Abstract

L'invention porte sur une presse à rouleau qui comporte un rouleau (100) ayant : un bord de rouleau (110) formé par l'intersection d'une extrémité de rouleau (126) et d'une surface externe (128), un élément d'usure de bord (150) agencé au niveau dudit bord de rouleau (110), une partie d'ancre (160) et une partie de pont (162) s'étendant entre l'élément d'usure de bord (150) et la partie d'ancre (160). La partie d'ancre (160) est logée dans une poche de montage d'ancre (129) se trouvant vers l'intérieur par rapport à ladite extrémité de rouleau (126) et espacée dudit bord de rouleau (110). Un élément de fixation (140) peut s'étendre entre l'élément d'usure de bord (150) et la partie d'ancre (160) afin de maintenir l'élément d'usure de bord (150) fixé au rouleau (100). Dans certains modes de réalisation, l'élément de fixation (140) vient en prise par vissage avec des filetages femelles (164) situées à l'intérieur de la partie d'ancre (160). L'invention porte également sur un procédé de montage d'un élément d'usure de bord (150) sur un rouleau (100) dans une presse à rouleau à l'aide d'une partie d'ancre (160).
