue sheets having liquid permeability. For example, air-through nonwoven fabric of weight approximately 10 ~ 30g / m 2, spun bond nonwoven fabric, SMS can be used (spunbond - spunbond - meltblown) nonwoven or tissue sheet of the mass about 10 ~ 30g / m 2,.
A liquid-permeable top sheet 50 is provided on the surface side (skin contact surface side) of the absorber 40. A liquid-impermeable back sheet 60a is provided on the back side (non-skin contact surface side) of the absorber 40.
Side flaps 70 are respectively provided on side edges of the absorbent body 40 in the product width direction W. The side flap 70 straddles the front waistline region 20, the crotch region 25, and the rear waistline region 30, and is disposed outside the absorbent body 40 in the product width direction. The side flap 70 is comprised by the nonwoven fabric which piled up the 1 sheet or 2 or more sheets. The pair of side flaps 70 are each provided with a fastening tape 90.
The fastening tape 90 is a pair, and extends in the product width direction W in the rear waistline region 30 and is fastened to the non-skin contact surface of the front waistline region 20 so that the disposable diaper 10 is attached to the wearer. Hold on the body. The configuration of the fastening tape will be described in detail later.
The target portion 95 is a pair and is disposed on the non-skin contact surface in the front waistline region, and is configured such that the pair of fastening tapes 90 are fixed to each other.
In the present embodiment, the front waistline region 20, the rear waistline region 30, and the fastening tape 90 constitute a waistline holding portion. The waistline holding portion of the rear waistline region 30 is a range extending in the width direction from the region where the engaging member of the fastening tape 90 is provided. The waistline holding portion of the front waistline region 20 is a range extending in the width direction from the region where the target portion 95 is provided.
In addition, the disposable diaper 10 includes a crotch expansion / contraction part 200 disposed in a region overlapping the absorber in the crotch region 25. The configuration of the crotch expansion / contraction unit 200 will be described in detail later.
The side flap 70 is provided with a pair of leg stretchable parts 75 that are arranged on the inner side in the product width direction than the leg opening 35 and can be stretched in the product longitudinal direction L.
The leg stretchable part 75 is longer than the crotch stretchable part 200 in the product longitudinal direction L and is provided outside the crotch stretchable part 200 in the product width direction W.
The leg expansion / contraction part 75 should just be comprised so that the leg opening part 35 can be expanded-contracted in a product longitudinal direction, may be arrange | positioned along the leg opening part 35, and one part is with respect to the leg opening part 35. And may be arranged in an inclined state.
Further, the leg stretchable part 75 is composed of a stretchable sheet, thread rubber, or the like. The leg stretchable portion 75 is a portion that substantially contracts in the product longitudinal direction, and is a concept that excludes a portion where the stretchable sheet is disposed in a state where the contraction force is not exerted.
Also, a pair of leg side gathers 80 extending along the product longitudinal direction L are provided inside the pair of leg stretchable portions 75 (near the center in the product width direction W). The leg side gathers 80 are provided at the inner end of the side flap 70 in the product width direction, and are erecting and expanding gathers disposed on the inner side in the product width direction than the leg stretchable parts 75. The leg side gathers 80 are arranged on the inner side in the product width direction than the leg stretchable parts 75. The leg side gathers 80 can adopt a conventionally well-known configuration. Specifically, the leg side gathers 80 may be formed of a sheet material different from the side flaps 70.
Also, between the pair of fastening tapes 90 in the product width direction, there is provided a waist stretchable portion 85 that can be stretched in the product width direction. The waist elastic part 85 contracts between the fastening tapes 90 in the product width direction.
In the present embodiment, the waist elastic part 85 is constituted by an elastic sheet. The members constituting the waist elastic part 85 are not particularly limited, but it is preferable to use a member that is as thin as possible, has low bending rigidity, and has a small width ratio. By configuring the waist stretchable portion 85 with a material having low bending rigidity, the waist stretchable portion 85 can easily bend along the body, and the waist stretchable portion 85 is placed along the body without applying a load to the wearer's body. Can be fitted. Further, by configuring the waist stretchable portion 85 with a material having a small width, the contraction of the disposable diaper in the product longitudinal direction when the disposable diaper extends in the product width direction is suppressed, and the disposable diaper is placed around the wearer's waist Can be prevented from being pulled down to the crotch side.
