Abstract

本发明公开了一种蚕豆芽苗人工春化处理方法,将4-6厘米的蚕豆芽苗转移到人工气候箱中,进行一定低温和一定时间的处理,满足其春化过程,然后移栽到大棚中,再通过促成栽培满足其生长发育,达到反季节生长俏季上市的过程。根据不同茬口及接茬时间,进行精确的数学推算,利用本发明可以进行工厂化育苗后人工春化处理,可促进花芽分化,降低花序着生节位,提早开花和采收,增加效益,形成鲜食蚕豆产业链。

本发明涉及一种蚕豆芽苗人工春化处理方法。
背景技术
现有的蚕豆大棚种植,普通存在收获期晚、产量低等问题,需要进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种提早收获期的 蚕豆芽苗人工春化处理方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种蚕豆芽苗人工春化处理方法,其特征是:包括下列步骤:
(1)将蚕豆种子用多菌灵溶液浸种6-24小时,待种子充分吸水后平铺在灌排方便的沙壤土上,盖上1-3cm厚的细土 及地膜或盖上遮阳网 ;
(2) 当植株幼茎达5-7cm,且呈淡绿色,柔软,主根上带有白色的须根时将芽苗从苗床移出;
(3)将培育好的芽苗放置塑料箱内并套上薄膜袋,移到0-15℃的温度段的人工气候箱中,放置5-35天,进行人工春化处理:
( 4 )将芽 苗移栽于铺了1丝厚度的黑地膜及具有滴管带的大棚内; 每亩移栽密度:8-9月移栽的为2000株,10-11月移栽的为3000-3500株;若移栽时最高气温高于25℃,大棚需架遮阳网,当最低气温低于10℃时,大棚需直接架薄膜;
(5)元旦前开始分批采收鲜荚上市。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
具体实施方式
一种蚕豆芽苗人工春化处理方法,包括下列步骤:
(1)将蚕豆种子用多菌灵溶液( 500 倍液的 50% 多菌灵 液 )浸种6-24小时,待种子充分吸水后平铺在灌排方便的沙壤土上,盖上1-3cm厚的细土 及地膜或盖上遮阳网 ;
(2) 当植株幼茎达5-7cm,且呈淡绿色,柔软,主根上带有白色的须根时将芽苗从苗床移出;
(3)将培育好的芽苗放置塑料箱内并套上薄膜袋,移到0-15℃的温度段的人工气候箱中,放置5-35天,进行人工春化处理:

1. 一种蚕豆芽苗人工春化处理方法,其特征是:包括下列步骤:
(1)将蚕豆种子用多菌灵溶液浸种6-24小时,待种子充分吸水后平铺在灌排方便的沙壤土上,盖上1-3cm厚的细土 及地膜或盖上遮阳网 ;
(2) 当植株幼茎达5-7cm,且呈淡绿色,柔软,主根上带有白色的须根时将芽苗从苗床移出;
(3)将培育好的芽苗放置塑料箱内并套上薄膜袋,移到0-15℃的温度段的人工气候箱中,放置5-35天,进行人工春化处理:
