Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a manufacturing process of a buckle belt.
Background
The buckle belt is a common shoe clothing accessory, and if the buckle belt is used in shoes, the tightness of a shoe body and the size of a tongue opening can be adjusted, so that the shoes can wrap feet better. The two buckling belts are arranged on the inner side and the outer side of the shoe body and the two sides of the shoe tongue opening respectively, the hair surfaces are lapped on different positions of the hook surfaces, and the adjustment of the shoe body and the shoe tongue opening can be realized. The other is that a buckle belt is sewed with a hair surface and a hook surface, one end of the buckle belt is fixed on one side of the shoe body or the tongue opening, the other side of the shoe body or the tongue opening is provided with a through hole, the buckle belt passes through the through hole and is folded back, and then the hook surface is attached to the hair surface.

2. primary blanking: blanking a plurality of buckle belt monomers 10 in the typesetting area (for enlarging the buckle belt monomers 10 of the edition, for the requirement of subsequent printing or mould pressing);
3. printing: printing (for example, screen printing) is performed on one surface of the strap unit 10;
4. secondary blanking: the leftover materials in the safety margin area on the buckle belt monomer 10 are punched off (the solid plate can be punched off one by one);
5. the hook surface layer, the wool surface layer and the inner layer of the buckle belt are manufactured and sewn on the buckle belt monomer 10: the single hook surface layer, the single wool surface layer and the single buckle belt inner layer are punched one by one, and the single hook surface layer, the single wool surface layer and the single buckle belt inner layer are sewn at the corresponding positions of the buckle belt single bodies 10. Because the buckle belt single body 10 is a real plate (without leftover materials) and does not have a position for positioning by a computer vehicle, the buckle belt single body can only be used for manual sewing; the efficiency may be low. If the computer sewing machine is forcibly used, the hanging nail points are additionally arranged on the buckling belt single bodies 10 for positioning, the sewing machine efficiency is improved, but a part of working procedures of manually cutting off the hanging nails are added behind the computer sewing machine.
The traditional method has low processing efficiency and more waste of leftover materials.
Accordingly, the present inventors have made extensive studies to solve the above problems and have made the present invention.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a manufacturing process of a buckle belt, which can improve the processing efficiency and save materials.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a manufacturing process of a buckle belt comprises the following steps:
A. typesetting: a plurality of buckle belt monomers are typeset on a large buckle belt main body, the outer contours of adjacent buckle belt monomers are connected together, the buckle belt monomers enclose a buckle belt solid plate area, the solid plate area extends outwards for 3-5mm to serve as a buckle belt peripheral area, and the buckle belt solid plate area and the buckle belt peripheral area jointly form a buckle belt typesetting area; cutting a wool surface layer typesetting area and/or a hook surface layer typesetting area according to the buckle belt typesetting area, wherein the wool surface layer typesetting area comprises a plurality of wool surface layer monomers corresponding to the buckle belt monomers, the outer outlines of adjacent wool surface layer monomers are connected together, the wool surface layer typesetting area comprises a wool surface layer solid area and a wool surface layer peripheral area, the wool surface layer solid area is defined by the plurality of wool surface layer monomers, the hook surface layer typesetting area comprises a plurality of hook surface layer monomers corresponding to the buckle belt monomers, the outer outlines of the adjacent hook surface layer monomers are connected together, the hook surface layer typesetting area comprises a hook surface layer solid area and a hook surface layer peripheral area, and the hook surface layer solid area is defined by the plurality of hook surface layer monomers;
B. primary blanking: the buckle belt typesetting area is punched out of the buckle belt main body, and a plurality of first positioning holes are formed in the circumferential coil area of the buckle belt;
C. printing: printing the whole buckle belt typesetting area;
D. and (3) sewing: taking the first positioning hole as a positioning position of a computer sewing machine, and sewing the wool surface layer typesetting area and/or the hook surface layer typesetting area in the buckle belt typesetting area by adopting the computer sewing machine;
E. secondary blanking: and taking the first positioning hole as a positioning position for secondary blanking, and blanking a plurality of finished product monomers, wherein each finished product monomer comprises the buckling belt monomer, the hair surface layer monomer and the hook surface layer monomer, or each finished product monomer comprises the buckling belt monomer and the hair surface layer monomer.