In this embodiment, a stretchable film having a basis weight of 20 to 45 g / m 2 is used as the waist stretchable portion 85.
The waist stretchable portion 85 is stretched by 1.5 to 2.5 times the length in the non-stretched state (natural state) and then adhered to the exterior sheet 60 by a hot melt adhesive or heat treatment. .
In the present embodiment, the waist elastic part 85 is disposed between the exterior sheet 60 and the back sheet 60a. However, in the configuration in which the core wrap 40b extends outward in the product longitudinal direction from the absorbent core 40a, the waist stretchable portion 85 is disposed between the core wrap 40b and the back sheet 60a or the exterior sheet 60. It may be. The position of the waist elastic part is not particularly limited. Further, in a region where the absorbent body is not disposed, it may be disposed between the side flap 70 and the back sheet 60a or the exterior sheet 60.
In addition, although the waist stretchable part according to the present embodiment is configured to stretch in the product width direction, the waist stretchable part may be configured to stretch in the product width direction and the product longitudinal direction. .
(2) Configuration of Fastening Tape Next, the configuration of the fastening tape 90 will be described in detail with reference to FIG. FIG. 4 is a plan view of the fastening tape 90. The fastening tape 90 is attached to the region of the side flap 70 corresponding to the rear waistline region 30. The fastening tape 90 is provided with a base sheet 91 connected to the side flap 70, an engagement hook (not shown) as a plurality of engagement members, and a hook sheet 92 fixed to the base sheet 91; Is provided. The hook sheet 92 is an area where an engagement member is provided.
The hook sheet 92 is fixed to the base sheet 91, specifically, bonded. The hook sheet 92 and the base sheet 91 are preferably joined so that the rigidity of the fastening tape 90 does not become higher than necessary. Specifically, it is preferable that the hook sheet 92 and the base sheet 91 are joined by a hot melt adhesive applied intermittently such as a dot shape, a line shape, or a spiral shape. The hook sheet 92 and the base sheet 91 may be joined by heat sealing or the like.
The base sheet 91 is composed of one or two or more non-woven fabrics stacked. As the base material sheet 91, a nonwoven fabric manufactured by a manufacturing method such as spunbond (SB) or spunbond-meltblown-spunbond (SMS) can be used. The basis weight of the nonwoven fabric constituting the base sheet 91 (the total basis weight in the case of a plurality of sheets) is 30 to 120 g / m 2 , preferably 40 to 90 g / m 2 .
When the base sheet 91 is constituted by a laminate in which a plurality of nonwoven fabrics are laminated, a nonwoven fabric having a basis weight of 10 to 80 g / m 2 can be used, more preferably a nonwoven fabric having a basis weight of 15 to 75 g / m 2 . Can be used. When securing the strength (breaking strength) of the fastening tape and making it a flexible tape, it is better to have a plurality of non-woven fabrics stacked than one non-woven fabric, and have joints and non-joints at each joint surface. Flexible fastening tape can be configured.
The base sheet 91 is disposed between the side flap 70 and the exterior sheet 60, and overlaps with the side flap, and the second region R2 extends outward from the side flap in the product width direction. And have. In addition, the base material sheet should just be connected with the side flap at least, and the structure which is not connected with the exterior sheet without being connected with the side flap 70 and the exterior sheet 60 may be sufficient.
The base sheet 91 has a joint portion 93 joined to the side flaps, and a tip portion 96 extending outward in the product width direction from the hook sheet 92. The joining portion 93 of the base sheet 91 according to the present embodiment is a region joined to the side flap 70 or the exterior sheet. The joint portion 93 is provided in the first region R1. In addition, although the junction part 93 is provided in a part of 1st area | region R1, you may be provided in the whole region of 1st area | region R1. The front end portion 96 extends outward in the product width direction from the hook sheet 92 and includes an outer end portion in the width direction of the fastening tape 90.
