Abstract

一种胶囊内窥镜,包括胶囊状壳体(1)以及内置于其中的成像系统(2)、照明系统(3)、信号收发系统(4)和电源(5),电源(5)分别与成像系统(2)、照明系统(3)和信号收发系统(4)电连接,所述胶囊状壳体(1)的一端或两端设有透明的镜头盖(10),成像系统(2)包括至少一组镜头(20),信号收发系统(4)包括天线(40)和射频电路(60),天线(40)装设于镜头(20)的外周,镜头(20)透过壳体(1)前端的镜头盖(10)拍摄并采集体腔内的图像,将所述图像经由天线(40)发射至检测设备中。胶囊内窥镜在两端对称设置有两组镜头(20),增大了在胃或肠道内的拍摄范围;天线(40)盘旋式地环绕于镜头(20)上,既可增大了天线(40)的信号强度,提高了天线(40)的性能,同时有效地利用了胶囊空间,电源(5)和天线(40)之间的间距扩大,减少了因电源(5)工作给天线(40)带来的干扰。

本发明涉及一种医疗设备,特别是指一种胶囊内窥镜。
背景技术
胶囊式内窥镜是医学发展的科技新产品,其日渐被广泛应用于医学上各种病症的临床诊断,采用无痛无创伤的监测诊断,口服后进入人体胃或肠道中,通过其镜头组件近距离拍摄其内部的胃或肠壁状况,以进行临床诊断,减轻患者的临床痛苦。
现有的胶囊内窥镜,所摄取的角度单一,拍摄范围有限,提供的诊断图像数据有限。并且,由于现有的内窥镜的天线受到的电磁干扰较大,影响了其所摄影像或图像的清晰度,及其数据传输。
技术问题
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种对天线的电磁干扰较小的胶囊内窥镜。
技术解决方案
一种胶囊内窥镜包括:胶囊状壳体以及内置于胶囊状壳体中的成像系统、照明系统、信号收发系统和电源,其中,电源分别与成像系统、照明系统和信号收发系统电连接,其中,成像系统包括至少一组镜头,天线装设于胶囊内远离干扰器件的位置,干扰器件是胶囊内对天线产生电磁干扰的器件。
优选的,天线装设于镜头的外周。
优选的,天线缠绕于镜头的外周。
优选的,电磁干扰器件包括电池。
优选的,胶囊内窥镜还包括电路板,电路板上设有与天线电连接的射频电路、与镜头电连接的视频传感电路以及控制电路,则电磁干扰器件包括电路板。
优选的,镜头的固定于电路板的一面,电源设置于电路板的另一面。
优选的,镜头为两组,对称设置于胶囊壳体的两侧,电源设置于两组镜头之间。
优选的,电池与天线之间的中心间距为6-10mm。
优选的,天线的高度为4-8mm。
优选的,天线的匝数为3-5匝。
有益效果
本发明一种胶囊内窥镜的具体实施方式中,天线盘旋式地环绕于镜头上,既可增大了天线的信号强度,提高天线的性能,同时有效地利用了胶囊空间,使得电源和天线之间的间距扩大,大大减少了胶囊内窥镜中的电源、电路等干扰源在工作时给天线带来的干扰,从而有效提高了所摄影像的清晰度。

