本公开实施例提供了一种建立通话的方法、装置及设备, 用以在用户发起通话后根据 用户的个性化信息向用户发送个性化信息对应的推送信息, 避免通信资源浪费。
参见图 1, 本公开实施例提供的一种建立通话的方法包括:
S101、 接收用户通过终端发送的通话请求;
5102、 确定与所述用户的个性化信息对应的推送信息;
5103、 向所述终端发送所述推送信息。
较佳的, S102 确定与所述用户的个性化信息对应的推送信息采用如下方式: 获取所 述用户的个性化信息; 根据所述用户的个性化信息, 选取所述用户的个性化信息对应的推 送信息。
较佳的, 预先存储在呼叫等待过程中可能发送或者交互的推送信息, 以及获取所述用 户的个性化信息; 根据所述用户的个性化信息, 选取所述用户的个性化信息对应的推送信 息。
较佳的, 所述用户的个性化信息, 指的是用户设备的地理位置, 和 /或, 所述用户预 先设置的期望获取的推送信息的内容类型。用户设备为移动终端时, 其地理位置可以由用 户设备根据自身携带的 GPS (Global Positioning System, 全球定位系统) 功能、 或基站定 位功能得到, GPS定位得到的地理位置信息需要由手机向服务商上报; 基站可以根据所述 地理位置向用户设备发送与地理位置对应的推送信息。而根据用户预先设置的期望获取的 推送信息的内容类型, 也可以选取对应的推送信息。 以上两种个性化信息, 也可以同时使 用。对于以上两种个性化信息用户设备都没有上报的场景, 或者根据已获取的个性化信息 无法选取推送信息的场景, 则采用默认的方式确定该用户设备的推送信息。
较佳的, 网络侧确定有多个推送信息时, 既可以按照优先级发送, 也可以按照随机的 方式发送。
显然, S103 中, 所述推送信息会覆盖掉原本呼叫等待时的响应, 例如覆盖移动通信 中由呼叫方设置的彩铃。
较佳的, 当所述通话请求的被叫方为预设号码时, 所述向所述终端发送所述推送信息 采用如下方式: 建立与所述终端的通话, 并在所述通话中向所述终端发送所述推送信息。 较佳的, 当接收到所述用户通过所述终端发送的中断所述通话的请求时, 停止向所述终端 发送所述推送消息。
较佳的, 所述向所述终端发送所述推送信息采用如下方式: 在接收到所述通话请求的 被叫方发出的允许所述通话请求的指示之前, 将所述推送信息作为回铃音发送给所述终 端。 较佳的, 所述向所述终端发送所述推送信息之后, 该方法还包括: 当确定接收到所述 通话请求的被叫方发送的连接响应时, 停止向所述终端发送所述推送信息, 建立所述终端 与所述被叫方的通话。
较佳的, 所述信息包括但不限于: 音频信息, 图片信息, 视频信息, 甚至短信息。 信 息的格式取决于应用的场景。 例如普通移动电话和固定电话等语音场景只能采用自选彩 铃、 商品语音介绍等音频信息; 第三代移动通信技术 (3rd-Generati0n, 简称 3G) 视频通 话, 以及 IM和网络电话等软件通话场景采用音频信息或视频信息, 甚至图片信息; 当网 络状况不佳时, 尽量选择对网络要求较低的信息格式。 显然, 所述 IM包括传统的个人电 脑 (Personal Computer, 简称 PC) 端 IM软件外, 还包括移动端的 IM软件, 特别是能够 进行语音短消息发送以及能够通过网络流量进行实时通话的移动端 IM软件。
较佳的, 所述信息的内容包括但不限于: 音乐, 商品介绍, 活动信息, 地理介绍等。 较佳的, 还可以根据用户设备的需求, 在发送所述推送信息的同时, 接收来自用户设 备的反馈以及对该反馈进行相应处理, 提供互动式服务。
较佳的, 需要发送的推送信息与用户设备的地址位置等可变参数关系不大时, 可以先 执行 S102、 再执行 S101, 提高发送效率。
较佳的, 对所发送的各个推送信息的收听时间、 用户反馈等参数进行统计, 确定信息 发送的效果。
参见图 2, 本公开实施例提供的一种建立通话的方法包括:
S201、 向通话中心发送用户的个性化信息;
S202、在向通话中心发送通话请求后, 接收通话中心发送的与所述用户的个性化信息 对应的推送信息。
