本公开实施例提供了一种基于地理位置的资源获取方法、装置及系统, 通过根据获取 到的终端的地理位置信息, 获取符合设定条件的第二地理位置信息, 并根据第二地理位置 信息, 获取与所述第二地理位置信息相关的资源访问信息, 从而实现了实时获得终端所在 地理位置周围的资源访问信息,并使得终端可以根据自身所在地理位置远程选择合适的资 源访问信息进行访问的目的, 提高了用户进行所需资源访问信息的访问时的效率, 节省了 用户的时间, 提高了用户的体验。

本公开实施例提供了一种基于地理位置的资源获取方法, 所述方法包括: 获取终端的 地理位置信息, 并根据获取到的终端的地理位置信息, 获取符合设定条件的第二地理位置 信息, 以及, 根据所述第二地理位置信息, 获取与所述第二地理位置信息相关的资源访问 信息。 通过本公开所述技术方案, 可以实时获得终端所在地理位置附近的资源访问信息, 使得终端可以根据自身所在地理位置远程选择合适的资源访问信息进行访问,解决了相关 描述中存在的用户在进行所需资源访问信息的访问时效率低下的问题, 节省了用户的时 间, 同时还提高了用户的资源访问体验。
下面结合说明书附图对本公开实施例作进一步说明, 但本公开不局限于下面的实施 例。
实施例一:
如图 1 所示, 其为本公开实施例一中所述基于地理位置的资源获取方法的流程示意 图, 包括以下步骤- 在步骤 101中, 获取终端的地理位置信息, 并根据获取到的终端的地理位置信息, 获 取符合设定条件的第二地理位置信息。
例如, 本步骤 101的执行方可以为手机、 智能手机、 平板电脑等终端, 本公开实施例 对此不作任何限定; 在一个实施例中, 在本步骤 101中, 可以通过全球定位系统 (GPS) 技术或其他定位技术来获取终端的地理位置信息。
在一个实施例中, 预设条件为地理位置信息与第二地理位置信息的距离; 根据获取到 的终端的地理位置信息, 获取距离不大于设定的阈值的第二地理位置信息。在一个实施例 中, 在本步骤 101中, 设定的阈值需要根据实际情况进行设置与调整, 当终端需要获取离 自身所处地理位置距离较近的能够提供资源访问信息的服务场所的地理位置信息时,设定 的阈值可以设置为一相对较小的数值(例如, 可以将设定的阈值设置为 3公里) , 当终端 需要获取离自身所处地理位置距离较远的能够提供资源访问信息的服务场所的地理位置 信息时, 设定的阈值可以设置为一相对较大的数值(例如, 可以将设定的阈值设置为 5公 里) , 本公开实施例对此不作任何限定。
需要说明的是, 获取到的符合设定条件的第二地理位置信息可能为一个或者多个、 与 获取到的终端的地理位置信息之间的距离不大于设定的阈值的地理位置信息,且各第二地 理位置信息之间可能并不完全相同, 本公开实施例对此不作任何限定。
在步骤 102中, 根据第二地理位置信息, 获取与第二地理位置信息相关的资源访问信 息。
在一个实施例中, 资源访问信息是实时地或周期性地上传到云端的; 例如, 由于各服 务场所的资源访问信息是处于不断更新变化中的, 因此, 为了使得云端获取到的资源访问 信息更为准确,云端可以采用实时的方式来接收各服务场所上传的各服务场所的当前资源 访问信息。 各服务场所需要实时地向云端上传该服务场所的当前资源访问信息。
在一个实施例中, 资源访问信息包括但不限于: 预计访问时间、 当前访问人数、 预计 到达时间和 /或剩余时间。
在一个实施例中,云端在接收到各服务场所上传的该服务场所的当前资源访问信息之 后, 可以采用表 1的方式(表 1所示为服务场所与该服务场所的当前资源访问信息的对应 关系)对所接收到的来自各服务场所的当前资源访问信息进行存储。 需要说明的是, 由于 各服务场所的当前资源访问信息是处于实时更新变化中的, 因此, 云端所存储的各服务场 所与各服务场所的当前资源访问信息的对应关系也是处于实时更新变化中的。 服务场所 服务场所的当前资源访问信息 服务场所 A 当前访问人数为 40, 预计访问时间为 20分钟 服务场所 B 当前访问人数为 19, 预计访问时间为 19分钟 服务场所 N-l 当前访问人数为 10, 预计访问时间为 30分钟 服务场所 N 当前访问人数为 10, 预计访问时间为 20分钟

需要说明的是, 云端在接收服务场所上传的该服务场所的当前资源访问信息时, 还可 以接收该服务场所上传的其他信息, 如该服务场所的介绍信息等, 本公开实施例对此不作 任何限定。