As a preferred mode of the invention, in the step a, a fastening tape inner layer typesetting area is further cut out according to the fastening tape typesetting area, the fastening tape inner layer typesetting area comprises a plurality of fastening tape inner layer monomers corresponding to the fastening tape monomers, the outer contours of the adjacent fastening tape inner layer monomers are connected together, the fastening tape inner layer typesetting area comprises a fastening tape inner layer solid plate area and a fastening tape inner layer peripheral area, and the fastening tape inner layer solid plate area is formed by surrounding the plurality of fastening tape inner layer monomers; and step D, sewing the inner-layer typesetting area of the buckle belt in the solid-plate area of the buckle belt.
In a preferred aspect of the present invention, in the step B, a cutter for punching is provided with a positioning pin for forming the first positioning hole, and the first positioning hole is punched in the circumferential loop region of the fastening tape during punching.
As a preferable mode of the present invention, the peripheral area of the pile surface layer, the peripheral area of the hook surface layer, and the peripheral area of the inner layer of the fastening tape are provided with second positioning holes corresponding to the first positioning holes.
As a preferable mode of the invention, silk screen printing is adopted in the step C, and a printing area corresponding to the fastener tape typesetting area is arranged on a mould for silk screen printing.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the step E, the cutting blade for performing the punching includes a plurality of cutting blades corresponding to the fastener tape units.
As a preferable mode of the present invention, an area surrounded by the joining together of the loop area of the hair side layer, the loop area of the hook side layer, and the loop area of the inner layer of the fastening tape is the same as the typesetting area of the fastening tape.
By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, a plurality of buckle belt monomers are connected together for typesetting, so that redundant leftover materials among the buckle belt monomers are effectively reduced or even not needed, the utilization rate of materials is improved, the loss is reduced, meanwhile, the hook surface layer material, the hair surface layer material or the buckle belt lining material can be integrally punched according to the buckle belt typesetting area, the utilization rate of the hook surface layer material, the hair surface layer material or the buckle belt lining material is improved, and the buckle belt monomers, the hair surface layer monomer, the hook surface layer monomer and the buckle belt lining monomer are punched together during secondary punching, so that the punching cost can be saved.

Detailed Description
In order to further explain the technical solution of the present invention, the following detailed description is made with reference to the embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 to 9, a manufacturing process of a buckle belt includes the following steps:
A. typesetting: a plurality of strap monomers 10 are laid out on a large strap body (i.e. strap body material), and the outer contours of adjacent strap monomers 10 are connected together, in the embodiment, the strap monomers 10 are substantially trapezoidal, and the adjacent strap monomers 10 share a contour edge, when the strap monomers 10 are in other shapes, such as having a curved contour edge, the contour edges of two strap monomers 10 can abut against each other, so as to reduce the generation of edge scraps as much as possible. When typesetting, the following factors are comprehensively considered: 1. the widths of the rough surface layer material and the hook surface layer material (the materials in the market generally have different series of width specifications), and the total length (the vertical direction in figure 1) of the arranged buckle belt monomers can be matched with the widths of the rough surface layer material and the hook surface layer material in the market to the maximum extent, so that the rough surface layer material and the hook surface layer material are fully utilized, and the material waste is avoided; 2. considering the convenience of screen printing, die pressing and subsequent blanking, in the embodiment, there are two rows of buckle belt monomers 10, the ends of two rows of buckle belt monomers 10 are connected together, there are multiple buckle belt monomers 10 connected in sequence in each row of buckle belt monomers 10, in the embodiment, there are 9 buckle belt monomers 10 in each row, adjacent buckle belt monomers 10 are connected together (share one outline edge), a buckle belt solid plate area 101 is formed in an area surrounded by all buckle belt monomers 10 on the buckle belt material, the periphery of the buckle belt solid plate area 101 extends outward by 3-5mm and is used as a buckle belt peripheral area 102 (i.e. a fillet area), and the buckle belt solid plate area 101 and the buckle belt peripheral area 102 jointly form a buckle belt typesetting area 100. Selecting appropriate materials for the hair side layer, the hook side layer and the inner layer, cutting the hair side layer composition area 300 and/or the hook side layer composition area 200 according to the fastening tape composition area 100, in the embodiment, cutting the hair side layer composition area 300, the hook side layer composition area 200 and the inner layer composition area 400 (described below) according to the fastening tape composition area 100. The area defined by the stitch layer composition area 300, the stitch layer composition area 200, and the tape back composition area 400 being joined together can be accurately aligned with the tape composition area 100 (i.e., the first positioning hole 103 and the second positioning hole 600 are accurately aligned as will be described below).