The length L11 of the front end portion 96 of the base sheet 91 in the product width direction W is 5 to 12 mm. The front end portion 96 is a portion where the hook sheet 92 is not provided and the fastening tape 90 is fixed to the target portion and is not fixed to the target portion. The distal end portion 96 is a portion that the wearer grips when attaching and detaching the fastening tape 90. Therefore, it is desirable that the distal end portion 96 has a size that can be easily gripped by the wearer. According to the tip portion 96 having such dimensions, the wearer can hold it with a finger, and the fastening tape 90 can be smoothly attached and detached. In addition, since the wearer can securely hold the tip 96, the attachment position of the fastening tape 90 can be finely adjusted, and can be attached to the intended position. Therefore, the operability at the time of wearing can be improved.
The distance L12 in the product longitudinal direction between the outer end in the product longitudinal direction of the joint portion 93 and the outer end in the product longitudinal direction of the hook sheet is 2 to 12 mm. A hook sheet | seat is a part fixed to a target part, and engagement force can be raised by providing the area of a hook sheet | seat widely. However, in the conventional fastening tape 90, when the area of the hook sheet is increased, the area of the joining portion 93 that joins the fastening tape 90 is widened, and there is a possibility that a sense of incongruity due to an increase in a region having high rigidity may be increased. .
However, the distance L12 between the outer end portion of the joint portion 93 in the product longitudinal direction and the outer end portion of the hook seat in the product longitudinal direction is set to 2 to 12 mm, thereby obtaining the engaging force by the hook sheet and the joint portion. The feeling of strangeness when worn by 93 can be suppressed.
Further, the length L13 in the product longitudinal direction of the boundary between the hook sheet and the tip portion 96 is the product longitudinal direction between the inner end portion in the product longitudinal direction of the base sheet 91 and the inner end portion in the product longitudinal direction of the hook sheet. More than twice the distance L14. A leg opening 35 surrounding the wearer's leg is formed in a state where the fastening tape 90 is fixed to the target portion 95. The fastening tape 90 is positioned in the vicinity of the leg opening 35 in a state where the leg opening 35 is formed. Therefore, when the wearer moves his / her leg, the fastening tape 90 may hit the wearer's leg. In particular, the inner end of the base sheet 91 in the product longitudinal direction tends to hit the wearer's leg.
The inner end of the base sheet 91 in the product longitudinal direction is a region that does not contribute to the engagement force with the target portion. Therefore, it is desirable that the distance L14 in the product longitudinal direction between the inner end portion in the product longitudinal direction of the base sheet 91 and the inner end portion in the product longitudinal direction of the hook sheet is shorter, and the shorter the distance L14 contributes to the engagement force with the target portion. By narrowing the area not to be worn, it is possible to make the fastening tape difficult to hit the wearer's leg.
Furthermore, the fastening tape 90 has a tapered shape in which the length in the product width direction decreases from the inside in the product width direction to the outside in the product width direction. Therefore, the boundary between the hook sheet and the tip portion 96 is the shortest in the product longitudinal direction of the hook sheet. The length L13 in the product longitudinal direction at the boundary between the hook sheet and the tip 96 is the distance in the product longitudinal direction between the inner end of the base sheet 91 in the product longitudinal direction and the inner end of the hook sheet in the product longitudinal direction. By setting it to be twice or more of L14, it is possible to ensure the engagement force while suppressing the contact with the wearer.
The hook sheet is an intermediate point between the outer end in the product longitudinal direction at the inner end in the product width direction of the hook sheet and the outer end in the product longitudinal direction at the inner end in the product width direction of the tip 96. It extends outside the product longitudinal direction from C1. The hook sheet has a tapered shape in which the length in the product width direction decreases from the inside in the product width direction toward the outside in the product width direction. Therefore, the engagement force by the hook material is different between the inner end portion of the hook sheet in the product width direction and the outer end portion of the hook sheet in the product width direction. Therefore, variation occurs in the engagement force of the entire hook sheet.