在一个实施例中, 在本步骤 102中, 根据二地理位置信息获取与第二地理位置信息相 关的资源访问信息, 可以包括以下内容:
确定与获取到的终端的地理位置信息之间的距离为第二地理位置信息的能够提供资 源访问信息的服务场所;
从云端的各资源访问信息(云端接收到的或存储的各资源访问信息) 中, 获取与确定 的能够提供资源访问信息的服务场所相对应的资源访问信息,并将获取到的资源访问信息 作为与第二地理位置信息相关的资源访问信息。
进一步地, 在本公开实施例一中, 在获取到与第二地理位置信息相关的资源访问信息 之后, 方法还可以包括步骤 103和 /或步骤 104:
在步骤 103中, 将获取到的与第二地理位置信息相关的资源访问信息进行显示。 在一个实施例中, 在本步骤 103中, 可以通过以下方式来将获取到的与第二地理位置 信息相关的资源访问信息进行显示:
调用终端的地图接口,显示获取到的终端的地理位置信息和第二地理位置信息;以及, 接收触发第二地理位置信息的指令,可视化获取到的与第二地理位置信息相关的资源访问 信息。
在一个实施例中,可以采用以下方式来可视化获取到的与第二地理位置信息相关的资 源访问信息:
例如, 按照各服务场所与终端之间的距离从近到远的顺序 (或从远到近的顺序) , 以 列表的形式将获取到与第二地理位置信息相关的资源访问信息在终端上进行展示; 或者, 将获取到的与第二地理位置信息相关的资源访问信息以地图等直观示意图的形式一并在 终端上进行展示(此时, 用户可以通过缩放地图的方式来査看地图范围内的服务场所的当 前资源访问信息) 。
在步骤 104中, 当设定时间到达时、 或获取到的与第二地理位置信息相关的资源访问 信息满足设定条件时, 提醒终端。
在一个实施例中, 设定时间需要根据具体情况进行设定, 本公开实施例对此不作任何 限定。 例如, 可以根据终端到所选择的服务场所之间的距离来设置设定时间 (假设用户步 行速度为 5公里 /小时, 且终端到所选择的服务场所之间的距离为 1公里, 则可以将设定 时间设置为 12分钟) ; 在一个实施例中, 设定条件可以为当前访问人数小于设定的数值, 或预计访问时间小于设定的时间等, 本公开实施例对此也不作任何限定。
在一个实施例中, 当设定时间到达时、 或获取到的与第二地理位置信息相关的资源访 问信息满足设定条件时(如当前访问人数小于设定的数值, 或预计访问时间小于设定的时 间等) 时, 提醒终端, 例如可以通过发出告警消息的方式或其他方式提醒终端。
本公开实施例一提供了一种基于地理位置的资源获取方法, 方法包括: 获取终端的地 理位置信息, 并根据获取到的终端的地理位置信息, 获取符合设定条件的第二地理位置信 息, 以及, 根据第二地理位置信息, 获取与所述第二地理位置信息相关的资源访问信息。 通过本公开实施例一所述技术方案, 可以实时获得终端所在地理位置附近的资源访问信 息, 使得终端可以根据自身所在地理位置远程选择合适的资源访问信息进行访问, 同时, 用户在采用本公开实施例一中所述方式访问相应的资源访问信息时,仍可以继续处理其他 的事务, 解决了相关描述中存在的用户在进行所需资源访问信息的访问时效率低下的问 题, 节省了用户的时间, 提高了用户的体验。
实施例二:
本公开实施例二以能够提供资源访问信息的服务场所为银行、 餐馆、 图书馆、 火车站 等需要排队的服务场所为例,对本公开实施例一中基于地理位置的资源获取方法进行详细 说明, 需要说明的是, 能够提供资源访问信息的服务场所并不限于上述银行、 餐馆、 图书 馆、 火车站等需要排队的服务场所。
如图 2 所示, 其为本公开实施例二中所述基于地理位置的资源获取方法的流程示意 图, 包括- 在步骤 201中, 获取终端的地理位置信息, 并根据获取到的终端的地理位置信息, 获 取符合设定条件的第二地理位置信息。
在一个实施例中, 本步骤 201的执行方可以为手机、 智能手机、 平板电脑等终端, 本 公开实施例对此不作任何限定; 在一个实施例中, 在本步骤 201 中, 可以通过 GPS技术 或其他定位技术来获取终端的地理位置信息。
在一个实施例中, 预设条件为地理位置信息与第二地理位置信息的距离; 根据获取到 的终端的地理位置信息, 获取距离不大于设定的阈值的第二地理位置信息。在一个实施例 中, 在本步骤 201中, 设定的阈值需要根据实际情况进行设置与调整, 当终端需要获取离 自身所处地理位置距离较近的能够提供资源访问信息的服务场所的地理位置信息时,设定 的阈值可以设置为一相对较小的数值(例如, 可以将设定的阈值设置为 3公里) , 当终端 需要获取离自身所处地理位置距离较远的能够提供资源访问信息的服务场所的地理位置 信息时, 设定的阈值可以设置为一相对较大的数值(例如, 可以将设定的阈值设置为 5公 里) , 本公开实施例对此不作任何限定。
需要说明的是, 获取到的符合设定条件的第二地理位置信息可能为一个或者多个、 与 获取到的终端的地理位置信息之间的距离不大于设定的阈值的地理位置信息,且各第二地 理位置信息之间可能并不完全相同, 本公开实施例对此不作任何限定。
在步骤 202中, 根据第二地理位置信息, 获取与第二地理位置信息相关的资源访问信 息, 其中, 资源访问信息为服务场所的当前排队信息。
在一个实施例中,排队信息包括但不限于以下信息中的一种或多种:预计排队时间(用 户何时可以得到服务或何时可以访问相应的服务资源) 、 当前排队人数(其前有多少用户 已在排队) 、 预计到达时间、 预计剩余时间、 当前可领取的排队号码以及正在进行业务处 理 (即进行资源访问) 的排队号码等。
在一个实施例中, 资源访问信息 (也就是服务场所的当前排队信息)是实时地或周期 性地上传到云端的; 在一个实施例中, 由于各服务场所的当前排队信息是处于不断更新变 化中的, 因此, 为了使得云端获取到的当前排队信息更为准确, 云端可以采用实时的方式 来接收各服务场所上传的各服务场所的当前排队信息。各服务场所需要实时地向云端上传 该服务场所的当前排队信息。
在一个实施例中, 当服务场所为银行时, 云端所接收到的来自该银行的当前排队信息 可以为: 当前可领取的排队号码为号码 99, 正在进行业务处理的排队号码为号码 80, 当 前排队人数为 19人, 预计排队时间为 19分钟(假设该银行有 3个可以进行业务处理的窗 口, 为每个排队人员进行业务处理的时间为 3分钟) 等信息; 当所述服务场所为餐馆时, 云端所接收到的来自该餐馆的当前排队信息可以为: 当前可领取的排队号码为号码 50, 当 前排队人数为 10人, 预计排队时间为 60分钟等信息; 进一步地, 由于上述排队方式是以 总排队数为序列的, 并不是很直观, 因此, 各服务场所可以在上述排队信息的基础上, 直 接向云端上传当前排队结果, 例如, 可以将上述银行的当前排队信息变更为: 当前排队人 数为 19人, 预计排队时间为 19分钟。
在一个实施例中, 云端在接收到各服务场所上传的该服务场所的当前排队信息之后, 可以采用表 2的方式(表 2所示为服务场所与该服务场所的当前排队信息的对应关系)对 所接收到的来自各服务场所的当前排队信息进行存储。 需要说明的是, 由于各服务场所的 当前排队信息是处于实时更新变化中的, 因此, 云端所存储的各服务场所与各服务场所的 当前排队信息的对应关系也是处于实时更新变化中的。

例如, 在本步骤 202中, 根据第二地理位置信息获取与第二地理位置信息相关的资源 访问信息 (服务场所的当前排队信息) , 可以包括以下内容:
确定与获取到的终端的地理位置信息之间的距离为第二地理位置信息的服务场所; 从云端接收到的或存储的各当前排队信息中,获取与确定的服务场所相对应的当前排 队信息,并将获取到的当前排队信息作为与第二地理位置信息相关的服务场所的当前排队 信息。
进一步地, 在本公开实施例二中, 在获取到与第二地理位置信息相关的服务场所的当 前排队信息之后, 方法还可以包括步骤 203和 /或步骤 204:
在步骤 203中,将获取到的与所述第二地理位置信息相关的服务场所的当前排队信息 进行显示。

本公开实施例二提供了一种基于地理位置的资源获取方法,实现了实时获得终端所在 位置周围的银行、餐馆等需要排队的服务场所当前的排队信息, 使得用户可以根据获得的 排队信息远程选择合适的服务场所进行排队的目的,解决了相关描述中存在的用户需要在 现场排队等候所造成的效率低下以及时间浪费的问题, 节省了用户的排队时间, 提高了用 户的体验。
实施例三:
如图 3 所示, 其为本公开实施例三中所述基于地理位置的资源获取装置的结构示意 图, 装置可以为手机、 智能手机以及平板电脑等独立的终端设备、 也可以为集成在手机、 智能手机以及平板电脑等终端上的集成设备, 本公开实施例对此不作任何限定, 例如, 装 置包括位置信息获取模块 11和访问信息获取模块 12, 其中- 位置信息获取模块 11用于获取终端的地理位置信息, 并根据获取到的终端的地理位 置信息, 获取符合设定条件的第二地理位置信息; 例如, 第二地理位置信息与获取到的终 端的地理位置信息之间的距离不大于设定的阈值。
在一个实施例中, 设定的阈值需要根据实际情况进行设置与调整, 当终端需要获取离 自身所处地理位置距离较近的能够提供资源访问信息的服务场所的地理位置信息时,设定 的阈值可以设置为一相对较小的数值, 当终端需要获取离自身所处地理位置距离较远的能 够提供资源访问信息的服务场所的地理位置信息时,所述设定的阈值可以设置为一相对较 大的数值, 本公开实施例对此不作任何限定。
需要说明的是, 位置信息获取模块 11获取到的符合设定条件的第二地理位置信息可 能为一个或者多个、与获取到的终端的地理位置信息之间的距离不大于设定的阈值的地理 位置信息, 且各第二地理位置信息之间可能并不完全相同, 本公开实施例对此不作任何限 定。
访问信息获取模块 12用于根据第二地理位置信息, 获取与第二地理位置信息相关的 资源访问信息; 例如, 资源访问信息是实时地或周期性地上传到云端的, 进一步地, 资源 访问信息包括但不限于: 预计访问时间、 当前访问人数、预计到达时间、预计剩余时间等; 例如, 当资源访问信息为服务场所的当前排队信息时, 资源访问信息可以包括以下信息中 的一种或多种: 预计排队时间、 当前排队人数、 预计到达时间以及预计剩余时间等信息。
例如, 访问信息获取模块 12用于确定与获取到的终端的地理位置信息之间的距离为 第二地理位置信息的能够提供资源访问信息的服务场所, 并从云端的各资源访问信息中, 获取与确定的能够提供资源访问信息的服务场所相对应的资源访问信息,并将获取到的资 源访问信息作为与第二地理位置信息相关的资源访问信息。
进一步地, 装置还包括访问信息显示模块 13 :

如图 4所示, 其为本公开实施例四中基于地理位置的资源获取系统的结构示意图, 系 统包括至少一个资源获取装置 21, 其中- 资源获取装置 21用于获取终端的地理位置信息, 并根据获取到的终端的地理位置信 息, 获取符合设定条件的第二地理位置信息, 以及, 根据所述第二地理位置信息, 获取与 所述第二地理位置信息相关的资源访问信息; 具体地, 所述第二地理位置信息与所述获取 到的终端的地理位置信息之间的距离不大于设定的阈值, 在一个实施例中, 资源访问信息 是实时地或周期性地上传到云端的。

在一个实施例中, 资源获取装置 21具体用于确定与获取到的终端的地理位置信息之 间的距离为第二地理位置信息的能够提供资源访问信息的服务场所,并从云端的各资源访 问信息中, 获取与确定的能够提供资源访问信息的服务场所相对应的资源访问信息, 并将 获取到的资源访问信息作为与第二地理位置信息相关的资源访问信息。
以图 4为例,虚线内的服务场所可以表示为与获取到的终端的地理位置信息之间的距 离为第二地理位置信息的能够提供资源访问信息的服务场所(即与终端之间的距离不大于 设定的阈值的服务场所), 而虚线外的服务场所则可以表示为与终端之间的距离大于设定 的阈值的服务场所。
在一个实施例中, 资源访问信息包括但不限于: 预计访问时间、 当前访问人数、 预计 到达时间、 预计剩余时间等; 例如, 当资源访问信息为服务场所的当前排队信息时, 资源 访问信息可以包括以下信息中的一种或多种: 预计排队时间、 当前排队人数、 预计到达时 间以及预计剩余时间等信息。
在一个实施例中, 资源获取装置 21还用于将获取到的与第二地理位置信息相关的资 源访问信息进行显示; 例如, 资源获取装置 21用于调用终端的地图接口, 显示获取到的 终端的地理位置信息和所述第二地理位置信息, 并接收触发所述第二地理位置信息的指 令, 可视化获取到的与所述第二地理位置信息相关的资源访问信息。
在一个实施例中, 资源获取装置 21还用于当设定时间到达时, 或获取到的与第二地 理位置信息相关的资源访问信息满足设定条件时, 提醒终端; 例如, 设定时间需要根据具 体情况进行设定, 本公开实施例对此不作任何限定, 例如, 可以根据终端到所选择的服务 场所之间的距离来设置设定时间; 在一个实施例中, 设定条件可以为当前访问人数小于设 定的数值, 或预计访问时间小于设定的时间等, 本公开实施例对此也不作任何限定。

1、 一种基于地理位置的资源获取方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
获取终端的地理位置信息,并根据获取到的终端的地理位置信息,获取符合预设条件 的第二地理位置信息;
