Description
直驱式电动工具 技术领域
本发明涉及一种电动工具。
背景技术
现有的电动工具,驱动方式为电机驱动, 电机通常采用串极电机, 所述驱动电机的转速很高, 需要减速机构配合, 通常采用齿轮减速机 构,所述齿轮减速机构的输出轴与电动工具的执行机构的驱动端连接。 存在的技术缺陷: 占用空间较大, 体重较大, 噪音较大, 使用寿命较 短。
发明内容
为了克服已有电动工具的占用空间较大, 体重较大, 噪音较大, 使用寿命较短的不足, 本发明提供一种减少占用空间较、 降低体重、 减少噪音、 延长使用寿命的直驱式电动工具。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种直驱式电动工具, 包括外壳, 所述外壳内安装电动机构, 所 述电动工具还包括低转速的无刷电机, 所述无刷电机的输出轴与所述 电动工具的执行机构的驱动端连接。
进一步, 所述无刷电机为高密度功率无刷电机。
再进一步, 电机控制器与所述无刷电机连接, 所述电机控制器安 装在所述无刷电机的侧面或后面。
本发明中, 电动工具的执行机构是指实现不同操作的机构, 例如 角向磨光机的磨光组件等。
本发明的有益效果主要表现在: 减少占用空间较、 降低体重、 减
少噪音、 延长使用寿命。

参照图 1, 一种直驱式电动工具, 包括外壳 1, 所述外壳 1内安装 电动机构,所述电动工具还包括低转速的无刷电机 2,所述无刷电机 2 的输出轴与所述电动工具的执行机构的驱动端连接。
进一步, 所述无刷电机 2为高密度功率无刷电机。
电机控制器 3与所述无刷电机 2连接, 所述电机控制器安装在所 述无刷电机 2的侧面或后面。
本实施例中的高密度功率无刷电机具有以下特点: 效率高, 电机 效率在 80%以上; 整机使用寿命长, 因为没有碳刷和齿轮, 用寿命在
1200小时以上; 噪音低在 65db左右; 体积小, 重量轻四之一; 具有 电流过载保护和突来电保护。 本实施例的电动工具包括角向磨光机、 手持式电圆锯、 手持式切 割机, 以及其他类型的电动工具。