In addition, the fastening tape 90 is positioned in the vicinity of the leg opening 35 in a state where the leg opening 35 is formed, and when the wearer moves the leg, the force that causes the fastening tape 90 to peel off from the target portion acts. There are things to do. At this time, the force at which the fastening tape 90 is peeled off from the target portion acts from the leg opening 35 side. If the difference between the engagement force at the inner end of the hook sheet in the product width direction and the engagement force at the outer end of the hook sheet in the product width direction is large, the fastening tape 90 rotates in the direction of rotation starting from the portion where the engagement force is strong. May move, and the position and direction of the front waistline area and the back waistline area may shift.
However, the product length is longer than the intermediate point between the outer end portion in the product longitudinal direction at the inner end portion in the product width direction of the hook sheet and the outer end portion in the product longitudinal direction at the inner end portion in the product width direction of the tip portion 96. Because it extends to the outside in the direction, the engagement force at the inner end of the hook sheet in the product width direction can be approached in the region extending from the center in the width direction of the hook sheet to suppress variation in engagement force. it can.
The hook sheet has an outer end portion in the product longitudinal direction at the boundary between the first region and the second region, and an intermediate point C2 between the outer end portion in the product longitudinal direction at the outer end portion in the product width direction of the second region. It extends outward in the product longitudinal direction. Fastening tape 90 The length of the product in the longitudinal direction gradually decreases toward the outside in the product width direction. For example, if the length is shortened too much at the inside in the width direction, which is the base of the fastening tape 90, the area of the tip 96 can be secured. There is a risk that the engagement force of the hook sheet on the front end portion 96 side cannot be secured. However, the product longitudinal direction is longer than the intermediate point C2 between the outer end in the product longitudinal direction at the boundary between the first region and the second region and the outer end in the product longitudinal direction at the outer end in the product width direction of the second region. Since it extends outward in the direction, the area on the front end 96 side of the fastening tape 90 can be increased.
The outer shape of the second region of the base sheet is a curved shape. The 2nd field of a substrate sheet is a field extended from the side flap, and is a part which a hand touches at the time of wearing. Since the outer shape of the second region of the base sheet is a curved shape, it is possible to suppress irritation to the hand and improve operability. Moreover, when the edge part of a base material sheet hits a leg or a hand unintentionally, the irritation | stimulation to a leg etc. and the linear pressure by a fastening tape edge part can be kept low. In addition, at least a part of the outer shape of the second region of the base sheet may be a curved shape, and a part of the outer shape of the second region of the base sheet may be a linear shape.
The distance L15 between the hook sheet 92 and the joint 93 is preferably 2 to 12 mm. Since the joint portion 93 is joined to the side flap and the hook sheet 92 is fixed to the target portion 95 with the disposable diaper attached, the area between the hook sheet 92 and the joint portion 93 is attached with the disposable diaper. In this state, the region is not fixed to any of the regions and is easily deformed. If the distance between the hook sheet 92 and the joint portion 93 is too long, it will be easily deformed when an external force is applied, such as when the wearer moves the leg, and it will be difficult to maintain the engagement state of the fastening tape 90. On the other hand, if the distance between the hook sheet 92 and the joint portion 93 is too short, there is no region to be deformed when the wearer moves his / her leg, etc., which may hinder the wearer's free movement. Since the distance between the hook sheet 92 and the joint portion 93 is 2 to 12 mm, the engagement state of the fastening tape 90 can be maintained while ensuring free movement.