较佳的, 所述用户的个性化信息包括:
地理位置; 和 /或,
所述用户预先设置的期望获取的推送信息的内容类型。
较佳的, 所述推送信息包括以下信息中的一种或多种:
音频信息、 图片信息和视频信息。
下面给出本公开的实施例。
实施例 1 :
参见图 3, 以移动终端为例, 建立通话的流程如下:
5301、 移动终端 A呼叫另一移动终端 B;
5302、 基站根据用户的个性化信息, 确定要在呼叫等待过程发送的音频信息; 例如, 定位 A在某景区, 则向 A发送该景区的语音介绍; 又例如, 确定 A设置的期望获取的推 送信息的内容类型为体育, 则向 A播报赛事信息。
较佳的, 所述用户的个性化信息包括: 地理位置; 和 /或, 所述用户预先设置的期望 获取的推送信息的内容类型。
当用户的个性化信息为地理位置时, 在本步骤 S302之前还包括:
基站获取用户的地理位置。
较佳地, 基站获取用户的方式可以为通过终端上报自身的位置信息, 或基站通过移动 网络定位终端的位置。
5303、 基站按照优先级顺序向用户设备发送确定的各个音频信息;
较佳地, 对于根据用户的个性化信息, 可确定得到多个, 例如: 用户处于一个商业圈 的位置时, 可将多个商家的广告信息推送给用户, 并且根据商家的广告费等对广告信息进 行优先级排列。
S304、 在播放完第一条信息后, 询问 A是否愿意获取该信息相关的详细信息, 是, 请按 1, 否, 请按 0;
5305、 A按 1, 收到相应的包含更详细内容的短信。
5306、 A在收听第二条信息时, B接受了呼叫请求;
5307、 基站停止向 A发送所述信息; 同时, A与 B开始进行正常通话。
实施例 2:
参见图 4, 包括以下步骤:
5401、 移动终端 A呼叫另一移动终端 B;
5402、 基站定位得到 A在某商场, 查找得到该商场的促销信息;
5403、 在回铃音期间, 向 A发送该商场的促销广告;
S404、 B接通电话, 回铃音结束;
5405、 基站记录回铃音期间广告的播放情况;
5406、 根据统计的广告播放次数, 向商场的商家收取广告费。
较佳地, 基站还可以通过记录广告的播放时长等方式计算广告费。
参见图 5, 本公开提供的一种建立通话的装置包括:
请求接收单元 51, 用于接收用户通过终端发送的通话请求;
信息准备单元 52, 用于确定与所述用户的个性化信息对应的推送信息;
信息发送单元 53, 用于向所述终端发送所述推送信息。
较佳的, 信息准备单元 52用于:
获取所述用户的个性化信息;
根据所述用户的个性化信息, 选取所述用户的个性化信息对应的推送信息。
较佳的, 所述用户的个性化信息包括:
地理位置; 和 /或,
所述用户预先设置的期望获取的推送信息的内容类型。
较佳的, 当所述通话请求的被叫方为预设号码时, 信息发送单元 53用于: 建立与所述终端的通话, 并在所述通话中向所述终端发送所述推送信息。
参见图 6, 较佳的, 该装置还包括:
中断处理单元 54, 用于当接收到所述用户通过所述终端发送的中断所述通话的请求 时, 停止向所述终端发送所述推送消息。
较佳的, 信息发送单元 53还可以用于:
在接收到所述通话请求的被叫方发出的允许所述通话请求的指示之前,将所述推送信 息作为回铃音发送给所述终端。
参见图 7, 较佳的, 该装置还包括:
连接响应单元 55,用于当确定接收到所述通话请求的被叫方发送的连接响应时,停止 向所述终端发送所述推送信息, 建立所述终端与所述被叫方的通话。
较佳的, 所述推送信息包括以下信息中的一种或多种: 音频信息、 图片信息和视频信 息。
参见图 8, 本公开提供的一种建立通话的装置包括:
信息上报单元 81, 用于向通话中心发送用户的个性化信息;
信息接收单元 82,用于在向通话中心发送通话请求后,接收通话中心发送的与所述用 户的个性化信息对应的推送信息。
较佳的, 所述用户的个性化信息包括:
地理位置; 和 /或,
所述用户预先设置的期望获取的推送信息的内容类型。
较佳的, 所述推送信息包括以下信息中的一种或多种:
音频信息、 图片信息和视频信息。