本发明的实施方式
参照图1及图2所示,本发明一种胶囊内窥镜的具体实施方式包括:胶囊状壳体1以及内置于其中的成像系统2、照明系统3、信号收发系统4和电源5,其中,所述电源5分别与成像系统2、照明系统3和信号收发系统4电连接,所述胶囊状壳体1的一端或两端设有透明的镜头盖10,成像系统2包括至少一组镜头20,所述信号收发系统4包括天线40和射频电路,所述天线40装设于镜头20的外周,所述镜头20透过壳体前端的镜头盖10拍摄并采集体腔内的图像,将所述图像经由天线发射至检测设备中。
其中,胶囊状壳体1用于收纳所述成像系统2、照明系统3、信号收发系统4和电源5,可通过口服进入人体的腹腔的肠道或胃中,通过成像系统2拍摄肠道或胃中的图像,并将其所采集的图像数据通过信号收发系统4发送至外部检测设备中,以供医生实时获知待测人体的肠道或胃中的状况,对其进行观察和检测,以帮助诊断治疗。
结合参照图2所示,所述胶囊内窥镜进一步包括电路板6,所述电路板6上设有与天线40电连接的射频电路60、与镜头电连接的视频传感电路62以及控制电路64。所述射频电路60、视频传感电路62和控制电路64集成于电路板6上,所述视频传感电路62将镜头20所摄取的图像数据传送至所述射频电路60上,再经由天线40发送至外部的检测设备以供检测,所述控制电路64用于接受外部检测设备发出的指令,以对射频电路60和视频传感电路62进行控制。
所述成像系统2包括至少一组镜头20和视频传感电路62,视频传感电路62与镜头电性相连,对所述镜头20在人体肠道或胃中所摄的图像或影像进行采集并保存,并传输至射频电路60,经由天线40发射至外部的检测设备中。在本发明的优选实施例中,所述成像系统包括两组镜头20,其分别装设于电路板的两侧上,且与胶囊两端的透明镜头盖10相对,分别拍摄并采集胶囊两端的图像和影像,以增大了胶囊在肠道或胃中的拍摄范围,扩大了检测的范围,提高了检测的可靠度。
在本发明的优选实施例中,所述天线40由金属线圈制成,盘旋地缠绕于一镜头20的外周,其一端连接于所述电路板6的射频电路60,另一自由端以镜头20为柱状轴心盘旋地环绕于镜头20上。将天线40制成线圈状盘绕于镜头20上,可增大天线的发射信号强度,同时,缠绕于镜头上,减少了所占面积,使得整体胶囊内窥镜轻便小型化,并且,所述缠绕于镜头上的天线,远离电源,可有效减少电源对天线收发信号产生的电磁干扰,提高图像的清晰度。在本发明的具体实施方式中,所述电源5与天线40之间的间距为6-10mm,优选间距为8mm,所述电源5和天线40之间的间距为应为越大越好,从而保证电池5对天线40性能的影响最小。所述天线40的高度为4-8mm,优选高度为6mm。所述天线40的匝数为3-5匝,优选匝数为3.5匝。其中,对天线收发信号产生的电磁干扰的干扰器件不仅仅只包括电池,还可包括胶囊内窥镜中的其他器件,例如:电路。
可以理解,所述天线40亦可以竖立于镜头20的两侧,与镜头20相平行,通过环设于镜头20的外周边上的天线40向外部的检测设备发送所摄的图像或影像数据。这样,既可增大了天线的发射信号强度,又可减少其所占面积,有效地利用了胶囊空间,提高了天线的性能。
本发明的具体实施方式中,胶囊内窥镜在两端对称设置有两镜头,取代了原有的单镜头的胶囊内窥镜,通过多角度的拍摄,增大了在胃或肠道内的拍摄范围;另外,天线盘旋式地环绕于镜头上,既可增大了天线的信号强度,提高了天线的性能,同时有效地利用了胶囊空间,取代了原有天线设置于电路板上的方式,使得电源和天线之间的间距扩大,大大减少了因电源工作给天线带来的干扰,从而有效提高了所摄影像的清晰度。

  1. 一种胶囊内窥镜,包括胶囊状壳体以及内置于所述胶囊状壳体中的成像系统、照明系统、信号收发系统和电源,其中,所述电源分别与成像系统、照明系统和信号收发系统电连接,其特征在于:所述成像系统包括至少一组镜头,所述天线装设于胶囊内远离干扰器件的位置,所述干扰器件是胶囊内对所述天线产生电磁干扰的器件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种胶囊内窥镜,其特征在于:所述天线装设于所述镜头的外周。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种胶囊内窥镜,其特征在于:所述天线缠绕于所述镜头的外周。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的一种胶囊内窥镜,其特征在于:所述电磁干扰器件包括所述电池。
  5. 根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的一种胶囊内窥镜,其特征在于:所述胶囊内窥镜还包括电路板,所述电路板上设有与所述天线电连接的射频电路、与所述镜头电连接的视频传感电路以及控制电路,则所述电磁干扰器件包括所述电路板。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种胶囊内窥镜,其特征在于:所述镜头为两组,对称设置于胶囊壳体的两侧,所述电源设置于两组镜头之间。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种胶囊内窥镜,其特征在于:所述电池与天线之间的中心间距为6-10mm。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种胶囊内窥镜,其特征在于:所述天线的高度为4-8mm。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种胶囊内窥镜,其特征在于:所述天线的匝数为3-5匝。