At the end of the base sheet in the product longitudinal direction, a convex part 97 having a shape protruding toward the outside in the product longitudinal direction and a concave part 98 having a shape recessed toward the inside in the product longitudinal direction may be formed. desirable. By providing the convex portion 97 and the concave portion 98, when a force for deforming the base sheet is applied, stress can be dispersed at the end portion in the product longitudinal direction. Moreover, since the product longitudinal direction edge part of a base material sheet is the curvilinear shape which has the convex part 97 and the recessed part 98, the irritation | stimulation to the skin to a wearer can be reduced and a wearer's discomfort can be reduced.
The convex part and the concave part are curved. Convex parts and concave parts are continuously present at the product longitudinal direction end of the base sheet, and the convex parts and concave parts are curved so that the outer end of the fastening tape is not intended to touch the legs or hands. In this case, it is possible to keep the stimulation on the leg and the linear pressure due to the end of the fastening tape low.
The engaging force between the fastening tape and the front waistline region is 0.3 N / 30 mm to 1.5 N / 30 mm. As a result of various verifications by the present applicant, when the engaging force of the fastening tape exceeded 1.5 N / 30 mm, the tester (a mother with an infant) tended to have an impression that it was difficult to remove. On the other hand, if it is smaller than 0.3N / 30mm, the fastening tape gives an impression that it is difficult to engage with the disposable diaper main body, and even if the fastening tape does not come off, there is an impression that the fastening tape will come off. I understood that there was not. Therefore, it is desirable that the engagement force between the fastening tape and the front waistline region is 0.3 N / 30 mm to 1.5 N / 30 mm.
Note that the “engagement force” in this specification is measured by the following measurement method.
具体的には、測定対象のファスニングテープからフックシートと基材シートとを幅30mm(幅30mmで切り出すことが不可能の場合は、幅30mm当たりに換算して結果を判断)で切り出したサンプルを準備した。 The engagement force was measured using an autograph tester (AG-X10plus) manufactured by Shimadzu Corporation. Specifically, a sample cut out from the fastening tape to be measured with a hook sheet and a base sheet of 30 mm in width (if it is impossible to cut out with a width of 30 mm, the result is converted per 30 mm width) Got ready. Similarly, the sample which cut out the target part (exterior sheet | seat) to which a fastening tape is latched by a larger size than a hook sheet was prepared.
Next, both samples were pressure-bonded by moving a 700 g roller (diameter 85 mm, width 45 mm) at a speed of 5 mm / min along the main fastening tape attaching / detaching direction. Both the crimped samples were set in an autograph testing machine, and the engaging force of both samples at a pulling speed of 300 mm / min was measured (unit: N / 30 mm). At this time, the direction of pulling was set so that the hook sheet surface had an angle of 135 ° with respect to the target tape surface. The peel direction of the hook sheet was the main direction when the fastening tape was removed from the target portion.
Note that the “length” in this specification is measured by the following measurement method.
If the disposable diaper 10 is enclosed in a package or the like, use a sample that is removed from the package and left in that state for 12 hours in an atmosphere of 20 ° C. ± 2 ° C. and relative humidity 60% ± 5% RH.
Next, the length of this state of the disposable diaper 10 is measured using a spring measure (tape: glass fiber-containing vinyl chloride coating) manufactured by Shinwa Measurement Co., Ltd. so as to be along the measurement target part. Here, with respect to 10 samples, the above-described measurement was performed in each state, and the average value was defined as the length.
(3) Shape of Crotch Stretchable Part Next, the shape of the crotch stretchable part 200 will be described. The crotch stretchable part 200 is configured to maintain a flat shape in a part of the crotch region when the disposable diaper is worn rather than the other part of the absorber 40. The crotch stretchable portion 200 is configured to be stretchable at least in the product longitudinal direction L or the product width direction W.
The crotch stretchable part 200 is provided separately from the leg stretchable part 75 and overlaps the absorbent core 40a (in this embodiment, between the core wrap 40b that wraps the absorbent core 40a and the backsheet 60a). Position), 60% or more of the length in the product width direction of the absorbent core 40a at the overlapping position is contracted. In this way, by shrinking the portion where the absorbent core 40a is disposed by the crotch stretchable portion 200, the absorbent core 40a shrinks, and it is easy to maintain a flat shape compared to the portion where the absorbent core 40a does not shrink. Become.