一个或多个处理器;
存储器; 和

综上所述, 本公开实施例提供了一种建立通话的方法、 装置及设备, 用于在用户发起 通话后根据用户的个性化信息向用户发送个性化信息对应的推送信息, 避免通信资源浪 费。
本领域内的技术人员应明白, 本公开的实施例可提供为方法、 系统、 或计算机程序产 品。 因此, 本公开可采用完全硬件实施例、 完全软件实施例、 或结合软件和硬件方面的实 施例的形式。而且, 本公开可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机 可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器和光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形 式。
本公开是参照根据本公开实施例的方法、 设备 (系统) 、 和计算机程序产品的流程图 和 I或方框图来描述的。应理解可由计算机程序指令实现流程图和 I或方框图中的每一流 程和 /或方框、 以及流程图和 /或方框图中的流程和 /或方框的结合。 可提供这些计算机 程序指令到通用计算机、 专用计算机、 嵌入式处理机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器 以产生一个机器,使得通过计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器执行的指令产生用 于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和 /或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的 装置。

1、 一种建立通话的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括:
接收用户通过终端发送的通话请求;
确定与所述用户的个性化信息对应的推送信息;
向所述终端发送所述推送信息。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述确定与所述用户的个性化信息对应 的推送信息采用如下方式:
获取所述用户的个性化信息;
根据所述用户的个性化信息, 选取所述用户的个性化信息对应的推送信息。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户的个性化信息包括: 地理位置; 和 /或,
所述用户预先设置的期望获取的推送信息的内容类型。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述通话请求的被叫方为预设号码 时, 所述向所述终端发送所述推送信息采用如下方式:
建立与所述终端的通话, 并在所述通话中向所述终端发送所述推送信息。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述向所述终端发送所述推送信息之 后, 该方法还包括:
当接收到所述用户通过所述终端发送的中断所述通话的请求时,停止向所述终端发送 所述推送消息。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述向所述终端发送所述推送信息采用 如下方式:

8、 如权利要求 1-7中任一权利要求所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述推送信息包括以 下信息中的一种或多种: 音频信息、 图片信息和视频信息。
9、 一种建立通话的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括:
向通话中心发送用户的个性化信息;
在向通话中心发送通话请求后,接收通话中心发送的与所述用户的个性化信息对应的 推送信息。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户的个性化信息包括: 地理位置; 和 /或,
所述用户预先设置的期望获取的推送信息的内容类型。
11、如权利要求 9所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述推送信息包括以下信息中的一种或 多种:
音频信息、 图片信息和视频信息。
12、 一种建立通话的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括:
请求接收单元, 用于接收用户通过终端发送的通话请求;
信息准备单元, 用于确定与所述用户的个性化信息对应的推送信息;
信息发送单元, 用于向所述终端发送所述推送信息。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述信息准备单元用于:
获取所述用户的个性化信息;
根据所述用户的个性化信息, 选取所述用户的个性化信息对应的推送信息。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述用户的个性化信息包括: 地理位置; 和 /或,
所述用户预先设置的期望获取的推送信息的内容类型。
15、 如权利要求 12所述的装置, 其特征在于, 当所述通话请求的被叫方为预设号码 时, 所述信息发送单元用于:
建立与所述终端的通话, 并在所述通话中向所述终端发送所述推送信息。
16、 如权利要求 15所述的装置, 其特征在于, 该装置还包括:
中断处理单元, 用于当接收到所述用户通过所述终端发送的中断所述通话的请求时, 停止向所述终端发送所述推送消息。

一个或多个处理器;