According to the invention, a wool surface layer typesetting area 300 comprises a plurality of wool surface layer monomers 30 corresponding to buckle belt monomers 10, the outer contours of adjacent wool surface layer monomers 30 are connected together, the wool surface layer typesetting area 300 comprises a wool surface layer solid plate area and a wool surface layer peripheral area, the wool surface layer solid plate area is formed by surrounding a plurality of the wool surface layer monomers 30, a hook surface layer typesetting area 200 comprises a plurality of hook surface layer monomers 20 corresponding to buckle belt monomers 10, the outer contours of adjacent hook surface layer monomers 20 are connected together, the hook surface layer typesetting area 200 comprises a hook surface layer solid plate area and a hook surface layer peripheral area, and the hook surface layer solid plate area is formed by surrounding a plurality of the hook surface layer monomers 20; in the present invention, the circumferential areas of the hair side layer, the hook side layer and the inner strap layer (described below) are the same as the circumferential area 102 of the strap.
In step a of the present invention, a fastening tape inner layer typesetting area 400 is cut out according to the fastening tape typesetting area 100, the fastening tape inner layer typesetting area 400 includes a plurality of fastening tape inner layer monomers 40 corresponding to the fastening tape monomers 10, the outer contours of the adjacent fastening tape inner layer monomers 40 are connected together, the fastening tape inner layer typesetting area 400 includes a fastening tape inner layer solid plate area and a fastening tape inner layer peripheral area, and the fastening tape inner layer solid plate area is surrounded by the plurality of fastening tape inner layer monomers 40.
B. Primary blanking: the strap layout area 100 is punched out of the strap body, and a plurality of first positioning holes 103 are formed in the strap circumferential area 102; in an embodiment, a cutting tool for punching the strap layout area 100 is provided with a positioning nail for forming the first positioning hole 103, and the first positioning hole 103 is punched in the strap loop area 102 during punching. The corresponding positions of the blanking tools for the inner-layer typesetting area 400, the hair-surface-layer typesetting area 300 and the hook-surface-layer typesetting area 200 of the buckle belt are provided with positioning nails, and during blanking, the circumferential area of the hair-surface layer, the circumferential area of the hook-surface layer and the circumferential area of the inner-layer of the buckle belt correspond to the first positioning holes 103, and the second positioning holes 600 are arranged.
C. Printing: printing the whole buckle belt typesetting area 100; as a preferable mode of the present invention, silk screen printing is adopted in step C, and a printing area corresponding to the fastening tape typesetting area 100 is arranged on a die for silk screen printing. The screen can be used to print the surfaces of all the fastener tape units 10 in the whole fastener tape typesetting area 100 simultaneously to form a printed layer 50. Preferably, during printing, a cross-shaped positioning mark is provided on the tape area 100, and during subsequent molding, the cross-shaped positioning mark can be a positioning mark of the tape area 100 in a mold.
D. And (3) sewing: the first positioning hole 103 and the second positioning hole 600 are used as the positioning positions of the computer sewing machine, and the hair side layer typesetting area 300 and the fastening belt lining layer typesetting area 400 are sewn in the fastening belt typesetting area 101 by the computer sewing machine.
E. Secondary blanking: and taking the first positioning hole 103 and the second positioning hole 600 as positioning positions for secondary blanking, and blanking a plurality of finished product monomers, wherein each finished product monomer comprises the buckling belt monomer 10, the hair surface layer monomer 30 and the hook surface layer monomer 20, or each finished product monomer comprises the buckling belt monomer 10 and the hair surface layer monomer 30. 3. The strap manufacturing process of claim 1, wherein in the step B, the cutting tool is provided with a positioning pin for forming the first positioning hole, and the first positioning hole is punched in the circumferential area of the strap during the cutting.

The manufacturing process of a fastening strap as claimed in claim 2, wherein the area surrounded by the joining together of the loop area of the hair side layer, the loop area of the hook side layer and the loop area of the inner layer of the fastening strap is the same as the typesetting area of the fastening strap.