On the other hand, the absorbent core 40a located in the front waistline region and the rear waistline region located outside the product longitudinal direction from the crotch stretchable portion 200 is not contracted by the crotch stretchable portion 200. Therefore, the crotch stretchable part 200 maintained in a flat shape on the crotch part of the disposable diaper in a state held around the waist / waist of the wearer by the fastening tape 90, without excessively adhering to the body, as a result, The crotch stretchable part 200 is appropriately placed along the body.
In addition, when the crotch stretchable portion 200 is stretchable along the product longitudinal direction L, the front waistline region 20 and the back waistline region 30 are easily raised by contraction of the crotch stretchable portion 200, and when worn, A flat crotch region can be formed along the body at the part.
As a result, since the front waistline region 20 and the back waistline region 30 rise from the crotch stretchable part 200, the fit of the disposable diaper 10 to the wearer is improved.
That is, the disposable diaper 10 can be stably attached so that the crotch region 25 of the disposable diaper 10 is disposed in the crotch region of the wearer by the contraction of the crotch stretchable part 200.
Furthermore, the crotch stretchable part 200 may be configured to extend to the front waistline region 20 side and the back waistline region 30 side across the center of the disposable diaper 10 in the product longitudinal direction L.
Further, the center of the crotch expansion / contraction portion 200 in the product longitudinal direction L is arranged on the front waistline region 20 side of the center of the disposable diaper 10 in the product longitudinal direction L.
On the other hand, when there is movement of the wearer (especially when the legs are raised, standing, or sitting in the sleeping position), the amount of skin expansion and contraction (the amount of change in length) on the surface of the wearer's body ) Is larger on the dorsal side (buttock) than on the ventral side.
By placing the center of the crotch stretchable part 200 in the product longitudinal direction L closer to the front waistline region 20 side than the center of the disposable diaper 10 in the product longitudinal direction L, the product length of the rear waistline region 30 in the natural state of the disposable diaper 10 The length in the direction L can be made longer than the length in the product longitudinal direction L of the front waistline region 20. Therefore, even if there is a movement of the wearer, the front waistline region 20 and the back waistline region 30 of the disposable diaper 10 are in a direction along the product longitudinal direction L due to the movement of the wearer's skin. It becomes possible to suppress the situation of moving.
The crotch stretchable part 200 is preferably composed of a stretchable sheet.
By configuring the crotch stretchable portion 200 with the stretchable sheet, the absorbent core 40a in the region where the stretchable sheet is disposed is uniformly shrunk, and it becomes easier to maintain a flat shape. The stretchable sheet can be constituted by a stretchable sheet similar to the leg stretchable part 75, for example.
Further, instead of the stretchable sheet, the crotch stretchable portion 200 may be configured by arranging a plurality of thread-like or band-like elastic members made of polyurethane elastic fiber or natural rubber. In this case, in order to uniformly shrink the absorbent core 40a by the crotch expansion / contraction part 200, the interval between the elastic members is 7 mm or less, more preferably 5 mm or less. Moreover, in order to shrink the absorptive core 40a uniformly, it is desirable that the difference in the interval between adjacent elastic members is 2 mm or less.
Further, specifically, the elongation rate of the crotch stretchable part 200 is preferably 1.2 times or more and 1.8 times or less. In this embodiment, the expansion rate of the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 is set to 1.4 times. The elongation rate means the degree of elongation in the expansion / contraction direction (product longitudinal direction L) of the crotch expansion / contraction part 200, and is defined as follows.
The elongation rate means the degree of expansion of the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 in the expansion / contraction direction (in the present embodiment, the product longitudinal direction L), and is defined as follows.
Elongation rate = (length in the expansion / contraction direction of the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 in the maximum expansion state) / (length in the expansion / contraction direction of the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 in the natural state)
In addition, the measurement of an expansion rate is the same as that of the above-mentioned leg expansion-contraction part, and abbreviate | omits description.