根据所述第二地理位置信息, 获取与所述第二地理位置信息相关的资源访问信息。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的资源获取方法, 其特征在于, 所述预设条件为所述地理位置 信息与所述第二地理位置信息的距离;根据所述获取到的终端的地理位置信息,获取所述 距离不大于设定的阈值的第二地理位置信息。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的资源获取方法, 其特征在于,
所述资源访问信息是实时地或周期性地上传到云端的。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的资源获取方法, 其特征在于, 根据所述第二地理位置信息, 获取与所述第二地理位置信息相关的资源访问信息, 包括:

所述排队信息包括但不限于: 预计排队时间、 当前排队人数、 预计到达时间和 /或剩 余时间。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的资源获取方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括:
当设定时间到达时,或获取到的与所述第二地理位置信息相关的资源访问信息满足设 定条件时, 提醒终端。
10、 一种基于地理位置的资源获取装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括:
位置信息获取模块,用于获取终端的地理位置信息,并根据获取到的终端的地理位置 信息, 获取符合设定条件的第二地理位置信息;
访问信息获取模块,用于根据所述第二地理位置信息,获取与所述第二地理位置信息 相关的资源访问信息。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的资源获取装置, 其特征在于,
所述第二地理位置信息与所述获取到的终端的地理位置信息之间的距离不大于设定 的阈值。
12、 如权利要求 10所述的资源获取装置, 其特征在于,
所述资源访问信息是实时地或周期性地上传到云端的。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的资源获取装置, 其特征在于,
所述访问信息获取模块,具体用于确定与所述获取到的终端的地理位置信息之间的距 离为所述第二地理位置信息的能够提供资源访问信息的服务场所,并从云端的各资源访问 信息中,获取与所述确定的能够提供资源访问信息的服务场所相对应的资源访问信息,并 将获取到的资源访问信息作为与所述第二地理位置信息相关的资源访问信息。
14、 如权利要求 10~13 任一所述的资源获取装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括访 问信息显示模块- 所述访问信息显示模块,用于将获取到的与所述第二地理位置信息相关的资源访问信 息进行显示。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的资源获取装置, 其特征在于,
所述访问信息显示模块,具体用于调用终端的地图接口,显示所述获取到的终端的地 理位置信息和所述第二地理位置信息,并接收触发所述第二地理位置信息的指令,可视化 所述获取到的与所述第二地理位置信息相关的资源访问信息。
16、 如权利要求 10所述的资源获取装置, 其特征在于,
所述资源访问信息为服务场所的当前排队信息。
17、 如权利要求 16所述的资源获取装置, 其特征在于,
所述排队信息包括但不限于: 预计排队时间、 当前排队人数、 预计到达时间和 /或剩 余时间。
18、 如权利要求 10所述的资源获取装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括访问信息提 醒模块:
所述访问信息提醒模块,用于当设定时间到达时,或获取到的与所述第二地理位置信 息相关的资源访问信息满足设定条件时, 提醒终端。
19、 一种基于地理位置的资源获取系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括:
资源获取装置,用于获取终端的地理位置信息,并根据获取到的终端的地理位置信息, 获取符合设定条件的第二地理位置信息, 以及, 根据所述第二地理位置信息, 获取与所述 第二地理位置信息相关的资源访问信息。