By setting the elongation rate of the crotch stretchable part 200 to 1.2 times or more and 1.8 times or less, it is possible to suitably follow the stretch of the wearer's skin.
For example, when the wearer takes a forward-bending posture such that the front side of the body contracts, there is a site extending about 30% in the skin on the buttocks side of the wearer relative to the stretched body.
That is, if the expansion rate of the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 is less than 1.2 times, the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 is not sufficiently contracted in the natural state, and the disposable diaper 10 is compared with the case where the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 is not provided. The shrinkage of the absorber region in the crotch of the wearer is small, and it becomes insufficient to take a flat shape along the body in the crotch of the wearer.
On the other hand, if the expansion rate of the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 is larger than 1.8 times, the contraction dimension of the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 in the contraction direction becomes too large. The disposable diaper 10 is likely to be in a close contact state, and easily displaced downward from the wearer.
Further, the contraction amount of the crotch stretchable part 200 in the product longitudinal direction L may be configured to be 2 to 8% of the length of the disposable diaper 10 in the product longitudinal direction L.
The amount of shrinkage is the length “b (mm)” in a stretched state so that the wrinkles are sufficiently small and the surface of the sample is almost smooth, and in the natural state in the direction along the stretching direction of the sample. It is the difference from the length “a (mm)” and can be calculated by (b−a).
The inventor assumes that the amount of contraction of the crotch stretchable part 200 in the product longitudinal direction L is 2 to 8% of the length of the disposable diaper 10 in the product longitudinal direction L, and the process of mounting the disposable diaper 10 on the wearer. In the above, it was confirmed that the crotch stretchable part 200 is preferably easily along the wearer's body.
Here, when the amount of shrinkage of the crotch stretchable part 200 in the product longitudinal direction L is larger than 8%, the crotch stretchable part 200 is contracted too much, and the disposable diaper 10 is not sufficiently short in the product longitudinal direction L. It becomes difficult to attach the diaper 10 to the wearer's body, or the disposable diaper 10 and the wearer's body are in close contact with each other in the crotch region 25 and are likely to be displaced.
On the other hand, if the amount of shrinkage of the crotch stretchable part 200 in the product longitudinal direction L is less than 2%, the effect itself of the crotch stretchable part 200 that brings the disposable diaper 10 closer to the wearer's body becomes difficult to manifest.
Further, the center of the crotch expansion / contraction portion 200 in the product longitudinal direction L is arranged on the front waistline region 20 side of the center of the disposable diaper 10 in the product longitudinal direction L. Moreover, the crotch expansion / contraction part 200 is arrange | positioned so that the center of the disposable diaper 10 in the product longitudinal direction L may be straddled.
In such a case, considering the rigidity of the absorbent core 40a and the rigidity of other members constituting the disposable diaper 10, the thickness of the elastic member to be used and the pitch to be arranged can be appropriately selected. It is preferable that the entire side edge portion in the product width direction W of the absorbent core 40a is in a contracted state in the stretched state.
Also, a notch 115 (notch 125) is formed in the crotch region 25 of the absorber 40. The notch 115 and the notch 125 are regions where the absorbent core 40a constituting the absorber 40 is not present. In the present embodiment, the notch 115 and the notch 125 correspond to a low-rigidity part in which the basis weight of the absorbent core 40a is lower than other parts of the absorbent core 40a. Instead of forming the notch 115 and the notch 125, the area of the notch 115 and the notch 125 is set so that the basis weight of the absorbent core 40a is lower than the other parts of the absorbent core 40a. Also good.
The notch 115 and the notch 125 exist along the edge of the crotch stretchable part 200 in the product longitudinal direction L. Even if the notch 115 and the notch 125 are formed, the absorbent core 40a located in the front waistline region 20 and the rear waistline region 30 is completely separated from the absorbent core 40a located in the crotch region 25. It is preferable that it is continuous especially in the product width direction.
The notch 115 and the notch 125 become wider in the product longitudinal direction L (the natural state of the disposable diaper 10) as they go outward in the product width direction W. With such a shape, the outer side of the absorbent core 40a in the product width direction W is more easily contracted, so that a flat “bottom” is more easily formed. Furthermore, the absorbent core 40a located closer to the front waistline region 20 than the notch 115 and the absorbent core 40a located closer to the rear waistline region 30 than the notch 125 rise from the "bottom part", and the wearer's Since it becomes easy to curve along the roundness of the body (abdomen and buttocks), the shape of the disposable diaper itself can be closer to the shape of the wearer's body.
Also, the edge of the notch 115 (notch 125) close to the front waistline region 20 (rear waistline region 30) is arcuate. The edge of the notch 115 (notch 125) is shaped such that the center of the arc is located in the rear waistline region 30 (front waistline region 20) with respect to the edge. With such a shape, deformation along the roundness of the wearer's body is easier and more likely to occur.
(4) Manufacturing method of disposable diaper Next, an example of the manufacturing method of the absorbent article which concerns on this embodiment is demonstrated. In addition, about the method which is not demonstrated in this embodiment, the existing method can be used. Moreover, the manufacturing method demonstrated below is an example and can also be manufactured with another manufacturing method. The manufacturing method of an absorbent article includes at least a component part forming step, a component part placing step, a leg periphery forming step, and a cutting step.
In the component forming process, the components constituting the absorbent article are formed. Specifically, for example, the absorbent body 40 is molded by laminating absorbent materials, or the fastening tape 90 is formed. The fastening tape 90 is formed by cutting the laminate.
FIG. 5 is a diagram for explaining a manufacturing process of the fastening tape 90, and is a diagram schematically showing a cutting mode of the laminate 100. FIG. The laminate 100 is a sheet material in which a continuous hook sheet with a continuous hook sheet is fixed on a continuous base sheet body with a continuous base sheet. MD shown in FIG. 5 is a conveyance direction of a laminated body, and CD is a crossing direction. The dimension in the crossing direction of the laminate is slightly less than twice the product width direction of the fastening tape 90. The cutting trajectory of the laminate is a state in which the fastening tape 90 is adjacent in the intersecting direction and is continuous with the fastening tape 90 in the transport direction. By cutting the fastening tape 90 from the laminate, a trim positioned between the fastening tapes 90 is generated in a state before cutting. In FIG. 5, the trim area is indicated by hatching.
The trim is continuous in the transport direction, and the dimensions in the crossing direction of the trim are changing. Thus, the trim is provided with regions having different tensile strengths. For example, the A region shown in FIG. 5 has a lower tensile strength than the B region. The trim is a portion to be discarded after the fastening tape 90 is cut out, and it is desirable that the trim is continuous from the viewpoint of recovery for disposal. Further, when discarding the trim, processing such as cutting processing is performed by a machine. At that time, if the trim is continuous, there is a risk of being caught in the machine. However, since the trim is provided with regions having different tensile strengths, regions having relatively low tensile strength are easily separated during mechanical processing. Therefore, by producing such a fastening tape 90, the trim can be collected in a continuous state at the time of collection, and the trim is cut finely when a force is applied at the time of mechanical processing, so that the disposal process can be performed smoothly. it can.
In the component mounting step, on the web constituting the back sheet, the elastic sheet constituting the leg stretchable part 75, the other web such as the web constituting the top sheet, the leakproof sheet, the absorber, the leg stretchable part The components constituting the disposable diaper 10 such as 75 are placed.
In the leg periphery forming step, the top sheet 50, the exterior sheet 60, and the back sheet 60a are cut. Thereby, the leg opening part 35 arrange | positioned around a wearer's leg is formed.
In the cutting process, the continuous body in which the top sheet 50, the back sheet 60a, the absorber 40, and the like are arranged is cut into the size of one product along the product width direction W. Thereby, the disposable diaper 10 is manufactured.
